'I hope mom and dad will be fine, afterall they aren't used to of taking care of hikari-chan' gou thought as he rest for a bit near the tree.
FLASHBACK
"ME" gou said.
They all looked outside at intruder who was standing on the wall. they all ran outside to look. he jumped of off it and stood infront of them.
"ONII-CCCCHANN" Hikari screamed, happy to see her big brother again.
Everyone was in their alert mode but got shocked as gou removed his hood and mask, their facial expressions were priceless (;ꏿ_ꏿ;) and kai and Hilary, it was like they were turned into statues with wide eyes(O[ ]O)
Little-hikari untangled herself from Kai's arms and rushed to be in her big brother's arms, as he did. She stretched her tiny arms and ran in his direction while gou kneeled down on one knee and opened her arms for her.
They hugged, "where did you went, do you know how much scared i was" gou said as sign in relief and tightened his grip around her securely.
When he lift his head to look at other, he sweat-dropped at their shocked to death faces. looked like someone had to give expansions.
They were sitting in same room/dojo. bladebreakers were giving gou suspicious(kai) and shocked looks while Little-hikari's big bright eyes was looking at everyone in confusion, tried to understand everyone's looks but failed :s (Onò)
Kai had snatched her away from gou's arms b/c he wasn't going to believe without any evidence b/c he was kai...duh!
Gou felt weird b/c of their stares, the situation was way too AWKWARD and dense that it could be easily sliced by a blunt knife.
"I'm not that good-looking to stare" gou commented in way to light-up the mood.
It cause them to give another weird looks b/c they didn't expect this type of replies from Kai's son, gou sweat-dropped (-_-') as he gave-up.
"actually you are!" surprisingly boys looked at the person who said. it was hilary...XD while Kai narrowed his eyes at her.
"yeah...afterall who do you think I inherited these rubies!?" gou replied as he blinked twice. Hilary giggled a little at his funny reply.
"who are you!?" kai finally asked in solomon tone.
"who do you think I'm!?" gou asked back with ಠಿ_ಠ look.
The boy who was sitting in front of them, was xerox copy of kai expect his forehead, eyes and some other minor features coded by Hilary's chromosomes(genes) and he was asking who is he?? was it a joke?... it's better to be.
"listen. I know it sounds weird or impossible but it's truth, I come from... future." he finished his sentence waiting for their reactions.
For a full minute, everyone looked at him with same expression they gave earlier expect none of them were in mood to make faces to made that scene more dramatic while little hikari was lost in his own Wonderland. kai placed her behind him, far from this intruder who was none other that gou. she was playing with a plushie rabbit who had same size as her's. where did she got it?
(an: now imagine she was playing with it and her back facing you then she turned her head over her shoulder at gave you (OwO) smile.)
"any proof!?!" Kai demanded as everyone looked at him then gou for answer. Afterall what could you accept from kai!? he wasn't easy one to convince but this didn't work on hikari-chan's case...XD
"BEYBATTLE!!!" gou answered with confidence.
For few seconds, kai analysed him and then smirked.
"but if you wouldn't be able to proof, you will be in trouble, boi. Not only for having get-up like me but also for tricking this little-girl" kai warned in his death tone.
"no, problem" gou mimicked kai. it made him even more angry but gou couldn't handle that either he tried his best to explain but kai was like damn rock, nothing could pass me.
Everyone got up for watching the beybattle but Hilary was concerned not only for kai but for this new kid too then she looked down at Hikari who was looking up at her with big bright amethysts.
Hikari-chan wanted her to lift her-up as Hilary did. they followed others to backyard where beydish was placed.
"let's chur PAPA(let's cheer, papa)" Hikari chirped with excitement but in response, hilary just smiled back.
On other side, kai narrowed his eyes as he looked at gou's beyblade suspiciously. he had never seen that type of beyblade. it was so... advanced.
"3. 2. 1. LET IT RIP!!!!" kai and gou said in unison. kai selected dranzer V2 (magna core/MG core system). for this match for some reasons. he had been practiced with his new beyblade quite a lot but he hasn't perfected it yet.
DranzerV2 collapsed with gou's beyblade. they kept doing that as soon they were spinning in yin-yang motion.
kai narrowed his eyes again as he tried to find out what type of blade gou was using. it's was somehow similar to the dranzer but advanced.
"kenny!! why kai is using Dranzer V2!???he hadn't mastered it yet" Hilary asked with concern.
"idk hilary but I'm busy with analysing this boy's beyblade. I've never seen this much advanced beyblade. it's way too high-tech." kenny explained.
