First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, as Naegi is in a bind as his classmates see him wearing the red suit while the circus performance is just moments away, so read on and enjoy!
At outer space, tension brew at the UFO, as Cherubi is livid that Naegi attracted more unwanted attention as Naegi's classmates are starting to suspect him of being the SUPER GUY, and is urging Seraphi that he act immediately to address the situation, but Ophani defended Naegi saying that Naegi's classmate haven't suspect him of anything, in which causes a verbal friction between the two aliens over what to do with the situation right now.
"You just saw it! He exposed himself to prying eyes!"
"He did not!"
"Look! More witnesses are coming, and it would be a matter of time before the secret is leaked!"
"Calm yourself! No one has suspected him yet!"
"I say we take the suit from that boy and leave!"
"You will not act so rashly!"
"I am doing things right here!"
"You are acting like a paranoid!"
By then Seraphi stepped in and told his fellow aliens to stop their bickering and is observing the scene on the monitor and it took a few minutes before he made his decision and told he two to be ready in case Naegi's secret is about to be discovered, and Ophani is surprised at this and asks Seraphi what is he planning to do, and he calmly told her that he will simply use a beam on Naegi's classmates to erase their memories about Naegi wearing the red suit should they discover Naegi's secret.
"…and that is what I plan to do."
"Seriously?"
"Yes."
"Surely that is a bit…"
"I know…but only if they figure it out…but we must be prepared…"
"I see…"
"Now let us observe…and be ready…"
"Yes…"
Ophani reluctantly nodded as she feels sorry for Naegi having thus kind of burden but she is abiding Seraphi's word knowing that he knows what to do at a situation like this, and hoped that things wouldn't get out of hand and for Naegi not to take an emotional blow to this situation.

Ch. 89: Kare no kurasumēto to no konran
At the circus, Naegi took a deep breath and is coming up with something to answer his classmates' questions on what is he doing here and why is he wearing the red suit, and his classmates are awaiting his response as they are eager to know why is Naegi here at the circus and what is he up to, in which Yamada and Togami are staring suspicious at him as they are suspicious that Naegi now resembled the manga character that Komaru created.
"So, Naegi…"
"What are you up to?"
"Yeah…why are you here at the circus…wearing some kind of pajamas and a towel…"
"Ho-ho-ho…I bet Naegi-kun sleepwalked his way here…"
"That's not funny, Celes-chan!"
"Come on, Naegi, tell us!"
"What's with that silly outfit and cape?"
"Um…guys…you see…"
Naegi came up with an alibi by saying that he is working part time here at the circus saying that the pay is enticing and thus seemed to satisfy some of his classmates, and yet others are still doubtful, and by then Ohwada's biker gang came as they too are attracted by the circus and Yukimaru greeted Ohwada and he is surprised to see Naegi, yet he greeted him and asks him what is he doing here, and Naegi told him the reason, as well as what performance he would do.
"What was that?"
"Y-yeah…I'll be performing tonight…as the human cannonball…"
"Human cannonball?"
"Are you serious?"
"I can't believe it…you came to this circus in your pajamas and then get shoot out from that thing?"
"I think Naegi has lost his mind…"
"You got to be out of your mind to do that, Naegi."
"Why go that far?"
Naegi's classmates, Maizono and her idol band, and the Crazy Diamond Gang gasped and balked when told by Naegi that he is going to perform as the human cannonball, and his classmates asked him why would he go so far, and he had to think of another alibi just to satisfy their curiosity, and he reluctantly came up with an alibi, and told them the reason why, even though Naegi felt guilty at the alibi he came up with.
"Well…"
"Come on…tell us!"
"Yeah!"
"Why risk yourself for that?"
"It's because…I plan to…take Maizono-san out…on a date…"
"Eh?"
"Seriously?"
"For real?"
Naegi claims that he took the job at the circus saying that he wants to earn money so that he can take Maizono on a date, and while Asahina and the others are thrilled at hearing this, others cast doubts, and Maizono's idol members are doubtful at the claim, but the four idols were surprised to see Maizono smiling, as she liked the idea of going on a date with Naegi, and the four idols try to rouse her from her daydream, in which they had a hard time and they think that Maizono is head over heels towards Naegi, which find it crazy.
"Hey!"
"Sayaka!"
"Are you okay?"
"She's gone nuts!"
"Are you really taken in by that boy?"
"I bet he's just using you!"
"Um…looks like Sayaka went bonkers…"
"Yeah…she's grinning like crazy…"
As Ohwada and the Crazy Diamond Gang praised Naegi for having guts to do that kind of performance, others, such as Asahina and Ohgami, were concerned and tried to dissuade him, but Naegi assured his classmates that he will be fine, and invited them to watch his performance later, and said he has to go, for he is going to prepare himself for today's performance, and his classmates opted to support him seeing that they couldn't dissuade him.
"Okay…"
"If that's what you want…"
"Just be careful, okay?"
"Don't hurt yourself!"
"I'm gonna take a picture of you!"
"Let me know which hospital you're gonna land…"
"That's rude, Kuwata-kun!"
"I'm making a wager that naegi-kun gets splattered on the ground…"
As Naegi left, Asahina berated Kuwata for making fun of Naegi's suit, while Togami stared suspiciously as he can tell that Naegi could be the FLYING GUY he saw a few weeks ago, but since he lacked proof, he had no choice but to leave things as it is, but then they saw Maizono standing like a statue as she is smiling like crazy and her idol members try to wake her up, with little success.
"Hey!"
"Sayaka!"
"Snap out of it!"
"She's gone nuts!"
"Are you really taken in by that boy?"
"Stop fawning over him!"
"Um…looks like Sayaka went bonkers…"
"Wake up already…!"

