"Mom! Uncle Bill brought me the new Michael Jackson album!"

They watched the boy run upstairs.
"Bill, Thank you."
"Ralph's got a kid. Same age. He helped me pick it out..."
After awkward silence, she finally asked. "Still nothing?"
"Sorry. You'll know the moment I hear. Is there anything you need?"
"Just drop by. Next week."
"I always do."
Another moment of silence passed.
