~No One's POV~
"This is not how I thought my day was going to go.", Leon said under his breath.
The unfortunate young man was not having a good day, as would anyone who is struggling to keep a giant maw of teeth from chomping down on them.
A drop of drool dripped from the jaw above and landed on his shoulder. The substance then began to sizzle and slowly burn through Leon's suit.
Normally he would be angry but Leon found some satisfaction since the blasted beast is falling to its doom. Now if only he wasn't dragged along the ride.
"Fucking useless pieces of shit. Couldn't even follow the simplest of orders! Ugh! I can't believe I have to babysit them for the next three years!", He ranted before calming down and began collecting his thoughts, "At least Olivia and the others are safe."
~A Few Minutes Earlier~
Panic. Panic is the emotion that spread through the group. Their thoughts and rationality are torn down by the intimidating visage of the monster.
It also didn't help that it was slowly making its way towards them, stalking closer and closer for its next meal.
Others wouldn't blame them for being petrified on the spot by fear. The monster in front of them is a hurrying sight to behold.
Thankfully someone in the group could temporarily disable the part of the brain responsible for emotions.
Leon slammed his boot down, fluidly taking the object strapped to his back and pointing it at the monster.
A whirling sound sang from the item, briefly glowing a blue color before a round projectile glowing bright res flew at high velocities towards the beast.
Sensing this, the scally creature dropped from the ceiling, narrowly dodging the projector just before it destroyed a part of the ceiling in a loud boom.
The monster landed safely on the floor, its eyes narrowed and focused on the one who fired the shot
Leon returned it with a glare while charging up his weapon. His eyes glanced toward Angelica, who wore a shocked look on her face alongside the other members of their group.
"Miss Redgrave, get the others back to the surface. Call for help."
"What?", This was enough to break the girl from her shock and stare at Leon. She was about to argue but the serious look in his eyes gave her no room. It's at this time that she finally realizes that she needs to get the prince to safety, her top priority. Regaining her composure, she nods her head.
"Alright, but what will you be doing?"
"I'm gonna buy you all time.", The entire group is shocked by her words, Olivia more so than everyone else. She was about to speak, to try and convince Leon to think otherwise, but Prince Julius beat her to it.
"Are you mad? You can't possibly beat that thing on your own!"
This had the unfortunate side-effect of breaking the other love targets from their states of shock. The next one to speak is Chris, "I admire your courage and selflessness Sir Bartfort but we can't leave this monster all to yourself. Defeating it is impossible on your own.", After he spoke, the next sword saint unsheathed his sword.
"Yeah!", Greg shouts out as he readied his greatsword and gripped its handle tight, "This thing needs to pay for what it's done! We are killing it together!"
"Yes! We must!", Brad added just as he recovered and stood up, already readying a magic spell, "We will bring justice to this beast!"
However, much to the surprise of everyone, even Leon, Jilk grabbed Juliu's shoulder and shook his head, "I know how you all feel. Trust me, I do, but we can't deal with it even with all of us. Not without one of us ending up dead."
The green-haired boy looked to Julius, the one man he swore to follow to the end, "We have to get you to safety. The kingdom will fall if you perish here!"
Filled with anger and fury, Julius revolted. Turning to his foster brother, he shouts out in rebellion, "I will not allow a threat to the kingdom exist when I can do something to end it! It will die here and we will kill!"
All this arguing and foolish words finally got to Leon, his calm composure falling apart as he turned around to yell at the prince, "THIS ISN'T UP FOR DISCUSSION BLUE!"
However, with his back turned, the beast saw its opportunity and lunged at the group when they least expected it. Maw opened wide, claws primed and drool dripping out the corner of its mouth, the monster was more than ready to begin its feast. All the people, even the boys who had been talking arrogantly, screamed in fright as their lives flashed before their eyes.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH"
"RRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
BANG!
Turning around at the very last moment, Leon swung his weapon. The rectangular object glowed a bright blue as its surface came in contact with the monster's classes, causing a massive explosion that blasted the others back from sheer air pressure. The monster, taking the full force of the attack, is sent flying towards the other side of the chamber. When its body hit the walls, the entire cavern shook and the falling debris started to fall.
The group lay on the ground a couple of meters from the entrance of the chamber. The first to recover was Olivia, the next is Angelica, and the two girls were able to see Leon give one last look at them.
