First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, in which this arc is reaching its conclusion, so read on and enjoy!

Kirigiri is heading towards the scene to try and stop it, and she paused upon realizing that it happened before which Naegi was thrown out of the circus, and realized that the cannon may have been spiked, but then she saw the three Russian performers are staring intently at the cannon, where they are sure that their plan won't fail this time.

"Are you sure this plan would succeed?"

"Yes."

"It will work this time."

"Are you certain of it?"

"Indeed. The pressure of the cannon has been magnified, and there will be no safe places for that boy to land. He will die in an instant death."

"Very well. We take our leave once the cannon us fired."

"We shall."

"For our goal."

"For Mother Russia."

Kirigiri gritted her teeth as she is torn between going after Naegi and going after the Russians, and tension mounted as the cannon has been activated and the explosion is heard as Naegi was launched and shot out of the cannon, and the audience watched in awe as Naegi flew out of the cannon, and the scene shows that Naegi's classmates are staring in disbelief and worry as the scene slowly fades in black, not showing what happened next, though you can see that Naegi's classmates had the look of horror in their faces.

"..."

"..."

"No way..."

"Did...Naegi...flew...?"

"He went through the tent..."

"Uh...is there a safety net outside?"

"!"

"!"

Naegi flew out of the cannon and went through the tent, ripping a hole and he went upward as the impact launched him towards the skies, and Kirigiri stared wide-eyed as this is the scenario she feared, but then she saw the three Russians running out of the tent, and Kirigiri clenched her fists as she had no choice but to go after the three Russians and see where they are going, as she is putting her hopes that Naegi would survive this one since he is wearing the red suit.

Ch. 92:Inbō ga akiraka ni

As Kirigiri leaves the tent, the audience gave their applaud believing that it was such a soectacular act, and the children enjoyed it the most as this was the first time they have seen someone shot out from the cannon and flew out of the tent, and they were pleased that the children asked their parents to ask the announcer where Naegi is, as they want to get his autograph, and the parents sweat-dropped as they don't know how as they knew Naegi is out of the tent.

"Mommy..."

"Ask the announcer..."

"Ask him who that boy is!"

"I want to get his autograph!"

"I want his picture!"

"I want to take him home!"

"I want to FLY with him!"

"Ask him mommy!"

Meanwhile, the Class of 78, the Crazy Diamond Gang, and Maizono and her idol band were scrambling to leave the tent as they are very worried for Naegi as they did not expect that he would be thrown out of the tent, and as they arrived outside, they noticed that activities are ongoing as usual, and there were no signs of Naegi landing nearby, and this made them worried, and Asahina was becoming a nervous wreck fearing that something bad has happened to her friend while Ohgami tries to calm her down even though she herself is worried for Naegi's well being.

"Oh no! Naegi!"

"Calm down, Asahina!"

"But...but...he...!"

"I'm sure Naegi is safe...probably landed nearby and..."

"Being thrown out of the tent...no safety net...and he's nowhere to be found...you think he can land safely?"

"Asahina, please calm down...!"

"..."

"We will find him..."

Meanwhile, Ishimaru is berating Togami and Celes after overhearing them making a bet about Naegi, and he told them that with Naegi being anywhere within the circus after being shot out from the cannon, it is no laughing matter that Naegi could suffer some serious injuries after falling from such a height, and the two classmates were silent as Ishimaru berated them for being so cold towards their classmate and urged them not to do something like making a bet again,

"Naegi is our classmate! How can you do something so stupid by making a bet about him?"

"..."

"..."

"What if something happened to him?!"

"..."

"..."

"Now then, let us start finding him!"

"..."

"..."

Ohwada began giving Yukimaru and his biker gang some instructions as they are going to split up and find Naegi, and he others join in as they all split up and began their search for Naegi, hoping that he is all right and not seriously hurt, and the idol band was the only one left, and Maizono clasped her hand as she prayed that Naegi will be okay even though she knows that the red suit would protect him from harm, and her idol band members assured to her that Naegi will be fine.

"Sayaka..."

"Don't worry..."

"He'll be okay..."

"He's resilient...probably..."

"Satomi!"

"That's cold!"

"Yeah, she's right!"

"Think about Sayaka's feelings!"

Amid the chaos, the three Russian performers boarded a black van and speeds off, where Kirigiri just saw it and hurried towards her car, just as Chihiro, who took off his disguise, joins her and they are now wondering what to do next as the culprits have gotten a head start, and the two boarded the car as Kirigiri drives out of the circus, and Chihiro asks her where would they start finding the Russian trio.

"Kirigiri..."

"..."

"They got a head start..."

"I know."

"How can we...?"

"Wait for a moment..."

"?"

"Hold this."

Kirigiri took out a map and glanced at it as she is sure that the Russians are not too far and believes that they are still within Tokyo as she deduced that they are probably going to where Bismarck is kept, and she drives away and told Chihiro to hold the map as she tries to figure out a way where the Russians would head off to.

