This is a rewritten story of Yu-Gi-Oh GX but with OCs of my own and two OCs from Magic Mana's Story. Mostly aligned with the story but I have my own twist.
Inspired by Tales of Academia by Magic Mana and dragonicdevil's Yu-Gi-Oh GX: Season 1,2, and 3 support them or be exterminated!
I do not own any of the Yu-Gi-Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX characters, or Magic Mana's Characters except my own.

[Crowler's Classroom]
"Duel Monsters Cards can be divided into normal, effect, ritual, fusion, spell cards, and trap cards. And as well as new types of cards coming soon. Tuner monsters, Synchro Monsters, Xyz Monsters, Pendulum Monsters, and Link Monsters. At least according to Ray and Zarc," Alexis said.
"Traps can be divided into normal traps, counter traps, and continuous traps. Spell cards can be divided into normal spells, quick play spells, continuous spells, equip spells, field spells, ritual spells, and pendulum cards as well," Alexis said.
"Perfect! And you have already read on the new summoning methods Ray had shown," Crowler said.
"Hey! I link summon in our Tag Duel!" Zarc yelled.
"And I expect no less from Blue Obelisk," Crowler said.
"Yes, Dr. Crowler," Alexis said.
"Let's see who will answer next?" Crowler said as he "randomly" chose Syrus Truesdale.
"Syrus Truesdale!" Crowler said.
"Yes!" Syrus said nervously.
"Explain to the class what is a Field Spell is?" Crowler said.
"Ummm…A field spell is a…thing that affects the thing…" Syrus said nervously.
"Even Pre-Duelers, knows this!" a Blue Obelisk laughed as most of Obelisk Blue laugh except for Alexis and Ray.
"You want to Duel? Cause I will make you hurt!" Zarc said as his pendant glowed red.
"Yeah! Come and get me!" Hunter threatened.
"Calm down guys," Mana said.
"I know what a field spell is! It's uh-uh…" Syrus said.
"Poor kid," Bastion thought.
Gears was writing down everything and scanned Syrus for he has a "dark" aura around him and one of his decks.
"Relax…Syrus you got this," Jaden said.
"I think not. Can someone else who is not in red answer the question?" Crowler said as Obelisk Blue laughed again.
"I blew it…I made all of us Silfers look bad," Syrus said.
"You something teach? You shouldn't underestimate us Silfers like that. I mean I beat you in one turn after all. So you're really insulting yourself," Jaden joked.
"HAHAHA!" Silfer Reds laughed as Jaden made a peace sign.
"HA! He's right! You have also been defeated thanks to Jaden's Field Spell. Skyscraper!" Zarc said.
"That's it! I will not tolerate any more Mr. Yuki and Sakaki outbursts! THEY'RE TOAST!" Crowler thought.
[Later]
[Professor Banner and Hiro Ryder's Class]
"Hello, Children. I am Professor Lyman Banner. We will discuss all sorts of tactics in Duel Monsters." Banner said.
"And we will also discuss the history of Duel Monsters and Yami-no Games…In this hybrid Duel Alchemy and Duel Monsters Paranormal Class," Hiro said.
"Hey, Jaden thanks for having my back," Syrus said.
"No problem it's what friends do," Jaden said.
"Ahem!" Hiro said getting Syrus's attention.
"Do us a favor and grab Pharoah will you?" Banner asked.
"How does he do that? Wasn't he just on your lap a moment ago?" Hiro asked.
"Pharoah?" Syrus said in confusion.
"The cat who is currently using you as a scratch post…" Hiro said as Pharoah was purring and rubbing Syrus's leg.
"Meow," Pharoah meowed.
[Meanwhile with Dr. Crowler]
"Damn that Jaden Yuki and Zarc Sakaki… With this love note from "Alexis Rhodes" I'll lure that Silfer Slacker into a trap!" Crowler thought as he wrote the letter. Put it in an envelope and kissed it.
"And for young Zarc I'll have to hire a Duel Assassin from Bounty Hunter R Us. Let's see here…Arkana…Panik…"Bandit" Keith, Gurimo, Seeker, Titan, and The Dark Scorpions? I'll go with Arkana…but first Jaden," Crowler thought as he put Arkana in a preorder list.
"SMOOCH!- There the big kiss-off! Hahaha!" Crowler laughed evilly.
[Outside of Crowler's Office…]
"Man, the lunatics this school hires," a janitor said.
[Later]
[Miss Fontaine'sGym]
"Hey, where's Syrus?" Jaden asked.
"Don't know but prepare for the pain guys," Hunter said.
"Geeze…I hope Syrus isn't in any trouble…" Zarc thought.
[Later in the Boys' Locker Room]
Crowler snuck in and placed the letter in the Locker with Jaden's shoes…
And left to who knows where…
[Back at the Gym]
"Hey! I'm Fonda Fontaine and are you ready to sweat?" Fonda asked as most of the boys blushed except for Zarc and Jaden.
[Back at the Boys' Locker Room]
"Darn it Girls' Gym why don't they make the signs larger!" Syrus said as he went to his locker.
"Huh? Jaden's shoes? He must be using my locker again." Syrus said as he took the shoes out of the locker but then the letter fell to the ground.
"But this letter isn't!" Syrus said out loud and read it.
"Since, the first moment I saw you I been in love with you?!" Syrus read in excitement.
"It's a Love Letter for me!" Syrus thought.
"Meet me tonight behind the girls' dorms. Endearingly, Alexis Rhoddes?!" Syrus said in shock.
Then Syrus imagined Alexis coming to him in a field of flowers.
[Later at Night]
[Red Slifer Dorms]
[Zarc/Hunter/Mana's Room]
"Hey, guys I'm back!" Mana said with a towel over her shoulders.
"Hey!" Zarc said as Hunter was asleep.
"ZZZZZZzzz!" Hunter snored.
"Let's see what's Jaden is doing," Mana said as she and Zarc walked up to Jaden's room.
[Jaden/Syrus/Chumley]
"Hey Jaden, Syrus! What's going on?" Zarc asked as Syrus was lovestruck.
"I'm going to see Alexis! According to this letter, she's in love with me!" Syrus said as Yubel floated to the letter.
Then Jaden took the letter and read it.
"Umm…Syrus? This letter is for me…And Rhoddes is spelled wrong…" Jaden said.
"What?! Does that mean…I'm going to be alone?" Syrus asked sadly.
"You got us," Zarc said.
"Clearly someone wants Jaden gone master…" a transparent duel spirit in the form of a maid with light blue dragon features.
"I say, I bet it's Crowler…" Zarc said.
"Well, why not text Alexis and see where this will go?" Mana said.
"Okay fine…" Jaden said.
"Make sure, she's into you," Yubel teased.
"Kuri!" Winged Kuriboh purred.
"Fine," Jaden said.
Jaden texted Alexis to meet him at the lake…
[Hey, Alexis. Syrus found a letter from you but we think it's fake. Meet us at the lake and bring your duel disk with you.] Jaden texted

