A little extra scene I'm adding. While this is primarily based on the original animated version of Beauty & the Beast, I wanted to add in one of my favorite songs from the live-action version too.

As everyone began turning in for the night, Anakin went by his parents' statue and felt tears falling as he recalled how happy they used to be before they were cursed.

Anakin: Days in the sun

Where my life has barely begun

Not until my whole life is done

Will I ever leave you

Anakin knelt in front of the statue and cried.

But he wasn't the only one in mourning tonight.

Jango looked at a picture of himself and his wife and their little boy when they were human. He thought of how much he missed being able to embrace his wife in his arms and kiss her. And now that she was a teapot and he was a strong suit of armor, he had to be extremely careful.

Jango:

Will I tremble again

To my dear one's gorgeous refrain?

Obi-Wan and Satine also missed being able to embrace each other as humans.

Obi-Wan and Satine:

Will you now forever remain

Out of reach of my arms?

And Zam, as she put Boba to bed in the cupboard, thought of how she would give anything to be human again, for her husband to be a man again, and for Boba to be a little boy again.

Zam:

Oh, those days in the sun

What I'd give to relive just one

Undo what's done

And bring back the light

And the two other royal beasts soon came by their parents' statue as well, mourning them and feeling the pain once again from all the days they spent not being able to touch their parents, feel their warm embraces, see their faces (well, not made of stone, anyway)

Kara and Carmine:

Oh, I could sing

Of the pain these dark days bring

Kara: The spell we're under

Carmine:

Still it's the wonder of us

I sing of tonight

Still, despite the sadness they felt, the castle staff and the remains of the royal family remained hopeful that one day they would be human again.

Meanwhile, Padme and Caroline stood in their rooms and thought a lot about what was happening in the castle.

Padme:

How in the midst of all this sorrow

Can so much hope and love endure?

Caroline: I was innocent and certain

Now I'm wiser but unsure

Padme and Caroline: I can't go back into my childhood

(Carmine: Days of the past)

One that my father made secure

(Kara: All those precious days couldn't last)

I can feel a change in me

(Anakin: Oh, hold me closer!)

I'm stronger now, but still not free

Everyone:

Days in the sun

Will return, we must believe

As lovers do

That days in the sun

Will come shining through

Everyone soon turned in and went to bed.