Everyone gasped at Kenny's statement expect little-hikari(in Hilary's arms), she was giggling, enjoying the crashing and spinning metal sounds.
The beybattle between them tensed up. first, kai didn't know what type of beyblade his opponent was using...second, the beyblade was way too high-tech...third, if he lost infront of hilary after giving his words then nothing would be more insulting for him than this match.
Gou finally called and ordered his dranzer "Dranzer MF 0.5, ATTACK!!" (dranzer MS/MF both are hard metal system beyblades, if you remember...kai used Dranzer MF in final match against Brooklyn...now think it's advance version, XD).
Gou added 0.5 b/c he couldn't handle complete 'hard metal system'. Only his dad and uncles could.
"DranzerV2, dodge then fire spin" kai ordered too. he knew his attack was useless, so he tried what he could do on that situation.
"oh god!! kenny what's going on there?" Tyson demanded.
"I don't know tyson there has something with Kai's opponent's beyblade. it keep creating some kind of magnetic fields maybe electromagnetic once, it's not only preventing me from analysing the match and his beyblade but also it's not good for DranzerV2" kenny explained as he tried to keep scan but it was no use.
"I get it!" hilary said then viewers looked at her.
"b/c DranzerV2 is based on MG core system so the electromagnetic fields which coming from that boy's beyblade are collapsing with DranzerV2's magnetic field lines, maybe and it will cause instability DranzerV2 more b/c of repulsion or Maybe cause some kind of contraction between energies. no wonder it's getting different for kai to handle it" hilary gave her theory.
Tyson was looking at her like he had seen a ghost, he was looking at her like can't-you-be-more-simple..!!
"I get that you have attended all classes but this isn't time for bragging, esh" tyson said in unamused expression.
"guys, keep quiet. kai couldn't concentrate like that." ray warned.
"kai!! you can do this!" max cheered.
Other bladers barely got anything while hikari was looking at her mother with silent-cute face. it clearly says Hikari didn't get a single word what Hilary said. Hilary simply kissed her forehead in reply, unable to answer her cuteness, later hilary told her to cheer kai.
"you are right at some places Hilary but it's even more complex" kenny said.
"KAI !! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!! ATTACK!!" Tyson shouted as match intended.
"tyson, electromagnetic effects are strongest at the centre of his beyblade, if kai tried to go near or attack...it wouldn't work b/c the effect get stronger the more near he goes, beside this DranzerV2 couldn't take this either." kenny reasoned as tried to say Tyson's ranting was no use while little hikari looked at everyone's faces one by one with confusion.
"HAIYE, why yuu say-ing wee-ard wurds. tell Hikari-chan tu(heyy!! why are you saying weird words, tell me too!!)" Hikari said with pouty-angry face, basically she couldn't understood a single word, her cheeks filled with air as she wasn't happy to know that... nobody was giving her attention.
Bladebreakers looked at her as they blinked at her cute interruption expect hilary. she was focusing on the match.
"GUYS!! DID YOU SEE THAT" hilary said when everyone focused on beybattle.
"what Hilary!?" Max asked.
"I think that boy's beyblade only create electromagnetic fields horizontally. it means kai could attack from both top and bottom directions." she explained.
"WAIT!! you are right, Hilary" kenny informed. "but kai need right timing and speed to do that"
Kai tried his best to find a way to attack but all he need was chance.
"PAPA!! win!!" Hikari cheered kai as loud she could which was easily audible b/c afterall she had Hilary's tongue.
Kai looked at her happy face. oh god! he definitely couldn't lose, at least not this time otherwise it would be double insult. now things had came to pride,he moved his sight a little up as he noticed same expression on Hilary face, that was the 2nd time when kai noticed the similarities between mother and daughter who were looking at him with hopeful eyes. could they be same?
While gou twitched his both eyes and looked at Hikari-chan with half angry-half disappointment.
His sister was cheering their own father INSTEAD of him!!
(AN: seriously gou!! you are jealous of your father. he got that from Hilary, for sure!!...remember? she got jealous from hikari too. XD)
THAT WAS KAI'S ONLY CHANCE!!
Gou was distracted, thanks to hikari and that's enough for kai to knock out dranzer MF.
"dranzer!! VOLCANO EXCELLENT EMISSION!!!!" kai ordered with screech.
Everyone expect Hikari-chan, looked at the match without blinking while she was playing with little birdy. strange! where that bird came from in middle of beyblade??
"WAI-" before gou could say anything kai had already won the match.
