Padme's parents soon loaded their carriage with the music boxes they built.

"Not to worry, Jobal." said Ruwee, reassuring his wife. "She'll be fine."

No matter how much Padme had grown up, Jobal always felt afraid leaving Padme behind whenever they went away to the marketplace.

"Good luck, Mom and Dad." Padme waved as her parents rode away on their coach. "I love you."

"Be safe, Darling." Jobal called.

"Ready when you are, Masters." said Armorous, the family horse.

And so, the Naberries were on their merry way to the marketplace to sell their music boxes.

It was nightfall by the time Ruwee and Jobal arrived at the forest, but began to wonder where they were.

"Ruwee? Shouldn't we have been there by now?" said Jobal, taking in the dark surroundings.

The wind howled as it blew through the trees. Not a creature appeared to be in sight. It was a very scary atmosphere. Luckily, Armorous' horn provided a little light with its glow.

Ruwee looked at the map again and said, "Maybe we took a wrong turn. But I'm sure we can find a way out."

However, that was when the couple heard the sounds of howls. Many howls.

Mr. and Mrs. Naberrie became terrified as a flock of bats flew right by their heads. Armorous freaked out too and began running to get his people to safety, but they only ended up getting more and more lost in the forest until Armorous' restraints broke off the carriage, the alicorn running off without realizing his humans weren't with him.

"Armorous!" Ruwee cried, but it was too late as Armorous had already gotten too far to hear him or Jobal scream for him.

But... Jobal screamed when she saw a new problem coming to face them. WOLVES!

The couple ran and ran to get away from the beasts, but the wild canines were catching up fast.

However, as luck would have it, the Naberries came across a gate of some sort.

"Hello?!" Jobal called. "Is anyone there? Please let us in!"

"Open up!" Ruwee called, shaking the gate.

And to their great fortune, the gate opened, and they both managed to get in and close it just in time!

Ruwee held his wife as they both caught their breath, relieved that neither of them were injured or killed.

"Where are we?" Jobal asked.

Jobal and Ruwee looked at a building inside the fence they'd come through, and they saw... a castle.

It was a big castle. Big and white with a lot of plants covering it. But, there didn't seem to be anyone, not even guards, around the area. There were no lights on, no signs of life. But... they had to try.

The Naberries approached the door. Ruwee knocked.

Silence. And then, the door slowly creaked open to let the couple in just as a rainstorm started outside.

"Hello?" Ruwee called as he and his wife entered the dark interior of the castle.

"Is anyone here?" Jobal called.

No answer. But then there were whispers.

"Keep quiet!" said one whisper. "Maybe they'll go away."

"They appear to be a couple. Maybe they have children." whispered another.

"Hello?" Jobal called again. "We mean no harm."

"Indeed." said Ruwee. "My wife and I have lost our horse and we require shelter for the night.

"Mace, we must help them." said a gentle sounding voice.

"Be quiet!" said the other voice, apparently Mace.

"Sir, Madame." said the first voice. "You are welcome to stay."

Ruwee picked up a candelabra that was lit.

"Who said that?" Ruwee asked, shining the candlelight around.

"I did."

"Who?"

"Right here."

"Um... Ruwee?" said Jobal, sounding nervous.

Ruwee looked at his wife as she pointed to his hand. And Ruwee slowly turned his attention to the candelabra in his hand to see... a face.

"Hello there." smiled the candelabra.

Ruwee screamed and dropped the candelabra on the floor.

"Ouch!"

And that was when a small clock jumped down from the shelf.

"Obi-Wan, now you've done it!" Mace said. "Just great."

Ruwee, however, grew curious and picked Mace up.

"How does this work?" Jobal said, tapping the clock, but ending up tickling him.

Obi-Wan couldn't help laughing as the couple tinkered with Mace.

"Enough!" Mace exclaimed. "Do you mind?!"

"Oh, beg pardon." said Ruwee. "I've just never seen a talking... clock?"

Ruwee sneezed, and Jobal was shivering.

"You poor things." said Obi-Wan. "Come. Warm yourselves by the fire."

Obi-Wan hopped down a hall to guide the couple to the fireplace.

"Obi-Wan, I'm not so sure the masters will be okay with this." Mace said.

Neither half of the couple knew then that they were being watched by someone from the shadows.

Obi-Wan used his flames to light up the fire as Ruwee and Jobal sat in a couple of big chairs.

That was also when a couple of suits of armor came by and placed blankets onto the couple.

And some sweet music played from out of nowhere.

"A little soothing music?" said a gold unicorn dressed like a ballerina on a music box, spinning around as the music played.

"Thank you so much." Jobal said. "You're all so kind."

"Listen up, I'm in charge-" said Mace, until he was run over by a cart.

That was when a lady teapot poured some tea into some cups.

"How about some tea to warm you both up?" said the teapot, whose name was Zam.

Ruwee took a sip from his cup, only for it to start laughing.

"That tickles!" giggled a little boy's voice.

"Oh! Hello." Ruwee chuckled, seeing the little boy's face.

That was when the doors opened very quickly, and all the flames went out.

Everyone froze as they heard slow, heavy breathing as a knew figure entered the room. A figure in all black, a dark hood concealing their face, but their yellow eyes glowing bright as fire.

"Strangers?" said the figure in a very deep voice.

"Sire, allow me to explain..." said Obi-Wan.

"You know better than to just let anyone in here." growled the figure. "Who are you? What are you doing here?"

However, the Naberries were frozen with fear as this figure glared at the two of them.

The figure just continued his deep breathing as he looked them over.

"Please..." said Jobal. "We meant no harm. We just needed a place to stay."

"I'll give you a place to stay." said the figure.
