~NO ONE'S POV~

~A DAY AFTER THE PARTY~

BEEP

BE-

A hand emerges from beneath the covers of a bed and smacks down on a rectangular alarm clock.

"Let me sleeeeeeeeeeeeep! it's too early.", Leon's voice groans as he shifts to a comfortable position.

"Commander, I know that the celebration last night has left you needing more sleep but I have to inform you that the Orientation will begin in 30 minutes."

LUXION's announcement is met with a loud groan. Leon shifts under his covers a couple of times, his mind fighting against his body's need. He needs to be at the ceremony but he also wants a couple more hours of sleep. It is only with a single thought that Leon finally comes to a decision. Rising from his bed, Leon rubs the bag under his eyes before moving his feet to the side of the bed.

"LUXION, please go and blend my coffee. I'm gonna need an extra large cup for this."

"Already on Commander."

Leon sighs heavily as he stands up, leaving his bed to be fixed later by one of the staff. He wobbles over to a circular disk laying on the floor in the corner of his room. He steps onto the object and it extends up, his form covered by...blank curtains. A shower head extends from the top, letting out a rain of warm water onto Leon's form. The clothes he was wearing suddenly melt into a liquid substance that forms around his wrist, creating a black bracelet and leaving him naked. He then proceeds to take a shower right inside his room.

Leon couldn't be bothered to walk over to the boy's bathing area and had requested LUXION to install a portable shower in his room so that he could bathe there. It saves up time and gives him the privacy he needs. With the knowledge of him being recognized by a good quester of the school, he could only imagine the headaches he would get when he would have to deal with the other guys who had sworn to be his followers.

That's another thing. Leon didn't really expect his deeds to be this recognized. He simply suspected that those he chose to help get back home were mostly commoners, he didn't expect that they were part of a noble house. He'd have to tell LUXION about this and have him order the Phantoms to gather some intel on just how much change his single act of kindness had actually done.

His thoughts are paused when he looks into the mirror inside his shower and spots a couple of fading red kiss marks on his cheeks. It made him remember that a few of the ones clamoring him last night were girls from baron houses like him, some even offered marriage proposals to him in private. It was quite tempting, especially since most of those girls were actually kind and had good personalities.

"I can't...", Leon wipes away the marks and continues to clean himself.

Relationships are a difficult topic for him. A part of the reason is his past experiences during his past life. They were...traumatizing to say the least...Another part is that having relationships right now is viable, not when he knows the dangers lurking outside and within the country. He won't drag someone he loves into that kind of conflict. As someone who has the most knowledge of what may come and what is yet to happen, he has to keep this burden only to himself and LUXION. They are the only ones who can succeed. It is a lonely task and Leon wished he did have some allies, yet until he finds someone he can truly trust, they are on their own.

A few minutes later the door to his room opens and Leon walks out wearing a fresh school uniform and drinking the last drops of his coffee. He licks his lips before compressing the extra large paper cup into a small disk and pockets it. Stretching his arms out and now feeling more awake, he begins walking down the empty hall towards the auditorium.

However, when he turns a corner, he stops. A look of surprise upon his face as he stares at four familiar faces. Two are boys and the others are girls. The two boys are Daniel and Raymond, the guys he first met at the party. While the girls are Millie and Jessica. If he remembers correctly, Millie is one of the people he helped get back home while Jessica is a regular girl who was happy to get her younger singling back.

"GOOD MORNING SIR BARTFORT!", The small group greets him with a bow, wide smiles covering their faces.

"Uh...what are four you doing here? The Orientation is about to start.", Leon replies after recovering from his shock.

"Waiting for you of course! We swore to be your followers after all!", Daniel said, flashing a grin.

"Yes! We were worried that you haven't arrived yet and so we went to find you.", Raymond pushes up his glasses, in an anime-like manner.

Leon stares...and then sighs, "I appreciate your thoughtfulness but next time I'm running late, don't try to find me. I don't want to drag down your grades because of tardiness for my sake."

"Oh...but-", Jessica starts but is cut off by Leon raising his hand and sending a sad smile their way.

"A good leader looks after those that follow them, not the other way around.", Leon spoke, oblivious to how charming he had said that as he walks past them, "Now come on! I'm not letting your perfect attendance records be ruined. If we hurry, we will be able to make it."