[Meanwhile at the Obelisk Blue Girls' Dorm]
Dr. Crowler snuck in and broke down the gate.
"Heheheh…" Crowler crackled evilly.
[Obelisk Blue Girls' Bathhouse]
Alexis,Ray, Mindy, and Jasmine are taking a hot bath.
"Man, that Jaden fellow said to Dr. Crowler what nerve. And that Zarc kid he's crazy," Jasmine said.
"I don't know…I kinda like Jaden's attitude. He's so carefree and cool…" Alexis said.
"And my Brother Zarc would do anything hell. He would put up a Yami-No Game in order to protect our eight younger siblings," Ray said.
"What?! Him cool?!" Jasmine said.
"I don't know. Jaden did have the skills to earn that Blue-Eyes deck and Zarc does seem to be kind when's he thinks nobody is looking," Mindy said,
"I just want to duel Jaden to see his skills with either the blue eyes deck or his heroes," Alexis said.
Then Alexis got a text.
Alexis read the text.
"Girls, grab your clothes and a boat we're meeting the Silfer Reds tonight," Alexis said as she got out of the water.
"Why? What did my brother do?" Ray asked.
"Nothing, but Jaden said that he got a letter from we're going to confirm that," Alexis said as Miss Fontaine was listening in to their conversation.
[Later at the Lake]
Alexis, Ray, Mindy, and Jasmine were in a motorboat. While Jaden, Syrus, Zarc, and Mana were in a rowboat.
"Here! The letter we're talking about." Zarc said as he gave the letter to Alexis.
Alexis read the letter.
"Wow you guys are right this is fake! And my name isn't even written right." Alexis said.
"Knew it! I bet it was Crowler, he's trying to get Jaden and perhaps me too!" Zarc said as his necklace glowed red.
"Maybe we'll deal with that later. Now we can leave," Mana said.
"Not so fast you guys are technically trespassing. So, we're gonna tell Miss. Fontaine and you guys are out," Jasmine said.
"But Zarc, you can go out with me after you're expelled," Mindy flirted.
As Zarc thought about that jokingly.
He felt seven fearsome auras around Mana and 6 other duel spirits in the form of maids with dragonic features staring at Zarc menacingly!
"Never! I won't go down! Now without a fight!" Zarc said as he prepped his duel disk.
"But, I want to duel Jaden to see if Jaden is as good as he really is," Alexis said.
"Sure! Get Your Game On! Lex!" Jaden said as he prepared his new prototype Next Gen Duel Disk.
[4000 LP Jaden Yuki]
[4000 LP Alexis Rhodes]
"DUEL!" Jaden/Alexis said.
[Alexis's Hand: Raregold Armor, Polymerization, Fusion Gate, Mind on Air, and Etoile Cyber.]
"Alright! I DRAW!" Alexis said as she drew Doble Passe.
[Turn 1]
"I summon Etoile Cyber in Attack mode!" Alexis said as she summoned Etoile Cyber

