Nyu eventually joins Church, Tucker and Caboose on top of the base. Church is looking through his sniper rifle.

"He's sneaking around back behind the cliffs." Church says as Nyu approaches. "Kaede, why didn't you stop the new guy from giving the sergeant our flag?"

"Nyu." Nyu responds.

"That explains that." Church mutters to himself.

"He must be one smart son of a bitch." Tucker says. "The sergeant, not the new guy. Whatever, lets take him out."

"Rodger that. Okay, say goodnight Sarge." Church says as he takes aim.

"Nyu! Nyu!" Nyu yells at him as she jumps on his arm.

"Stop it Nyu. I can't hit him like that." Church.

"Maybe, she wants to try the sniper rifle. I can relate." Tucker quips.

"Tucker! Get her off me or commands gonna give us hell for losing the flag!" Church commands. Tucker prys Nyu off Church and he takes his shots. All four miss.

"Aw crap." Church says. Meanwhile, Nyu laughs at him with Caboose awkwardly joining in.

"You're really not good with that thing, are you?" Tucker says.

"Oh, shut up. Nyu threw me off." Church complains.

"Always an excuse." Tucker mutters. Tucker and Church complained some more before Tucker entered the teleporter and Church rushed after the new red guy on foot.

"Okay rookie, stay here and take care of Nyu. I'll be back with the flag." Church orders before running off.

"Wait, I'm confused. I thought she was Kaede?" Caboose says to himself.

"Nyu." Nyu shakes her head furiously as she spouts her catchphrase with frustration. "Nyu." She points to herself.

"Ohhhhh! Your the other person Kaede talked about, sorry, ah, you know, you two really do look alike." Caboose rambles.

"Nyu." Nyu nods.

"So, you like kittens? I do too." Caboose says.

"Nyu!" Nyu exclaims while taking off her hat, showing her horns to the world.

"You have kitty ears!" Caboose gasps in excitment.

"Nyu." Nyu replies in a more subdued tone while shaking her head.

"Can I pet them?" Caboose asks. Nyu puts her finger to her lips as if thinking about it for a moment.

"Nyu!" She exclaims before walking over to Caboose and tilting her head towards him. Caboose then pets her head while feeling her horns.

"These ears are not soft." Caboose states as he pets her.

"Nyuuuuuuu." Nyu purrs in satisfaction at the petting. "Hug!" She demands,

"I like hugs too!" Caboose says before enveloping her in a giant bear hug.

"Nyuuuuuu." Nyu gasps out. She was regretting her request already. How was he so strong.

"You're right Nyu, we should check up on Church." Caboose says before letting go of Nyu and pulling a sniper rifle out of no where.

"Nyu!?" Nyu gasps out in confusion after she regains her breath. She may not know much, but she knew there was only one sniper rifle, and Church had it. Where did that come from?

"Oh man, thats not good." Caboose says as he looks through the sniper rifle. "Oh my God, that jeep has a really big gun." Caboose then drops the sniper rifle to which Nyu immediately dives in to claim it for herself. She always wondered what was so special about it. "Stay here... tank. Stay here... tank." Caboose contemplates. "Ah, screw it." Caboose runs towards the tank as Nyu claims the sniper rifle.

"Nyu!" She holds it up her prize before noticing Caboose isn't there. "Nyu?" She looks around and eventually finds him hopping in the tank. "Nyuuuu." She says nervously. The big machine was kind of scary looking to her. Eventaully it drives off leaving Nyu alone. "Nyu!" She says, looking through the scope of the sniper rifle. "Nyu." She says in awe as she can see things from farther away. THIS is why Tucker wanted it. This is awesome! Nyu thought. She then finds Tucker and Church pinned down behind a rock by a jeep like Caboose said they were. "Nyu!" She exclaims in worry. She had to help them. So she runs towards them... only to run off the base and smash her head into the sniper rifle.

The first thing Kaede saw when she awoke was a damaged sniper rifle.

"Oh man. I hope that isn't Church's." She says to herself. Looking around, she realizes she is no longer inside the base with Caboose, but rather outside with everyone absent. "What did I miss?" She also says to her self. Looking at the phone Tucker gave her, she checks the time to find she wasn't Nyu for too long this time.

A large boom, like an explosion brings Kaede out of her thoughts and her attention to the tank firing at a rock.

"I guess one of them found out how to drive the tank." She said to herself before running towards it to find out who, leaving the damaged sniper rifle behind.

"Hey, rookie! Good job man!" She hears Church yell. She stops and turns to find Church and Tucker standing on a ledge overlooking the tank. "Why didn't you tell us you knew how to drive the tank?"

"So, Caboose is driving." Kaede whispers to herself. The turret of the tank turns to aim at Church. 'What is he doing!' Kaede thinks with slight panic.

"Thats not a target. Thats Church." She hears Caboose say. Who is he talking to?

"What? No. Target unlock. Unlock! Please help me nice lady." Caboose says to the "nice lady".