"Angelica! Keep Olivia safe for me, would you? I'll owe you one!", He spoke with a grin.
Eyes wide, Olivia tried to get up and reach out toward her first and only friend in the academy, "LEON NO!"
Time slowed down to a crawl for the poor desperate young girl as she watched Leon give her one last smile, "I'll see ya later!"
Parts of the ceiling above then came falling. Giant stone boulders soon crashed to the floor, blocking Olivia from Leon and effectively sealing him inside the chamber with the bloodthirsty monster.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
"Sheesh.", Leon shook his head while grinning, "She has one hell of a loud voice. Even through all these rocks, I can still hear her."
Sighing, the young man turned his back to the now blocked exit and faced his opponent. The monster by now recovered from Leon's surprise attack and judging by the angry look its eyes were giving him, it was pissed. The damage it sustained from Leon's attack was soon gone, its regeneration easily fixing the dent in its natural coat of blood-red scales.
"Now then, it's just you, me, and LUXION."
"ANALYSIS COMPLETE. DESIGNATING CREATURE AS "BLOODSPAWN". PREPARING NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS."
Luxion's voice boomed from the communication link as it began activating the programs of the suit and giving out orders to the nearest company of Sigma Phantoms in the area.
"ALL LIMITERS RELEASED. HYPER CLASS STIMULANT DEPLOYED. ENERGY LEVELS ARE FULL. COMBAT READY! REINFORCEMENT WILL ARRIVE IN 5 MINUTES."
Leon's grin soon turned feral. The red lines along his suit began to glow and the product of Terran ingenuity began to pump Leon's body with a special kind of stim pack. The young man could feel the adrenaline coursing through his veins. He could hear his rapid heartbeat with his ears and he could feel both his body and mind readying themselves for the fight.
A black-colored mass emerged from the collar of his suit and wrapped around his head. The substance then begins to settle, forming a protective knight-themed helmet around Leon's head and the lenses that formed in front of his eyes glowed a bright red.
"Alright, you big ugly mutt."
With his weapon in hand, Leon twisted the handle of his weapon and the object roared with the sound of an engine.
"LET'S DANCE!"
The battle began.
The Blood Spawn made the first move. It reared up its tails and fired large spikes towards Leon, each one as big as one of his legs. They were fired at the same speed as a musket shot, something that a normal human can't dodge if fired directly at them...however, Leon was anything but normal.
Leaning right and left, the spikes flew by Leon as he dodged the spike at inhuman speeds. The barrage was short-lived and Leon countered attacked with a round of plasma fired from his weapon. The shots impacted against the monster's scales, causing an explosion of dust clouds that obscured the Blood Spawn's form.
Not a moment later the monster pounced out of the cloud and lunged at Leon's position, but the young man jumped away. A burst of force coming from his boots allowed him to create distance from the monster, who did not give up and continued to the chase. Yet Leon would always be one leap away from it, all the while he fired shot after shot at the Blood Spawn.
Leon soured through the air through short bursts of pressured air like a mosquito and his attacks hit like a siege tank. The Blood Spawn continued its pursuit however and whatever damage its scales could not block is slowly being healed. Thankfully it wasn't as fast as the Scarlet Savage's regeneration but damn was it annoying. Leon didn't show any signs of annoyance, in fact, he didn't show any emotions at all.
His mind is solely focused on his opponent, on this battle for survival. With perfect concentration, Leon slipped past one of the monster's hands when it tried to grab him and swung his weapon. The oversized appendages weren't protected by scales but instead is covered in tough hide.
SHING!
But it wasn't tough enough. The edges of Leon's weapon moved like a chainsaw, thousands of sharp steel teeth moving in a clockwise track around the edges and it easily cut threw the hide. Leon had successfully cut off one of the monster's limbs and thanks to the fact that his weapon is plasma edged, the wound had been cauterized.
Leon observed as the monster looked at the stump as if confused about how its hand wasn't regenerating. This angered the monster, causing it to let loose a ground-shaking roar that shook the entire chamber. Now filled with more fury than it started with, the Blood Spawn's speed increased at a horrifying rate. It was upon Leon in a second while he was still in mid-air.
Its maw wide open, it tried to chomp down on him. Leon maneuvered just in time to avoid being eaten and it gave him the perfect opportunity to launch his hand into the beast's right eye. It roared out in pain and lashed out blindly, destroying everything in its path while Leon safely landed a few feet in front of it. Once the Blood Spawn was done with its tantrum, it glared at Leon but stopped as it stared in shock with one eye.
