Why anything couldn't happen normally in Kaihil's life. well! the answer was simple, then it wouldn't be entertaining anymore if things go though without any complications.
The bladebreakers were sitting on the dinner table with two special guest.
Hikari-chan was excited for dinner since she was starving too but when she saw peas in her plate, her expression changed into disappointed one and she denied to have her meal.
"NU!!" (ÓnÒ) she denied as dhe furiously shook her head and looked away with folding hands like kai does.
"no excuse!" Hilary tried to fed her but Hikari-chan flung her arms in air and somehow she spilled her drink on hilary's favourite PJ's and when Hikari-chan looked at her (O.o) as she shuddered, she couldn't even get mad at her. Hilary gasped as she backend her chair.
"don't you have spare clothes!?" max asked as he stopped eating.
"well I predicted I would've needed the PJ's but not the extras" Hilary mimicked back and kai had to smirked on her reply but she couldn't get mad on Hikari-chan so her anger was raging on others.
"don't you guys have extra clothes?!" she asked as she tried to hold herself but who could she blame.
"mumma, hikari-chan solly(mumma, I'm sorry)" (.ÓnÒ.) Hikari-chan meeked in low voice as she accepted her fault and looked up at Hilary with her big bubbley amethyst eyes like she would cry out if her mumma got mad at her. she was all guilty and ready to take any punishment.
"aww!!! it's okay Hikari-chan. I'm not mad at you" hilary warming answered as much as she could. she didn't want only precious daughter to get scared from her like she was scared from her own mother.
"re-yali???? mumma nu angry-angry tu Hikari-chan?" She chirped as she jerked up her wobbly-head.
"yup! (n.n) but-" "mumma will only forgive Hikari-chan..., if she eats her peas"
"NUUUUUUU~~~~"
Everyone was looking at such wholesome scene expect gou. he was busy stuffing her mouth with delicious homemade food.
"uhh!!! man. I need to change real quick" she frowned on herself.
"mine's at home!" max and kenny said.
"mine's at Max's!" ray told as he left his luggage at Max's b/c they were going to stay at his.
"I'm not going to wear Tyson's stinky clothes!" Hilary already denied.
"HEYY!! I'm not going to give you mine either" Tyson clearly got offended and stopped stuffing his mouth to reply, thought, Hilary was picking fight.
"and I don't have anything!" gou simply said and continued eating his dinner.
After few seconds of silence, everyone looked at kai since he left.
Hikari-chan got confused (Ó.ò) at the very moment and when she noticed everyone were staring at her papa, she also looked up at him, showing her invisible throat. you know chibis don't have NECK!!! IT'S BARELY VISIBLE FROM LOWER ANGLES.
"hn" you could expect the typical kai from Kai's kids too but it was cutest 'hn' you could have heard from anyone, like she hiccup in high pitch. Everyone turned their gaze at her with same different expression "She is Kai's daughter!!!" Tyson, max, ray and kenny said in unison but kai and Hilary sweat-dropped. they didn't need to know while gou was busy with his meal and cared less about Hikari-chan's cute antics b/c it's everyday tea for him.
"I've extras!" kai said with unease and closed eyes.
So when so she kept her meal on side to eat it later. she asked kai for shirt and left already. it's kinda rude to leave table in middle of but vaild right now.
She went in the guest room and looked for his bag where he told her. she found it but she was having hard time choosing his shirt for her and since it was first time when she got chance to look his clothes and touch it. dude! the feeling of rich quality fabric against her skin was just a.m.a.z.i.n.g! and somehow *cough* she ended up looking into his boxers too.
She chose the plainest white shirt with tick logo on pocket's place. kai only wore it whenever they had hectic practice days, so he always wear light clothes. it was a plus size according to Hilary which covered her mid thighs somehow, covering her short shorts too.
And then she went in bathroom to clean the fresh stain of juice from her pajamas. she definitely wouldn't want to let it stay in bathroom and stink.
Meanwhile in kitchen...
"ok! it's decided then I will take bath with dad!" gou announced determinededly as soon as Hilary left and he finished his meal. tbh, he was giving Tyson's vibes for a moment.
"why?" kai raised an eyebrow and making right-now expression. he had finished his meal too. he was feeding Hikari-chan since he couldn't eat by herself without making mess. Tbh, kai shouldn't spoil her let her eat by herself.
