The two sisters ran through the building, trying to get to Lilith's office, and possibly save a few scientists.
"We're almost there." Lilith said, walking up to her office door.
She swiped her badge, but it did nothing.
"It's not working." Lilith said, "The power must've failed in this sector, but the generator would've fix that. Anyway, we need to find another-"
Eda moved Lilith to the side and delivered a strong kick to the handle. The door was knocked open, and the handle was knocked off. Lilith just looked at her.
"That door was meant to withstand a bomb." Lilith said.
"Why would you need that?" Eda asked.
"This place was made during the Cold War." Lilith said, upon seeing her sisters confused look she knew it was pointless, "Never mind, come on."
They walked in and Lilith went behind her desk and moved the large painting of her, Camila, and the twins. Behind it, was her safe, where all her research was. She pulled out folders and handed them to Eda, who put them in her hair.
"Good, we got your stuff, let's get out of here." Eda said.
The two ran into the hallway, were they saw dead scientists... but they didn't die from fire. Eda kneeled down and examined them.
"Lily... they were killed by magic." Eda said.
"But... why?" Lilith asked.
"Lilith Clawthorne." They both turned and saw Emperor's Coven Guards, "You are coming with us."
In the Boiling Isles, Dell returned home, where his wife had a surprise.
"Dell, my love, there's someone you need to meet." Gwen said, pulling Luz next to her, "This is Lucia... she's Lilith's daughter."
"L-L-Lilith?" He said.
He stumbled a little before putting his hand against the wall to balance himself. He gave up hope that Lilith was alive decades ago. to hear that not only was she alive, but she was a mother too, it... it truly made him happy. He can have his family whole again. Luz walked over to him.
"H-h-hi... grandpa."
Dell looked at her before placing a hand on her shoulder. He looked at Luz's eyes, seeing the same look of wonder Lilith had at her age. He smiled.
"Hello, Lucia." He said, pulling her into a hug, "So it's true... my daughter is alive."
The joy didn't last for long, as something crashed through the window and filled the room with smoke. The family started coughing and Gwen and Dell were hit in the back of the head, while Luz had a cloth placed over her mouth. Whatever was on the cloth began to make her sleepy. When she was out, her hands were tied behind her back, and she was placed over Belos' shoulder.
"She is, but not for long."
