Holy Grail War Saga

Fourth Holy Grail War Arc

Chapter 8 – Abdel Dom Keens

Last Time

Kiritsugu cuts himself off when he hears the subtle sound of a projectile flying through the air. Grabbing his assistant by the arm, he ducks and brings her down with him. Two flashes of silver fly over their heads and stab into the trees behind them.

Looking in the direction of where the projectiles were thrown from, Kiritsugu sees someone jump from the wall of the temple. Seeing them fall in their direction, Kiritsugu and Maiya dive and roll in opposite directions to avoid being stomped.

Quickly hiding behind a tree, he chances a look around the bark of the tree, SMG ready to fire on his right hand.

Kiritsugu watches as their attacker rises from the small crater they made upon landing. His trained night vision allows him to identify their attacker.

"Kotomine Kirei," he says the name as a curse. Kiritsugu had actually let out a sigh of relief when he learned of Assassin's death. He'd assumed that Kirei had perished with his Servant, but that was too good to be true it seems.

The Executor turns his head to look at him, but he is already pressing the trigger on his SMG as he aims at Kotomine. Maiya follows his lead a second later.

Even when flanked on both sides by machine-gun fire, Kotomine manages to dodge by performing the same move that he and Maiya had done just moments ago.

He and Maiya are forced to spin around their respective trees to keep aim on the Fake Priest. By the time they have him in their sights though, Kotomine has already drawn more Black Keys and thrown them at the two assassins.

Kiritsugu moves back behind his wooden shield and the three Black Keys that were thrown at him stab into the bark.

'This is not going to be an easy fight,' he thinks to himself.

(3rd Person POV)

Moving around to the other side of the tree he's hiding behind, Kiritsugu takes a knee and opens fire on Kirei alongside Maiya. The Executor is seemingly hit by both of their spreads and falls. A moment later though and he fades to nothing.

'An illusion!' Kiritsugu and Maiya come to the same conclusion. The Magus Killer's well-honed danger sense then screams at him to move and he jumps and rolls towards Maiya's side of the battlefield.

Where he used to be is now Kirei, who had just tried to kill Kiritsugu with a soccer-style kick to the back of his head. Maiya opens fire on him again as her boss/lover recovers his footing. Unintimidated, Kirei dashes forward after his target with his arms raised to protect his head from Maiya's bullets. The projectiles can't seem to pierce through the Priest's clothing, it seemingly being bulletproof.

'He's reinforcing his clothes!' Maiya thinks to herself. She stops firing as Kirei gets within arm's reach of Kiritsugu, not wanting to accidentally hit him.

'Time Alter: Triple Accel!' Now three times faster, the Magus Killer turns around to deal with Kirei. Seeing him ignoring Maiya's fire, Kiritsugu drops his SMG as he ducks under a punch from Kirei. Drawing his knife, the Japanese mercenary takes two steps back to avoid the Japanese priest's rising kick. He then steps into Kirei's guard and tries to slash the man's neck open.

Despite his opponent's increased speed, Kirei proves his mantle as one of the best Executors of the Church. Catching the hand holding the knife by the wrist with his left hand, Kirei moves Kiritsugu's right arm up, leaving the man open for an elbow strike to the chest.

Proving that he's no slouch in hand-to-hand combat either, Kiritsugu redirects Kirei's elbow strike to the side with his left forearm. He then drops his knife, catches it with his left hand, and swings it at the priest's neck once again. Again, Kirei stops him by grabbing Kiritsugu's hand by the wrist.

Grunting in frustration, Kiritsugu drops onto his back, pulling Kirei along, and uses his legs to kick the priest over him. Kirei still holds on to the mercenary's wrists but is forced to let go to bring his arms up to cover his head from what would be a headshot, courtesy of Maiya and her Glock.

Rolling to his left, Kirei gets back up to his feet and draws three more Black Keys from his left sleeve. He throws them at Maiya, forcing Kiritsugu's assistant and lover to duck behind cover again. The Executor then changes his attention back to Kiritsugu but is surprised when some kind of black cloth falls on top of him. Kirei goes to take it off of him when a sharp and agonizing pain comes from his groin.

Having thrown his trench coat at the priest, Kiritsugu wastes no time in rushing his opponent. While Kirei is distracted by the black coat, the Magus Killer kicks him in the groin with a reinforced foot and shoe.

"Grha!" The priest locks up and tips forward because of the pain and Kiritsugu uses that moment to stab him below the jaw, sticking his knife all the away to the brain. Then, just to make sure Kirei dies, Kiritsugu gets behind him and snaps the man's neck.