At outer space, the three aliens sighed in relief seeing that Naegi managed to fool his classmates in which he managed to keep his secret a secret, and Seraphi didn't have to use the beam to erase the other students' memories, and Ophani told Cherubi that Naegi can handle the situation though Cherubi said that Naegi is just lucky but it doesn't mean that he can do this over and over, and once more the two aliens bicker over Naegi.
"You should give him a chance!"
"I already did…and he always attract trouble!"
"It's not his fault!"
"Stop spoiling that Earth boy!"
"He is our key to…"
"I'm sure one day he will be corrupted!"
"He will not!"
"Want a bet?"
Seraphi sighed seeing that his comrades are arguing again and decided to step in and quell the tension as he tries to persuade the two to stop their argument and focus instead on what Naegi would do next, and the two aliens stopped their bickering, and they sighed as they acknowledge their leader's word and they began to observe the monitor to see what Naegi is up to, and Cherubi is sure that Naegi would cause another blunder, while Ophani has confidence that Naegi will do another good deed using the red suit.

At the dating service, Chihiro was there when he got a call in which the manager said that he has found a date and Chihiro played along, and yet he is surprised to see that the DATE turns out to be an adult man, in his 30's, and the man in charge said that the man will be Chihiro's date, which Chihiro had to play along in order not to give himself away, and the DATE greeted Chihiro, unaware of Chihiro's true gender, and promised that he will give him a date he will never forget.
"Hello."
"Um…hello."
"I will be your date for the day."
"I see…"
"Please to meet you."
"Same here."
"Then shall we go? Let us start our date."
"O-okay…"
Chihiro just nodded, and is about to leave when he saw the Russian woman coming in and is talking to the man in charge if the dating service and Chihiro is beginning to suspect something and now he has to think of something to tell Kirigiri of what he discovered, but right now he has to focus on how to keep his DATE preoccupied.

Outside the circus, Yukizome had just purchased the tickets and she and her two friends went in, and you can see that Munakata was still feeling a bit paranoid after seeing the flyer, and both Yukizome and Sakakura urged him to loosen up and relax while inside the circus.
"Munakata-kun…you should relax and enjoy…"
"She's right…you've been working non-stop…you need to relax and get rid of the stress…"
"And the circus is perfect for us to unwind…"
"Why the circus of all places…"
"It's full of entertainment…and it will help us relax…"
"I don't know…"
"Come on, Sakakura-kun…you too need to relax."
"Whatever…"
As Yukizome and Sakakura are talking, Munakata caught a glimpse of Naegi entering the tent wearing the red suit and cape, and once again the former SHSL Student Council Leader went into another bout of panic and told Sakakura that he saw naegi at that tent and insisted that Naegi can fly, and Sakakura had to calm him down before attracting unwanted attention, seeing that Munakata is throwing another unwanted fit.
"Sakakura…look!"
"What?"
"I saw him!"
"Huh?"
"I saw the kid in a red suit…entering that tent! It's him! The kid who can fly!"
"Hey…calm down!"
"I mean it! He can fly while running! He has super powers!"
"Not again…Munakata…you need to relax and calm down…you're acting like a crazy guy!"

Looks like Naegi's LUCK kicked in as he narrowly fooled his classmates in to thinking that he is working part-time at the circus so as they would not suspect him of being the SUPER GUY, and the three aliens decided to observe for now after seeing that Naegi managed to keep his classmates from discovering his secret.
Once again, Munakata shows up, and seeing Naegi…he went into another fit of delirium…