"Caboose whats going on!" Kaede yells to him.

"The tank lady won't listen to me! She's mean!" Caboose yells back to her.

"What tank lady!" Kaede screams back.

"Uh oh." Caboose simply says. The tank fires, sending Church into the air before plummeting back down to the ledge.

"Church!" Kaede screams to her friend. "Why did you shoot him!" Kaede yells with anger to Caboose.

"You shot Church you team killing fucktard!" Tucker adds as he kneels by Church. The turret of the tank droops down as if deactivated.

Kaede slowly walks towards the tank, anger radiating off of her.

"Kill him. Avenge your friend. Kill him before he decides to turn on you." Kaede hears from an unknown source.

"Explain yourself before I rip you apart!" Kaede yells at him as she approaches the tank.

"The tank lady did it!" Caboose exclaims. "I just wanted to help, but tank lady wouldn't unlock!"

"He lies! End him before he shoots you next!" Wait. These thoughts weren't hers. Where were they coming from?

"What, like the tank has an A.I. or something like that?" Kaede questions, putting aside her anger.

"Yes! I think!" Caboose yells back. She then sees Simmons and Grif running from the rock Caboose was shooting at, then she understood. Grif and Simmons must have been up to something and Caboose tried to help repel them with the tank, but being new it probably has some bugs.

"I understand Caboose!" Kaede yells back. "I forgive you." 'I just hope Church will be okay.' She thinks. Speaking of which, what was up with those voices she was hearing? Those weren't her thoughts. She would never even think about killing anyone. The tank then activates and rolls toward red base as Tucker joins her, he is in black armour for some reason. "How is Church?" She asks with worry.

"He's dead. We can mourn him later, right now, we have to make sure that idiot doesn't cause more damage." Tucker explains.

"Right. Kaede nods in agreeance before the two run off to join the run away tank. "What happened to your armour?"

"I dunno. Somethings wrong with that teleporter." Tucker responds.

"In the four years we've been here, you've never thought to throw ANYTHING else through the teleporter." Kaede chastises.

"Shut up." Tucker mutters as he looks down.

As soon as the two caught up, the tank was busy blasting the jeep into red base. 'I really hope the guys are okay over there.' Kaede thinks as she watches the overkill of the jeep.

"I think the jeep has had enough, Caboose." Kaede comments, wanting the loud booms the tank made to end.

"Yeah. Why not shoot a different target?" Tucker adds.

"Because its locked on." Caboose explains.

"Well, unlock it." Tucker suggests.

"Last time I unlocked it, I KILLED CHURCH," Caboose exclaims.

"Oh... right. Keep shooting the jeep then." Tucker says. The two then just watched Caboose blast at the jeep.

"How does that thing not have a scratch?" Kaede questions.

"I dunno. I would say we were sent the wrong tank shells, but I think Church could tell you thats not the case." Tucker explains. Kaede shoots him a disapproving look. "What? Too soon?"

"Whats the appropriate amount of time to go by for that joke to be funny?" Kaede questions.

"Look, when I die, you can make those kinds of jokes all you want." Tucker says.

"I'm going to hold you to that." Kaede says, lightening up from her serious demeanour. The two then spot a spaceship fly through the sky of the canyon. Church told her about these before, though she couldn't remember much about them other than they were named after a bird or something like that.

"That has to be the reds! It most certainly isn't ours." Tucker exclaims.

"Caboose! Get out of the tank!" Kaede yells.

"I don't know how!" Caboose exclaims. A line of explosions go off, getting closer toward the tank. Kaede jumps unto the tank, uses her invisible hands to pry open the cockpit, and lift Caboose out, being extra careful not to hurt him. As soon as she got him along with herself off, the tank exploded, the bombing run hitting it exactly in the cockpit. Even after getting of the tank, Kaede and Caboose ran toward Tucker as the explosion went off. "Man, that was close."

"Look at your tank though." Tucker brings up.

"I'm scared Dave. Will I dream." The tank says. "Daisy. Daaaaiisssssyyyyy."

"That is one broken A.I." Kaede mutters.

"Shelia nooooooooo!" Caboose yells.

"You named it?" Kaede questions.

"Who's Shelia?" Tucker asks, not getting it.

"Shelia's the lady in the tank. She was my friend..." Caboose says sadly.

"Oh dude! I knew you could pick up chicks in a tank!" Tucker exclaims.

"You're still on with that?" Kaede questions.

"Kaede, us guys always be looking for chicks. Its just one of the many things you won't understand." Tucker explains.

"By many, I assume just you." Kaede mutters.

"Dude. How'd you find a chick out here?" Tucker asks Caboose.

"He didn't actually have a girl in there, Tucker." Kaede explains. "There was an A.I. in there simply called Shelia."

"Oh. Well thats a disappointment." Tucker mutters.

"So, what now?" Caboose asks. Everyone is silent.

"I guess, we just go back to base and think of something." Kaede suggests.

"Yeah. Lets go." Tucker agrees.
