First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, in which this is supposed to be the start of a new story arc, but I held it off to allow some revision, and instead an extra chapter will fill you in, and I promise that this chapter will make up for delaying the new story arc, so read on and enjoy!
At the Togami Manor, Byakuya Togami is at his room, sipping coffee as he is reading a newspaper and he is somewhat bothered, for he felt that he had a sense of deja vu after going to the circus recently with his classmates, and there he saw Naegi performing as the human cannonball, and upon seeing Naegi being launched from the cannon, he suspected that he is the FLYING GUY that he saw recently, but due to lack of proof, he was forced to shut up after his clasmates defended Naegi.
By then a servant came and asks if he is done with his coffee, and Togami gave her the cup telling her that he wants another cup of coffee.
"Byakuya-sama?"
"…."
"Sir?"
"Yes?"
"Are you done?"
"Yes. Bring me another cup of coffee."
"Very well."
"Good."
After that, the servant leaves, and Togami is alone, and he wondered if there is another chance that he would encounter the FLYING GUY again, as he is starting to get a bit paranoid as he still refuse to believe that such a guy exist, and he wants to expose him so that everyone wouldn't brand him as a CRAZY person.

Ch. 93: Extra Chapter
As the minutes passed by, Togami is reading several papers which are about the stock reports for the Togami Enterprises, and he is making sure that the company is doing well, and while he is looking at the papers, he was momentarily distracted upon hearing a loud sound of a speeding car passing by, and he saw the car speeding away, and Togami is annoyed at the foolishness of some motorist, and as he is resuming his usual thing when he is startled to hear the sound of a teenage boy screaming, and Togami ignored it as first as he heard the screaming.
However, he snapped to attention after hearing the screaming was the same as before.
"WWWWHHHOOOAAAA! AAAAIIIEE! KKKYYYYAAAHHH!"
The screaming came from Naegi, and he is flying as he is wearing the red suit and cape, and zoomed past the manor, and there Togami got a glance of Naegi, and he was surprised, and shocked at this, and unfortunately, he failed to see Naegi's face, but Togami is shocked that he opened the window and peered outside, seeing the FLYING GUY flying away, and one of Togami's servant saw him, and is worried as he thinks that the Scion is about to commit suicide and tries to pull him back in.
"Byakuya-sama!"
"Hey!"
"Stop!"
"What?"
"Don't do it! You're too young!"
"Stop thinking like that! I saw something!"
"Don't kill yourself! You are the heir to the Togami empire!"
"Let go of me this instant!"
Togami is arguing with his servant and said he is not committing suicide, telling him that he saw the FLYING GUY, and the servant thinks Togami is losing his mind and pleaded to the Scion not to give in to madness, and Togami screamed back and berated the servant for accusing him of being crazy as he insist that the FLYING GUY is real, and this attracted the attention of the other servants and Aloysius is seen worried believing that Togami is getting stressed again.

Later, Togami and his father were having a talk, and the Scion is rolling his eyes as he got another mouthful of sermon as the patriarch is reminding him of the fact that Togami is the heir and must be superior above others, and ordered him to forget about this FLYING GUY saying it does not exist and told Togami to focus only on studying at Hope's Peak Academy and managing the company, and not on such trivial matters, which he told his son to focus only on the two and nothing else.
"Byakuya…you are my son…and heir to my empire."
"…"
"You are the one to inherit my fortune…"
"…"
"You are superior above the others."
"…"
"And you must show them that you are a foce to be reckon with, so stop these foolish delusions about a flying guy exists…you wioll only tarnish our family name and make you a laughing stock."
"…"
Togami just ignored his father's sermon and gets up, taking his coat as he is leaving the house, and the patriarch told his son to come back here as he is not done talking, but Togami replied that he is done as he wanted to clear his head as he is starting to lose focus after all that has happened recently, and Togami left the mansion, and there Aloysius told the patriarch to let Togami unwind for now, though the patriarch insist that his son must be superior over other people and should not give in to pressure.
"Sir."
"What?"
"Let him go for now."
"Why?"
"Your son needs to unwind."
"Preposterous! How can you…"
"Even your son has a limit…he needs some time to relax…"
"Unacceptable!"

