I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, Qwark, or any of the ParaNorman characters.

Next day, Taylor and Qwark soon walked Norman to school, and as he was going in, the kids were teasing him. Suddenly, Taylor felt a chill, she soon put on her goggles, set them to Median Vision, and saw Mr. Prenderghast.

Seeing the girl, he said, "I have a feeling that you can see me, like my great nephew."

"Yes, you are correct sir," Taylor replied.

"Well then, I'm guessing you and Norman saw the sign," Prenderghast said.

"If you mean the vision, yes. Unfortunately, Norman made such a scene last night because of it," Taylor replied.

Prenderghast looked at her, then said, "Well, anyway, I will talk to him, and once I tell him what he needs to do, I will then finish my business, and move on."

The ghost soon flew right to the school, Taylor then sets her goggles to Enhanced Clairvoyance, to see things through Norman's eyes, with the help of his zombie action figure.

Taylor sees Norman walking down the hall, as a boy said, "Look! It's AbNorman."

Everyone was soon laughing, as a girl soon asked, "What did the tree tell you today, Norman?"

Everyone laughed again, as another boy asked, "Are the dead coming soon, Norman?"

Norman soon goes into a bathroom as the kids chant, "Norman is a loser! Norman is a loser!" Norman tries to open the first stall, but it was locked, then went into the middle stall. Taylor was about to take off her goggles, but didn't, since Norman put his feet on the toilet seat along with his rear, and sighs.

Suddenly, he heard something, and some toilet paper blew by some wind that wasn't there. He soon gasped as the paper holder rattled until the lock came off, and toilet paper was everywhere. Soon Norman looked around as the tiles on the walls moved around like waves, and water from the toilet begin moving around, with him on it, causing him to exclaim fearfully, and saying, "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!" The dividers soon closed in on him a bit, as water was coming out of the toilet. He soon got up higher, and screams, until everything stopped. Norman stared at the toilet, until the lid and seat opened up, causing him to gasp, as he looks in fear of what was in it, which was his now late Great Uncle Prenderghast. Norman looked at him and asked, "You... You died?"

"Yeah, but I got unfinished business here," Prenderghast replied, struggling come out of the toilet.

Norman looked at him, and said, "Oh. Couldn't you use another stall?"

Prenderghast soon got out of the toilet, and he replied, "My ghost isn't going anywhere, until I pass on my duty to another." Norman soon lowered himself to the toilet seat as Prenderghast laughs, and continued, "And that would be you."

"Me?" Norman asked, then said, "No, no, no, no. You must have it wrong."

"Ho hoo, it's you, all right," Prenderghast replied. He soon begins making more moves, and continued, "I've been holding back the witch's curse for years. But now I'm dead. It has to be you."

Prenderghast leans to Norman, as he replied, "But I... I don't know what any of it means.

"It means the past is coming back to haunt you!" Prenderghast replied. As he said that, Norman was in the forest from his vision, as Prenderghast said, "Time is running out!" Norman looks around, then looks up as Prenderghast continues, "The anniversary of the witch's death is tonight! Her ghost is going to wake up." He was soon spinning around as he continues, "And when she does, she'll raise the dead." Prenderghast then dives to the ground, and the toilet paper that was on the ground soon shaped into hands and arms, causing Norman to exclaim fearfully, as the toilet paper shaped into figures that moved close to him, as Prenderghast continues, "You've got to keep her in her grave!"

The toilet paper soon began binding Norman, as he said, "But I'm just a kid! How am I supposed to stop it?"

Soon after he asked that question, Norman was back at the stall, and the figures unraveled back into toilet paper, then Prenderghast rose up with toilet paper on him and replied, "Read from the book at the spot the witch was buried."

Norman soon asked, "What book?"

"The one in my hand," Prenderghast replied, showing them to Norman, who looked in confusion, then Prenderghast, "Not these hands! My other hands. The "me" that's at home in my study starting to smell a little funny." He soon was rubbing his neck. He then continued, "Get the book and read from it before the sun sets tonight."

Norman stammers, and said, "But this is crazy."

"Do I look crazy to you?" Prenderghast asked, grinning until he blew off some toilet paper.

"Is that a difficult question?" Taylor thought in her head.

He soon leaned close to Norman, and said, "Tell me you'll do it." Norman stammers, until Prenderghasts yells, "Swear!"

"You mean like a bad word?" Norman asked.

"I mean, promise!" Prenderghast replies.

Norman looks at him, and said, "Okay, okay. I... I promise."

Prenderghast leans back, and said, "That will do."

Prenderghast soon brushes off his arm as Norman said, "No, Mr. Prenderghast, wait!"

"Sorry, kid, I'm done here. I'm free. I'm finally free!" Prenderghast said, as he laughs and was turning yellow.

"Oh, this doesn't look good," Taylor thought as she is seeing this through Norman's eyes.

Norman soon said, "Wait. No, you can't leave now!" Prenderghast keeps on laughing, as Norman said, "Please! I don't understand!" Prenderghast soon turned all yellow as he laughs, and then exploded, causing Norman to close his eyes.

Taylor soon took off her goggles, a bit blinded from the blast, until her vision came back, and said, "I must admit, if anyone passes over, some of those ghosts' got style."

Taylor and Qwark soon sees Norman soon left the school, Qwark soon looked at him, as he hid behind a hedge, and asked, "Why was Norman leaving in such a hurry?"

Soon Alvin burst out of the middle doors of the school, and yells, "You're dead, freak show! Do you hear me? D-E-D, dead! You're going to be so dead, that you're going to have to talk to yourself when you're dead!"

"Oh, that's why," Qwark said.

Taylor sees Norman running, she then grabbed Qwark's hand and said, "Come on!" She soon pulls him so they can catch up with Norman.