"to show who is bigger!" gou glanced at kai with challanging smirk.
Kai blinked as he stopped his actions and gazed at hikari-chan with titled look who clearly didn't get anything (ÓuÒ) and looking back at kai, for feeding her.
"hikari, it's the last bite and you are done!" kai said to her.
"YEYY!!!" little-hikari cheered (n.n) as she finally finished her meal, so the others.
"Hikari-chan, play with your uncles while papa and your nu-chan have something to clear" kai said with straightforward and direct line.
"NUU~ Hikari-chan go wi-th papa" Hikari-chan used her fake crybaby face again but kai couldn't agree with her, no matter what.
"then play with mr bunny" gou added in child-like pitch which people use to talk with kids and gave her Mr bunny to play, he bought it from living room asap.
"OKIE! PAPA!" Hikari-chan churped with her cute-warm smile as she tightly hugged mr bunny. (n.n)
Bladebreakers sweat-dropped with disappointment as they found out, even a bunny plushie had more value than them for Hikari-chan.
After Quick bath...
"what happened?!" tyson turned his gaze from wholesome Hikari-chan as he saw father-son duo entered in living room, and asked with curiosity.
"hehhh!" kai smirked proudly as he was an inch longer than gou.
"huh?" this reaction confused bladebreakers as they all looked at them.
"dad will be dad and son will be son" kai commented with victorious grin.
Everyone nervously laughed in unease. They didn't know that Hiwataris could turn anything into challenge.
"aww! it's b/c you are few months older than me!" gou excused with lame reasons. man! he couldn't take defeat so easily.
"what are you talking about!?" Hilary joined them in living room after washing her pajamas, microwaved her food and then had her dinner. she didn't know what they didn't behind her back, all she knew was kai and gou was having bath together, that's it.
"dad's taller!" Gou straightly answered with plain look to tease kai as revenge.
"taller what?" Hilary dumbfoundedly tilted her head and looked at kai.
Bladebreakers coughed super hard, as they clearly didn't expect that from them.
"...in... height!" kai said to clear her confusion as he went to hikari-chan and took her in his arms, stroking her bangs from the side of her cute round face.
"uhh! tbh, there hasn't visibly any big difference but I think kai is an inch taller from gou!" she was talking about their actual body heights but the bladebreakers had to laugh like manics while gou coughed super hard and kai was thinking about his existence once again. he had nothing to say, so he let Hilary in her own words, didn't even had gut to correct her.
"what's so weird. I just said the truth" she dumbfoundedly looked at everyone and sat next to kai, their reactions confused Hilary again. She sneakly passed some glances, maybe expecting some explanation.
"too much truth!" Tyson mumbled in himself but his friends heard him.
"hum!" Hilary narrowed her eyes and dropped the topic, now what happened with her.
When Hilary got Kai's side profile view, she mesmerized by his looks as his futureself's image came infront of her eyes 'oh god! his futureself is so damn good and kind, so nice. just a perfect husband material' she thought but when she remembered this guy was going to be her life partner, uncontrollably her lips curled up and her expression warmly softened.
When kai got a sneaky glance of her, it turned harder for him to breath. Man! she was admiring him without hesitating, showing courage just like her future self. 'damn! this crazy woman. I can't even say that she was her futureself. she was just true definition of powerful women. I want to meet her again' Kai thought but somehow Hilary's current expression was giving him the same Hilary's vibes. the curiosity got the best out of him and he glanced at her with sneaky looks.
"What's going on between them!?" ray whispered to max when he noticed their activity.
"heh!" Gou heard them b/c he eas sitting next to them and he had to smirk when he saw his parents b/c he wouldn't get this view of his parents again.
"Now what was that!?" Tyson mumbled to gou with questioning look.
"You should stay a bit more?!" Hilary requested as she held his hands. she really meant it as her expression was turning more frowning.
"I wish I could but this thing is important too" gou didn't want to leave either since they were having so much fun together.
"I don't think it's so important that you have to skip your sleep!" Hilary still had a little hope from gou that Maybe he could stay b/c he really didn't want him to leave this late in night.
"Yes! it is!" gou said with obvious look as he blinked.