As kai revived dranzer back, he looked at his beyblade's bit-chip, proudly that he finally mastered the finishing move.
Hikari-chan ran to be in Kai's arms with cheered voice, she lift her cute tiny arms, wanted kai to lift her up which he did.
"yeeeyyyyeeee" she chirped joyfully.
"papa wi-n(you won)" she said as she tried to hugged him, she gave a little peck on his left cheek then she rubbed her cheek against his (*u*), kai just closed left eye at her action as his lips curled up into slight smile. everyone was admiring the scene expect gou.
"buttering..." gou hissed in his breath and rolled his eyes but kai heard him.
"but papa take loung tie-m, evrii-un waj luuki-g and nu une playin' wuth Hikari-chan (but, it was long match, everyone was watching and one was playing with me)" she said with cute-pouty face which clearly showed she was angry as she narrowed her eyes as she continued her ranting over kai. he felt like he couldn't do anything expect sweat-dropping.
Little-hikari remembered she was angry to know that know one was paying attention to her b/c they were busy watching kai VS gou.
(AN: you know, when kids get angry...they over react about it and our little-Hikari is doing too XD. And she got bored b/c you know kids they always want attention or something new every next second)
"hn... sorry?" kai didn't know what to do to make her less angrily expect apologizing. this was 1st time kai saw her angry but then why did he felt he had seen that anger feeling before? then he remembered Hilary almost looked like that when she wasn't able to see bit-beast.
Everyone literally everyone gave weird plus shocked expression even dizzi if she could expect gou. he saw that almost everyday in his home, so nothing new to him to shock about.
"did kai just-" Tyson couldn't believe so he tried to ask to confirm.
"yeah" ray informed but didn't know gou didn't knew what's so shocking in this scene which made frame less dramatic.
"I don't get it, what's so shocking, um-dad is just playing with Hikari, right?" he asked with confused. Then everyone looked at him as they blinked.
"b/c we had never seen him being that soft" max explained.
"I had" kenny said then everyone looked at him with (O_O) look while kai and Hilary narrowed his eyes at him.it's better for kenny to be SHUT-UP!!
As everyone kept quiet, it felt awkward.
"oops-" dizzi told kenny.
"heyye!! y all qua-iet?(heyy!! why all of you are quiet)" Hikari-chan asked as her anger was returning. Tyson and max grinned stupidly, kenny and ray just smiled at her behaviour while kai and Hilary looked at eachother with bored expression (٥ -_-). They aren't gonna see that everyday.
"ohh!! sorry, kari-chan" max sweat-dropped.
"btw, I've to say your beyblade is wicked" tyson complimented gou.
"thank you but I can't tell you anything about it" gou nodded.
"your Beyblading skills need to improve. you have power but you should work on polishing your skills, they're not matching your power level that's why you lost control quite easily" kai caught gou's mistakes while gou (ತnತ) suspiciously looked at kai.
"will it hurt you if you praise me once?" few things never changed no matter in what time they were.
"has there anything to praise about?" kai smirked as he raised his eyebrow. everyone sweat-dropped at his behaviour.
"that's why mom is my favourite" he said as he looked at hilary which made Kai's eyes narrow.
Hilary blushed and looked somewhere else to avoid gou's glare as he looked at her.
Bladebreakers saw the whole scene and decided to stay quiet, not interrupting family moment.
"yeah, mine too" his smirked never left his face but his comment made everyone's eyes widened and jaws hit the floor, on other side Hilary's brain stopped working, she even forgot to blush...wait!! did he just said- Hilary was his favourite! did kai sell his mind? XD
"at least she praise me" gou taunted with angry glare.
"yeah. she does that for me too" this time Kai's smirked grew wider.
Bladebreakers were enjoying other round of kai vs gou as they gave amuse look to hilary, specially tyson.
Gou gritted his teeth in anger as his rubies turned into fireballs.
Kai's eyes widened amusingly at his sight, gou totally looked like angry Hilary expect it was his face. it was so obvious even Bladebreakers noticed his glares.
"oh gawd! my biggest fear had come TRUE! it's looking like kai with Hilary's anger. who have thought that...BHAHAHAHAHAHA" tyson taunted b/w his laughs. this time he received famous Hiwatari's death glare from gou. Tyson created world record today, first from hilary, then kai then Hikari and now from gou. was something going on? Hilary wasn't Hiwatari(yet)!
Hilary just simply looked at Tyson with are-you-serious-look while other bladebreakers tried to hide their laugh and they succeed.
