(Not all pairings will happen at once, will be built into more much later, just giving an idea of what will happen, may have more added but it's mainly DJ X Phoebe X Bubblegum centric.)

Ooo/ fire Kingdom/ timeline… same timeline as when Jake was suppose to appear to free Phoebe/ Throne room/ Flame King, Phoebe (Currently in lamp), many onlookers

The scene showed the throne room of the Flame Kingdom Castle but instead of Jake appearing to talk flame King into giving Phoebe, who will have her name revealed for simplicity's sake, well long story short lets say Jake was delayed in getting to the flame Kingdom in two hours… however those two hours would change a lot in the future to be… mainly for the fact that a certain Fire Wizard Don John the Flame Lord was coming to the Fire Kingdom.

Don John in a nutshell was a guy who was decently built though the coat he wore, custom made to withstand fire, hid his form from view but what was seen was from head to two horns on his head, both had dark red and light red stripes going from left to right in a pattern.

He had a longish face of sorts, yellow slanted eyes with red slits and a thin mouth of sorts, he wore the red coat while two flaming bits came from his shoulders.

He wore a black belt with a iconic flame icon and possibly red pants.

He had two goat like legs with hooves for feet.

His business would soon be apparent when he walked by many flame guards after he explained he had a meeting with the king.

This results in Don John entering the throne room and the Flame King notices him.

"Ah Don John, to what do I owe the pleasure?, last I checked we didn't have a meeting scheduled until tomorrow for this talk you wanted to speak about." FK said as Don john chuckles.

"Well I happened to be in the area so I figured why not stop by, unless you have a meeting today I figured why not move things up, will be quick actually, given how things go could be a few minutes actually and if not an hour at worst." DJ said while FK hums.

"Really?... well alright, what is it that you want if it can take a few minutes to an hour?" FK said while DJ smirks.

"Simple… I came to ask for your daughter's hand in marriage, of course I would wait till she was 18 and I have one reason why you should agree aside from the possible heir thing… do you have any other suitors for your daughter?... and as a bonus I could fix that unstable matrix I heard about." Don John said while FK blinks at this but he shrugged.

"Eh you had me at the wait till 18 thing, maybe evil but I'm not sick in the head and I don't have other options… alright, guards bring my daughter down." FK said as he ordered his guards to bring his daughter to him and the guards used some levers to lower a large lamp to the ground and DJ smirks when he saw the Flame Princess, Phoebe, he knew about her name thanks to his friendship with Flame King and everything.

To Don John, while a confused looking Phoebe looks around when she was lowered to the ground and the glass lifted, Don John on his end smiles when he saw how beautiful Phoebe looks and if she looked this good as a child at 14 or so, just how much of a beauty would she be when she was 18.

Once Phoebe got her bearings, she looks around and saw her father.

"Father… what am I doing down here?" Phoebe asked while she looks at the people in the room.

"Well daughter, I have your Fiance here, his name is Don John and he is willing to help you with your unstable Matrix so you can leave your lamp now." FK said while Phoebe was surprised by this.

"Really?... Fiance?" Phoebe said with a somewhat confused look though she did have a bit of a blush on her face while DJ nods his head.

"Indeed my dear, but don't worry, I won't do anything you don't want… we have until your 18th birthday to get to know one another and until your matrix is stabilized, I'll be making sure that you won't have issues with me around… I'm applying to be the court wizard here as well so we will be seeing one another alot." DJ said as he went to grab Phoebe's right hand gently and kissed it which caused Phoebe to blush profusely at the gesture since she at this point never got attention like that and FK looked amused as he got up from his seat.

"Alright DJ, enough of the romantic gestures, don't want my daughter to go supernova and destroy the planet… wouldn't be good or evil to do that, just straight up mad." FK said as he moved to walk towards Phoebe and DJ.

