I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, Bentley, or any of the ParaNorman characters.

Mitch continued to drive the road to get Norman, while Courtney said to him, "And she said, 'I could totally consider a career in formation swimming.' But I was like, 'I want to do something that helps people less fortunate than me, thank you very much.' You know? Like, um... Like the poor. Or people who are dying, or ugly or something. Because I really think that ecology and world peace are, like, totally important today." Neil felt a bit bored due to Courtney's rambling. She then looks at Mitch, and asked, "Do you use free weights? Because your deltoids are huge!"

Mitch replied, "I've never used deltoids in my life, I swear. You can test me."

"Kill me now," Neil said, causing Taylor to look at him when he soon laid on the seat.

"Thank you for doing this, Mitch," Courtney said, she paused a bit, then continued, "He means an awful lot to me, you know? I love him like he was a brother."

"He is your brother," Neil said in a boring tone.

"And didn't you call him a weirdo for talking to ghosts," Taylor added.

Courtney glared at Taylor and Neil, but the four soon heard thunder crashing. Mitch soon looks up, and said, "Whoa! Look at that sky!" They looked up and saw some clouds circling.

Taylor goggles soon vibrated, and said, "Hang on someone needs to talk to me." She soon puts them on to see what her friend Bentley needs to say.

"Although it is small, since she said she won't do it, my paranormal scanner is maxing out up that hill," Bentley said.

"A reading like that, can only be coming off of Mz. Ruby herself," Taylor said.

"I think you're right, Taylor, or maybe it could be Agatha, for it might not be the spot she was buried at, you'll have to find Agatha's resting place, for if you find that, you not only find Agatha, but you will also find Mz. Ruby as well," Bentley said.

"Got it," Taylor said, and took her goggles off.

Neil soon sees something, and yelled at Mitch, "Look out!"

Taylor looked, and saw Norman with Tess on his shoulder, and Alvin behind them.

Mitch was surprised, and yelled, "Oh, no!" He turned, missing Norman, Tess and Alvin.

Neil looked and said, "That was Norman!" But they all looked and screamed, save Taylor, as someone else was in the road. Mitch hit the break, but he hit the person. He soon stopped and made a turn.

"And that is why you should keep an eye on the road," Taylor said.

Mitch groaned, and asked, "Is everyone okay?"

"No," Courtney and Neil said simultaneously.

Mitch took off his seatbelt and went out to check on the person he hit. Taylor knew that it was a zombie, but Mitch soon reached the zombie to check on him, and asked, "Uh, hello, sir?"

Courtney poked her head out, and asked, "Is he dead or what?"

"I don't know. He's not moving," Mitch replied, but heard a low growl, then said, "He's still breathing!"

"So, he's okay?" Courtney asked.

Mitch lifted the zombie's head, which came off its neck, and Mitch said, "Uh... Not exactly."

"What? What did you just say?" Courtney asked.

Mitch soon stood up, and said, "Does anyone know CPR or..."

Norman with Tess on his shoulder ran with Alvin behind him, and yelled, "Run!"

Mitch looked in confusion, then looked at the head, which opened an eye, and growled, causing Mitch to scream and kicked its head away. He ran back to his van, and asked, "Did you see that?"

"That was insane," Courtney replied.

"I know, right? I kicked that, like, a hundred yards!" Mitch said excitedly

Courtney looked at her brother, who was in the car, and asked, "Norman, what just happened, and why is there a rat on your shoulder?"

"Ottsel!" Tess shouted.

Neil, Courtney, and Mitch were shocked at that Neil said, "It can talk!"

"Yeah, well can we focus on the main problem," Taylor said.

Alvin soon said, "She's right, about the main question. Zombies! I swear, okay? We saw them burst out of their graves for real!" Alvin soon looked at Courtney, and said, "Just so you know, I totally saved his life, and I could totally save yours."

"Yeah, when you were running and screaming," Tess said, causing Neil and Taylor to snicker.

"Hey! That was a war-cry," Alvin said in his defense.

"Ha. Sure, it is," Tess replied.

"Sorry, who are you two?" Courtney asked, while Norman looks at the window.

"I'm Alvin," Alvin replied.

"And I'm Tess, I'm a friend of Taylor's," Tess replied as well.

Norman soon sees the zombies heading towards them, and said, "Um, guys? Maybe we should actually drive away now."

"Oh, right," Mitch said, but then screams when he saw the headless zombie pound on his door, hit the gas pedal, and drove off.

As they continue to get back through town, Courtney soon said, "Ugh! I just knew something like this was going to happen tonight."

"You did? Wow. Because that zombie bit really threw me," Mitch said.

Courtney turned to Norman and asked, "Why did you have to get everyone involved in all your weird stuff?"

"I didn't get involved, I had a feeling this might happen, and I've been through a lot of stuff that even involved the dead, along with Tess," Taylor said.