"And I set a card face down and end my turn." Alexis said as she sets down a spell or trap card.
"Cool monster, my turn! Draw!" Jaden said.
[Turn 2]
[Jaden's Hand: Elemental Hero Avian, Elemental Hero Burstinatrix, Kishido Spirit, Elemental Hero Clayman, and Polyerization]
Jaden drew Elemental Hero Sparkman.
And summoned him.
"I summon! Elemental Hero Sparkman! In Attack Mode!" Jaden said.
[Elemental Hero Sparkman] [Atk.1600/Def.1400] [Warrior/Normal [Light Lv.4]
"And now I attack your Etoile Cyber!" Jaden said as Sparkman attacks Etoile Cyber.
"Not so fast! I activate the trap, "Doble Passe". To save my monster I will take the direct attack!" Alexis said.
As the electric current hits Alexis.
[Alexis LP 4000 - 1600 = 2400]
"Huh?" Jaden said in confusion.
"But that's not all it also damages you equal to that of my monster plus 600 attack points !" Alexis said as Etoile Cyber attacks Jaden.
[Etoile Cyber Atk.1200 - Atk.1800]
"Great," Jaden said as he was kicked by Etoile Cyber.
[Jaden's LP 4000 - 1800 = 2200]
"Jaden!" Syrus screamed.
"You alright bro?" Zarc asked.
"She saved her monster by allowing the attack to go through to her," Jaden said.
"Impress?" Alexis asked.
"More like in love," Jaden said with a smile as Yubel and the Dragon Maid Spirits from Zarc's deck began making "shipping" plans.
"Well, prepared to have your heart broken! I DRAW!" Alexis said.
[Turn 3]
Alexis drew Blade Staker.

"I play Polymerization! I fuse Etoile Cyber with the Blade Skater I drew and fusion summon for Cyber Blader!" Alexis said as she fusion summon.

"Now, Cyber Blader attack Sparkman!" Alexis said as Cyber Blader staked at Sparkman and kicked him which destroys him.

"Now I end my turn," Alexis said.

"Okay! My move!" Jaden said as he drew Fusion Gate.
"Sweet! I play Fusion Gate! Now both of us can fusion summon monsters without Polymerization! I remove Avian and Burstinatrix for Elemental Hero Flame Wingman!" Jaden said.

"Now I activate Kishido Spirit! Monsters on my side cannot be destroyed in battle as long as the targeting monster and my monster have the same attack strength!" Jaden said.

