Returned Love
Sakura sat by a window her head lay on it's cold, smooth surface. She sat there awaiting for Sasuke to return. She couldn't wait to see his raven hair, his reflecting onyx eyes partially covered by his dark bangs, and his smooth pale face again. She had almost given up on him, he had been a year since she heard his last words before leaving and they were "Thank You." It had been raining for hours but it finally started to let up so Sakura decided to go sit under the cherry blossom trees and think.
" I should probably give up on him, he never returned my feelings" She murmured quietly to herself. " oh, who am I kidding I still love him more than anything."
The wind blew several cherry blossom petals around her as the wind let up a small folded paper landed in her lap. On the front it said -To Sakura on it. Her long slender fingers began unfolding it and it said :
My Dearest Sakura,
I have completed my goal of avenging my clan and will be returning to Konoha soon. Hopefully you still have that big smile plastered on your pale face when I return. I hope you don't hate me for leaving you it was only to keep you safe, but if you do I understand.

Sakura's emerald eyes filled with tears of happiness and a smile found it's way to her lips after a year. Wondering when he would be back she rushed home to take a hot shower. She brushed her short petal pink hair after throwing on her clothes.
"Sakura, Sakura" She heard Naruto screaming and banging on the door. " what is it Naruto" "hear" was all he said shoving a small ripped paper in her hands. All it said
was:
Come to the Cherry Blossom trees NOW!
So Sakura walked to the cherry blossom trees to find no one there. Hearing footsteps she pulled out a kunai "put down the kunai" a familiar voice said calmly. "SASUKE!" Sakura was surprised when she saw him because for the first time he had a smile plastered on his face. " I missed you Sasuke" " I missed you too Sakura, Thanks for waiting" he said and then pressed his lips against hers. Their faces turned apple red but they didn't care cause their wishes came true.