"what?!" kai and hilary both said in unison.
"as far as I know, it's b/c this research project costs you ¥1.6 billion and you are the head of the project and director of the research lab which is working on 'setsuko project', so if I don't find setsuko, you have to pay the more money to government and investors as compensation and several reports of apology to other authorities, simply your heads. there has 67% probability that other research associations can charge a lawsuit against you for stealing the ancient bit-beast and turning the tables like it's stolen as known as faking victim but you have already bought the rest of 33% and believe me, you have received several death threats already etc etc etc..." gou explained them in the most easiest words.
Kai and Hilary were shocked to their souls but more like tremendous to hear this. now hilary understood why that thief called her professor, they might have something to do with her work.
"so you are telling me that your mom chose you for rescue this project!" Kai repeated as he wanted to confirm the piece of information he received.
"yeah! I not only got better grades than mom's other 8 bookworms(elite students) in practicals but I'm more responsible to handle these missions" he proudly stated.
"isn't it only your 2nd mission?" kai rolled his eyes with amused smirk.
"I'm talking about my training years and grades! and not to forget I've dranzer, my ace with me" jeez! gou could lose his temper so soon.
"it still don't change anything!" kai grinned with obvious look on his face.
"whatever!" gou huffed and dropped the fight b/c he clearly couldn't waste time anymore "I'm going now, so please take care of Hikari-chan for a while" he politely requested nth time.
"you don't need to mention it!" Kai said neutrally like it was also his duty.
"we will be waiting for you, ok!? Hilary said, trying to sound calm and carefree but deep down she was very worried for him too. she doubt how her futureself chose him to do this work.
"thank you!" gou started to left but kai was only watching him.
Hilary heard the sounds from inside and went to check in where the others were playing with Hikari-chan since they finished their talk with gou but kai didn't moved an inch from his ground. Suddenly, he ran to gou and stopped him by grabbing his shoulder.
"huh? what, dad?" he was visibly confused by Kai's action, turned around to look at him but kai pulled him into a warm hug silently.
"I've to say no matter who you are and whatever you have earn but you are indeed an amazing kid, gou" kai said that he himself couldn't believe he said but he was keeping it in himself all day. he wanted to bring it out, as he did "I can't be more proud of you!" and yes, he was proud of him.
These words moved gou from depth of his emotions, he hugged kai back into a tight hug warmly.
When they came to normal, kai sleek back gou's bangs with right hand and tapped his forehead with his with a proud grin on his lips.
"take care of yourself and your little sister!" kai said in his usual tone but this time his emotions could be heard for him and gou couldn't be more happy.
"yes, I will" gou nodded with wide joy of success as his eyes slightly gleamed with passion.
Kai ruffled his hair and then squeezed his shoulder "you should go now!" and he departure him.
Kai came back in the dojo. Max went his home b/c his dad called him and ray also went with him b/c he left his luggage and stuffs at Max's. Kenny went back his home b/c he had to repair Kai's beyblade for upcoming unexpected events, don't forget they have to face new enemies and others in this time, so he definitely couldn't let them get hints
Kai, Hilary, Tyson, Little-hikari left in dojo. actually, hilary could go her's too but it's already late and major reason, there would be no one to welcome her, so it's better to stay with others.
Time to sleep, but once again like I said, things couldn't go normally with kaihil and since little-hikari was there too. forget about 'Normal' word.
"Let's go to sleep! Hikari-chan come with mumma!" hilary said as she flung her arms at hikari but she buried herself more into Kai's arms.
"uhh!! not again!" Hilary dissatisfied from Hikari-chan's response once again. she dropped her head with sad gesture. Even till the end of the day, Hikari-chan still liked her papa the most. she finally accepted her defeat.
"NUUU! NUUU!!(NOO-NOO!!)" Hikari-chan denied with crybaby face as she shook her head and bought her tiny fist near her chin.
"then sleep with kai!" Hilary exhaled and said to hikari-chan.
"NUU! NUU!" She denied again with louder voice as she definitely didn't like it at all
"then?" kai asked as he looked down at her, he was confused too.