Leon held the monster's right eye in his blood-covered hand and he held it in front of him, making the Blood Spawn watch as he threw its eye to the floor and squished it with his foot. The young man did all this to make the monster angry for when one is angry, they make a lot more mistakes and it will give him the openings he will need to achieve victory.
For the icing atop the cake, he did his signature move. The 'come at me' motion while only using his middle finger.
"Come at me bitch."
Leon got what he wanted. The Blood Spawn roared out in complete and utter rage, entering a berserk phase that caused its scales to brighten and turn into sharp spikes. Blinded with blood and rage, the monster charged with the ferocity of an ultralisk. The hardcore starcraft fan took a stance and held it. He kept his composure even when the monster neared him, all to wait for the perfect moment, holding back to strike at the right timing.
The Blood Spawn did not hold back and lunged at him like a wild beast, head first with its maw wide open. Just the moment Leon was waiting for. He jumped at the last possible second, his boost making it possible for him to jump high enough for the monster's head to strike the ground below him. This gave him the perfect opportunity to deal a critical blow.
Leon pulled the trigger. His weapon roared, his blade glowing a bright silver while its barrel fired a shot that propelled him forward. With one swing, Leon aimed for the head to end this battle here and now. Yet the beast, despite its berserk state, should not be underestimated. From behind him, the monster's remaining limbs reached out to grab, smash or stab him with their sharp claws.
He changed his target a moment later and the attack aimed for the head had instead cut off all the arms the monster has. Leon was about to spin and reengage his first target until a spike flew threw the air towards him. The young man had another choice to block it with his weapon, slashing it in two, but it left him vulnerable. The Blood Spawn recovered and aimed its head up. However, instead of simply lunging at him, the Blood Spawn decided to do something unexpected.
A sound came from the bottom of its throat just before it spewed a violet-colored liquid toward Leon. Leon braced himself, turning up his shields to the max as the wave hit him. The force behind the attack had sent him flying and crashing towards a wall. The impact jumbled his composure but he was able to boost to the side when the Blood Spawn fired once again at his previous spot.
Needing some time to recover, Leon reached behind him and pulled out a blue-colored cylinder called a Mark 3 FlashBang. It had the same effect as the Flash Bomb he used all those years ago at Devil's Crown but in a smaller container and doesn't last as long, but it will give him the time he needs.
Leon pressed the trigger of the device and threw it at the Blood Spawn just as it turned its head. The device went off, creating a bright white light and a loud sound that staggered the unholy beast and gave Leon some breathing room. Thankfully his visor makes him immune to flash bombs. Now he was able to assess the damage to his suit.
The suit itself is still fine thanks to his shield, the shield on the other hand. It had just depleted and a drop of the violet substance had landed on the suit. Instantly the unknown substance began to eat away at his neo steel plating. It is then Leon learned that the Blood Spawn was able to fire acid.
"Warning. Acidic substance detected. Deploying countermeasure."
LUXION's voice echoed in his ear as the suit shifted and the composition of the suit's surface slowly begins to change into a shinier and glass-like texture. The drop of acid that got on the suit suddenly stopped and down his fingers and onto the floor. It was all thanks to Leon's vision. If they were possibly going to go up against the zerg one day then they need to start creating countermeasures. This one is one of them.
Specifically used to combat Roach bile and Baneling acid, a special kind of nanomachine has been created to form a protective cover over armor platings, one with a slippery texture to allow any harmful acid to drip away without damaging anything. Of course, this was still a work in progress. The protective cover is vulnerable to being shattered with brute force, thankfully it can reconstruct itself after a few minutes.
Back to the battle, Leon, now understanding his opponent better, began to change his tactics. He held his weapon in both his hands, one hand on top and the other on the bottom. In a fluid motion, the weapon split into two and both pieces changed in appearance, turning into dual short swords with gun barrels below the blades. To attain victory or to buy time until reinforcements arrive, he has to be as fast as possible. Use his opponent's size against itself.
Hold onto his weapons with a tight grip, Leon readied himself as the Blood Spawn recovered and laid its sight onto him. The monster roared once more but did not move. Instead, the spikes throughout its body grew and a moment later, hundreds of spikes were thrown everywhere in the chamber. A good dozen of them heading towards him.
