"Well my dear if you are ready then we need to go-" Jiraiya tells her then finds a fist to his face making him fly out of the building.

"Tsk the old pervert will join us at the gate. Let's get going." Tsunade tells Kakashi who follows after her with only a quick wave to the two left in the room.

"Phew they are finally gone." Shikaku mutters laying his head on the desk.

"Oh Shikaku-san I hope you aren't planning on slacking off while work piles up..right?" Shizune asks with a dangerous look on her face hidden by a smile.

"…troublesome" Shikaku could only mutter ignoring the glare.

~Gate~

Just as Tsunade had said when her and Kakashi reached the gate Jiraiya was just walking up to them with only a red mark on his nose from the hit.

"I was not expecting to be launched out of the village." He stated with a neutral tone.

"Don't be an idiot and you wouldn't have to worry about it." Tsunade told him simply. "Now let's get moving." She then began walking with the two men following just a bit after her.

Though after a while the two guards finally looked over to each other with smirks on their faces.

"I think that is a new record for how far Jiraiya-sama has been sent out of Konoha." One of them said with a chuckle.

"You may just be right" his friend agreed as they shared a laugh at the older man's frequent travels.

+~ Next day; café ~+

"So you told me that yesterday was finally your big trail run…so how did it go?" Sakari asks with a smirk. "Was he like ninja's were rumored to be like?" She added. For Ayame just might have let what she agreed to do for Tsunade slip to her friends. So, needless to say they are more than happy to get all the juicy info they could seeing as they knew the deed happened. Something that made Ayame blush.

Thankfully they were able to push the conversation to the side and began to talk about other things unlit their small snack came to an end and they prepared to go their separate ways. Course before Ayame left Sakari happily threw an arm around her neck.

"Oh and before you forget when you finally confirm the news you gotta let us throw you a baby shower…but who would have guessed that the strict Ayame would be the one to have a kid before marriage." Sakari told her then quickly let go of the embarrassed girl.

"Sakari!" Ayame called out at first embarrassed but then a bit annoyed with the girl but before she could sort how her friend's line made her feel the girl was already too far for her to get back at without seeming crazy. "Oh that teasing jerk!" Ayame grumbled but couldn't keep the amused smirk from her face at Sakari being Sakari. After all she knew just how teasing her friend could get when she gets in one of her moods.

~+ Few days later; near land of iron +~

After traveling at a decent speed Tsunade and her group were nearly at their destination. Luckily Jiraiya somehow managed to survive seeing as he didn't try anything perverted…at least while she could notice. As for Kakashi…she just chose to ignore the fact that he kept his nose in his book the whole time they were together to save herself from the headache.

But finally, they saw a load of samurai standing patiently waiting for them to come close and quickly came to a stop just in front of them.

"Tsunade Senju here as the Hokage of Konoha with my guards Jiraiya Ogata and Kakashi Hatake." Tsunade told the guards who nodded at them.

"Welcome Lady Hokage-sama. My partner will show you to your lodging where you may wait until the meeting starts. Though we ask that you remember that there is to be no fighting while you are on our lands. And any act of violence can and will be taken as an act of war." The man explained not bothered at all by Tsunade not showing any response to his words. After all in the meeting they were going into it was already easy enough for the smallest issue to cause bad blood between the villages; His words were merely a formality. So, instead he simply motioned for one of the other men to show them to their hotel.

"Well we are finally here….now let's hope that this meeting can go smoothly." Jiraiya mutters.

"Yea if these strange creatures are spreading as much as we think they are we very well could only be able to win with the hep of the rest of the villages…unless we want to face heavy losses." Kakashi agrees now only pretending to read the book in his hand while he tried to scope out the area around him. For you could never be too careful even in grounds that are considered neutral.

The journey to the hotel didn't actually take all that long and before they knew it; they were checked in and relaxing in their room.

"Ahh they my be weird but the land of iron sure does know how to keep it's guests comfortable." Jiraiya happily states flopping down on a bed.

"We aren't here for you to laze about pervert. We need to make sure we get as much from this meeting as we can…and don't you DARE cause problems for us in such a serious time." Tsunade growled at him.

"Please princess you know I am better than that. I may be a pervert through and through but I've earned my fame just as much as you. Course you know this seeing as most of that was with our old team." Jiraiya told her. For while he loves to goof off and work on his own stuff; he also was a very competent ninja. After all one doesn't create and control a wide spy network without having quite a bit of wisdom and skill.

"Yes Lady Tsunade we will make sure to do nothing that would disgrace our village." Kakashi tells her with his eyes still in his book.

"Grr. Say that without the fucking book in your face." Tsunade grumbles. Course as a response Kakashi merely brought his book down for just a few seconds to give his classic eye smile before replacing his book back in its normal spot. *sigh* "Why does Konoha's best ninja have to be such hopeless weirdos and perverts?" Tsunade grumbled but chose to ignore the two of them for the time being and relaxed after her long trip.

~Konoha diner; Hanabi and Moegi~

Hanabi and Moegi were currently eating some snacks in a diner rather happily. For while they were anything but, in the beginning; they finally ended up becoming rather good friends with each other. Something that let Hanabi open up a lot more than she normally would around people even her own family.

"-so when are you just gonna ask him?" Hanabi asks her blushing friend.

"T-this isn't about me….and you can't even talk seeing as you haven't even made Naruto realize that you like him even after your sister set you up." Moegi states making Hanabi blush as well.

"I-it is just that it is tough to make him look at me as a woman seeing as our age differs…but I have been making some progress! That is more than you have been doing miss 'too shy to even act normal without Udon being the third wheel.'" Hanabi teased.

"Oh come on I am not that bad!" Moegi complains.

