Not the only one

"I miss you"

That's what stopped me - that's what made me turn around -

"Don't…" I manage after looking at you for many silence filled moments.

"It's the truth…" you protests.Your eyes locking with my own.

"No…the truth is…you ended it. Not me." I growled lowly. I hated doing this kind of thing in public let alone in the corridors of the lab.

"Sara…I was stupid" You explain as you move and takes hold of my arm.

I look to where your hand is, tight against my skin – a flash back of all the passion filled nights spent and the promises made filled me – a pain hit full force to my chest. "You're not the only one!" I mumbled, pulling free – I turned and walked away.
