Upon reentering the cafeteria room, Carl is greeted by Gus handing him his jacket back.

"Hey, Carl! Here's your jacket!"

"Oh, right." Carl puts it on. "I took it off to escape from Jane and Adelaide. Speaking of the two," he gets nervous, "is there by chance they're still around?"

"Just Jane. Adelaide took the fall and got herself three days of detention," Gus informs him.

"Phew!" The Hispanic boy is relieved. "Okay, Stanley. Just sing that song to Jane, and you're in business!"

Stanley searches around the cafeteria and finds Jane sitting with Lola, Winston, Alfred, and Roxanne, and they all look a bit mad at her.

"Sup, muchachos!" Carl then notices their mad expressions. "Uhh… is something wrong?"

"Nothing in particular," Winston responds, "but is there something you want to say?"

"Actually, Stanley here wants something to say, or sing in this case."

"Oh really?" Alfred is intrigued.

Carl then says to Stanley, "You go over there and perform your song!"

"Okay, Stanley," he says to himself. "You got this." To Jane, "This is for you, Jane!"

Jane is puzzled.

With a clear of throat, Stanley sings:

"Oh! Uh…" Jane was flattered by Stanley's confession in the form of a rickroll song, but she is unsure how to tell him.

"Umm… what do you think?" Stanley asks, nervous about how Jane will answer.

"Well," she begins, "I don't know how to tell you this… I mean, you're a kind person and your singing is talented, but… I'm in love with Carl."

"WHAT?!" Stanley is in utter shock.

Carl gasps in horror. Then, to add insult to injury…

"What is going on here?!"

Carl turns to the voice and sees Adelaide approaching the scene after receiving a scolding from the principal's office. Oh no! What is she doing back here?! He freaked out in his head.

Adelaide then takes notice of Jane. "Oh, I get it. The human blimp is giving you a hard time."

"Do you want to add more days to your detention, sass bucket?" Jane fires back.

"Ladies! Calm down!" Winston pleads. "And Adelaide, for goodness sake you'll get more days of detention if you keep fighting!"

But his pleas fell on death ears as Jane and Adelaide continue to argue with each other. Soon enough, the fight gets on Carl's nerves until he could not handle it anymore.

"SILENCIO!" He finally snaps.

Everybody in the cafeteria is taken aback by Carl's sudden scream, especially Adelaide and Jane.

"I can't believe you two! It was bad enough I couldn't get a single woman, but having two of them fight over me?! Geez! It's like being tortured by a huge diablo!"

Jane and Adelaide are still in a state of shock.

"But you know what? I'm finished with women! From now on, I'm alone! El lobo solo! A good day to you!" With a last "Hmph!" he turns around and walks away.

"Carl, wait!" Adelaide begged, but it was futile. There was no way Carl would listen to her after what happened just now. Angry, she turns to Jane. "This is all-" She stops herself after realizing this would only make it worse. She sighs. "Forget it." She leaves, saddened.

Jane sighs in dejection and walks away as well.

"Woah. What just happened?" Alfred was baffled.

"I don't know, but it seemed familiar…" Winston comments.