Everyone saved Tess looked at Taylor with shocking looks, and Norman asked, "What?"

"I'll explain later," Taylor replied.

Norman looked at Courtney, and said, "Well, anyway, you weren't supposed to follow me, were you?"

Neil looked at Norman, and said, "Sorry, my fault. When I'm nervous, I get mouth diarrhea."

Alvin soon said with a laughing tone, "Whoa! Diarrhea!"

"Not a good time and inappropriate right now, Alvin!" Tess said.

Courtney, soon said, "Oh my gosh! I think I'm having an aneurysm." She put some fingers to her temple, and said to Norman, "Oh, this is so typical of you!"

"No. You don't understand. I'm the only one who can stop this, Courtney!" Norman said.

She glared at her brother, and said, "Oh, I understand. I understand that this is all getting completely out of..." Suddenly an arm burst out of the sunroof, and Courtney yelled, "Hand!"

"Ah!" screamed Norman, as they heard a growl, everyone looked up, and saw it was the lead zombie, Judge Hopkins.

"He must've jumped on when you took off, Mitch!" Taylor said.

Hopkins tried to grab someone, causing both Alvin and Neil to scream. Neil grabs Hopkins pulls him down, and they struggle. Neil than asked, "What do we do? What do we do? Mitch!"

Mitch replied, "I don't know! I don't know!"

"You're the oldest," Neil said.

"Not mentally!" Mitch replied, Mitch soon heard a sound, and saw something in his rearview mirror, and said, "Oh, great, the cops."

The cop soon came to Mitch, and said, "Pull over the vehicle!"

Courtney sees Neil struggle with Hopkins, then turned to her brother, and said, "Norman! How do we stop them?"

Norman replied looking at the book, "I'm supposed to read from the book at the witch's grave."

"We've got to go back to the graveyard?" Neil asked, while fighting Hopkins.

"She wasn't buried with the others," Norman replied, then looked at the book, and said, "I don't know where else to look!"

"Well, you better think of something, quick!" Courtney said.

"Oh, I have an idea!" Neil said.

Norman then used Neil's idea to call someone, who was Salma. She soon said after an explanation, "So, Norman, let me get this straight. You guys all go on this big supernatural adventure, and you're calling me in the middle of the night because you need someone to help you do your homework?"

"Uh, yeah," Norman replied, but felt the van bumped. Norman soon said, "We need to find out where the witch was buried!"

The big bump, which was the cop, which caused Hopkins' arm to be disconnected and he was soon on the hood of the car, causing Courtney to scream, and Mitch to say, "Oh, no!"

Norman soon said to Salma, "I went to the old graveyard, but her grave wasn't there."

"Well, duh," Salma replied, and then said, "People found guilty of witchcraft weren't considered people anymore. Norman your witch was buried someplace else. In an unmarked grave."

Hopkins growls, then Courtney said, "Mitch, do something!"

Mitch hit the wind shield wipers, and they moved Hopkins' face quite a bit, Taylor soon said, "That's not helping!"

Neil soon screams as Hopkins' severed arm began moving, while Salma said, "If you cared to pay attention some of the time, you would know that we covered this in fifth-grade history class."

Norman soon said, while trying to get Hopkins' fingers out of Neil's nose, "Salma! Please hurry!"

Norman soon got the fingers out, then tossed the arm, which landed on Mitch's head and gripped it, causing Mitch to say, "Oh, no!" And both him and Courtney screamed.

Mitch tried to get the arm off while Courtney took the wheel, he eventually got the arm off, and tossed it to the back of the car, which hit and knocked down, Alvin.

Norman soon said to Salma, "You know, I would google this myself if there wasn't a 300-year-old dead guy trying to rip my face off."

Salma sighs and replied, "Okay, okay. It says here she was tried in the old town hall on Main Street. There may be a record of her execution and burial in the archives."

"Thanks," Norman said, looked at Courtney and Mitch, and said, "Quick! She said, 'Go to the town hall!'"

Courtney soon turned and began driving down the hill, Taylor soon used the hat that Norman gave her, and tried to see things through Perry's eyes.

"I really think it might help if you tried to see things through his point of view," Sandra said to her husband.

"I don't want to," Perry replied.

Sandra soon said, "Perry, not believing the afterlife is not believing in astrology."

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Perry replied again, he turned to Sandra, and said, "Seriously. Where did you learn that?"

Sandra looks at Perry, and said, "Calm down."

Perry soon looked ahead, and was shocked, then screamed as a van was driving very fast. He turned, went out of the car, and yelled, "Delinquent drivers! Where are the police when you need them?" Suddenly the cop who chased the kids bumped into the car, and hit Perry, knocking him down with a grunt.

Taylor took off her goggles, and said, "Ouch, well, ask a silly question, get a silly answer."