"Hikari-chan see-leep wi-th mumma nd papa!!!!(Hikari-chan want to sleep with mumma and papa!)" she chirped loudly in her cutest demanding tone, putting some more extra affords in it with pretty please look. {ÓuÒ}
Now what's next, Hikari-chan wanted to sleep in between kai and Hilary. I don't think there had anything left in the list anymore.

"HAHA! good for you guys!" Tyson laughed and received glares from kaihil "just don't do anything nasty behind hikari's back! hahahah!" he left with this comment
"TYSON!" they both yelled at him ti cover their embarrassment but also covered Hikari-chan ears to prevent her eardrums.
Kai grabbed Hikari-chan and went in the guest room while Hilary followed him. To be honest, she was very tired for more drama and stuffs, so was kai.
'So we really have to sleep together?!! Hikari-chan, you are great' Both kai and hilary thought in unison but unaware of eachother's thoughts.
They were definitely tired, so why they couldn't sleep? Maybe b/c they were together! in same room! in same bed!!!! under same sheets!!!!!!!! yeah! that could be the reason.
So, who was going to speak first, definitely not hilary!
"what you said about earlier!did something happened with you when you were toddler?" kai asked, pretending like they didn't heard Hikari-chan who was in between them.
To kill the awkward silence, hilary spoke up "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to go overboard but that question actually hit me b/c I had really, I mean really..umm...you can say abnormal childhood" she really didn't know how to bring this up but she tried.
"more abnormal than mine?" kai sidely commented as he was trying his back to communicate with her. he knew it wouldn't be wrong to at least give it a try, atleast when it's with Hilary.
"I'm not comparing who suffered the most or anything like that but... it's just it's hard to tell for me" she threw back.
"I get it, I apologise too" kai finally decided to end this awkwardness between them, no matter what it takes
"apology accepted!" Hilary said with wink. man! this time she actually winked to him.
"so what's your story!" kai asked with curiosity since he want to know more and more about Hilary.
"it's uhh- *looks down at hikari-chan* maybe next time" hilary said as she laughed nervously, kai followed her eye signal and got what she meant, Hikari-chan who was glaring hard on her mumma like tape recorder and camera. moral of the end, Hilary couldn't explain her childhood bad memories infront of her little-hikari b/c these talks shouldn't be done infront of little kids.
"but I'm glad that gou and hikari don't have to face whatever I've gone through" she exhaled and let ber body sink into the mattress.
"I agree, same in my case" kai added and gave headpats to Hikari, gently stroking her hair.
kai and Hilary had talk and they informally apologise for their earlier behaviour specially Hilary but they decided to discuss other things, later.
They all fell asleep, next morning gou came and picked up her and they all lived happily ever after.

The day ended but not little Hikari's cuteness. but now there was something different about it.
Kai and Hilary were dying to get a sleep since they had crossed their comfort barrier after messy day but on other hand Hikari-chan's eyes were wide open like she had more strength to play whole another day.
There had one problem, they were confused! why she wasn't sleeping? wasn't she tired like her parents? no, she wasn't.
"Hikari-chan nu wan-t see-leep! Hikari-chan wan-t play! wi-th ne-ko channn(Hikari-chan no want sleep! I want to play with neko-chan)" She energetically chirped as she jumped on the bed. (ÒuÓ)
"Hikari-chan~ be a good girl and sleep!" Hilary warned her in a sing-sang demanding tone.
"NUUUUUU! HIKARI-CHAN WAN-T PLAY!(NOOOO!!! HIKARI-CHAN WANT TO PLAY!)" she chirped again.
"KAI!" Hilary cried for him "do something!" and he could actually feel like pain, not entirely since she hadn't had proper sleep last night either.
"hey! why don't we look in that tablet for some reasons!?" Hilary suggested as she look around for the tablet and spotted it on table.
"ok!" kai said as he went to get it and operated it like time he did.
They searched for how to make kids sleep on internet through the tablet gou left fir them, and the results came out as "don't let them sleep during daytime!!"
'are you freaking kidding me!' they both turned petrified with shocked faces while hikari-chan was dancing and jumping around, waving her arms in air and then hugged them both but they were too shocked to react on Hikari's wholesome act.
"how we let this happen!" hilary whispered as she slapped her forehead.
After 5 minutes, kai and Hilary were watching playful Hikari-chan and thinking at same time for some solution b/c they badly wanted to sleep.