About five minutes later, the black van arrived at a safehouse where the three Russians got off and went inside, and there Naegi arrived, managing to stay airborne, but quickly loses control and fell, landing on top of the van's roof, disorienting him yet he stayed there, just as the Russians are carrying a disoriented Bismarck and boarded the van, not noticing that Naegi is on top of the roof, and the van speeds off, and about 10 minutes later, the van arrived at he condominium building and the Russians dragged Bismarck with them, and went inside the building, and Naegi saw this and tries to get his bearings, and there his communicator blared and Kirigiri is heard calling for Naegi.

"Naegi! Naegi! Can you hear me?"

"..."

"Naegi!"

"Kirigiri-san!"

"Naegi! Are you okay?"

"Yeah...I think so...what just..."

"Those three trapeze performers...they SPIKED the cannon you're using...where are you?"

"Right here..."

As Kirigiri and Chihiro are relieved to hear that Naegi is okay, they were told that the Russians are at a condominium building dragging someone with them, and there Kirigiri and Chihiro realized that Bismarck is with the Russians and she told Naegi to go there and stop them, while telling him to wait for her and Chihiro, and Naegi just nodded as he tries to regain his bearings and looked around to see if he could find a leverage to get up there by flying.

At the unit room where the dating service is held, the manager of the dating service opened the door and the three Russians entered, and held onto Bismarck, and the manager took something from him and it was a key, and he used it to open a hidden vault and opened it, which revealed a stock of folders and files, and the three Russians thanked the manager for his help, which revealed that the man is in cahoots with the Russians and Bismarck is worried that the Russians would get away with it due to the manager, and there the man spoke to Bismarck as he pointed a gun towards him.

"Thank you, sir..."

"..."

"You did well..."

"..."

"Now you are not needed anymore..."

"..."

"Time to say goodbye."

"..."

By then Naegi arrived, as he ran, jumped and flew, and maneuvered himself with a lot of difficulty, and then crashed through the wall, boring a hole, and there the culprits were taken by surprise, as Naegi grabbed the manager, crushed the gun, and threw him against the wall, knocking him out, and the two Russians began to take on Naegi, surprised to see that he survived, and engaged him in combat, but Naegi is having a bit of difficulty as the Russians used their acrobatic moves and tumbling around, but Naegi managed to find the timing and tripped them, and one of them ran out from the unit room and the other tries to kill Naegi, but he pushed him and the Russian was halfway through the hole and is about to fall off, but Naegi grabbed him, saving his life.

"Waaahhh...!"

"..."

"Please...!"

"..."

"I give up!"

"..."

"Just don't kill me...!"

"..."

The Russian woman was shocked into submission as she never seen someone like Naegi doing those stunts, and fearing for her life, she surrendered and not resisted, just as Naegi shoved the Russian man towards her and the two surrendered without resistance. Outside, the remaining Russian is about to head for the elevator and as the elevator door opened, he is greeted with a roundhouse kick from Kirigiri, and the Russian was thrown against the wall, and she handcuffed him just as Chihiro picks up a duffel bag and saw the contents, which are folders and files.

"Kigiriri-san...!"

"..."

"Look..."

"It looks like we got a breakthrough..."

"What now?"

"We go there...Naegi should be with the others..."

"Okay."

"..."

The two teens carried the Russian back to the unit room where Naegi is, and there Kirigiri confronted Bismarck, and asks him for an explanation, saying that this is not a dating service and that the Russians and the circus are tied together along with Piotr's disappearance, and there Bismarck finally talked and acknowledge Kirigiri's efforts and began to reveal to her what is really going on here.

"Bismarck Ang-Lee...let us get to the point..."

"Uh...so it is true...you really are the granddaughter of Fuhito Kirigiri..."

"Let us not change the subject...please tell us...this is not a dating service at all...this is the same place you got kidnapped...and these people..."

"Yes, yes...and to tell you right now...you're in for a commendation..."

"What...?"

"Thanks to you, these three Russians will be tried in an international court."

"What do you mean?"

"It's like this."

Bismarck revealed that the dating service is actually a cover, and that the unit room is actually a headquarters for Interpol, and said that both Interpol, along with MI6, as well as the CIA, are in a joint cooperation and investigation as they have been monitoring the traveling circus for several months due to them, and the three Russians, stealing highly-classified information about the Interpol agents as well as smuggling drugs and other illegal items.

As Kirigiri asks for Piotr's whereabouts, Bismarck sadly revealed that the three Russians murdered him after discovering the manager, who is revealed to be one of the senior executive of Interpol, but betrayed the agency and aided the Russians, betraying and aiding the enemy, and thus he had the Russians dispatch Piotr, and upon secretly learning of this, Bismarck tries to contact the main branch of Interpol, but was forced to hold off due to Kirigiri's first visit, and after that, he is about to contact Interpol when the Russians abducted him.