"Suure…can't believe I am taking relationship advice from a girl who can't fix her own issues." Hanabi told her. At that moment she glanced at the door and noticed the rest of Moegi's team come into the building. "Well what are the chances.." Hanabi adds making Moegi notice as well.

"Well I suppose we have been coming here for snacks for quite a while. I mean they do have the best sweets this village has to offer." Moegi tells her with a shrug.

"That is debatable…but actually this is perfect." Hanabi states/

"What?"

"It's about time I repaid the favor." Hanabi told her with a small smile. She then got the boys attention and brought them over to the table.

"Hey Moegi, Hanabi how are ya doing?" Konohamaru asks with a wide smile as he and Udon sat down.

"Not bad. We were just enjoying some snacks while we had some free time." Moegi told them.

"Good while we have to focus on getting stronger it's also good to take a proper amount of time to relax." Udon states pushing up his glasses.

"Yes and you certainly have gotten quite strong." Hanabi said feeling Konohamaru's arm with both of her's.

"Y-yea I am getting stronger just like the rest of the team." Konohamaru states rubbing the back of his head bashfully.

"Mhh, well it's clearly starting to show." Hanabi tells him scooting a bit closer to him making his blush even worse.

"H-Hanabi-san what are you doing?" Konohamaru asks while Udon looks on with surprise and Moegi begins to look annoyed.

"Well, we never really got to know each other before so it seems like the perfect time to do so. Don't you think." Hanabi asked giving him a cute smile while leaving her hand gently on his.

"U-umm" Konohamaru muttered shocked that the normally reserved girl that he had a slight crush on was now being so forward with him.

"Mhuu what are you doing Hanabi? You told me that you wouldn't get in the way of my crush seeing as you weren't interested!" Moegi asked Hanabi with a glare. Course after seeing her teammates looking stunned and Hanabi's mischievous smirk she further examined what happened. After which it took her only a few seconds to get a heavy blush realizing her mistake as both boys looked over to her.

"D-do you really like me, Moegi?" Konohamaru asked stunned. After all being friends with the girl for years now, he never really thought about her that way.

"H-Hai…I have liked you for a while Maru-kun…but I understand if you don't feel the same." Moegi told him honestly with a blush. Of course, she'd be hurt if he rejected her but she didn't want him to know and have it ruin the friendship they had for ages.

"I-I-" Konohamaru began looking from Moegi to Hanabi who now moved back away from him and regained her neutral expression.

"Before you respond Konohamaru know that I only acted that way to help one of the few people I consider a true friend finally speak up. I have no actual interest in pursuing an actual relationship with you." Hanabi stated coldly. She knew that saying this caused some damage to the slight friendship she had with him but he had to know that her flirting was nothing but an act. He'd only be hurt even more if he dwelled on her acting and tried to pursue her more.

"O-oh…" Konohamaru muttered feeling the wind let out of his sails but glanced over at Moegi who he couldn't help but feel was now bathed in a new light as he considered her a romantic interest rather than just as a childhood friend. "W-well Moegi-chan I don't quite know what my feeling are at this moment…but if you want we can give this a try." Konohamaru told her honestly confused right now.

"I-I would like that" Moegi told him. For while it wasn't the best answer, he was at least giving her a chance. And honestly she didn't blame him seeing as he just had his feeling teased by the girl she knew he had a crush on before. Course after this they all awkwardly sat around for a few seconds before Udon finally spoke up.

*cough* "Well Konohamaru I'll talk to you later…I just forgot I had…something to do at home." Udon told his friend deciding to leave the awkwardness he had no part in.

"Good luck Moegi." Hanabi told the girl with a small smirk as she got up and went to leave as well.

"By Hanabi…but know I will have my revenge for that trick." Moegi told Hanabi with a falsely sweet smile that sent a small amount of fear through Hanabi. For while Moegi was thankful that she got her chance she also wasn't happy with how it actually happened. After all she got tricked and Hanabi also played with her love's emotions even though she knew he liked her.

"P-please nothing too harsh." Hanabi told her seeing as Moegi did in fact have a lot of dirt she could use against her.

"…we will see" was all Moegi said with a smirk as she enjoyed a bit of payback by making Hanabi stress a bit as she left the restaurant. Course she now refocused on Konohamaru who she was finally alone with. After all even if she didn't like how it happened she wouldn't let her chance go to waste.

~Land of Iron; meeting room~

Tsunade now sat in her spot of the table with Jiraiya and Kakashi standing at attention directly behind her. The meeting of the kages finally arrived and was only minutes away. Course the Raikage has yet to arrive leaving the rest of the kages with little to do other than examine each other with very little desire to delve into small talk at such an important event. Thankfully the dark-skinned man finally arrived right on time to the meeting and walked confidently over to his spot.

"It's about time you got here brat…yougin's these day's have no respect for schedules." Onoki grumbled in his seat as A walked.

*tsk* "I AM on time you cranky old bastard." A growled out but didn't say anything else and instead sat down in his seat just wanting to get to the actual point of the meeting.

"…yes indeed. So, now that all attendees are present let us finally start this meeting." Mifune told everyone officially starting the rare meeting of the kages.

And that is where I am gonna end this chapter. Now I know it is a bit short but I don't want to rush the meeting which will take me a bit to figure out to begin with. And I will be honest; the last couple thousand of this chapter were a bit rushed on my part seeing as various things happen in life all at once. But that isn't important for you readers. Just know that I tried to make this chapter as interesting as I could and the jumping between story and basically what I'd call side stories was because I didn't want to waste yet another chapter going "and then they walked till they finally arrived…ect." This way at least felt a bit more enjoyable to me basically using the cuts as time skips so that you don't need to see me struggle to think of ways to make a boring trip something that is good enough to read and not just have you skip the chapter.