"Anyway may as well see how well you two mix, I'll be leaving the Fire Kingdom for a few weeks to try and get alliances made with other kingdoms just in case we need allies if we go to war… going to need to say for self defense mainly or for mainly good reasons on the invasions… though good for us in evil matters… can't let others know… anyway I'll leave you in charge Daughter, Don John will be here to keep an eye on you and my advisors will make sure things go well… think of this as a learning experience if you ever become Queen… I do want to retire sooner or later so why not after you marry Don John here… either way may as well make things simple and stuff for now… until then I'll see you in a couple weeks… my first stop is the Water Kingdom… need to make sure we don't have them ally with anyone just in case since they are the opposite element of us." FK as he walked from the room before Phoebe could say anything while she looked surprised and well… DJ looks amused as Phoebe looks greatly worried.

"Don't worry my dear, I'll be here to give some advice, I mean I am suppose to be the court wizard if I play my cards right so you can count on me for difficult choices if you can't handle some things, not an insult, far from it, everyone has strengths and weaknesses… mine are my smarts and how I can use magic… you… you have your beauty and strength… so why not try and use it to your advantage, can learn how to fight and stuff and who knows, you could dethrone your father if you want, you got plenty of firepower after all." Don John said which surprised Phoebe greatly.

"Overthrow my father?, but isn't that a bad idea?" Phoebe said while Don John chuckles.

"Normally yes but given your potential as a Flame royal, from what I know, you can easily surpass your father if you train some, use this situation to your advantage and learn to be a Royal… the Fire Kingdom is evil but the Fire Kingdom isn't stupid right?" DJ said while Phoebe hums a bit in thought, remember unlike Phoebe in canon, without Jake coming by to introduce Phoebe to Finn… well…

"Hmmm… you know what, sure, you have a point, maybe if I beat my father, not only would that impress him, I'll never have to go back in that lamp again." Phoebe said while DJ looks amused by this.

"Indeed, though we won't have to deal with that for a few weeks, for now you should get used to working on the throne for the flame people, I'll get to work on making sure the security of the castle is improved… with permission of course." Don John said while Phoebe smiles and nods her head.

"Of course, you got full permission to do so." Phoebe said and as DJ went to improve the Castle's defenses, Jake at this time ran towards the main entrance of the Fire Kingdom but was stopped by the guard.

"Halt!, what business do you have within the Flame Castle while the King is away… his daughter and her Fiance are busy so unless you have important matters to discuss, leave non flame being." The guard said while Jake was surprised.

"Fiance!?... isn't the princess here locked up… and 14 or so!?" Jake said while he was hit on the head for a moment by a guard.

"She was freed recently and the Fiance status was announced an hour ago publicly, the soon to be married King Don John will have 4 years to get to know the Princess and only when the marriage is finalized will they consummate their union, no earlier, now if that answered your question, leave or face our anger!" The guard explained and Jake, not wanting to cause trouble, bolted while he was royally confused on what to do at the moment thanks to him not being able to get Finn a date for now.

Now one may wonder if Finn would get a romance here and for now, it won't be told now since this story deals with Phoebe and Don John's romance over the years but don't worry, Finn will have a romance in the future, just not with Phoebe, and as for how Bubblegum would fit in this… well…

Various incidents were changed or prevented entirely thanks to Phoebe not leaving the Flame Kingdom given she was now impromptu to full Queen of flames.

First off, thanks to her never leaving the Flame Kingdom, she didn't burn the Goblin Kingdom, pretty much preventing any issues over the years.

After that, no near earth destroying moment thanks to Phoebe understanding that for her, emotions and kissing were a no go given how she could destroy the earth if not careful… Don John did promise her that after some examination on her Matrix and a few spells, he would be able to show her a lot of things after she became 18.

