I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, or any of the ParaNorman characters.

Courtney and Taylor soon reached Neil's house and Courtney rang the doorbell. She looked at Taylor and said, "Why were you wearing your goggles, they look weird on you."

Taylor took them off and said, "Well nothing, just was looking at something."

Courtney rang the doorbell again, then said, "Oh, I'm going to kill them!" She then moved the mail slot, and called, "I know you're in there! Slumber party is over, dorks!"

Mitch soon opened the door with a towel around him and a shower cap, this caused Taylor to blush, and said, "Oops, did we catch you in the shower, sorry Mitch."

Mitch soon said, "That's alright, but, um, can I help you two?"

Courtney looked at him then said in a calm loving voice, "Heck, yeah." She chuckled, and said, "Hmm. Oh, we... Sorry to bug you so late. Um, does, uh... Neil live here?"

"Yeah. He's my brother," Mitch replied.

"Oh, wow! That's great!" Courtney said, she put her hands together, and said, "Your brother and my brother are like best friends!" She paused, then said, "I'm Courtney."

Mitch turned and called, "Hey Neil! Come here a minute. There's some girls asking for you."

Neil moved into view, then Courtney said, "Hey, there!"

Neil looked around, and pointed at himself, mouthing, "Me?"

"How are you doing, little guy?" Courtney asked.

"Neil?" he asked.

"Yeah, Neil," Courtney replied, and asked, "Do you know where Norman is? He kind of disappeared."

"Oh, no. Idea! I have no idea where he is. Sorry. Bye!" Neil replied, while slipping out of view.

"Whoa, Neil. Better start talking, buddy," Mitch said.

Neil soon moved, back and said, "I didn't really think he was serious about going up to the old graveyard on his own."

Courtney was shocked, and said, "That's so Norman!"

"Oh, man, that place is bad news," Mitch said.

"Why Mitch?" Taylor asked.

"It's like a total slasher-movie vibe," Mitch said, as Neil got close to the three, Mitch asked, "Why did he go up there?"

"I don't know. Maybe we should go look for him," Neil replied.

"I told you he was trouble," Mitch said, he looked at Courtney, and said, "Sorry, but I did."

"No, it's fine. He stinks," Courtney replied, causing Taylor to glare at her, then she said, "But I got to make sure he doesn't, you know, die or anything tonight." She soon looked at Mitch, and asked, "Will you help me? Please?"

"Okay," Mitch replied, paused then said, "I guess I should go get some clothes on."

He nudged Neil, who asked, "Uh, is Norman in trouble?"

"I don't know, Neil," Taylor replied. She soon put on her goggles used Taylor's head band, to see things, while muttering, "But I'm going to find out."

Taylor sees Alvin screaming, while he and Norman with Tess on his shoulder enter Prenderghast's house. Alvin closed the door, but then Norman gasped, and locked it. They were soon panting, then Alvin asked, "Are they going to try to eat our brains?"

Norman thought, then replied, "I think you'll be safe." This caused Tess to laugh a bit.

Alvin soon leaned on the door, and said in a relief voice, "Oh, thank goodness!"

Norman looked at the book, and said, "I don't get it. Why didn't it work?" He opened the book again, and said, "The Story of Sleeping Beauty?" He closed the book, and said, "This doesn't make any sense!"

"Wait! Where are you two going?" Alvin asked.

Norman went to Prenderghast's husk and said, "Mr. Prenderghast, I don't understand. Just tell me what to do!"

"Dude, what are you doing?" Alvin asked.

Norman gestures at the corpse, and replied, "He told me to read from the book to stop the curse!" Norman looked around, and said, "I thought it was like a spell or something, but..." Norman soon looked, and went to the desk, moved some stuff, and said, "Come on. There has to be something."

"I really need to go home because I've got a seriously early curfew," Alvin said.

Okay, seven victims," Norman said, looking at the picture of them.

Alvin continues to talk, "My mom gets really upset..."

"Seven victims," Norman said again. Suddenly they heard some pounding, causing Norman to gasp and said, "Oh, no."

"They're here!" Tess said.

Alvin turned at Norman and said, "Okay, got to defend ourselves. We got to shoot them in the head, with, like, some sort of silver stake or something."

"Seven victims," Norman said again.

"I'm way too awesome to get eaten," Alvin said.

Norman moved the paper, and saw the spot they were at, which was circled, and said, "Seven graves."

"Norman, are you and that rat listening to me?" Alvin asked.

"I'm an ottsel," Tess corrected Alvin.

"Whatever, Norman's really got to do something!" Alvin said.

Norman looks at picture of the statue of the witch, and said, "The witch's grave! It wasn't there!" He turned to Alvin and Tess, and said, "I was reading the book at the wrong place!" The three soon heard something burst out, Norman soon said, "Hide!"

"What?" Alvin asked.

"He said, Hide!" Tess replied.

They soon hid, while hearing some groaning, Alvin whimpers behind some books and a filing cabinet, as the zombies' moan, groan, and growl. Norman and Tess hid underneath something, seeing the zombies' feet move, then saw Alvin poked his head out, Norman signals him to go back down, which he did, suddenly an ear fell down, causing a zombie to say, "Huh?" Tess know it might be Judge Hopkins, who soon bent down to try to find his missing ear. Norman soon moved the ear so Hopkins can feel it. Tess and Norman closed their eyes, but opened them when Alvin screamed, as he burst out of his hiding place, and made a break for it. Norman gasped, as he, with Tess on his shoulder, got out of his hiding place, but stopped, as Judge Hopkins turned, and growled at them. He soon grabbed him, but Tess got off, and Norman sacrifices his jacket to get away, and for them to catch up with Alvin.

Norman and Tess get out of the way with the zombies, Alvin opened the door, then Tess said, "Alvin, look out!"

Alvin turned, and screamed, as the zombie growls at him, Norman closes the door, which got the zombie's teeth stuck in it. Norman panted, they soon looked, and saw the zombies' approach, grunts to open the door, and said with Tess on his shoulder, and pulling Alvin, "Come on!"

The trio soon made another break for it out of the house.

Taylor took off her goggles, and saw Mitch was dressed, and said, "Okay everyone, let's go." Mitch soon went to his van.

"Shotgun!" Courtney called.

Courtney goes in, while Taylor and Neil get in the back, and Mitch drove off.

Now Taylor and a group are going to meet up with Norman, Tess, and Alvin, who had another run in with the zombies.