Breathing heavily from the adrenaline, Kiritsugu looks down at the brunette priest as Avalon heals the injuries he sustained from using Triple Accel. As his breathing evens out, Kiritsugu can't help but think that he was right about Kirei Kotomine.

"He truly was a dangerous opponent," he murmurs to himself, looking down at the corpse of his defeated enemy. "If it wasn't for Maiya being around to distract him, our fight could have gone either way."

"Are you alright, sir?" Maiya asks as she walks closer to him. Even though Kirei is dead, she still keeps her guard up and her gun ready in case anything else decides to attack them. Kiritsugu taught her well.

"Yes," the Magus Killer replies as he grabs his coat before casting a basic fire spell to catch Kirei's body on fire. Better to not leave anything for another Magus to use in a sick experiment. Besides, it would be annoying if the monks that live in the temple found the corpse and got the police involved.

As the body burns away, Kiritsugu puts his trench coat on and turns to look at the Ryuudou Temple.

"Caster really is a dangerous enemy," the Magus Killer states. "Kotomine was fighting more like a thrall than a human. Clearly, Caster, or his Master, has some way of brainwashing others."

Maiya hums in thought. "Now that you say so, Kotomine was too quiet during our fight. From my encounter with him, he seemed to be very interested in you, sir."

Kiritsugu nods in agreement. "Yes, you'd think someone interested in me would talk even as we fought. Instead, he just kept attacking me like he was programmed to do it."

"That's because he was," a voice interrupts the two from behind them.

Turning around, both mercenaries draw their guns on the figure behind them. Taking a look at him, Kiritsugu and Maiya take not of his attire. He is wearing a black short-sleeved overcoat with white on the sleeves and a high collar. Beneath the coat, he has a black kimono-style shirt with gold trim and long sleeves and a black fur scarf is wrapped around his neck. His lower body is adorned in a pair of dark-grey pants and dark-brown boots. The black outfit contrasts quite well with his short, slicked-back ash-blonde hair and golden eyes.

"Who are you?" Kiritsugu asks.

"Oh, you don't recognize me?" the stranger replies with a raised eyebrow. "Hm, then again, you didn't get a good look at me, did you? Back at the docks?"

Quickly thinking over the event at the docks, Kiritsugu deduces the stranger's identity, "Caster? You don't match Saber's description."

"Ah, yes. I imagine that I don't," he makes a show of looking himself over before grinning at the Magus Killer. "I've recently undergone a… awakening of sorts, you see. New me, new looks, and a new name too. Allow me to introduce myself to you too properly."

Throwing his right arm to the side, Caster brings it to his chest as he bows with his left arm behind his back. "Emiya Kiritsugu, Hisau Maiya, I am Abdel Dom Keens," he introduces himself with a grin as he keeps his attention on the two mercenaries.

"I'd say that it's a pleasure to meet you, but that would be half of a lie," he continues after straightening himself from his bow.

'Abdel Dom Keens? I don't recognize the name from any legend I've heard or read,' Kiritsugu thinks after trying to match Caster's 'new' name to any myth he'd studied in preparation for this war. The fact that Caster also knows their full names also worries him quite a lot, but Kiritsugu decides to chuck it up to some spell or skill of Abdel's for the moment.

"What do you mean, 'half a lie'?" Maiya questions to keep the conversation going. She knows that neither she nor Kiritsugu can match a Servant, even if Caster is physically the weakest of the seven Classes. She also knows that her boss-and-lover is trying to come up with an escape plan and so she'll do her best to give him the time he needs by helping keep Caster occupied and distracted.

"I mean that it is a pleasure to meet you, Maiya-san," Abdel replies with a smile sent her way. "Speaking of pleasure, I wonder how your moans will sound when you're under me…"

Kiritsugu's and Maiya's eyes widen and they gasp at how forward and crass Caster is being towards the latter. Both then glare at the Servant of Spells.

"What did you say!?" Kiritsugu asks with a furious frown. He does not like the implications of Caster's words.

Turning his attention to Kiritsugu, Abdel replies, "Were my words not clear enough? I plan on bedding your mistress, Shitsugu. And Artoria and your wife too for that matter. Don't worry, I'll leave you alive to take care of your daughter."

At the mention of Iri and Abdel's desires for her, Kiritsugu loses his cool and goes to shoot Caster. However, he quickly finds that he can't move a muscle.

