Easier said than done

It wasn't as easy as they thought, wasn't as simple.

They thought that feeling emotions was easy, and a gift in many ways. Thought that it was at least better than having little to none. Wrong!

Raven found out first hand how complicated emotions are, and how much they hurt. And this was only the beginning of it; soon they will grow stronger and even more complicated than necessary. Well, maybe Raven was just exaggerating the matter, maybe it was just the fact she was not used to them… but are emotions really suppose to hurt?

Don't get it wrong, Raven's had at-least some experience of how it is like to feel, but it was noting like this. This was confusing, MUCH more confusing. Maybe it was just the fact that she had them in control for so long that eventually her mind used to automatically block them out and the fight with Trigon had regenerated her ability to feel like everyone else… and it hurt like a bitch.

Seriously! Ever since the 'The End' she had been getting frequent headaches and sharp pains in her heart. She had been loosing concentration in battles causing only her harm. This was all going too fast and was too much for her mind to comprehend. The last time she had problems with one of her powerful emotions, BB and Cy had helped her by going into her mind, and before that it was Robin that had helped her when her fear had gotten out of control. But this was an entirely different situation altogether!

And if that wasn't enough, a person, one she despised with mutual distaste, was coming over to pay her a visit.

That person was none other than John Constantine, the exorcist…

…Or as she liked to call him, the biggest bastered on mother earth. But that was just her opinion, and of a couple thousand other people who know him.

Anyway, he was coming and there was nothing she could do about it…