Moreover, the Russians made a deal with the circus and thus the circus covered up the murder of Piotr and received a lot of bribes from the Interpol turncoat, and thus the circus is going to be closed as he will contact the Japanese authorites to apprehend the circus performers and the owner, and at the same time told Kirigiri that she will get a commendation for her efforts, which she nodded in acknowledgement, but then noticed Naegi and asks him who he is.

"Um, Miss Kirigiri..."

"Yes...?"

"If you don't mind...hey, you...who are you...what's with that suit and cape?"

"Um...me...I...um..."

"Actually, this boy works part-time at the circus, Mr. Ang-Lee."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"..."

Kirigiri covered up Naegi by saying that he is a part-time worker there and that he has helped her in nailing the Russians, and thus Bismarck opted not to question him further, and Kirigiri whispered to Naegi to wait inside the car which he did, and and about 10 minutes later police arrested the culprits, and Bismarck went with the police to shed light on the matter, and later, inside the car, Kirigiri puts on some band-aid on his head and cheek as she is sure that their classmates would ask Naegi where he went as she anticipated that they might suspect him of being the SUPER GUY, and told Naegi to use an alibi so that they won't ask too many questions.

Later, the scene shows that Kirigiri arrived at the circus and the Class of 78 and the Crazy Diamond Gang are relieved to see Naegi, who is wearing a trench coat to cover the suit, and they asks him where he went, and Naegi used an alibi by claiming that he landed outside of the circus, landing on a high tree and it took him some time before climbing down and said that Kirigiri found him and helped him climb down the tree, and they seemed to take the alibi well, and they told Naegi how worried they are after being shot out from the cannon.

"Thank goodness..."

"We thought something happened to you..."

"Glad you weren't hurt..."

"Yeah...you really gave us a good scare..."

"You better quit that job..."

"He's right...it's too dangerous for you..."

"Come on, Naegi..."

"..."

By then Togami approached Naegi and went straight to the point, demanding to know if he is the FLYING GUY he saw a few weeks back, and Naegi sweat-dropped as he felt that Togami is onto him as Togami said that the red suit and black cape is the same suit he saw and he is suspecting Naegi of being the ONE, and he is not letting up until he get some answers.

"Naegi...answer me!"

"..."

"Are you the ONE?"

"N-no..."

"I believe you are!"

"You're wrong..."

"I'm not!"

"..."

Kirigiri then berated Togami for his behavior saying that Naegi is not the one he claimed saying that he nearly suffered a serious injury due to an attempted murder on Naegi's life, and there she came up with an alibi saying there were criminals hiding at the circus and the culprits think that Naegi is onto them and thus spiked the cannon in hopes of killing the Luckster. Togami tries to rebut at first, but then police and SWAT arrived and soon rounded up the circus performers and soon evidences were found, such as narcotics, weapons, and even Piotr's body, and the Class of 78 realized that Kirigiri is telling the truth, and the Class of 78 apologized to Naegi for suspecting him of something, and Togami is forced to stay silent.

By then, Maizono approached Naegi, hugging him and told him how worried she is, and he apologized for it.

"Sorry, Maizono-san..."

"..."

"I won't make you get worried again..."

"Please...don't do something like that again..."

"I promise..."

"Naegi-kun..."

"Maizono-san..."

"..."

After that everyone went home, and Komaru joined her brother as the siblings walked home together and Naegi told Komaru what went on and why he joined the circus in the first place.

The next day, the family is sitting together at the living room and are watching news that showed that there was a conspiracy at the circus and that the performers were deported and arrestes, and Naegi sighed as that was over and felt that he won't be seeing another circus for a while, and Komaru smiled, but then a neighbor paid a visit and the Naegi parents began chatting with the neighbor, and the neighbor unintentionally told the parents that their son was the main attraction at the circus, in which Naegi was the human cannonball, and the Naegi parents stared at their son upon hearing it.

"Makoto...!"

"Is that true?"

"What were you thinking?"

"Um...uh...you see..."

"What you did was dangerous!"

"You could have gotten hurt!"

"Why didn't you tell us, Makoto?"

"Why, son?"

Naegi went pale and fainted from shock, and the Naegi parents felt that they were too hard on their son and told their neighbor to visit again sometime, and Komaru giggled at the scene.

Meanwhile, at DSC, Karuairu was seething that his attempt to humiliate Kyoko Kirigiri was foiled after she got a commendation for her help in busting the Interpol conspiracy with the circus, and he vowed that one day he will make the Kirigiri family humiliated and is determined to make them hang their heads in shame.

Looks like the circus case is closed, and naegi narrowly escaped suspicion from his classmates, and even escaped interrogation from his parents…he sure is LUCKY...