His four followers could only stare with teary eyes at Leon's back. They were touched. Usually, those who had followers would take advantage and capitalize on them, yet Leon is different. He cares more about them than himself. There is no doubt about it. They made the right decision to become his followers and their loyalty towards the boy, no, the man who has done much for them with no demands of rewards, only grew.

"Come on everyone! Let's not keep Sir Bartfort waiting!". Millie shouts to the others, who all shared a cheerful nod with each other before they all ran to catch up with their leader.

~A Few Minutes Later~

It was rather close but they managed to make it just in time. After receiving greetings from the rest of his followers, he went off his seat that they had reserved just for him. Giving his thanks, he sat down, and soon enough, the orientation began...and it is such a bore. It all goes on just like the game with the teacher's introduction and the five capture target's speeches. A scene that Leon had accidentally memorized down to the single word after having endured watching over it and over again with every rerun.

Leon was even tempted to check up on his suit's status to pass the time, maybe change a few subtle things here and there...until he hears something he hasn't heard before.

"And now for our last speaker-"

'Last speaker?', Leon thought to himself, his attention now focusing on the stage. A short figure walks out from the curtains of the stage and towards the podium.

"The most famous upcoming adventurer of our generation."

'Hold on. No one comes after the Prince's speech. The orientation should have ended by now.'

"The youngest Honorary Marchioness in the kingdom!"

'This isn't following the script. Is this the point where my foreknowledge is rendered useless? Damn it. It's so early in the game too.'

"The conqueror of the dreaded Blood Garden and slayer of the infamous Death Thorn Drake."

'Blood Garden? That's the third most dangerous dungeon in the country. I've read about it in the past. It's the one where plant-like monsters decided. There used to be a whole city built around it, but the monsters of the dungeon got past its defenses and overtook the whole floating island it was on. The kingdom tried to take retake it but the massive boss of the dungeon had made it nearly impossible.', Leon is once more shocked to his core as he processed the information quicker than a regular human, 'Death Thorns Drake. The 9th most powerful monster ever known in the whole world. The one monster the entire kingdom has failed to kill for decades, had been slain by one person? Is she even human?'

"Please give a warm welcome to The Maiden of Scarlet Thorns, Ms. Marie Fou Lafan.", The teacher moves away from the podium, giving way for a short girl with long blonde hair and scarlet red eyes. She wore the same school uniform as the rest of the girls with the exception of a scarlet rose pin on the right side of her chest.

The moment he finally sees the appearance of the girl, he knew right away that her titles...are rightfully earned.

'Commander. I am detecting high-tier magic from the girl.'

''I know.', Leon replied, his vision having switched to a special vision that allows him to see and gauge a person's magic. They appear as an Aura surrounding the person's form that shines. The brighter the light, the stronger their magic is and Marie is practically a miniature sun, one of the brightest in the room, only being challenged by two other small stars. With his vision, he is able to deduce that the second light came from the protagonist of the game while the other...comes from himself.

Three colors dominated the room. Marie's color is scarlet, the protagonist's aura is gold, while his own is bright silver.

Meanwhile, the rest of the students in the room burst into a roar of applause and hushed whispers. All their attention is solely focused on Marie. Even Angelica's narrowed eyes did not leave the short blonde student, leaving her to miss the looks of interest Julius and his friends are giving Marie.

Then, all the noise in the room quiets down, and everyone is waiting for the Maiden of Scarlet Thorns to give her speech. Marie clears her throat, her scarlet eyes shining under the spotlight cast down upon her.

"I am honored to be chosen to speak in front of my fellows who I shall spend three years alongside. The staff requested to give a few encouraging words to the new students...but I digress and I shall be blunt. I do not see mere students or nobles starting their first year in the academy. No. I see...seeds, seeds of greatness that have yet to sprout. The humble beggings of a new generation of legends. We all strive for it, to become the best of the best, to make our peers and ancestors proud of us. We are adventurers at heart, the blood of heroes past flows through our veins! We are potential in its earliest state but like a sapling, we can grow and reach brand new heights! I am proof of it. A poor young girl from a collapsing noble family, with only a dream to bring back glory to my life. Through hard work, I persevered all the obstacles life has thrown my way and it has made me strong, stronger than I could ever imagine that I was able to do the impossible! Like me, you all have the potential to be something great, to grow beyond the expectations of those around us, accomplish unbelievable feats, and conquer unbeatably odds. For we are all Legends in the making and our journey has only begun!"

