I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, Qwark, or any of the ParaNorman characters.

Everyone tries to keep looking for the record, but couldn't find anything, then Courtney said, "We're not going to find it in here, Norman. This is useless!"

"Yeah, I know, and it's also like boring," Alvin said.

"I thought I was driving the van. No one told me I was going to have to do this other dumb stuff," Mitch said, who threw a paper he folded into a paper airplane, which didn't go far.

Norman sighs, and said, "If I had known there was so much reading involved, I would have brought a completely different group of people who hate me."

"Yes!" Neil yelled as he burst out of a pile of papers, and said, "Book number one finished! That is right. Twenty-six pages," he soon brought his fist down, and said, "Oh, yeah!"

Everyone else groaned. Taylor soon looked through Qwark's eyes, and saw the townspeople were running and shouting towards town hall.

Taylor took off her goggles, while Courtney said to Norman, "I can't believe this is your plan. I'm going to get bitten and start eating people's brains. I'm supposed to be vegan!"

Taylor saw Mitch open the doors, that lead to the entrance hall, and said, "Guys! There's something moving out there. I think it's the zombies."

"Hide!" Alvin yelled.

Mitch looked again, and said, "Oh, no, it's not. It's just grown-ups."

"Hide!" Alvin yelled again.

Taylor puts back on her goggles, to see things through Qwark's eyes, who saw the people pounding at the entrance.

Taylor took off her goggles, and saw the glass shattered by a brick. Then they hear the people yelling, then Mitch said, "That sound. Do you know what that is? That's not awesome things."

"Guys, come on!" Norman said, still looking at the records.

Alvin turned, and said, "Just give it up, you wimp."

"No, we have to keep trying," Norman replied.

Courtney turned, and said, "Uh! We tried, and look what happened," she paused, and said, "I'm scared, Norman, and I can't listen to this anymore."

Norman tosses to papers, and said, "You never listen. No one ever listens!" His sister backed off, as he said, "I'm scared, too, but I've still got to do this."

Courtney was shocked, then glared and replied, "I do too listen! And whatever it was you just said, it's not working." She soon turned, and said, "You think you're going to go out there, do you 'talking to the dead' thing, and this is all going to be okay?" She stammers, then asked, "What are you going to do? Huh? Ask the zombies not to eat you?"

Norman glared, and replied, "I should have known you wouldn't understand. No one ever does!"

"Norman, you need to stop all this weird stuff, and start living in the real world," Courtney said.

Norman soon shouted, "Everyone in the real world thinks I'm a freak! And you know what? Maybe they're right. Maybe I am a freak. But I never asked for your help! Just go!" Everyone was shocked, as Norman yelled, "Get out!"

"Sheesh, that was dramatic," Mitch said.

"Not helping, Mitch!" Taylor said.

"Ugh! Come on!" Courtney said, turning, and leaving the hall.

Mitch, Neil, Taylor, and Alvin looked at Norman, who glared at them, then Alvin followed Courtney, then Mitch put a hand on Neil's shoulder, but Neil said, "I'm not going anywhere. You can't make me."

Mitch then lifted Neil and left the room, while saying, "Oh! Dude, you're really heavy."

"I'm not speaking to you. You can't make me," Neil said.

Soon it was just Taylor and Norman in the room, then Norman asked, "Why are you still here?"

"Because I, along with Tess and Qwark came here to help you, and stop this, and get something that was stolen," Taylor replied. Norman gave her a confused look, which Taylor was about to talk, when they heard something coming from the vents, it was Tess. Taylor soon said, "Tess, follow the others, they're in the hall near that door." Taylor pointed it, Tess then nodded, and left, while Norman kicked his backpack, which caused the story book to come out. Taylor then put on her goggles to see things through Tess's eyes.

Tess sees the others walking toward the door, which Courtney soon said, "Um, excuse me! Hello?" There was soon a thumping that caused the shelf Mitch used to barricade to be knocked down, but Mitch grabbed it, while Courtney screamed, and helped him keep it there. Some hands grabbed Alvin, causing him to scream, along with the other kids, Tess looked at this in shock.

Taylor soon took out the fake blaster, and see things through Qwark's eyes, he sees the guy who alerted the townspeople said, "They're in there alright. I can feel its clammy flesh!" Qwark soon was thinking this is getting out of hand.

Taylor took off her goggles, and saw Norman kneeling, then said, "Norman, I think you must think, maybe there is something more to this curse than what is happening right now. I've been seeing things through Enhanced Clairvoyance, in both Tess and Qwark's eyes, and saw that the zombies were as scared as the townspeople."

They heard a sound, causing Norman to ask, "Hello?"

Taylor and Norman looked, and saw a zombie coming toward them, causing Norman to gasp, while Taylor said, "Speaking of which," she thought, then said, "Norman you try to get out."

"What about you, Taylor?" Norman asked.

"Don't worry," she put her thumb near the diamond on her staff, and said, "Now you see me," she tapped the diamond, and said while disappearing, "Now you don't."

Norman soon got up, to make a break for it, but stopped and gasped, as Judge Hopkins blocked his path, he soon grabbed the book, and ran to an exit, stopped to look and saw the zombies following him, then he ran while saying, "Help! Somebody, help me!"

Taylor soon reappeared after the zombies chased Norman, and looked into her goggles, and looked first through Qwark's eyes saw Miss Henscher yell, "Let's burn them out!"

"That's not good," Qwark muttered.

The girl who took the zombie arm showed someone with a torch a teddy bear, which then the person lit it, and the girl threw the doll at the window.

Taylor soon begins to see things through Tess's eyes and saw the lit-up teddy bear. Courtney soon said in fear, "We're all going to die!"

Taylor then begins to see things through Norman's eyes, for he was running up the stairs, but then went onto the roof, and closed and locked the hatch, which bumped and threw him back a bit. Norman than looked at the clouds and saw the face of the witch growling. Norman then climbed up the ladder.

Taylor begins to see things through Perry's eyes, as he was shoving some people. Sandra, who was behind him said, "Oh, my gosh. Do you think this has got to do something with Norman?"

"Of course not," Perry replied.

"Everyone, look!" cried an elderly woman, pointing up.

Sandra and Perry looked and saw Norman on a ladder on the roof. Sandra soon said, "Perry, do something!"

Perry soon yelled, "Norman! Get down from there this instant! You're supposed to be grounded!"

Taylor soon sees things through Norman eyes, for he soon looks at the face, and said, "You horrible old witch!" He shows the book, and asked, "Is this what you want?"

Taylor soon sees things through Qwark's eyes, where he sees everyone being scared as the face was looking at Norman.

"Necromancer!" Miss Henshcer yells.

"This is all his doing!" said a woman.

Sandra soon went to Miss Henscher's shoulder, and calls, "Norman!"

Taylor soon sees things through Norman's eyes, as the face looks at him, he opens the book, and begins reading the book, "'Once upon a time, in a far-off land, there lived a king and a queen in a magnificent castle.'" The face laughs at him maliciously, then Norman asked, "Why won't you listen to me? Why are you doing this?" The face soon disappeared, then reappeared screaming, scaring Norman, and blasting a volt of lightning at the book, and causing Norman to fly screaming off the ladder.

Taylor took off her goggles and heard glass shattering above her and saw someone falling. She knew who it was and cried, "Norman!" She soon spined her staff, and tapped the bottom of it to the floor, pausing time. She then climbs up a ladder nearby, and grabs Norman before time was resuming, and used her Staff Helicopter to land safely to the floor, she lays Norman on the floor, but then felt her goggles vibrating, meaning a vision was happening.
