Author's note: Ding ding, I'm still alive! Just posted an update to remind you all. Gotta keep the ball rolling somehow! More updates coming soon! Sorry for keeping it so short. They're usually longer.

Jack and Inma began their travel across the massive land of the giant. Jack's view was obscured by the lining of Inma's coat but it was strangely cold enough that he wasn't sweating in his suit. The conversation started off with Inma replying to his question from before.

"Stormgiants have lower body temperatures than humans. It's due to living so close to the sun. If it wasn't for that then we'd overheat." Inma explained as she continued to walk. She had the old, dirty book in her hand that looked like the subject of abuse from previous owners. Jack saw how she flipped through the pages and how her eyes scanned each page for knowledge. He had no idea that Inma liked to learn as much as she did. In the future, he'd have to teach her a thing or two.

With Jack in her pocket, Inma grinned with a wide smile as she read through the content of her book. She had no idea why anyone would throw away a book with such cool secrets and kowledge. Her gaze was stuck on the magic in the back of the book. There was much to learn if this book was legit. She'd be able to use Lightning just like her mom! Only the strongest of stormgiants were able to use any sort of lightning. The thought made her giddy inside. On the outside world, she saw how the ground slowly lost it's green grassy edge and soon became tall brown weeds that went up to Inma's hip.

She stepped carefully through them in case there were any small animals resting inside of them. Using her hands, she pushed some of the weeds out of the way. Jack smelt it much to his annoyance. He hadn't been on the farm for a while and the smell of grassy plains came back to his nose. With his fingers, He pinched the tip of his nose in annoyance.

Inma continued to walk with frustration here and scanned the map with her eyes. She saw something that resembled a large stick that was far from their original starting point. She had hoped to get there soon. The pair continued to walk farther and farther until the darkness of night fell upon them. By that time, Jack was fast asleep and the plains changed. There were trees that started to appear. Some of them were small and lifeless while others boasted massive trunks the size of a giant from her town.

Inma kept walking until she felt her legs about to give out on her and found a tree to rest at. She went up to it, touched the cold hardened bark that revealed it's age and rested her back against it. Inma pulled out her coat and saw Jack slumbering away. He had his own way of being adorable and it made Inma smile. She yawned as her energy was well spent, closed her eyes, and drifted off into a pleasant dream.