"What? Why can't I move!?" He asks, growing desperate as he tries to move any part of his body. Beside him, Maiya tries to do the same and finds that she too is paralyzed.

With a smirk on his lips, Abdel walks closer to the pair. "That would be my doing. It's a nifty technique that I copied from a clan of lazy smartasses that can manipulate shadows. I made some modifications of course."

Coming closer to Maiya, Abdel looks her over from head to toe. He even gropes her breasts and her ass, much to her and Kiritsugu's anger. She tries harder to move, but it is futile.

"Hmm, your butt is average, but in contrast, your breasts are a good handful. Buxom and with no sag, and definitely between a D and E cup. Nice; can't wait to taste them later."

"Stay away from her!" Kiritsugu shouts at Abdel, using Reinforcement Magecraft to increase his strength and escape whatever spell Caster is using on him. Unfortunately, that too proves to have no effect as he still can't seem to be able to move his body.

"Shut up. I'm done talking to you," Abdel tells him without looking away from Maiya's breasts. Taking his right hand from her left breast, he waves it at Kiritsugu. The hand glows purple for a moment and then the Magus Killer starts shouting in pain.

"HAAAAA!" He yells as he feels like his nerves are on fire.

"Kiritsugu-sama!" Maiya shouts in worry and fear for her love. She tries to move her head but can only move her eyes and watch Kiritsugu from the corner of her eye. Abdel groping her breasts harder gets her to look at him and he grins.

"Ignore him, my dear. I'm your new Master now," Abdel tells her as his body glows red and he makes eye contact with her.

Maiya's eyes turn to pinpricks and her mouth opens in a silent scream as she feels something deep inside her soul change.

'Kiritsugu-sama, I love you,' is her last thought before she falls into darkness.

(Irisviel's POV)

For a human, trying to follow a battle between Servants is an exercise in futility. To Irisviel, Saber and Berserker had been nothing more than blurs as they fought. However, from the brief moments where they stopped to eye each other, she managed to conclude that the fight wasn't going in Saber's favor.

While keeping an eye on Mephisto – and wasn't it strange to have a female demon being called by a male name? – she did her best to heal Saber's wounds. Thankfully Mephisto seemed to be happy to just watch Saber and the enthralled Berserker go at it.

In the end, the duel didn't take that long. What felt like an hour was more like ten minutes if even that. Saber came out victorious, just as Irisviel knew she would. For all that Lancelot was regarded as a match for King Arthur, the latter still came victorious more times than not from what the legends said.

Knowing what was coming, Irisviel tried to prepare herself, but the pain hit her like a train – and wasn't she shocked when Kiritsugu took her riding on one – and she fell to her knees.

"GHA!"

"Irisviel!" She hears Artoria call out to her. In moments, the blonde knight is standing in front of her kneeling form.

"What have you done to her, demon!?" she can't see Saber's face, but she's sure that her friend is glaring fiercely at Mephisto.

"I have done nothing," the demoness replies. "Do you not know? The homunculus that you're protecting there is the living container of the Lesser Grail. The last Lesser Grail was destroyed during the previous war, so the Einzbern decided to make the container of the newest Lesser Grail one that could defend itself."

As Mephisto explains her situation to Artoria, she herself can't help the shock that shows on her face. Only the three Magus families that started the Holy Grail War know of her status as the container for the Lesser Grail. How could Mephisto know about that and the reason behind it? Faust's Master couldn't have possibly found that out, could they? Caster did attack the Matou and the Tohsaka though…

Her mind turns white as a wave of pain hits her hard and she coughs blood onto the ground. She can feel how hot her skin is getting and her clothes are getting wet, most likely from the sweat, she's producing at the moment.

"The reason that she's like that at moment is that there are only two Servants left. At the end of the war – meaning, when six Servants have been killed and only one remains – the homunculus will turn into the Lesser Grail."

"Th-That's… How could…" through her pain, Irisviel can hear the horror in Saber's voice. Hearing her friend like that feels her with shame. She and Kiritsugu hadn't said anything about her condition to Saber because her husband feared that Artoria's chivalry would make her not fight as fiercely as she can if she knew that Irisviel's life would be forfeit in the end.

A sudden tornado of shadows manifesting in front of Mephisto put a stop to their conversation and caught Irisviel's waning focus. She heard Artoria shake off her shock and bring Excalibur up and ready for battle. As the dark twister disperses, she hears Saber gasp, and her own eyes widen in shock.