A part of his brain twitched and Leon grew a small smile on his face. An idea manifested inside his brain when he saw those massive spikes. One that involves him mimicking the moves of his favorite cyborg swordsman of all time. Never in his life did he think that he would have the opportunity to do this or even the necessary skills to accomplish it.
But right now, at this very moment, he was going to do what every Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance fan wanted to do since they saw the first mission of the game's campaign.
"RULES OF NATURE!~"
Leon jumped forwards. His body went overdrive and his suit went overdrive as he began to use the projectiles as footholds. He leaped from one spike to another, Leon used them like stepping stones as he neared the Blood Spawn. His approach is covered by the spike, the monster wasn't able to see him until he was too close. With one great leap, he lunged towards the monster's exposed neck.
With these blades at the ready, glowing bright with silver-colored plasma, Leon entered his own version of blade mode and began to absolutely brutalize the thing's neck. The scales resisted but when Leon started to strike at the thin lines they weren't able to cover, he was able to effectively cut off the scales. Pushing them out of the way the young man was finally able to violently slash at flesh.
Upwards, downwards, vertical, horizontal, Leon slashed in every direction. When time ran out and his suit began to overheat, the young man boosted away just as the Blood Spawn's throat exploded. The spikes stopped when the creature's blood and acid flew everywhere with its throat being visibly reduced to burned cut flesh. The monster wasn't even able to cry out before it fell to the ground, shaking the chamber for the last time.
The Blood Spawn is down but not yet dead. Leon could see it. It's still busy choking on its own blood and acid, through his many visions he could see that the creature was already trying to make an effort to survive. He had to strike now, go for the head, and end this thing once and for all.
He brought his two blades over his head, the two weapons merging once more back into one form to deliver the finishing blow. Leon gripped the handle of his forming weapon as he brought it down onto the beast.
.
However, fate decided to intervene.
BOOM!
The wall of boulders behind him blasted open, catching the young man off guard and stopping his attack. Quickly, he split his weapon again and aimed one of his swords at the now open entrance while the other is still aimed at the Blood Spawn. Narrowing his eyes, he switched to thermal vision to see-
"What the fuck are you still doing here?!", The block on his brain came undone by the sheer amount of hate he saw when the captured targets emerged from the dust cloud made by the explosion caused by them. What made it worse is that Angelica is still with them and Olivia is nowhere in sight, "I thought I told you all to go get help!"
"We did! And we are it!", Greg proudly shouted.
"Indeed. We simply could not let you do this alone.", Julius added, "Once more, Lady Lafan is still inside the dungeon. We won't allow such a beast to become a threat to her- wait, isn't that the beast?"
The prince stopped his rant as they all finally noticed the downed form of the Blood Spawn. Leon was just about to shout at them again to go away but something collided with his form. When he looked down, his heart fell and his face palled when he saw Olivia hugging him tightly with tears in her eyes.
"Leon you're alright!", She shouted in utter relief and joy.
"Olivia?!", Leon screamed in surprise and horror.
"I was so worried! I was so scared of losing you! I can't lose you, I can't lose the one friend I have in this school! I-"
"Olivia, not now. Please! You and the others need to get out of here!"
"What? But I thought you-"
"That thing still isn't dead!"
"What?!"
Leon turned his head to see Greg just about to carve a piece of the head, probably a scale or two, as some kind of trophy or moment. What made the sight worse is that the others, except Angelica, bless her sole and common sense, had gotten closer to inspect what they thought is a dead corpse.
This honestly is one of the biggest mistakes of their short lives, for the Blood Spawn had just finished adapting and opened its one good eye. Its terrifying gaze petrifies the entire party, allowing it to make its move. In a single fluid motion, the monster opened its maw to gobble them all up in one massive bite.
It would have its way too if it wasn't for Leon making his move. Mere moments before the maw came down on them, Leon used his psionic abilities to grab the capture targets, Olivia and Angelica then threw them all out of harm's way, except for himself.
"Fucking teenagers.", Leon mumbled under his breath before the Blood Spawn's maw clamped down on him.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!", Olivia screamed in utter horror as she saw her friend get taken away from her for the second time.
