Ash, who aims of defeating the World Monarch, Leon, and Goh, who dreams of catching every Pokemon to work his way up to Mew, this is the story of their lovelife and adventures.
Goh POV:
A few months after getting to sleep with his secret crush, Ash for the first time, Goh was back at the lab with Ash, waking up for another day of excitement, and hopefully a "sticky situation" to entrap Ash with. Goh got up and went to their rooms desk, and sat down to look up Pokemon nearby, to come up with any new traps for Ash. His search was interrupted however, when he and Ash heard Ren scream from outside the room.
Ash POV:
"What was that?" Ash asked, as he and his friend Goh were running out their room to check on Ren to make sure he's ok. "What happened?" Ash asked Ren when they found him sitting down up against the wall. "Ash.. Goh... G-Gengar.." Ren said, in a manner as if he was about to cry. "It's back?" Ash and Goh said in unison. "And that means..." Ash said, turning to Goh "Another chance! This time I'll catch it for sure!" Goh said. The two boys once again started their competition to see who would get to catch it, and started searching all around the lab. After a while of searching, they unfortunately found nothing. "The temperature should drop whenever Gengar is near.." Goh told Ash. Ash suddenly realized he felt something, and stood still a moment to find out what it was. It was like a small chill, but not something caused by low temperature. "What is it?" Goh asked in confusion. "Nothing" Ash said, then heard the sound of Chryssa screaming, the two boys heading over to check out. Gengar had trashed the room Chryssa was in, but thankfully had done no harm to her or to Mr. Mime. Then however, Pikachu got flinged up into the air and dropped! Ash jumped in and managed to save Pikachu, who thankfully was unharmed. Suddenly, Ash felt an eraser on the back of his head. He turned around to see a multitude of things in the air, obviously caused by Gengar, all of which started attacking Ash and Pikachu. Ash cradled Pikachu in his arms and uses his back to shield his trusty partner, though he had to admit it did seriously hurt to have dangerous objects lunged at him with full force. "Gengar!" Goh shouted, as Ash turned around to see that the once invisible Gengar had revealed itself, and sent a Shadow Ball to attack Ash. "Pikachu, use Electroweb!" Ash commanded, stopping the attack by Gengar right in it's tracks. Gengar kept sending Shadow Balls flying everywhere, barely missing Chryssa and Mr Mime. "Cut it out!" Ash shouted in frustration, wanting to keep his friends safe from any harm. To his surprise, Gengar listened, and vanished, stopping it's rampage. "It ran away?" Goh asked, confused. "Looks like it made another huge mess..." Professor Cerise said as he entered the room. "Lets all clean it up" he said, and everyone joined him in cleaning up.
Goh POV:
After an attack by Gengar which caused extreme chaos, everyone in the building had cleaned up the mess and sat all around a table to talk. Professor Cerise explained how he had purchased the lab knowing about Gengar's habits, but decided it'd be fun, so he never gave in to Gengar's attempts to scare him, and Gengar had retreated until now, where more people have entered the lab as well. Suddenly, Goh heard Ash, who was sitting next to him stutter a little bit, and turned around to see the boy looking as if he was in a severe chill, and his voice had changed too. Taking the opportunity, Goh immediately thought of a great way to trick Ash. "What if you've been cursed by Gengar?" He said with an evil smirk. "Cursed?" Ash asked him, with a hint of fear in his voice, exactly as Goh hoped. "It's still not entirely clear what Gengar is, but it might even curse it's own trainer, gradually weaken them..." Goh saw Ash blink and gulp in fear, then Goh grabbed his phone's flashlight, pointed up to his face, turned around to face Ash and continued his speech, which maximized the effect of fear for Ash "until finally..!" Goh continued. Ash screamed in fear. "W-W-What?!" The scared boy asked in total fear. Goh hadn't seen Ash that scared before, and he adored looking at how cute his face was when in terror. He wished he could take a photo to immortalize it, but he couldn't do that in a crowded room without leading into an awkward conversation he did not want to take any part in. "But that's just a hypothesis" Cerise said, ending Goh's scary fiction. "Of course!" Ash said, his heart still loudly beating as fast as his words were coming out of his mouth. "There's no cur-" Ash continued saying in a panick, until a loud *snap* was heard, followed by a slam. Goh turned around to see that one of the legs of Ash's chair broke, slamming him head first on the floor. In a usual scenario, Goh would've enjoyed seeing Ash in such a panic, but Goh liked it only when he was the one causing Ash terror, not outside forces. "Ash, are you okay?" Goh asked, worried for the boy he loved. "Just fine..." Ash said in his 'no need to worry I'm fine, but I'm actually not fine and I don't want to admit it' voice. Ash got up, scratched the back of his head a bit, and tried to grab some water to drink. Instead, he grabbed a flower vase and drank out of that, instantly spitting the water out in disgust. Although Goh hated seeing Ash like this, he had to admit that would be a clever prank to pull on Ash, as Goh would love to be the one to cause Ash further misfortune. He was then snapped out of his thoughts as he saw Ash start coughing up badly, and Goh tried to comfort him and make sure he was okay. "He really is cursed after all!" Ren said, still in tears. "Oh Ren, you exaggerate!" Ash said, still trying to act as if everything was normal. Throughout the day, further misfortunes kept happening to Ash. Tripping down the stairs, putting too much cheese on his pasta, getting trampled by all the Pokemon in the lab, and eventually getting his leg stuck in a Diglett hole.