"Kiri-Kiritsu-tsugu…" she stutters through the pain. Her husband, the father of her daughter and the man that she loves most, is being held by the neck by a stranger with blonde hair wearing black clothes. At the stranger's side is Maiya who, instead of being held like Kiritsugu or trying to attack the blonde, is just standing there at attention.

'Mind control? And that tornado of shadows…' she quickly concludes the identity of the stranger.

"Caster? What happened to you?" Saber questions in confusion, clearly coming to the same conclusion as she.

"As I said to this trash minutes ago," he starts, throwing Kiritsugu to the ground in front of Saber. Uncaring of her own pain, Irisviel immediately starts crawling to her husband's side. "I've undergone a recent awakening and came out a new person."

(Artoria's POV)

Watching Irisviel crawl towards her unmoving Master from the corner of her eye, Saber takes a few steps forward so she's standing in front of both of them, never taking her eyes from Caster and Mephisto. Thankfully, Kiritsugu's chest is still moving from the quick glimpse she allowed herself, so he's alive and not dead.

"Awakening? What do you mean? And what have you done to Kiritsugu and Maiya?" She asks for clarification. Clearly, something has changed about Caster, something more than just in the physical sense. How he's standing – back straight and chin up, contrary to how he slumped his shoulders slightly and his slouch in their first meeting. His way of speaking – before he spoke like he was talking to a friend, now it seems like he is talking to someone below him. And then there's his aura. Before he had an easy, friendly air about him, now he feels… cold, unfriendly.

"Shitsugu is currently paralyzed from the neck down. The effect will go away in about an hour," he replies with a shrug of his shoulders and a mocking smile. "As for Maiya? She's mine now, aren't you, pet?"

He asks that last question to the woman at his side, putting his left arm around her waist. Unlike the no-nonsense woman that she'd known before, Maiya molds herself to his side like a lover and smiles.

"Of course, my King," she states in the same tone that one would say that the sky is blue and water is wet. He smirks and winks at her, before turning to Maiya and kissing her right on the lips.

Artoria yelps in second-handed embarrassment before she scowls in fury. As the two start French kissing in front of her, Caster grabbing a handful of Maiya's butt in the meanwhile, she yells.

"Unhand her, you scoundrel! First, you enthrall her and now you play with her like she's a trophy? A pet!?" Normally she wouldn't be shouting, she wouldn't be this angry, but after what happened with Lancelot earlier, her emotional control is failing. "Clearly whatever happened to you was not for the best."

Pointing Excalibur at Caster, she challenges him, "Unhand her and fight me, Caster! You will die tonight!"

Breaking off from Maiya, Caster looks at her incredulously.

"Fight you? But I've already won."

It's her turn to look at him incredulously, but then she feels her body lock up in place and she gasps in shock.

10:51 PM, October 5th, 1994, Ryuudou Temple, Mt. Enzou, Fuyuki City, Japan

(Abdel's POV)

Shadow Possession really is a broken technique when used correctly and in the right circumstances. Though, Artoria herself is a beast in her own right. That Magic Resistance of hers is fighting my control of her quite viciously and it's taking me three times as much Mana to hold as it did to hold both Maiya and Kiritsugu. Even then, I can see that's able to slightly move her body; very, very, very slowly and with quite a bit of resistance, but she's still moving.

Letting go of Maiya, I walk closer to the Servant of the Sword, holding a hand up to stop Maiya and Yubel from following me.

As I get closer, I admire her. Her body might be well hidden by her armor and baggy dress, but her beauty cannot be hidden so easily. Standing within arm's reach of her, I put a hand on her face and feel the soft skin of her cheek.

"Oh, smooth as silk. Tell me, is that because you took good care of your skin or because of the effects of Excalibur? Or was it Calibur? Avalon? I can't recall, really."

"Un…hand…me," she growls through gritted teeth, still fighting against my spell.

I chuckle in reply and start casting. You know, Desmond's initial plan for Saber had been to give her a worthy fight after having had her face off against Lancelot. I, though, have something else in mind. Desmond may be part of me, but I'm also Angra Mainyu and the Supreme King Jovian.

Yeah, Desmond forgot to take into account that Jovian's ego was inside the Class Card that TM11 gave him. Bound down it may have been, but it was still there and thus was caught up in the fusion.

But I'm digressing; the fact is that I have no intention of letting this opportunity to get what I want to pass up. Focusing on the knowledge of curses that Angra Mainyu possessed, I bring up the one that I used earlier on Maiya and cast it on Artoria. I could use Avenger's Mud to corrupt and turn Saber into her Alter version, but I want to capture the normal Artoria first. I can always go get another Artoria and corrupt her once the last part of my plan has been accomplished.