At this moment, something inside her awakened. Due to the trauma she just received on this singular day, her magical abilities spike for the briefest of moments. Her emotions and desire take over her mind. Fear, Horror, Sorrow, and Anger mixed with her desire to get her one friend back made her body move on its own. So as she sees the head of the Blood Spawn rising to its full height to glare down at them, she glared back...and screamed.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Blinding white light exploded from Olivia and it only grew in size with every millisecond. The light rendered everyone, even Olivia herself, blind. The raw concentration of the magic caused the entire group to faint. As for the Blood Spawn? It stumbled back, stunned and wearing the closest expression it had to shock.
"...mAmA?"
The creature spoke for the very first time...before suddenly feeling pain from the bottom and top parts of its mouth. The pain made it stumble back, its steps quaking the ground. Cracks formed and rocks began to crumble, all the shaking done by the Blood Spawn and Leon's battle made the floor below them weak and fragile. When the monster took those steps, the floor could not take them. The ground beneath it finally gave in, plunging the monster down into a pit that lead down.
As for Leon? He was alive. Trapped inside the monster's mouth, desperately trying to keep it open and was forced to join the ride down the pit. However, he was able to catch a glimpse of Phantom grabbing the others and getting them to safety.
'At least I can count on them.', Leon thought before he and the monster fell out of sight.
~Present Time~
~Leon's POV~
So yeah. I learned three valuable things today. One is that the capture targets are all overgrown idiotic kids that don't know when to follow orders and two is to never piss off Olivia. Even inside the mouth of this thing, I could sense the sheer amount of magical energy and emotions that she let out...and it was scary. I mean knew she had great potential but she completely blew away all my expectations with that move of hers.
I genuinely believe that if it wasn't for my augments and my training I too would have passed out.
The third one is that this thing could talk and it had mistaken Olivia as its mother. This brings out several questions that I will need to answer later. First off I need to put this thing down, which is easier said than done. I've lost my weapon to the teeth of this thing, it saved my life thought for taking the bulk of the damage but now I got no sure way of killing this thing.
Wait, reinforcements had already arrived. Could that mean...
"Do not worry commander. Arrogance has arrived."
At that moment I could hear the familiar sound of engines, not just any engines, but my very own Raider's engine. I smile in joy at that sound, "Well it's about damn time."
Two metallic hands appear on both sides of the Blood Spawn's jaw, prying it open wide enough for me to escape and boost out of the thing's mouth. I fall through the air and see the welcoming sight of my new and improved mech, Arrogance. The silver and blue colored mech opened its chest, revealing its newly installed pilot seat. With a grin I used whatever remaining fuel I had in the suit to boost into the cockpit and sit down inside.
I strap myself in and after a few seconds of integrating myself with my mech, I am now in full control of Arrogance. It feels like a VR simulator, but far more epic. With all the preparations completed, I turn towards my falling opponent, watching as it desperately tried to stop itself from spinning and attacking me. Wait, is it trying to grow wings?
Oh no, you don't. There is no way in hell I am going to allow you to have an epic fight with Arrogance after all you've done.
Transforming Arrogance's left arm into its gravity beam function, I aim at the monster and fire. The beam of blue light effectively caught the monster, stopping it from falling and trapping it in place. I made Arrogance fly closer to it and I watched in satisfaction as its eyes, once filled with anger and hate, are now filled with fear and panic. It tried to struggle, to free itself, but the Blood Spawn could do nothing as I placed my other hand onto its face.
"Now then, I think it's for you to scream in pain."
With that, I transform the hand into a hook and shoved the pointed end through its jaw...and then I began to pull.
CRACK!
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH!
~A Few Hours Later~
Everything...everything could have been worse.
After hours of our class being missing, our teacher hired a few soldiers and experienced adventurers to search for us. They ventured forth down into the dungeon where they found all of us all battered with a few bruises. The others were still unconscious and I was the only one awake. Naturally, they questioned me and I told them a watered-down version of the truth.
A monster that was on its way to becoming a boss had climbed up to the upper levels of the dungeon and killed most of the class. We are able to fend off the monster and trick it into falling down into a pit. We were victorious but it had left us all tired and weary. It was hard to believe at first but after a part of them went to the second floor and saw the chamber, there was no denying my words.
Why did I have to lie? Well, I did not want to gain any unnecessary attention from this, if they knew that it was me who killed the beast then things will get complicated. Of course, most of them won't believe but with my status as an experienced adventurer, some may believe and might start plotting something. I really don't need that. This is also why I had to change the memories of the group to match my story. I made sure to be delicate so there won't be any side effects.