"and she also comes to watch my EVERY match. EVERY!!! no matter how much busy she is, she always get time for me" gou commented loudly.
"yeah, for me too" kai simply commented back as he looked at Hilary for second. she blushed and then looked somewhere else, his smirk never left his lips.
"and, and she KISS me. whenever I won match" gou said as he remembered his parents aren't together yet while other bladebreaker's eyes widened with amused smile, now things were getting hawt. XP
kai and Hilary both looked at each other for milliseconds then looked at opposite directions didn't wanted to met their sights.
Gou's smirk grew wider as he read their faces, Hilary swore to Gawd that she was gonna look like lobster, the way she was blushing.
Gou drew his hand near his ear as pretended to be deaf, like he was trying listen something.
"someone was saying something..huhh!? I can't hear anything" gou said dramatically which made other beyblader to laugh till death and they didn't mind even Tyson fell on floor as water started to come from their eyes.
"Nao! PAPA IJ TOMATO!!!(NOW PAPA IS TOMATO!!!)" Hikari said loudly as a big smile appeared on her lips. boys bursted out in laughter while Hilary wanted to faint out on hikari's words.
kai narrowed his eyes at gou while Hilary's eyes turned into spirals due to shyness.
[kai-1, hilary-1, gou- infinity]
"now!! come here, Hikari" gou said but it sounded like an order, which kai definitely didn't like but surprisingly for kai, Hikari-chan obeyed him.
"okii, ni-cha(okay, onii-chan)" she chirped happily (OuO) as she untangled herself from kai's arms again and ran towards gou and hugged him.
"faa-na-li, Hikari-chan found yuu(finally, I found you)" she chirped happy as she hugged her big brother tightly but gou rolled his eyes as he sweat-dropped b/c she was the one who lost.
"yeah, yeah" he said as he hadn't much energy left to waste in argument. he was the one who found her, Bladebreakers(expect kai) sweat-dropped at their frame.
"nao ni-cha he-ale, suu we all play(now you are here, so we all can play together)" she said as her lips formed an smile in u-shape. (OuO)
"so? you really come from...future?" kai asked.
"ofc, this is what I'm trying to say from start, but you didn't believed. now what you want DNA test, I'm ready to give it..if it satisfies you" gou said in one breath. he didn't have more time to waste at all.
"no-no, it's alright. we were just confused and suspicious about you that if you come from future then why are you telling us? doesn't it affect our future?" kenny explained as everyone nodded at his answer.
"Yes, it affects future and being suspicious about me is alright. why am I telling you all about my Identity has other reason" gou answered the basic questions as he led to explain them.
"I come here for mission. a thief had stolen an ancient bit-beast and come to hide in this time. In future, everything turned advance. bit-beast's potential powers will be use for time traveling and other important thing but thieves and crime had advanced too. with the help of bit-beast's potential Powers we can create time lapse and can leap through time for 24 hours but when time runs-out, time traveller will be pulled back in his/her current time." he explained the basics so he could explain them his situation next.
"but in my case when I was come here, I didn't know how Hikari-chan came behind, followed me. maybe she touched me the moment I was leaping so here is the result." he said as he eyed downwards at Hikari-chan who playing in gou's arms with dranzer MF, she was again lost in her own world.
Bladebreakers were looking at gou with wide eyes. he sweat-dropped at them b/c it was getting awkward for him to explain too.
"a thief? in this time?" Hilary gasped.
"but how will you find him?" kenny asked.
"I'm coming there" he continued.
"I've radar which catches the energy level of bit-beast"
(AN: Radar, electromagnetic sensor used for detecting, locating, tracking, and recognising objects of various kinds at considerable distances.)
"but wouldn't it be impossible to find b/c there has lot of bladers who have bit-beast?" kai asked as he got curious.
"no. b/c the bond b/w bit-beast and master is bipolar which cancels eachother and create stability that's why my Radar can't catch your and other beyblader's energy sources. on other side, the stolen ancient bit-beast has no master so it's energy is quite unstable, but I've to go through different places to catch the reading b/c the stolen bit-beast is sealed that's why it's energy level is low and my radar's radius isn't too much either" gou explain his mission.
He explained it further so everyone even Tyson understood what gou was trying to say.
"but as you can see I can't do both babysitting and my mission at once, as result I already lost Hikari-chan once *tighten his grip around Hikari* but luckily dad *looked at kai* found her or vice versa. I doubt that I will lost her again if I remove my sight from her." he said in awkward way b/c there was weirdest part coming.
"so what you going to do now!?" hilary asked as concern was audible in her voice.