Another thing was that after two weeks of FK being gone from the Fire Kingdom way before the avoidance of the kiss moment, FK returned and well… in no time thanks to DJ's suggestion to train and fine tune her powers, Phoebe was, after only two weeks, able to overpower her father and became Flame Queen officially, granted Flame King was angered but he was also impressed not only with Phoebe's strength but DJ's cunning in using this to allow him to use Phoebe to take over… still DJ did say that he would wait till was 18 before he would do anything with his soon to be Queen… thanks to his trust and what not built over the years with Phoebe, DJ was able to do much with Phoebe's OK from various magical defensive enchantments to even various experiments on Flame people (with consent of course), though Phoebe had no idea what the experiments detailed, she figured not only was DJ doing it for the better of the Kingdom, but also for her with her matrix, and for the most part that was true, since DJ got a position of high power he made sure that he proved to many he was Flame King material… he acted regal, dignified, but also evil when he tormented some citizens who annoyed him by brainwashing them into doing some rather odd acts, either by walking into walls or just flat out having them run away from him while they muttered a dead language… Phoebe did question that but all DJ said that it was the flame person way since many were evil and if she wanted to change that, she would have to think of a way to do so since even if she did try, what's stopping people from going back to their ways once Phoebe died of old age or something?... bit depressing but it was an ironclad fact… unless it was pounded into their skulls hard, no real reason to hold back on actions because at the end of the day, not only were flame people evil to high or low extents, they were passionate as well so trying to hold back on things was just a recipe for disaster… main reason why many flame people had a heat cycle that Phoebe was filled in on.

As a result, Phoebe never got many situations to show her good side but more on her evil side… as a result Phoebe over the years started to turn evil but she had a controlled side since she had Don John to tell her that being evil maybe good for the flame kingdom, but being smart about it was also a key thing to consider… sure they could go to war with various kingdoms and have a high chance of success… but spreading themselves too thin by taking over kingdoms would be a bad thing since they didn't have the manpower for a full Ooowide takeover and had beings of various powers to deal with and some kingdoms were stronger than others…. Not only that, thanks to Don John calling in plenty of various tutors, Phoebe had a better access to some knowledge since DJ said that knowledge is power, even if Phoebe didn't train as a Wizard, having knowledge on politics would do her good since she was doing a lot of Queen work by handling the Royal business and what not and Phoebe agreed that knowing more would do her better, and trying to attack people without reason would be bad.

She even learned about Bubblegum and her technological might, sure she lacked numbers and her people were susceptible to getting blown up… sometimes from sheer excitement, but she had her Gumball Guardians and Finn the Human, a powerful warrior and while Phoebe would want to speak with him and stuff, given his history of fighting monsters and evil beings… she knew she wouldn't be able to get along with him given her growing evil but controlled nature.

Still she did wonder why Finn hung out with Bubblegum when she heard rumors about Bubblegum's less than kind methods… granted they could be hidden from Finn given her intelligence so she couldn't fault him if he was being used…. Still she was impressed with how evil Bubblegum could be if any of the rumors were true.

Then there were beings like Marceline the Vampire Queen… a seemingly immortal woman with powers of a long gone race called Vampires, and because of her heritage, she was immune to flames… if not than at least had a high tolerance for fire… and she heard her father was the Lord of Evil… maybe she could sent an invitation and ask for notes and stuff since she heard Marceline likes to prank people.

Stuff like this happened for a bit with Phoebe hearing about some things around the fire Kingdom thanks to beings like Flambo giving her some info on rumors and facts here or there.

This more or less went on for quite a bit while on Don John's side of things, he was busy with some last minute fine tuning of a special enchantment that could possibly help Phoebe's matrix when she was 16 when one of his magical sensors and a trap went off.

This caused him to look confused when he went to investigate since this was near the Fire Giant storage facility, Phoebe let him in there once since he would technically be a Royal once she and him marry (Thanks to some dates with DJ being a gentleman, he wasn't rebuked by Phoebe as one would think given how used to him she was now) and he placed various traps and wards around the entryway and near it both inside and out of the main gate and around all of the fire Giants to protect them… not only did they serve as backup power for the fire Kingdom if needed but could also be used as weapons as well… though an idea DJ gave Phoebe once to consider was to use them as defensive sentinels for the most part around the Kingdom's inner walls… not only would this make them better guarded in case people tried to get to the fire Giants, many would know attacking the kingdom was a bad idea… the idea was turned down however since Phoebe said that not only was this just a thing many did, she didn't know how long its been since they were maintained so using them would be a good show at best, not real force… DJ was both impressed by the reasoning but bummed as well since the fire Giants would go to waste… still he did get permission to look at them in detail and while he couldn't replicate them, he could make magical constructs in their image that could use similar attacks to the giants and really make defensive turrets that would repel many.