Marie watches on as the entire room once more bursts in loud cheers and applause that shows no sign of stopping, so she decides to raise her voice over their obnoxious noise, "REMEMBER THESE WORDS, FOR THIS, STARTS THE BEGGING OF GREATNESS, OF A LEGEND THAT NO ONE, SHALL EVER FORGET!"

"YEAH!"

As the crowd cheers on, Marie smiles a sweet smile...hiding the malicious intent behind it.

'Yes, that's it. Dream on, Dream on! You all will make worthy stepping stones for my ascent to power. My Greatness, My Legend, My Legacy! You shall become a part of it all, by serving as its foundation.'

Hiding amongst the crowd, Leon could only stare at Marie with eyes filled with shock...and suspicion. Something is wrong.

~A Few Hours Later~

'Just who are you Marie?', Leon thinks to himself.

It has been a few hours into the day and classes have officially begun. Right now Leon is taking a class about the art of tea parties, but in the beginning, he had chosen this class at random to ease his nerves. So far it has but Leon could not understand the lectures because of his belief of tea parties being merely used for trying to woe a noble girl into marriage, which is why so many sons of low-tier nobles are flocking to this class.

The teacher at the front of the class, a elder man with grey hair, a mustache, and a monocle on his right eye, notices Leon's struggle. Mistaking it for not being able to understand the true meaning behind a tea party, the teacher decides to do the young man a favor, "Mr. Leon, It seems you are having a hard time grasping the concept of tea parties."

"Oh, my apologies! I'm simply-"

"You need not explain. I know your struggles, young man. With all your efforts being focused on improving your skills as an adventure and working on your barony, you have little to no time to gain interest in tea parties. Although admirable, I would like to ask you to come forth and allow me to show you what it truly means."

"Very well. Please, enlighten me.", Leon spoke genuinely. He desperately needs a way to clear his mind to be able to focus.

The teacher smiles, happy to hear his student's eagerness to learn, 'Threat not my dear student. I shall save you from your ignorance.'

What happens next would not leave the minds of all those currently present.

At first, it was normal. The teacher was demonstrating to Leon what a perfect tea party is like with the teacher as the host and Leon playing as the guest...but when the demonstration ended, that is when things took a weird turn.

Leon had kneeled before the teacher in front of the entire class. Like a knight swearing an oath to their lord, Leon spoke an oath that he would follow in his new Master's footsteps, that he would make him proud after showing him the light...yet it didn't stop there. He asked, no, he begged the teacher to do another demonstration but with Leon as the host this time.

Seeing just how determined and genuine Leon is about this request, the teacher, now dubbed Master by Leon, agreed.

What followed after was...indescribable. Leon took to his Master's teachings as a fish takes to water. He even went as far as using magic never seen before to change the designs of the table, the sheets, and even the food changed. Every action he made, every word that he spoke, it was like seeing double...except Leon somehow improved everything his Master showed him. Before anyone knew it, Leon had hosted what they could only describe as, 'The Perfect Tea Party. By the end of it, everyone in the room, even Leon's Master, is left flustered and in awe.

"Thank you once more for opening my eyes, Master! I now see what I have been missing in my life. I swear to you, right here, right now, that I shall create 'The Party of all Parties.' Just wait Master, I shall make you proud!", Leon declares before rushing out of the room, just the bell rings, signaling the end of the class.

Leon's Master did not move from his position, his eyes still locked on the door his student passed through...and then...he smiles as a single tear falls from his left eye, "No, Mr. Leon. You have already made me proud, but with what I have seen today. I know, without a doubt, that you shall do so again."

Meanwhile, Leon's followers felt their respect and loyalty to their leader increase as the rest of the people in the room started to consider becoming followers themselves. No one would realize it, but today would mark the day when the group, which would one day be called, "The executive committee of Celebrations.", started.

~Two Hours Later~

"I see that you enjoying your newfound hobby Commander."

"Yes, you could say that but as I see it, it is more than a hobby. It is now my second passion!", Leon comments as he waves around his right pointing finger like how a conductor guides music with their baton. However, instead of music, Leon is using a combination of magic, psionics, and AI precision to manipulate an entire room's appearance and contents.

After leaving, Leon went off to rent an empty room from the staff where he could practice his newfound passion and abilities. Once in the room, Leon immediately starts practicing setting up a proper tea party and from there he began to try different styles. Colors changed, thousands of styles of fashion were used and switched, and plenty of mouthwatering food was cooked.

