Hi guys welcome to the next chapter. Before we begin id like to thank you all. What i thought was going to be a controversial chapter, received very positive reviews. I cant thank you all enough. Anyway its been a while but we are finally at the android saga. I'm making more changes than what i did with the Frieza saga. So I hope you enjoy.

One day before the androids show up
Kami had allowed the league to use his lookout. After all if not for them the whole world would have perished by now. However when he agreed to their proposition. Throwing a party was not what he had in mind. Still it did warm his heart that they were all enjoying themselves before the big battle. Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Clark, Bruce, Dick, Victor, Barry, Arthur and Hal were all there. There was food and beverages provided by Mr Popo. Though no one wanted to ask how he acquired them. Considering what they were all about to head into, the mood was very upbeat. Everyone except for Batman was smiling. The Dark Knight tapped the table in boredom.
"Why am I here again?" He asked the team.
"Because it's important to keep morale up before heading into battle. Soldiers do this all the time." Victor responded.
"I don't know about soldiers, but I'm up for more of these." Goku stated. All while stuffing a whole chicken breast down his throat.
"You're only here because of the food." Dick light heartedly accused the Saiyan. The Boy Wonder was now fourteen years old. And had gotten considerably taller. His voice had also gotten slightly deeper.
"And I'm not apologising." The table laughed. However Goku's demeanour soon turned serious, the Saiyan suddenly stood up. "Do you guys feel that?" All the Ki users nodded as they too could sense an energy signature. "There was a giant power that's just been unleashed in West City!" Goku suddenly smiled. "And it's a big one! This is going to be one hell of a fight!"
"Do you think it's the androids?" Krillin questioned his friend.
"Can't be, the kid told us it was tomorrow." Tien answered.
"Well whoever it is, I'm gonna fight him." The Saiyan announced.
"Of course you are!" Gohan sarcastically added. The half Saiyan was now eleven years old. He too had gotten slightly taller. Though his voice remained quite high pitched. The young boy also stood up. "Listen if you're going then I'm going too." Clark looked towards the child, concerned.
"Listen son I know..." Clark couldn't finish before Goku cut him off.
"Of course." He approved. While Gohan seemed to be delighted by his father's answer. Clark looked back to his friend in disapproval. Surprisingly it was Arthur who stood up next.
"I also wish to accompany you." He requested. Everyone was a little shocked by the Atlantean's demand. "I have some scouts near, exploring the ocean not too far from West City. I need to know if they're safe." Goku smiled as the two held onto him.
"We'll be back soon." Within a flash, the three of them disappeared.
"Don't you think maybe we should have gone too?" Clark queried the team.
"Don't worry about it." Yamcha nonchalantly answered. "Goku's the strongest man I know. There's nothing that can stop him." As the bandit smiled on Hal, Victor and Clark all stepped away to answer their phones. Krillin meanwhile noticed that something was off with Barry.
"Hey Barry, are you okay? You've said less than Batman today." The dwarf mentioned. In all honesty Barry wasn't alright. It had been almost a year now since what he dubbed 'Flashpoint'. A year now since he bought so much death and misery to the world. Besides Bruce, he hadn't told anyone about his mistake. Most likely out of fear they'd kick him out. Only the most heroic were able to join the Justice League. And he certainly was not that.
"I'm fine Krillin." The speedster awkwardly replied. Shifting his eyes away from his friend. Soon Hal reappeared.
"Listen guys I got to go. Some maniac is calling me out." Hal informed them. Not wanting to stay any longer Barry saw this as an opportunity. The speedster rapidly stood up.
"Hey do you need some backup?"
"Yeah sure." The space cop turned to his fellow heroes. "We'll see you all tomorrow." Hal encased his friend in a green shell as the two flew off. The remaining players wanted to keep the party going. However both Clark and Victor rushed back with concerned looks on their faces.
"We have a problem." Clark announced. "Somebody in Metropolis has invited me to a fight."
"And I've just got word from my father that star labs is also under siege." Victor followed up.
"Four similar incidents at exactly the same time. That can't be a coincidence!" Batman noted.
"You think someone is calling us all out?" Dick inquired.
"Or something." The whole team looked at one another. "I know the kid said it was tomorrow. But what if he got the wrong date? Or the androids knew we caught onto their existence? So they could get the jump on us a day early."
"Then we'll need to be extra careful. Krillin and Yamcha. Can you guys accompany me to Metropolis?" The two stood up with their fists in the air.
"Don't you worry. Me and Krillin will stop those scrap heaps. We've been intensely training."
"Then Robin, Cyborg, Tien and I will go to star labs. I feel a chat with Waller is in order." The teams all got together in their groups. "Stay in radio contact."
"And stay safe." Dick requested.
"You too." Krillin replied, as the two teams set off on their journeys. Not knowing what horrors they were about to face.