The Curse of Supreme Domination, as I call it, is a curse that I came up with after deciding to change Desmond's plans for Maiya and Artoria. I based it on the Evil Presence Spell from Overlord II. Just like that spell, my curse puts my will up against my target's will in order to dominate them. Once the target's will has been beaten, they will completely and utterly submit to me as their ruler, their king, their god.

Now, Artoria's will is quite stronger than Maiya's. You don't become a king without a strong will after all. But, said will has been chipped at because of her emotional fight against Lancelot. Normally, that wouldn't be enough to beat her, but when you're up against the fusion of someone that grew up on the streets and rose until he was the leader of his own gang and ruled his neighborhood, with a demigod king that ruled over monsters of all kinds, plus a tormented kid that became All of the World's Evil…

Well, even if Artoria was at one hundred percent, she still wouldn't have won that battle.

After a whole minute – it's a testament to Saber's will that she held up for that long – the red glow that cloaked myself and Saber vanishes. She stops struggling then and blinks rapidly before focusing her attention back on me.

Then, she smiles and speaks, "Your Highness, how may this knight serve you?" There's affection in her eyes and her tone is submissive, just as expected.

Releasing my hold on her, I step into her personal space and kiss her. She immediately reciprocates and when I rub my tongue over her lips, asking for access to her mouth, she opens up and lets me slide right in.

My hands aren't idle as I taste Artoria's mouth, tongue wrestling with her and easily winning; in part because of her submissiveness, and partly because of her own lack of skill. No, my arms circle her waist and grab a handful of her perky ass.

Now free to move, Artoria isn't idle either. She dispels her armor and hugs me tightly, her hands feeling my muscled back. She moans cutely as I grope her butt hard and hump her groin with mine. My cock hardens behind my pants and it takes every pound of self-control I have to split away from her lips and not bend her over.

'Soon, Abdel. Soon,' I tell myself before letting go of my new knight. She's panting heavily, her cheeks and body blushing. She whines in disappointment at me ending our make-out session and rubs her tights against each other slightly, clearly wet with lust.

"Don't worry, pet. I'll make good use of you soon," I promise and she nods with flushed cheeks and a smile. I smile back at her, before turning my attention to the couple on the ground.

Irisviel is shaking from the pain she must be feeling. Despite that though, she has crawled over to Shitsugu and is now covering him with her own body. Most peculiar though, is the glare that she's sending me. There's so much hate in her glower that, mixed with her gritted teeth, she looks more animal than human.

"Huh, I never thought that you could even feel hatred, Iri. Ten out ten on that glower though. If looks could kill, I'd be dead ten times over and burning in the depths of Hell." Looking her over, an arousing idea comes to me. "You know, I think that hatred of yours is turning me on! Never tried hate fucking before; past lives included."

She actually growls at me as I come closer to her and her husband. "Live…Kiritsugu…alone…" she snarls through the pain. Her body must be close to fully breaking down. I need to be fast.

"Yeah, yeah. Don't worry, Shitsugu will live to take care of little Illya," I snort before materializing two cards in my hand. Grabbing her by the neckline of her coat, I pull her away from Shitsugu. She yells in pain at my brisk moving of her body and I activate my first card.

"De-Fusion! Split the Lesser Holy Grail and Irisviel!" My second copy of De-Fusion glows and I throw it at the homunculus MILF. Good thing Desmond ran a second copy of the Spell Card in his deck, or I'd have to wait an hour to use De-Fusion again. By then, Iri would be long dead. Too bad he didn't run a third copy or I'd also take Avalon from Shitsugu.

"HHAAAAAAAAA!"

Irisviel screams in agony and her body arches painfully as the Lesser Grail is forcefully split from her very soul. Her chest glows gold and a beautiful chalice starts coming out.

Normally, something like this wouldn't be possible. According to what I got from Shitsugu after brainwashing him for a short bit, Iri's body is supposed to break down and turn into the physical manifestation of the Lesser Grail. The Grail is not inside her, her body is the Grail and it takes that form once six of the seven Servants have been killed and their energy has been absorbed. She should actually have been put in a coma after Desmond had Evil Hero Necromancer kill Rider. Guess Avalon must have stalled her deterioration enough for that to not be needed before she handed it over to Shitsugu.

Anyway, the TLDR version is that the Lesser Grail has no physical form without Iri and so taking it away from her is impossible.

Normally.