To him, it was like a mix-and-match game, but with unlimited combinations and millions of different items and styles to choose from. Plus depending on the appearance of his decorations, he'll have plenty of reactions and comments from other people to improve his work, getting ever closer to "The Party of Parties."

"And it's all thanks to Master!", Leon grins as he creates a brand new theme based on his home's culture mixed with a high-tech design, "I'm going to call this one, Neo-Japan!"

"Oh, and by the way, please go assign a Sigma Phantom to Master."

"Already on Commander. By the way, have you recovered enough?"

"I think so.", Leon sighs before taking a seat and admiring his latest work, "My mind is clear enough."

"Excellent. Then I should be able to inform you of my findings."

"About Marie?"

"Yes. Based on recent information, all of Marie's accomplishments are true. She has subjugated The Blood Garden and taken the island as her territory by right. It is also true that she has slain the Death Thorn Drake. Its head is on display at the front of her mansion. I have also discovered that the House of Lafan used to be ranked as lower viscounts but due to her accomplishments, she had been promoted to Honorary Marchioness. Her family is deceased after a hired assassin killed them all but was caught by Marie and executed."

"What else do you have on her?"

"I believe that she can detect our clocked units."

"...Say what?"

"Her magical signature is both strong and unique. I have never seen these kinds of readings before. When one of our Phantom units tried to follow her, she turned around and stared at it. It was fortunate enough to mimic a suit on display so it wasn't discovered but under any circumstances, it would have been discovered."

"...Just how many surprises does this girl have?!", Leon gawks before composing himself, "Have our Phantoms observe her from a distance. Do not allow any Wraiths or Banshees to fly over the Academy."

"Right away Commander!"

Leon let out a sigh, leaning his head against his right hand as he continues to assess the situation.

The first order of business will be to scan Marie's magical energy to precisely gauge her capabilities. However, that is a problem because none of his stealth units can get close without being detected. He'll have to resort to long-range scans, even if it may take a while.

The second thing to do is to create contingency plans in case Marie becomes a threat. He'll have to invest a lot in anti-magic equipment, perhaps have them applied to a team of Raiders just in case.

Suddenly, Leon's thinking is disturbed when a loud racket is heard outside the room. Curios, he stands and walks over to the door, opening it to glance outside.

"Seriously? Do you think that a commoner like you can just attend a party hosted by the heir of the Field Earldom?"

"B-but I got i-invited-"

"I don't care! A commoner like you doesn't deserve to even be here in the first place. Trash should remain where they belong, in the trash!"

Leon's eyes narrow in anger as he sees three girls of noble blood, the rotten ones, rip apart an invitation letter right in front of a girl frightened girl kneeling on the ground.

"B-but Ms. Lafan said that-"

"Ugh! Again with that Lafan girl! That's what everyone has been talking about lately. 'Anyone can become a legend?' Such nonsense! Don't tell me you believe that do you?!"

"Y-y-yes?", The poor girl replies, her entire body quivering in fear yet she still dared to speak her mind.

The leader of the rotten girl fumes in anger before turning to her demihuman servant, "Take her away! I don't want to see her face around here anymore!"

"Yes, Mistress."

"W-wait! NO!

The servant moved forwards and reached out to the poor girl who crawls back, now completely terrified.

Then, just as the hand is inches away from her hair, the very air around them suddenly changes.

Cold.

The poor girl suddenly feels cold. The very air around them seemed to freeze and moving suddenly became a little difficult for her. Yet when she turns to the girls and the servant, they are practically frozen on the spot. They are paralyzed.

The poor girl didn't know what or who is causing all this to happen until she heard a voice coming from behind the mean girls.

"What do you think you lot are doing?"

A smooth young voice speaks yet the words are laced with one primal emotion, anger, cold refined anger.

"Turn around, face me and answer my question."

The three girls and servants shakingly turn around to face the owner of the voice. The poor girl can see that whoever is in front of them had the girls and the demi-human scared for their lives.

The girl in the middle, the one that had been scolding her, tries to speak but all that came out are stutters.

"W-w-w-w-"

"Never mind, I already know and I must say that I am deeply disappointed, upset even."

A foot slams on the floor below, creating a loud echo through the empty halls just as the air got older.

"Now listen well because I will not repeat myself. If you ever try to drag someone down inside or outside the Academy, if you ever try to bring harm to anyone, I will find you, and I will make you regret every step that made you upset me. I do not care if you are an Earl, a Duke, or even the Crown. Try that little stunt again and I will destroy your life. Am I understood?"