Goku and Gohan sat by the coast just outside of West City. The ocean was actually quite calm. Though the same could not be said for Gohan. The young boy shivered throughout his body. Goku saw this and knelt in front of his son.
"You feeling alright Gohan?" The father asked his son.
"I was so pumped up before." Gohan stuttered. "Now I'm feeling..."
"Scared?" The son of Goku looked up, his legs trembling.
"Yeah."
"Hey don't worry about it Gohan. We all get scared from time to time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Fear tells us how we can get stronger." The half Saiyan smiled hugging his father. "Easy Gohan, we still might have to fight someone." The young boy instantly let go. Both laughed as Arthur jumped up from the water.
"My scouts are fine, in fact they weren't even attacked." Arthur stated.
"So if this person isn't here for the scouts then..." Goku pondered. Though it was his son who finished that sentence.
"They wanted to draw us out!" The three looked at each other. Before turning towards the city.
"Well let's not keep them waiting." The happily Saiyan powered up. The trio flew over the city. High enough so they could be mistaken for birds. But low enough that they could see down below. Arthur ducked his head in embarrassment. He was a king, yet found himself being carried by Goku. Who was searching for any kind of signal. Luckily he didn't have to search for very long.
Within a few minutes there was an explosion right next to them. A nearby office building burst into flames. Civilians screamed as they ran from the building. Gohan rushed into the building attempting to rescue trapped people. Arthur jumped down next to a fire hydrant. With his powers he moved gallons of water to put out the flames. Goku meanwhile looked around to see two people who were not running away. They merely stared at him, showing no emotion at all. Goku landed on the ground about ten meters away. He looked at them both. The first was an older gentleman with a grey beard. He wore a black ushanka hat, with the red ribbon logo on it. A striped orange top and brown baggy trousers. The second was much bigger with pale white skin and a bald head. He wore a black top coupled with an orange waistcoat plus baggy black trousers. Goku wasn't the brightest person, but even he could tell these were the androids.
"I assume you two androids caused this?" The Saiyan accused them. The older gentleman looked shocked.
"How do you know that we're androids?" He asked them. When no response was given he shrugged it off. "I suppose that doesn't matter. I wanted you here and that's exactly what's happened."
"Before we do this! I'd like to ask a favour." The lead android looked on in anticipation. At this point Goku was joined by his team. "Let's take this fight away from the city!"
"Fine wether we'll kill you here or elsewhere, it is insignificant after all." Goku led the way as everyone flew away from the city. And into their battleground.

Hal and Barry were making good progress towards Coast City. Towns flew past as they push their way forward. Though while it was a quick journey. Hal knew it was an awkward one too. Barry had been dead silent throughout the journey.
"Hey pal, are you alright? You seem a little down." Hal tried to comfort his friend. Who brushed him off.
"I'm fine." Barry glumly replied. Hal though wasn't satisfied.
"Look if you ever need to talk..."
"I said I'm fine!" The speedster was now full on shouting. Hal simply looked away. The speedster could see the hurt in his friends eyes. "I'm sorry. I just have a lot going on right now. You ever screwed up so bad, that people got hurt?"
"Do you mean physically or metaphorically? Cause I've done both."
"How did you cope?" Hal briefly closed his eyes.
"Remember this one time I was tracking this assassin. Eventually found him on this planet... Felucia I think it was. Instead of playing it safe I went straight in. Knocked him straight out. Though not before he pulled the trigger on his gun. Stray bullet hit a new born baby, being carried in his mother's arms." Barry was speechless. He had no idea that Hal had been through that. Partially causing such a tragic incident.
"How? How did you cope?"
"Cause if I'd just given up then I'd be letting people down. Carol, the Guardians and you guys. Listen Barry soon you'll be faced with a choice. You can run and hide from your problems or you can face them head on."
"Thanks Hal." The speedster even gave a light smile.
"See that's what I like to see. Honestly depressed looking doesn't suit you."
"Yeah I guess I can't pull it off like Bruce can."
"Nobody can pull it off like Bruce can." The two laughed as they arrived in Coast city. In the city centre was a horde of police cars in a circle. In the centre stood one lone man. He was a tall, well built gentleman. Who had long white hair and a receding hairline. He wore a brown open vest with an 'RR' symbol on it. Which Barry recognised as the symbol of the red ribbon army. He also wore black trousers and a plain baseball cap. Hal and Barry landed, causing a huge cheer from the cops.
"So I hear you've been calling me out! Who are you?" Hal demanded to know. The gentleman chuckled as he looked straight at the two.
"Howdy there. I'm Android Thirteen." The android blurted out in a southern accent. "And the good Doctor Gero sends his regards."

