"I don't get it. No one heals this fast." He handed Starfire the charts from Robin's previous exams. "I mean look at it; from needing another two weeks of rest to completely fine overnight!"
"Perhaps Robin has latent powers none of us knew about?" Starfire suggested.
"Nah, no way. He wouldn't be Robin if he suddenly had powers." Beast Boy crossed his arms defiantly. "Cy, check the cams again. I'm telling you, I smell something... weird." Changing into various animals before turning back into a human, he shook his head. "Smells like... What is that?" It was a familiar smell, something he knew, but couldn't name.
"I'm telling you, cams and sensors didn't pick up anything. I've reviewed all the footage twice. And after everything we've been through, I made sure no one's getting through our security again." He told him.
"Well, someone or something did!" Beast Boy argued.
"Or maybe..." Cyborg tapped his chin with a finger. "Maybe Rob has a friend he doesn't want to tell us about."
Starfire tilted her head. "But why would he keep this friend a secret from his friends?"
Cyborg thought about the items he'd been dropping off in Robin's place, and grit his teeth. "Maybe, this friend isn't so friendly. Maybe..." He put his hands on Starfire's and Beast Boy's shoulders and brought them in close, his voice dropping to a whisper. "Maybe we should find out."