"Now! Go Flame Wingman! SKYDIVE SCORCHER!" Jaden said as Flame Wingman attacks Cyber Blader.
BOOM!
But Cyber Blader was fine.
"What how?" Jaden asked.
"Cyber Blader's special effect is that if you control only one monster. She cannot be destroyed in battle!" Alexis said.
"Oh no, with an effect like that monster is a force to be reckoned with," Zarc said.
"Yeah, she's tough," Mana said.
Then another duel spirit appeared.
"Damn that is one fine-looking lady…" a white-haired man with black armor said.
"Shut up Albaz…" Zarc said.
"End turn!" Jaden said.
"Good, I draw!" Alexis said.
[Turn 5]
Alexis drew "Fusion Weapon".
[Fusion Weapon] [Equip Spell]
"Now I equip Fusion Weapon on my Cyber Blader! She gets a boost of 1500 Atk and Def points!" Alexis said.
[Cyber Blader Atk.2100/Def.800 - Atk.3600/Def.2300]
"Holy cow! 3600 Attack points?!" Syrus said in shock.
"Yep, now Cyber Blader. Attack Flame Wingman!" Alexis said as Cyber Blader skated and slashed Flame Wingman!
BOOM!
[Jaden's LP's 1700-1500=200]
"Your turn Jay," Alexis said.
"Oh man, I can't watch!" Syrus said as he blocked his eyes.
"Have some faith in Jaden," Zarc said.
"I bet the next will save him," Mana said.
"I draw!" Jaden said as he drew Monster Reborn.
[Turn 6]
"Okay! I normal summon! Elemental Hero- Clayman in defense mode!" Jaden said as he summon Clayman.
[Elemental Hero-Clayman] [Atk.800/Def.2000] [Warrior/Normal [Earth Lv.4]
"Now I activate Monster Reborn to special summon Sparkman!" Jaden said as he summons Sparkman.
"Now I activate Fusion Gate's effect to banish Clayman and Sparkman to Fusion Summon! Elemental Hero-Thunder Giant!"Jaden said.
[Elemental Hero-Thunder Giant] [Atk.2400/Def.1500] [Warrior/Fusion/Effect] [Light Lv.6]
"Now, I activate Thunder Giant's effect. I discard Polymerization so I can destroy a monster whose original attack points are lower than my Thunder Giant's!" Jaden said.
"What?!" Alexis said as Thunder Giant unleashed a bolt of lightning!
CRASH!
BOOM!
And Cyber Blader was gone.
"Now Thunder Giant! Voltic Thunder!" Jaden said as the Lightning hits Alexis.
[Alexis' LP's 2400-2400=0]
[DUEL OVER]
[Jaden Wins]
"And that's game! Lex!" Jaden said.
"She lost!" Jasmine and Mindy said.
"Yeah! We get to stay!" Syrus cheered.
"Oh no! We're still going to turn you Reds in!" Jasmine said threateningly.
"Then that means all of you are in trouble," Miss Fonda said from another boat.
"Miss Fontaine?!" the girls said in shock.
"But we are going to let you off with a warning," Hiro said.
"Mr. Ryder? What are you two doing here?" Mana asked.
"Me and Miss Fontaine were having our 5th-year Anniversary Date. Then we saw the entire duel. But what I liked to know why are you kids out here?" Hiro asked.
[Mintues Later..]
"I recognize the handwriting…Crowler…Looks like he got in for you…" Hiro said.
"What do we do?" Syrus asked.
"Nothing, regardless you kids better go on to the dorms. Next time, asked me or Fonda. We would've let you kids go," Hiro said.
"Thank you!" the students said.
"Now…Fonda we've been dating for 5 years right?" Hiro asked.
"Yeah, it was most time spent," Fonda said.
Then Hiro got on his knee.
"Wait he is?" all the girls thought.
"Fonda will you make me the happiest duelist in the world?" Hiro asked while he was blushing.
Then Fonda kissed Hiro.
"I-is that a yes?" Hiro stuttered.
"Yes, I will marry you," Fonda smiled.
"YEEHAA!" Hiro cheered out.
"SQUEAL!" Mindy squeals in joy.
"Beat it! BRATS!" Hiro yelled as the students went on their separate ways.
[Meanwhile with Crowler]
"Okay, all I need to do is to catch them in the act!" Crowler said but he was run over by a boat belonging to Hiro and Fonda.
CRASH!
"OWCH!" Crowler cried.
"You heard something?" Fonda asked.
"Nope," Hiro said.
"Curse you, Hiro!" Crowler said as he sank into the water…