"you want beer?" kai asked.
"SHE IS ONLY 4!" Hilary yelled as she stared hard at him.
"what am I supposed to do!? nothing is coming in my mind, I want to sleep too!" kai pointed back as he casually burst out.
(AN: she is 3 plus, and I so badly wanted to add this audio trend, hehe~)
Midnight~
"kai I'm warning you, don't move, if she wakes-up. it will be disaster" Hilary whispered to him in dark room but the window was open, the moonlight was enough to provide nightlight.
"I know. I'm not doing this on purpose but I can't stand all night! and not when I'm freaking tired" kai hissed back since he didn't need directions either and man! he was pissed but couldn't do anything about it.
"try to sit down slowly. she wouldn't notice!" she whispered him some suggestions.
Kai steadily but succeed to sit on the bed. Every move was like gamble to him b/c he didn't know what could disturb his Hikari-chan. Thankfully, Hikari-chan didn't woke-up. she was peacefully sleeping in Kai's arms, as her head was resting on his left shoulder, her plumpy cheek pressed against his shoulder base, making her look more cute. only Hilary knew how badly she was controlling herself from pinching hikari's cheeks.
Suddenly kai felt weight of his right shoulder too. he looked to see and found sleepy Hilary's head leaning on his shoulder.
"hilary. you can't leave me alone!" kai tried to wake her by hounching her right shoulder.
"I'm not sleeping. my eyes are...just... closed!" she mumbled while taking her Zzzz.
"yeah! definitely!" his sarcasm hit last time this day but kai had to say that the both mother-daughter were smelling the same. probably b/c they used same shampoo or...his nose expired!
This fresh and floral scent was getting into his nerves through his nostrils..and boi! was it good!? it was DAMN!
After few minutes Hilary came back on her own support and rubbed her eyelids with her fists (AN: don't do this, it's not good for eyes!)
Kai had to look at her b/c she wasn't looking less than any sleepy angel. now to say from his mood, he himself wasn't looking less than a demon king.
They both almost fell asleep but how little-hikari could let her parents have good time. of course she couldn't.
"pa-paa!" Hikari-chan cried in sleep as her sleepy plumpy voice was cracking again.
"yes hikari. I'm not sleeping!" he got up from bed and walked around while patting her back to soothe her.
"Hilary! psst" kai sounds to caught Hilary's attention.
"yeah!" she garbled in sleepy tone.
"tell me, has she slept?" kai asked in low voice that b/c he couldn't see her face nor he could afford to move her, so he chose Hilary as his last option.
"oh god! she isn't sleepy at all!" Hikari's eyes were wide open with (ÒuÒ) smiley on her cute small lips.
"what?" kai bought her in both arms to look at her face. yup! Hilary was right.
"please Hikari. just go to sleep!" even kai requested while keeping himself in character.
"nu!(NO)" she playfully shook her wobbly head. she wore a pure heart whelming smile on her round face.
"oh! why don't you sleep..., then tell mumma, what you want!?" Hilary requested as she also stood up from bed.
"Ice-cream!" Hikari-chan chirped energetically as she stopped her activity, where did she get this much stamina.
"NO!" Hilary clearly denied loudly, and now where did she! get stamina to yell.
"plez!" (ÒnÒ) now Hikari-chan requested. what's going now? simple, Hikari-chan was asking for ice-cream as trade from sleeping.
"just sleep!" Hilary couldn't stand anymore so, she left kai alone with Hikari to take a short 5 minutes nap.
"will you go back to sleep, if Papa gives you ice-cream!" kai whispered to hikari-chan when he noticed Hilary fell asleep the moment she dropped on bed.
"TWUU!(TWO)" she said in normal cute pitch but kai sheesh her by eyeing at Hilary. silently saying her to keep it secret from her mumma. Hikari-chan got this rapidly since she had done this with future kai too.
"sheesh! no, only one!" kai bargained with his little package of cuteness.
"sheeeesshhhhh! TWO!" she copied him by placing her little index finger on her lips.
"why two?!" kai asked.
"one for Hikari-chan and one, for, PAPA!" she playfully put her other index finger on directing herself and then kai.