Ash POV:
Ash was sitting on a bench when Goh was trying to make sure he was alright. Ash kept trying to get Goh to stop worrying about him, since he never liked to be the target of such attention. No matter how much he tried however, Goh still seemed worried about him. Despite all the pranks Goh liked to torment Ash with, he was still a good friend who wanted to make sure Ash was ok. "I'm totally fine!" Ash said, getting up from the bench and walking past Goh, when suddenly he got his leg stuck in a hole made by a Diglett. His eyebrow twitched in annoyance, he looked down at his leg, pulled it out of the hole, and then stared at the ground for a few seconds, before snapping. "No big deal! This'll all go away with some physical activity!" He said, unsure who he was even trying to convince anymore, then dashed off as Pikachu followed. Ash kept screaming at the top of his lungs while running, and when he left the lab he made his way downtown. By the time he got there, he had managed to calm down. Maybe everything was ok, and there was no curse caused by Gengar after all. His thought process was interrupted however when he bumped into some random civilian. "I'm sorry!" Ash apologized to the stranger. "Watch yourself!" The man said in frustration. "What's this? You still cursed?" A woman, presumably his girlfriend came up and asked the stranger. "That was three years ago, I'm as lucky as it gets!" He said. "There's no stupid curse!" He continued. Ash heard Goh catch up to him, but was too distracted with what he was hearing to turn around and face his friend. "But it sure was awful when it was around. I couldn't win any battles, and all my attempts at catching Pokemon failed... I'd fall down the stairs or lose things... I had bad luck with everything I did. That plague has left me however! My luck's perfect now! I swear, I should have never caught that miserable Gengar" Ash knew exactly what he meant. That man was Gengar's old trainer, who abandoned it in the lab. Ash got mad, and tried to explain to the guy how wrong he was, but before he managed to do anything Gengar jumped out from his own shadow and attacked it's old trainer! "Gengar?" Ash said, turning around. "This is where you were?" Said Goh, doing the same. Gengar fired up a Shadow Ball and sent it straight at it's old trainer and his presumed girlfriend, who both ran off like cowards. Ash wanted to try and reunite Gengar with it's old trainer, but he knew that was impossible now. Gengar vanished away, and Ash chased after it.
Goh POV:
After witnessing Gengar cause even more chaos, Goh watched as the boy he loved gave chase to go find the lone Gengar. "Yeah, I should have figured... That's so you, Ash" Goh said, admiring his love's bravery and kindness to everyone. His admiration was interrupted however when his Scorbunny saw Goh holding a Pokeball, and teased Goh about it. "I-I was just thinking I might try to catch Gengar!" Goh said defending himself. "It's not like I want to help Ash out or anything!" Truth be told, he did want Gengar. With a ghost type as powerful and clever as Gengar was, he and it could make the perfect duo in tormenting Ash for all eternity, in an endless amount of pranks and tricks, but deep inside him, he knew that the Gengar he had met didn't need that, it needed a strong and loving trainer like Ash, a trainer Goh could never imagine himself living up to. "Scorbunny, let's find Gengar!" Goh said, and the two started following Ash once again.
Ash POV:
Ash searched around restlessly to find Gengar, wanting to make sure Gengar could receive the proper care it deserved, rather than the joke of a trainer it had beforehand. Finally, Ash managed to find Gengar, in a... not swell situation, as it was in the process of being stolen by Team Rocket. Obviously, Ash saved it, and together the two battled Team Rocket and the two Dusclops they pulled from their gacha, eventually defeating them and sending Team Rocket blasting off again. "Amazing! You teamed up with Gengar and actually won?!" Said Goh, who had caught up to Ash in amidst of all that chaos. "Gengar did all the work" Ash said, making sure Gengar got all the credit is deserved. "Thanks, Gengar!" Ash thanked it for it's assistance, as Gengar turned around to face Ash, smiling. "Now, let's go back to the institute" Ash said, reaching out a hand to Gengar, before suddenly feeling dizzy, and collapsing, falling on Gengar's arms. "Ash!" He heard Goh scream, worried for Ash's safety. "I... I..." Ash turned around to face his friend, before falling unconscious. "Ash... Ash.. Ash!" He heard Goh yell, before suddenly he didn't hear anything anymore and everything turned black.