Anyway back to Don John after that explanation… he went to where the trap was set off and low and behold he looks amused when he saw a seemingly empty fire cage but with green fire.

"My my, didn't expect my trap to be set off by nothing… or as it would appear to be… you can disable the cloaking my dear, my sensor spells are letting me know who is there and you don't want them to get too detailed since they can tell your three sizes." Don John said when he looks at the cage of off color fire for a moment but a moment later, a frowning, fireproof suited Bubblegum was seen when disabled her cloaking.

"Ah, Milady Bubblegum, to what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?, considering the state of dress and the fact you were sneaking and stuff, I would assume your here for the Fire Giants I believe?" Don John said while he smirks at Bubblegum when she frowns more.

"Oh like I would give you a proper answer, anything I say would just be ignored and you would try and torch me anyways but good luck with that, this suit is fireproof and it had a password lock and various systems in place to prevent limb breaking and stabbing with force and fiery spears." Bubblegum said as Don John chuckles as he looks amused.

"True, given your intellect, you would plan for your safety, but tell me your highness before I give you a reason to panic… how did you find out about the Fire Giants?... being this close to the Giant's door and setting off a trap of mine would raise a lot of questions and before you get into the whole magic is just unexplained science… still a technical science that you have not even tried to understand so don't play that care my dear… one ear and out the other… even if you try and science your way out of this by using various gadgets, this fire isn't fire, it's a brainwashing type of fire, not a burning one, it's mainly to keep intruders in check until I can get here, though given how your not effected, that suit or some other device to prevent brainwashing I bet…" Don Jon said as he had his hands behind his back when he saw Bubblegum's figure in the suit and smirks.

"Still, given how it's not a fire you can just extinguish without getting attention from nearby guards, doubt you brought much to keep yourself stealthy but no… I won't harm you nor will I keep you here for long…" Don John said which confused Bubblegum a bit though what Don Jon said would scare Bubblegum greatly.

"However, given there is memory powder and the fact you're stuck here… what's stopping me from just going to my soon to be Fiance and telling her you are here near the Fire Giants?... no matter the excuse you have nor an explanation on how you know about the Fire Giants will get away from the issue now, could just say you have small robots for spying or something or maybe you bugged something… either way you being here is just screaming either trying to steal Kingdom secrets or trying to destroy them or deactivate them… personally you can do that but I already studied them enough to make magical golem replacements so you would be doing this for no reason… so let's skip the formalities and get right to deal making… either agree to two conditions of mine with a royal promise for them or I'll let my fiance know about you and while you're stuck here… bye bye Candy Kingdom… your guardians and Finn, even with Jake are just simple fighters… not full on warriors unlike Finn… best scenario… you agree to my two conditions and I take you out of the Fire Kingdom after you give a Royal promise and no one will be the wiser… worst case scenario… some sacrifices of good Flame warriors but the Candy Kingdom would be taken over and rather within reason too… after all, you are captured here and if I give a signal, many guards will come pretty much making any attempt at hiding pointless… so how about it princess?... willing to hear my offer for not only letting you go unharmed I might add or willing to risk making a scene which causes your kingdom to be at risk?" Don John said as he smirks at Bubblegum when she visibly pales under her flameproof helmet… even if Colonel Candy Corn and Peppermint Butler try and get an army together, the full on might of the Fire Kingdom would be deadly in many ways, and Don John had a point… even if Finn, Jake, and possibly Marceline if she cared enough at this time to defend her people saw the Candy Kingdom getting attacked… well… logically stating… things did not look good.

This caused Bubblegum to ball her fists when she had no choice when her options were clear.

"What… are your demands?" Bubblegum said while Don John looks amused.

"Two fold condition my dear and this will be kept a secret between us until I say otherwise… simply put…" Don John said as he approached the cage while he shocked Bubblegum as he unzipped a hidden zipper in his pants and a long 11 to 12 inch fiery cock flopped free from his pants that quick got erect and it was also 3 inches in width while Bubblegum's eyes widened in shocked as she blushed at the sight of the surprisingly massive cock.