"..." Kai had nothing to say b/c Hikari's one sweet and pure answer broke his all defences. They gave bro fists and sneakingly went in the kitchen in his tip-toes b/c first, he really want to sleep. second, if hilary heard them she wouldn't let them have ice-cream. third, he wants to sleep.
Kai had to struggle for not making the cracking sound when he was closing the door.
"shushhh!" hikari hushed on door for making the sound but kai hushed on her, indirectly telling her to kept the silent but hikari thought it was a play so she "sheesssssshhhhh!" back slightly more loudly.
"mmmn" Hilary flipped on other side at sounds but didn't wake-up which alarmed kai too.
Hilary woke-up from her nap dur to the certain absence of her *cough* beloveds.
"huh!?" she blinked when she found herself alone under sheets "where did they go?!" she mumbled to herself, sat up and looked around, scratching her head.
"bathroom!?" that the only place came in her mind. she thought she should check it out if everything was alright.
Through her way, she noticed that one bulb is kitchen was turned on while she remembered she turned off everything.
To be honest, kai wasn't in any mood for eating or anything, he just want to sleep.
Kai was feeding her a small scoop of ice-cream which Tyson kept for himself to eat later. he pinned a note in his mind to repay him.
"papa!" she called him in sing-sang tone with head-up as her bobbley-head wiggled.
"yes, hikari!" kai replied in lower voice b/c he was tired.
"Hikari-chan want eat, papa nu feed!(Hikari-chan want to eat by herself, you no(don't) feed me)" she said as she took the spoon from his hand.
"ok, good!" Kai let her eat and saw her stuffing her mouth with ice-cream. he tried to atleast clean her face but she didn't let him do anything during eating. (-_-')
Little-Hikari tried to held the cup with her little hands, her tiny fingers tried their best to grip on the cup.
She ate slowly and carefully but still failed to eat properly. Her tiny fingers couldn't held the cup any more b/c it turned her fingers cold. she held it in other hand and then wiggled her cute little fingers to bring back the heat and then eat with and of course she messed up more this time while Kai was silently leaning on his chair in kai-ish way, watching her struggling to eat her ice-cream.
Because Little-hikari had ice-cream all over her hands and her face. she was annoyed b/c it was difficult for her to eat with wooden spoon, so she threw it away on table.
Little-hikari scooped her ice-cream from hand. At this view, kai raised his eyebrow b/c first, he didn't know what to do b/c hikari was looking so cute like baby bear who dugged for delicious honey and covered her face with it. he decided to wait for her to finish her sugary treat first.
"papa!" she called him and offered handful of ice-cream while holding the cup with other. (ÒヮÒ)
Kai didn't know he should laugh or cry, edge of his mouth twitched while he shook his head.
"papa eat-t(papa, eat)" Little-hikari came near him offered the slightly melted ice-cream which was dripping from her fists. he had no rights to deny his princess' offer. she was purely looking at him with her tilted (Òuò) look. he knew it's illegal to upset Hikari-chan from the universal laws.
"PAPA!" she called him again loudly.
"hikari, you eat!" kai politely denied.
"okay papa!" she ate it, messing her chin too aaaaand,... she got brain freeze. she pressed her both tempers with her cute-tiny fists wow, not only her face was completely messed up.
After few more scoops, she finished her cup she looked at it with surprised expression like her ice-cream disappeared.
"hn!" she widened her eyes and showed the empty cup to kai.
"you ate it! what so surprising?" kai stated.
"one mole? plzzz!(one more? please!)" Hikari-chan requested as she raised her tiny index finger with cute requesting look her her pure big eyes which was slightly bubbley and her lips tightened.
"now, it's finish. let's go to sleep!" kai knew he had no right to Demy her cute request but he had to do it. he closed his eyes and looked away.
"NUU!" Hikari-chan denied with crybaby face.
"yes!" They both looked at the source of faminine voice. they got it was Hilary's. "you had enough sweets for today!" she was leaning on the frame of the door. Caught 'em red handed!
"MUMMA!" Hikari-chan spoke up in her cute high pitched voice.
"now brush your teeth again and sleep for kami's name! AND WHAT YOU HAVE YOU DONE TO YOUR FACE!" Hilary said the last line more loudly.
tbh, kai was non-chantly wishing for her to sleep and totally on Hilary's side.