"A-a-a-"

"I SAID AM I UNDERSTOOD?"

"YES! WE UNDERSTAND! WE UNDERSTAND!", The four quiver in fear, shouting at the top of their lungs as fear had overwhelmed their entire body completely.

"Good. Now run!"

And run they did. Like the devil itself is right on their heels, they run away from the scene, the memory of this encounter now permanently engraved in their minds, forever taunting them, tormenting them, and the one who caused this is more than okay with that.

Now on her own, the blonde girl continues to quiver on the floor with her head laid low, refusing to stare at the person who had struck so much fear into her bullies. She lays there, awaiting whatever cruel fate that may befall her...yet it didn't come. Instead, the cold aura that choked the air receded, turning the surroundings back to normal. At first, the girl is confused. She didn't know what is happening right now.

Then something shocking starts to happen before her eyes. The torn pieces of her invitation later start to rise from the floor and they swirl in the air as if they are carried by a strong breeze. All the pieces gather in the air before they stop and they put themselves back together. She watches in shock as it lands in an outstretched hand before it offers the letter to her.

"I believe this belongs to you.", A voice speaks to her, not like the one that she heard earlier that held so much anger and authority, no, this one is gentle and kind.

Still shocked, the girl reaches out with a hesitant hand and kindly takes back her letter and she notices that it looks brand new, as if it wasn't torn apart in the first place. Feeling a little nervous but also a little curious, she raises her head to look at the stranger in front of her.

"Are you feeling alright? They didn't harm you did they?", Leon asks the girl before him, a girl that he recognizes very well.

Olivia, the main protagonist of the otome game. Short blonde hair, a gentle-looking face, and bright blue eyes, Leon could tell right away that it is her. However, he doesn't remember her face looking so red. Did those girls slap her before he intervened? If that's the case then he shouldn't have gone easy on them.

"N-no. I'm alright.", Olivia replies before shaking her head, her face now returning to a normal color. She tries to pick herself up but stops when Leon offers her a hand.

"May I assist you?", Leon offers.

"A-o-okay.", A little afraid that he may get upset if she refused, Olivia places her hand on top of his. Suddenly, she felt lighter than usual as Leon pulls her up to her feet. The moment Leon let go of her hand, she felt normal again.

Remembering her manners, she bows her head to him, "Thank you for your help."

Leon raises a brow at her action, "You don't need to bow. I'm not that important and think nothing of it. I was simply doing what any good person would do."

Standing right up, Olivia feels relief but is also confused, "Oh, but I'm a commoner, and you a noble."

"That may be true but we are both students here in the academy. I simply can't just stand by and watch a fellow student be harassed by the rotten apples of nobility.", Leon said with a smile which sent Olivia's heart beat fast at both his words and his smile, "That and I despise bullies. I have a large grudge against them."

"Speaking of which, I wouldn't advise you to go to the tea party. There would be a large number of rotten nobles there who won't hesitate to push you out and bully you."

"Oh.", Olivia's mood dampens, her eyes staring at her invite with a disappointed look.

Leon sees this and couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl. He had once been in her shoes before, a couple of times back in his first life when he thought he was invited to a party but had instead raised to nothing. Those were sad times for him. Looking at her now, Leon decided right there to help cheer up the poor girl.

"However I do have some tea and sweets left over from practicing. Would you like to have them? They may help lift your mood."

Olivia's eyes widen, and her head shot up to stare in surprise at Leon, "R-really?"

To which Leon replies with a smile, "Of course!"

He watches in satisfaction as Olivia's frown slowly turns into a smile, "Follow me please."

Leon leads Olivia back to the room he was practicing in and both entered.

Upon entering Olivia lets out a gasp of surprise at the sight of the room. She doesn't know how to properly describe the seeing she is seeing but it still left her in awe, "Oh my. This is different from the rest of the rooms."

"Why of course. I redesigned everything here myself. It's one of my experiments. I've been trying different art styles and decorations to fit certain occasions.", Leon said with a hint of pride in his voice, "This one is for when the new year begins. A theme I'd like to call, Neo-Japan."

"I've never seen anything like this before.", Olivia continues to stare around the room in fascination, until Leon goes over to the table and pulls out a chair.

