Both OCs I mentioned will be making their appearances here. If you've read Manuel's earlier fic here, Sizeism Matters, you'll know who Jane is. But Stanley here is new. With that said, let's get on with the story.

In the classroom of Mrs. Wright at Royal Woods Elementary, the second graders are socializing with their friends as usual, but one is silent: Carl. He is just sitting on his seat looking bored.

As she walks by, Lola notices him and walks up to him. "What's the matter, Carl?" she asks.

"Huh?" Carl was snapped out of his bored state. "Oh, nada."

"You usually chat with us, so why not this time?"

"I have a bit of a problem." Carl explains, "You see, I'm in the middle of a love triangle between Jane Fitzgerald and Adelaide Chang. Both gained a crush on me."

"I know that feeling." Winston overheard the conversation, relating to him.

"You've been in a love triangle before?" Carl is somewhat surprised.

"Yep. Between Lola and Lindsey."

"He picked me of course," adds Lola.

"But isn't Lindsey in love with Francis?" Carl is confused.

"Right now, yes, but before Francis moved to Royal Woods, Lindsey was in love with me. A year ago," Winston recounts, "both Lola and Lindsey asked me to be their Prince Charming for Royal Woods' first Little Miss Princess and her Prince Charming pageant; as a result, they fought over me nonstop. It was stressful at first, but as it went on it eventually got on my nerves, so I rejected both of them."

"And then what happened?"

"Their hearts were broken, no doubt about that," Winston resumes, "and I kind of regret it. Then, the next day of school, Lola came up to me and apologized for fighting over me. Turns out, I was really important to her. She claimed I was a turning point in her life. That flattered me, so I accepted her apology. Lindsey, on the other hand, saw this and was enraged, leading her to punch Lola right in her face. Fortunately for Lola and me, Lindsey was caught by our previous teacher Mr. Cooper, and she was sent to the principal's office. That's when I chose Lola to be my princess for the pageant and, eventually, my girlfriend."

"See!" Carl suddenly exclaims. "That's the thing! What if I choose Adelaide, and Jane will punch her in the face?"

"That'll never happen," Winston assures.

"Jane may get angry at times, but she isn't the violent type," says Lola.

"Attention, students!" Mrs. Wright suddenly calls out to her students, catching their attention. "I would like to introduce a new student."

"Hm?" uttered the students.

"Everybody, meet Stanley."

Just then, the door creaks open, and the new kids slowly walk in, albeit shyly. His young body is of a thin type like most of his new classmates. He is wearing a green and blue sports jersey, and he is Spencer's younger brother.

"Um, hey everybody," he says shyly.

"Hi, Stanley!" The class greets him back.

"Stanley, why don't you have a seat right there." The teacher points to an empty seat behind Jane.

"Uh…" He freezes for a bit upon seeing Jane. "Sure thing, Mrs. J."

"It's Mrs. Wright."

"Whoops! I thought you were someone else. Easy mistake, really."

"That's alright. You may have a seat now."

Stanley heads over to his new seat and sits down. Upon laying his eyes on Jane again, he starts blushing.

"That girl is cute," he comments quietly.

Then, Jane starts humming.

"She hums so beautifully," he comments again.