"mumma!" this time hikari-chan called her to come near her.
"hn?" Hilary went to her and stood infront of little-hikari. For few silent seconds, she didn't do anything, letting hikari to say something first.
Little-hikari tightly grabbed the fabric of Hilary's (Kai's) shirt with her messy hands and banged her head in her chest, shaking her head while buring her head even deep. Kai and Hilary's both eyes shoot up but her's was slightly red b/c Hikari's action involved her breasts. in simple words, little-hikari was wiping her mouth in Hilary's shirt. when she was done, she drew back her bobbley-head to looked up at Hilary with innocent white angel smile. (OuO)
It took hilary time to understand what she was actually doing b/c she was tired, so her brain. She was silently watching her wiping her hands in her shirt too.
"am I a mobile tissue paper to you, dear Hikari!?" Hilary genuinely asked... nah!, it was sarcasm definitely.
"yuu mumma!" she chirped happily with giggles and purely answered to her question. and the answer was right. She called her what. mumma, right?! that word had very deep emotions attached with her. that word melted her heart and anger disappeared. honestly, She wasn't angry at all. I mean who could be that inhumane to get mad at our cute little-hikari. no one, right?!
Hilary looked at kai with deep stare when she heard him chuckling and cracking the pffts.
"I want another clean shirt!" she demanded in deadpan pitch.
"you know where I kept" and kai refused to hold his laughter b/c the scene he witnessed was really funny. Hikari-chan was super savage, just like her father
Surprisingly Hikari-chan was still cleaning the ice-cream stucked between her fingers on her shirt.
"enough~" Hilary said a little dramatically but it was futile on Hikari-chan.
"you go, I takes her bathroom!" she told kai and grabbed her precious little princess in her arms to brush her teeth one last time.
Good news for kai and Hilary, and guess what. Hilary came back with sleepy Hikari-chan in her arms to kai who was almost asleep.
"she sle-"
"shhh!" before kai could finish Hilary signed him to be silent.
'finally!' kai thought, but the way he sounds hilary could tell it.
She came and laid her cutiepie on the bed. hikari was sleeping soundly with cute and pure sleepy look on her face, her little mouth created a small hole as her lips parted. she was sleeping freely, her arms and legs were near her chest as she turned herself into a fluffball.
"what time it is?" Hilary asked him and kai checked the alarm clock.
~3:36AM~
'ARE YOU KIDDING ME!' they both thought but could be easily read through their face.
"just sleep!" kai lowly whispered.
But when little-hikari's cute tiny bat ears caught her Papa's voice, she flipped on his direction and hugged him tightly. her both arms were wrapped under his shoulders and her one leg was on his waist, she tightened her hug.
It was like time bomb, one wrong wire and BOOM! I mean one wrong movement and hikari would wake-up. Kai couldn't afford to move not after this long. that's means he had to sleep in this position whole night. well, atleast he could sleep right now.
Tbh, Hilary cared less so she went back to sleep.
"you can't leave me alone while I'm stuck!" he whispered as low as he could.
"who asked you to spoil her and I'm still mad you let her have midnight treat!" she closed her eyes again.
"I will wake her so no one could sleep" kai warned Hilary.
"fine! fine!" "tsk!" she rolled her eyes.
"don't tsk on me!" he warned again since kai didn't like this kind of behaviour, specially not when he wants to sleep.
"what should I do then?" she asked for him.
"try to move her a bit b/c if I move she will be crushed" kai explained from his perspective.
Hilary slightly leaned over kai to held hikari's head gently but her hair tips fell on Kai's face.
"move your hair" kai said.
"what?" she turned her head to look at him which caused him sneezed b/c of the tingling sensation.
And guess what!?
"PAPA!" Hikari-chan chirped energetically as she was ready to play more
"NOOO!" Hilary cried out "not again" even tears dried out of drama.
"Kill me please!" Kai mumbled and fell back on the bed, next to hilary.
"YEEEYYEE!" hikari couldn't understand what's going on with her parents but she was happy b/c they were here to play with her, stay with her.
"please, go back to sleep Hikari" They both, specially hilary cried out in unison.
later...
Kai and Hilary were leaning on eachother's shoulder with deadpan looks and staring at their precious princess who was engaged in playing with Mr bunny, bunnie(OuO), yes, playing with Mr bunnie.