Clark, Krillin and Yamcha flew towards the Kryptonian's home. Though something was bothering the latter two. Superman could have chosen anyone. Yet he wanted both of them to come along.
"Hey Superman, can I ask something?" Krillin quizzed the hero of metropolis.
"Go right ahead." Clark responded.
"Why'd you choose us? You could have picked Flash or Tien. But you chose us?" Krillin couldn't wrap his head around it. The Kryptonian however laughed.
"Truth is. I see a lot of potential in you two." The two ki users were certainly surprised by this confession.
"Wait you see potential in us?" Yamcha replied, befuddled.
"Of course. You two have what it takes to be true heroes!" The Kryptonian added.
"Hang on a second, aren't we already heroes?"
"Yeah we've been training non stop over the last four years." Krillin argued. "We're stronger now than we've ever been."
"Being a hero isn't about how much power you posses." Clark retorted.
"Well what is it then?"
"That is something you're both gonna have to figure out." The three soon entered the city. Where standing right in the city centre was a swarm of police officers. And in the middle was a machine. This machine looked like a typical terminator. Though instead of red eyes it was bright green instead. "We'll take it from here officers." The police all backed up. Not wishing to be involved in this conflict. The three heroes landed around twenty feet from their target. Who started to observe them.
"Scan complete. Kryptonian DNA confirmed." The robot stated. It's voice sounding completely soulless.
"Who and what are you?" Yamcha questioned it.
"I am designated android fourteen, also known as project Metallo. I am an android created with the soul purpose of killing the one known as Superman."
"We're not going to let that happen!"
"Your compliance is unnecessary. My programming dictates that Superman shall die. I shall carry out that order." The three took a fighting position, ready for the android's attack.

Victor and Tien landed in front of the star labs building. The Cyborg was horrified to find it was currently on fire. People were running outside in fear. Screams deafening the sound of flames. Though Victor couldn't hear any of that. In fact he couldn't hear anything. All his senses had stopped working, except his sight. His body shook as he tried to spot his father. But he wasn't there. Suddenly Tien appeared in front of him snapping him back into reality.
"Cyborg! Cyborg!" Tien yelled trying to gain his attention.
"I'm good. Don't worry." Victory whispered.
"I need you to focus. There might be civilians trapped underneath. Can you find them?" Victor nodded as he scanned the area.
"I have three heat signatures inside... wait a minute."
"Something wrong." The part machine looked extremely worried.
"There are three heat signatures yet only two heart beats. But whoever it is... they're still walking."
"Maybe your thing is broken?"
"Or we're not dealing with a person." Batman said as he and robin walked over. The other two jumped up in fear.
"Seriously how do you do that?" Tien asked The Dark Knight, who glared at him in response.
"Are you saying what I think you are?" Cyborg inquired.
"It's an Android."
"So the time traveler got his days mixed up." Dick added.
"It doesn't matter what day it is I'm going in!" Cyborg said as he rushed into the burning building.
"Wait!" Tien exclaimed. Cyborg though was already inside the building.
"Fool!" Bruce cursed.
"I'm going after him. You guys tend to the wounded." Tien chased after his teammate. Leaving the dynamic duo outside. While Bruce showed no emotion, Dick was visibly irritated.
"You're not just going to stand there are you?"
"And what do you propose we do?"
"Go in and help them!"
"And how do you we accomplish that without choking to death?" The Boy Wonder was lost for words. "You can't run into a fight without a plan. It always goes horribly wrong. We just have to... trust our colleagues."
Meanwhile Cyborg was working his way through the building. While most of his body was completely fine. His few remaining human parts was feeling the heat. The half machine kept pushing forward. Eventually destroying a fallen beam. One that was blocking off the two people still trapped. His father and Amanda Waller.
"Victor!" Silas shouted.
"Dad, you're alright?"
"I'm fine Victor, but we need to get out right now!" The scientist sounded very desperate.
"What is going on? Who or what caused this?" Waller attempted to stop him, but Silas couldn't contain himself.
"Officially its simply called project fifteen. But we gave it the nickname Amazo. Victor we have to leave now! Amazo has the power to..." Before Silas could finish Victor tackled him to the ground. Preventing them from being hit by a Ki blast. All three looked over to see the seven foot android approach. The android wore green trousers but no shirt. Had muscular white skin topped with very short ginger hair. With each step it took, a large thud could be heard. Victor readied himself for battle.
"Targets acquired." The machine said. While there was a hint of a humans voice behind it. The machine sounded was utterly emotionless. While Victor was determined and Waller angry. Silas had a face of pure fear.
"No..." he muttered. "We're too late."

1: Yeah Im trying to portray Vegeta at his worst so later when we see him do something heroic it hits harder.
2: Yeah Bulma is going to have a rough time.
3: The league talking about Diana will come. But later. Its been three months since she left do i felt it would be odd for them to talk about it now. Especially when they are trying to enjoy themselves.

1: Vertigo powers makes a person feel like they are under the effects of vertigo. Diana called it an illusion because she didn't understand it.
2: No they weren't working together. Ares has been keeping an eye on Diana. And this was the best time to make a move.

1: Biologically Trunks is Diana and Vegeta's son. But Bulma is raising him.
2: No i haven't. My friend told me it was horrible so i haven't gotten round to watching it.

1: Interesting. During this arc Diana will have time to reflect on her past and future. and do a little soul searching.
2: Way too early to have super saiyan god.
Drago: I think that might just be my writing. In my attempts to have Goku and the league see eye to eye. i've toned down his lust for battle a bit. Im hoping that I can do a bit better from now on.

Jabs: I can confirm Bulma got it cut off. She knows a lot better than to allow that to happen.