This is where De-Fusion comes in. This Spell is broken as fuck now. Normally, I can use it to split beings that are the sum of others. This is incredibly vague and, as I've found out through some experimentation on the prisoners that Desmond broke out, incredibly OP. If powered with enough Mana, I can do what I did with Angra Mainyu and the Greater Grail. But, I can also split up a dual-breed cat into the two breeds that make it up or split the evil and good sides of a person.

In short, if I believe that the target is made of two or more beings, then I can split them apart and De-Fusion will give them physical bodies. It doesn't matter if one of the Fusion Materials is an object, as long as the other is a living being, the spell will work. I've tested it; it was quite fun fusing one of the inmates with a statue.

Back to the present, I watch as the Lesser Grail finally fully splits up from Iri. Her back hits the floor as the pain stops and the chalice tumbles down to the ground.

Looking her over as I grab the Lesser Grail, I can see that she's dead. The shock of the split after all of the pain she must have been feeling because of the deterioration of her body was too much for her to handle.

Good thing I have Monster Reborn.

Activating the Spell Card, I throw it at her and she's shrouded in a blue glow. Her body is quickly healed and she takes a gasping breath as she comes back to life.

Before she can get her wits about her, I cast the curse I came up with after seeing the glare she sent my way. Purple light bursts from the palm of my hand and hits Iri, making her scream in pain once again. After a few seconds, the process is done and the light dissipates.

Panting heavily, Iri glares at me as she turns onto her stomach and starts pushing herself up.

"What have you done to me!?" She shouts with a glower and I can feel my cock hardening again.

'Soon, Abdel. Soon,' I chant to myself, forcing my lust down for a bit longer.

Smirking at her, I say, "Stand at attention!"

Iri immediately does as ordered, standing with her back straight, hands clasped behind her back, and feet spread apart. By the shock on her face though, she's surprised by her obedience.

Grinning at her, I start explaining.

"I call it the Kilgrave Curse. Right now, your mind is your own, but your body is mine."

At my words, Iri's shock turns into pure hatred and she glares at me with so much hatred that I can help but shiver in arousement.

"You…" She growls at me, speechless from the amount of fury coursing through her veins.

Grinning like a loon, I come closer to her, stepping right into her personal space. "Oh, I can't wait to have my cock inside your cunt. It's going to be glorious. I just know it."

As I start groping the homunculus MILF that I'll be breaking soon, I can't help the thought that passes through my mind.

'Soon, Abdel. Soon… Soon you'll have everything you can wish for!'

I hope no one was expecting an epic fight between Kiritsugu/Maiya and Kirei. The moment that the idea of Kiritsugu going for the groin came to my head, I knew I had to put that in. I seriously think that Kiritsugu is the kind of pragmatic asshole that would go for nut shots.

By the way, if anyone has problems picturing Abdel, he is wearing Rimuru's Demon Lord Attire, has the Supreme King's golden eyes, and has the hair color of Alter Artoria and Alter Jeanne.

I hope I have explained what happened to form Abdel well enough. Additionally, I challenge all of you to find out how I came up with the name "Abdel Dom Keens". If any of you find the meaning of the first name, then I assure you, the irony was completely accidental.

And I know, De-Fusion is OP, I made it clear that I know that. But I needed a way to split Angra Mainyu from the Greater Grail and De-Fusion was the card that first came to my head when I was planning this story. And, as Abdel said about Desmond's initial plan for Saber, I was going to just kill her and have him get another Saber when his plan is complete. What he didn't say was that was the same for Irisviel. However, while writing the scene of him taking the Lesser Grail from her, I concluded that he could split the two just like he could with Angra Mainyu and the Greater Grail.

So, less work for him in Waifu hunting, I guess.

With all of that being said, for those of you reading this on Fanfiction, Chapter 9 – the final chapter of this story – is already be up on my P.a.t.r.e.o.n. Go there if you want to read it a month early.

Having said that, I'm kind of torn about what to do next. I have a few stories that are ready to be posted – in other words, stories whose plots I have already finished planning half of. However, I also have three other stories already posted that I can go back to. I'm not ready to go back to "Gamer's Guide to Godhood" though, so it would have to be either "Dragon's Heart" or "Yu-Gi-Oh! Code GX!".

I think I'm going to put up a poll to get an idea of what you would like me to work on next. I'm not promising that I'll work on the story that is voted the most, but I'll give it a very strong consideration.

Have a good day/afternoon/evening and see you next time on "In Another World – A Most Improbable Caster"!

Ja ne!