"mumma! mr bunnie!" Hikari-chan looked back at Hilary to show her plushie toy, even Mr bunnie was as tried as them.
"YES!" Hilary bought the energy to sit up properly and smiled joyfully at hikari-chan. when she engaged back in playing, Hilary let herself to fall on Kai's shoulder again. he was to tried to react, so he didn't mind beside this, Mr bunnie had no backbone, so his head was falling backwards and staring at kai with thise creepy red googly eyes, but, this time kai stared back and Mr bunnie gulped hard to have eye contact with modern demon lord.
"kai!" Hilary whispered as she looked at him.
"hn!?" he only turned his gaze on her.
"look! Hikari almost asleep!" she whispered.
"just let her.." he whispered back and closed his eyes
kai slowly took her in his arms and hugged her, then let her head fall on his shoulder.
Gou had to sweat-drop to see his this time's parents face's b/c it's like they hadn't had sleep for weeks. he was in their room where they were sleeping.
"don't let her wake-up!" Hilary warned as kai carefully handed Hikari-chan.
"ok..." he said with unease after carrying Hikari, looks like she didn't let them sleep all night, gou thought.
"well, don't do anything nasty behind us!" gou teased his parents last time before departing.
~7:00AM~
"if we don't then how will you come in this world!" kai instantly throw back with sharp reply without holding back any embarrassment. Kai's words petrified hilary on her place, kai looked at her to see her red face and Gou disappeared with hikari-chan.
"atleast now we can sleep" Hilary mumbled. she didn't this, it just went a minute ago and she was already missing them, as she want to cry.
Hilary couldn't let kai to see his face so she looked away.
Kai exhaled and got closer to Hilary to hug her from back before she mentally breakdown.
He had no words to soothe her b/c he didn't know, also he missed Hikari-chan too.
"don't be sad!" this was all he could come up with.
"I'm not sad!" Hilary denied with closed eyes, holding her emotions as much as she could. after a few seconds of silence, she sat up with regretted look on her face as she realised something.
"KAI!" She yelled as her eyes widened out like she had scene a horror movie but there was also regret on her face.
"hn?" kai confused at her sudden change of mood.
"WE FORGOT TO TAKE PICTURES TOGETHER! WE LITERALLY HAD ALL DAY BUT WE DIDN'T TOOK A SINGLE PHOTO! AHHHHUUHHHH!" she almost screamed and this time she didn't hold back her weeping sounds. TnT
"isn't like they went away for forever!" kai exhaled with sweat-dropped. he had to accept, Hilary had a reason to cry this time.
Back in their current time[FUTURE] _
"so Hikari-chan had fun there with little mumma and papa?" hilary asked as she bought her breakfast on the table.
"Yus! very very very very...MUCH!" Hikari-chan chiped as she swang her arms in air to express her happiness and joy she had in that time.
"oh my! I'm glad to hear that!" Hilary also let a smile to come on her lips as she heard her answer.
Hilary giggled and then shared the grin with her husband who was enjoying his black coffee.
"don't forget me!" gou interrupted by coming from behind his father, almost hugging him as he joined his parents in their conversation.
"eh! how could we forget you!" kai replied and ruffled gou's hair with free hand.
"mom, can I go back in past to meet you guys again!?" gou requested with joint hands.
"YUS! Hikari-chan wunt tu play we-th kaii tuu!" Hikari-chan chirped her wish too big sparkly eyes b/c she wanted to go back to meet their past-selves again.
"you called me what?!" everyone's eyes widened to hear Kai's name from their princess' mouth. Kai chocked on his coffee while Gou lost his balance. Even hilary forgot when she last called him by his name since there had so many honorific titles for husbands. and Gou, he couldn't even think about calling his parents by their names as you know.
It's funny how kai reacted when she first called him papa, he told her countless times to not to call him that and how when she called him by his name, he was shocked to death XD

The basic plots of the shot is done but there has to add more little exciting events between the plots and don't worry, I'm working on it so I will upload it after some other uploads.
I've to say that this is my only ffn which I enjoyed the most, Little-Hikari my one only OC and I never thought you guys will love her this most even though her character is super unique and different from both kai and Hilary.