"I noticed that you are already good at taking care of her so... I *cough* decided to ask you for taking care of her for one day" gou requested to kai and Hilary and everyone's eyes widened to their limits at his request.
"hayye!! why aul of yuu sae-ing we-ard a-gain(heyy! why all of you saying weird stuff/things again?) hikari said loudly as looked at their faces to catch everyone's attention but gou ignored her, she made face at him as she puffed her cheeks with air again.
"please, I've already wasted morning and found nothing related to mission." he said as he bowed. Little-hikari didn't get what her big brother was doing, so she copied him and bowed as well... thought it's play. KAWAII !!!
"Fine" one of bladebreakers said. everyone shocked to see who he was.
It was kai, he agreed to take care of little hikari, after knowing that she was none others but his own blood.
"but kai-" hilary was about to protest but gou cut her off in middle of her sentence.
"thank you, dad." he said with relief.
"I came in this time at 7 O'clock this morning, I will came back here tomorrow morning around 6 to pickup her." gou informed but reality hit kai when he heard his last words. he said he will take her back with him, meant if it's 10 am right now...then it means he had only 20 hours (21 hours left) to spend with Hikari. and then he have to wait for 20 years or something to meet Hikari...(an: I hope you get what I mean -_-').
While hilary on other hand, still didn't know why kai agreed, wasn't he the one who doubted on gou? then why?
"gou, I think we should go to search with you, about that thief." Tyson insisted.
"yeah!! Tyson is right" ray sided Tyson and said seriously.
"and I think you aren't familiar with routes either" max suggested.
"no, it's unnecessary. you guys will do nothing expect creating more problems" gou denied their help coldly.
Tyson, max and ray narrowed their eyes at gou then looked at kai. like father-like son while kenny and Hilary sweat-dropped.
"but gou" Hilary interrupted as she went near him.
"take care of yourself and if you think we can help even a little bit then please don't hesitate to ask or call" Hilary said as she smiled at him warmly.
"moooommmmm!!! even in this time you are worrying so much! just chill-pill" he said as he grabbed her hands and kissed both of her knuckles which made Hilary blushed. everyone was speechless at this moment and kai just raised his one eye-brow that they kept silent, not to ruin it.
"It's not like I'm going on Mission first time" he rolled his eyes.
"yeahh!! be-cuj it'z gou nii-cha sae-ken-d ta-em(yeh! b/c it's gou nii-chan's second time" little Hikari said the truth it's only 2nd time when gou was time traveling. everyone (even kai too) sweat-dropped at her words.
Kids never know what they have to say and where they have to say...XD
"hi-ka-ri" gou hissed in his breath as he gritted his teeth. he knew, now after knowing this they all would be more concerned for him, he was quite obvious with their natures. he kept his one hand on her mouth, not letting more truth to come out.
"so what if it's my second time, I know what I've to do don't worry. everything is alright. what I've to do is find about thief and came back here early morning, take Hikari with me and submit my report to mom. THAT'S IT!! see? nothing to worry about" gou tried to make them less concerned
"are you sure that-"
"YES!!! DON'T WORRY!!!" before letting anyone complete their sentences, he already answered.
"but what you guys have to do is, take care of My little sister" gou respectfully threatened them(expect kaihil)...XD
"now Hikari-chan!! listen as long as you are here, don't create any problems for them, okay?" gou said, he used the tone which people use to explain important thing to little kids XD...they were sitting face to face.
[WARNING: CUTENESS OVERLOADED]
"okie" she nodded with serious, determine look. bladebreakers(expect kai, he was just looking) had to 'aww' at cuteness while gou gave them weird side looks, but who was he to blame them, it's not like they were used to see her.
Gou waved his right hand as departure from dojo, as reaction little hikari waved her both hands, joyfully in Kai's arms.
"byiii-byiii(bye-bye)" she said (OuO). when he was gone kai turned to go inside, he was about to slide the door but got surprised a little when Hilary opened the door for him from other side.
There eyes met nth time today, that they stopped counting while little hikari looked at them with confused look one by one. mamma then papa then again mumma then again papa...so on!
"whut yuu lookin?(what are you looking at?)" little-hikari asked. they both were suspicious that her anger would return. so it's better to give her full attention.
"uhh... nothing, sweetie" hilary said with nervous laugh. then she moved her sight to met Kai's.
"you better explain me, why!?" she demanded to know why kai agreed for babysitting. he just slightly nodded as he passed her.
I decided not to stretch this chapter. so what finishing it here.