Goh POV:
Goh was frightened to his core. He couldn't understand, everything was fine, then out of nowhere he saw the boy he loved collapse and fall unconscious, and all of a sudden was left to take care of him. "We have to take him back to the lab!" Goh told Gengar, as they started running to get to their destination, Goh taking Ash's limp body away from Gengar and holding Ash on his own. He knew it'd be easier for Gengar to hold the boy, but Goh couldn't bear walking all that way without constantly looking at Ash to make sure he was alright. Halfway there, Goh was worried that something bad was about to happen, that he couldn't do it anymore, but then he looked at Ash's face, still asleep, and remembered what was at stake, and how much he loved the boy. He would risk it all for Ash, and to make sure he was ok. He listened to Ash's calm heartbeat, and his slow breathing, and continued on his way until finally he got Ash back to the lab. "Is he going to be alright?" Goh asked Professor Cerise, his heart beating in panic. It was only a couple seconds until Cerise answered, but to Goh it felt like years of being uncertain wether or not his love would make it out alright. "He's going to be fine, he's just sick" Cerise said, finally putting Goh's mind at ease. "Sick?" Goh asked. "He's got a cold, nothing serious. Let's just let him rest in his bed for a little bit, I'll let you handle him as I go to the hospital to pick up some medicine for him". By just hearing that, all of Goh's worries had been replaced with joy, as now he was suddenly appointed to taking care of Ash, the sleeping beauty himself. Goh took Ash to their room, and laid him on the bottom bunk of their beds. Then, Goh took a look at Ash's closet to pick out some pajamas for Ash to wear. He was smiling to himself, as now he was getting to change Ash for the first, and hopefully not last time in his life. He chose some yellow pajamas with a Charmander face printed on them, and then grabbed Ash. Goh took of Ash's hat, and firmly placed it on the desk. Then Goh pulled off Ash's blue vest, which he found tricky, but managed to nonetheless. He then pulled out Ash's shoes and shock, leaving the unconscious boy barefoot. Before removing any more clothing from the boy, Goh stopped and prepped himself. This would be the first time he was truly able to appreciate Ash's figure, and the first time he would see what Ash looked like underneath his clothes. Goh slowly put his hands around Ash's shorts, and pulled them down, taking a look at Ash's underwear. Goh then looked around, and marveled at the sight of Ash's legs. After a few minutes of that, Goh took of Ash's white shirt, leaving the beautiful, sleeping boy in just his underwear, with Goh seeing Ash's torso for the first time. It wasn't anything impressive, Ash was a skinny boy, yet Goh still took the time to appreciate every detail of Ash's beautiful body. He thought of taking Ash's underwear off too, but he decided against it. If he was ever going to get to do that, it'd be with Ash's consent, if Ash ever accepted his proposal in the future. But for now, Goh knew he might never have another chance like this and grabbed his phone, taking all the pictures and videos of Ash's figure from every angle imaginable, until finally Goh decided to dress Ash in the Charmander pajamas, and took Ash's usual clothes to their laundry basket. Shortly after that, Pikachu and Scorbunny entered the room with Goh to watch over Ash until he awoke. Gengar should've been somewhere too, but it had mysteriously vanished. Typical. Finally, after what felt like hours, Goh saw Ash's face slightly start to wake up.
Ash's POV:
The last thing Ash remembered was offering Gengar help, then collapsing onto it's arms, then everything went black. It felt like that for a long time, and a short time, all the same time, until finally, Ash opened his eyes, to find himself back at his bed at the Cerise lab. "You okay, Ash?" Goh, his friend asked him. "Yeah..." Ash said weakly, looking over at his friend. "You didn't realize you had a fever?" Goh asked him. "Sorry." Ash said, still struggling to speak. "Well, I should apologize for chalking it up to Gengar's curse, too" said Goh, the name of Gengar bringing Ash back to life. "That's right! Where's Gengar?!" Ash said in a panic, standing up from his bed, then suddenly being hit on the head by a falling apple. "An apple?" He said, looking over at it. "Is it... worried about you?" Goh asked. "Gengar-" Ash tried to say, being interrupted when a Pokeball fell on his head, which reasonably hurt more than an apple. "This must mean..." Goh said, looking over at Ash happily. "Gengar!" Ash called out, as he saw the purple ghost appear out of thin air in front of him. "Gengar, be my partner!" Ash told Gengar, who agreed. Ash threw a Pokeball at Gengar, and caught it, now having 3 Pokemon in his arsenal. "I got Gengar!" Ash exclaimed proudly, holding up Gengar's Pokeball. "I wanted that Gengar, too..." He heard Goh whine from across the room, which Ash found funny. It was his own way of getting back at Goh for all the torment he was put through. Ash sent out his Gengar, and reached out his hand again. "I'll be counting on you" he informed Gengar, who proceeded to vanish, leaving Ash in a state of shock. "Gengar?" He called as he looked around the room, before being attacked by a multitude of falling apples being dropped on him, suffocating him in a pile. This almost felt like something Goh would come up with, which made Ash relived he did not let Goh catch Gengar, as he could not imagine what he'd be put through on that scenario. "Gengar!" Ash called out again, when he managed to stick his head out from underneath the pile of apples. "It's probably telling you to eat those and get better fast!" Goh explained to Ash, who then picked up a delicious apple and started eating them.