"Please take a seat and enjoy yourself.", He gestures his hands towards the table and it is just now that Olivia notices the contents placed on the table. Various plates of sweets of all kinds, some she knows of while others look entirely new to her, yet they all had something in common, they all look delectable. Slices of cake of different flavors, cookies of different shapes and sizes, there are even sweets in the shape of flowers and animals.

Olivia seems to hesitate. Everything looks so pretty and expensive that it made her nervous...but when she looks back at Leon and sees his eager yet kind smile. She couldn't disrespect him, not when he has done so much for her despite her being a commoner. She sent him a grateful nod as she took her seat and begins choosing which treat she should try first.

"There's so many and all of them look so good. I don't know where to start."

"May I recommend these cookies.", Leon said, placing a plate of perfectly round cookies in front of Olivia. The treats are divided into four parts, each one having a different color and toppings. Yellow for summer, red for fall, white for winter, and green for spring. Every single cookie on the plate followed the same design perfectly, showing just how much effort was put into it.

"I call them 'A Taste of the Four Seasons.' or Four Season cookies for short. They are my very own creation, you won't find them anywhere else."

"Oh my, these look so pretty. You made these yourself?"

"Indeed. Everything you see on the table is personally made by me."

"Wow.", Olivia stares at Leon in amazement before she looks down and takes one of the four-season cookies. Bringing one up to her mouth, she takes one small bite of summer. Immediately the sweet taste of honey graced her tongue with a hint of mango.

"Mmm~ It tastes amazing.", She then tries a taste of fall and she is welcomed with the sweetness of strawberries and maple syrup.

"Try both winter and spring at the same time, they mix quite well.", Leon suggests and Olivia tries just that. Upon taking a bite the tastes of vanilla topped with white chocolate and the foreign flavor of pistachio mixed with hints of apple wash over her. At first, they clashed but after a second they combined to form a brand new flavor that surpasses both.

Olivia is so caught by the flavors that before she knew it, she had already finished all of the cookies.

"Those were amazing.", She sighs, feeling content until Leon places a cup of tea in front of her.

"Here you are, my lady. To clean and freshen up your taste buds so that past flavors won't clash with the next ones."

"Can I drink this tea?"

"Of course. Everything on the table is free for you to taste. Don't hold back now."

"Thank you so much!", Olivia beams at him as she picks up her tea and is about to take a sip of it until she realizes she still doesn't know his name and neither does he know hers

"My apologies, I've forgotten my manners. My name is Olivia."

"It is fine my lady, as for my name. I am Leon Fou Bartfort and I am pleased to meet your acquaintance.", Leon replies with a smile and bows in respect at Olivia, which sent her stuttering and setting down her tea to wave her hands in front of her.

"Don't bow. Please don't belittle yourself, I'm simply a commoner!"

"Whether you are a commoner or a daughter of a duke, it does not change the fact that you are my guest and as the host, I am to make you feel special, for that is my duty. So please-"

Leon raises his head and smiles the best smile he could conjure, a genuine smile, "Enjoy yourself, Ms. Olivia. For this is about you and you alone."

POOF

"Um, Ms. Olivia? Your face has turned red again. Are you allergic to something? Hello? Ms. Olivia? Ms. Olivia!?!"

~Meanwhile Somewhere Else~

~Marie's POV~

"They have finally taken the bait. Those idiotic fools are so easily charmed.", I giggled, "Although having them treat me as if I am a delicate flower is a bother, I should be able to prove to them just how wrong they are during the dungeon raid tomorrow."

Yessssss. Show them how strong I am. Put them all in their places! Make them pay!

"They will, they will but first, I want to show them what it truly means to be an adventurer. What real dangers await those who stay ignorant and weak."

I lay my hand over one of the greatest treasures I had claimed upon slaying the great beast that tried to kill me. I made sure it didn't pass away painlessly.

Oh its screams were music to my ears~

It got what it deserved...then again, it did leave a valuable gift as compensation, huhuhu~

I smile as I eagerly implant my unique magic into the object in my lap, imbuing it with a scarlet glow. Its pale rocky surface soon changes, becoming red and growing in size.

Once I was done it is now half my size and its rough surface became smooth to the touch. I hum in satisfaction as I lay my head against its shell, listening to the subtle melody of a heartbeat.

"Soon my little one, you shall accomplish your purpose. We shall avenge your father, we shall avenge him."

Staring off into the distance I lay my head against its smooth surface, fantasizing about a reunion with my one true love atop the corpses of all those who had wronged us.