At least this way I would gain less attention and the people of this kingdom won't question where the Blood Spawn is. I don't want anyone touching that thing's remains, not after all things it could do to a person. With all of its Zerg-like abilities, I was afraid of a Zerg virus outbreak. This is why I was going to burn all the traces of the monster but after LUXION did some scanning he told me that he could not detect any Zerg DNA in the Blood Spawn.
He scanned it again two more times but it all ended with the same results. Which brings the question, how was it able to do all those Zerg stuff without even being Zerg? Fortunately, LUXION was able to detect an unknown magic signature coming from the corpse. Unfortunately, it matched the same magic signature that the Savage Scarlet emitted. Does this mean there are more of these things out there? Did the person that was in the corrupted mech's core go crazy and started making these buffed-up monsters?
Honestly, I don't know...but what I do know is that I have to be more prepared now. I have to react faster when an accident like this happens again. LUXION and I are already making a device that locks onto this unknown magic signature so that way I finally find the source and stop it from spreading its influence. Speaking of which, after it was confirmed that the Blood Spawn wasn't Zerg, I was able to place the monster in a position that made it look like it died from the fall. That way when someone discovers it, no one will question my fabricated story.
With that out of the way, I'm gonna need to help Olivia master this magic of hers. I don't want an accident like what happened earlier to occur ever again. I want her to be able to control her power to be able to protect herself, just in case. After all, no safety plan is ever perfect, even if I did assign an entire mechanical battalion to be her guard.
Better to be safe than sorry.

Wait for a minute...I think I am forgetting something. Hmmmmmm... Eh, if I forgot it then it probably wasn't important.
~At the Bottom of The Dungeon~
~Marie's POV~
Hmm, my child sure is noisy. She probably encountered one of the stronger monsters but nothing in this dungeon is a threat to her. Sure she is going to get hurt a bit, which explains the pained cries she heard from above but it's her spawn will be alright. She'll be able to heal whatever wound she has.
Meanwhile, as she was busy eating and growing, I had finally found the thing that I have been searching for.
The Saint's Bracelet. The item that will prove that I am her descendent and then everyone will acknowledge me as the new Saint of this age. This will, I will have all the authority I will ever need to live the life that I have always wanted and finally get my revenge on this kingdom for all it's done to me.
Yes~
Now, thy fury. Come forth and together, we shall have our-... No...
Nononononononono!
NO! NOOOOOO!
This can't be...
"This isn't real...please tell me this isn't real!"
Tears begin to fall from my eyes. My legs felt weak, shaking like leaves before I fell to my knees in front of the unmoving and bloodied form of my spawn. My child...laying on the ground, broken and still. Our child...but how?! HOW?!
Sorrow filled my heart as I cried. MY spawn, the one who I hatched from her egg, the one who called me mother, the one that was supposed to stand by my side as I created a brand kingdom for us and in memory of her father. Why? I already lost my daughter in my past life...why did it have to happen here too? HAVE I NOT SUFFERED ENOUGH?!
..wait, what are those?
My eyes turn to the side and in the darkness of the vast chamber, I saw something that stopped my tears. Blades. Blades coated with plasma. Blades bathed in blood...MY DAUGHTER'S BLOOD!
There is only one being with weapons as advanced as this...only one being who could have possibly killed my child.
"...arrogance..."
Sorrow soon faded away and from the darkest part of my heart, embers soon emerged. The embers of anger.
"...Arrogance..."I gritted my teeth as those embers turned into a growing fire. My hands clenched into fists and the bracelet I held began to emit a black-colored smoke but didn't care about it. No...all I could think about was ripping that stupid machine apart and torturing the pilot inside it!
It took away my vengeance and now it took away my daughter...
it's just like him. Just like how that bastard took away my precious daughter! Just like how fate took away my brother!
I'm gonna kill it. Just like how I killed those traitors, just like how I killed that bastard. just like how I'll kill this cruel world, just like how I killed those animals...
I could feel it. As the black smoke entered me I could feel thy fury. I can feel us becoming one again. The fire of anger within has now grown into an Inferno of Hatred. Yes... Yes~
I promise you, my child, I will avenge you. I will avenge you both! I AVENGE YOU!
I look at the hole in the ceiling above, my eyes burning red with hate, and screamed out.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCE!
...welp...Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
Good luck Leon! You are going to need it, pal.
Hopefully, things will get better in "Gilded Mask and Dress of Thorns."