About 30 minutes later, the scene shifts to downtown Tokyo, where Togami is walking the sidewalk, unwinding, as he is annoyed at what is happening to him, and he is sure that he is NOT crazy, as he knows that he saw the FLYING GUY right in front of his manor, and yet none of his staff and even his father took his word for it, and now he is wondering on how to prove to them that the FLYING GUY exists, and if he managed to prove it, his father would not ridicule him, and this became his inspiration and motivation.
"I must find proof…and once I do…they will believe me…and no one would make a fool out of me and look down on me…!"
As he is nearing a corner of a street, Togami saw something that resembled Naegi, jumping from a height, and he appeared to be wearing the red suit, and this motivated Togami to go forward, and there he found his target and grabbed him, where he is surprised to see Chihiro Fujisaki, and Togami saw him wearing the identical version of the red suit, and a surprised Fujisaki stared at his classmate as Togami began to laugh maniacally as he believed that he has caught the FLYING GUY and began to demand answers from Fujisaki.
"HA-HA-HA-HA…"
"T-Togami-san…?"
"I got you…"
"Eh?"
"Now then…tell me…how did you do it…?"
"Eh? Do what?"
"HOW DID YOU FLY? TELL ME NOW! I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU DID IT!"
"…"
Fujisaki sensed that Togami is onto Naegi and that the Scion mistook him for Naegi and tried to tell him that he doesn't really fly, but Togami wouldn't relent and shook Fujisaki hard and told his classmate to admit that he is the FLYING GUY, and thus slowly attracted attention, and some passerby recognized Togami, and they began to whisper among themselves that the Scion is starting to bully people, in which caused Togami to stop and glanced at the passerby who made comments about him.
"Isn't that Byakuya Togami?"
"The heir of the Togami family empire?"
"Look…what is he doing?"
"It seems that he has become such a bully…"
"Oh dear…he's is now picking on a cosplayer…"
"I guess even rich people can be envious of others…"
"What an embarrassment…"
"Poor boy…"
Togami stared in disbelief at the comments hurled against him, and there a bartender came out and accosted Togami, telling him to stop harassing Fujisaki, and when Togami defended himself, the bartender said that Fujisaki is working part time here and that the red suit he is wearing is just an imitation as he is riding in on the popularity of the manga that Komaru made, and told Togami that Fujisaki just jumped from the ladder, which Togami saw it, and the bartender told Togami that there is no such thing as a FLYING GUY, and told Togami to stop acting delusional, and Togami stared wide-eyed at being told and walked off, and Fujisaki sighed in relief, yet he is worried about this and decided to talk to Naegi about this.

Later, at the Togami manor, Togami rolled his eyes as he gets another mouthful of sermon as the patriarch told his son that he got word that he is acting delusional at the streets for claiming that Togami CAPTURED the FLYING GUY, and told him to knock it off as this would surely affect the image of the Togami family, and reminded his son that as heir, Togami should not stoop to the level of insignificant commoners, which Togami finds the sermon repetitive, yet he is ignoring it as he did not want to endure another pointless lecture.
"Byakuya…I was told of what you did earlier…do not disappoint me…you are my son…and heir to my empire."
"…"
"You are the one to lead the world…"
"…"
"You are superior above the others. And I mean superior in a way where they would revel at you!"
"…"
"And you must show them that you are a force to be reckon with, so stop these foolish delusions about a flying guy exists…you know that never existed in the first place…so stop your foolish imaginations and do as I say…what you did earlier will only tarnish our family name and make you a laughing stock."
"…"
Togami then went to his room to get some rest and the patriarch was annoyed to see his son getting CORRUPTED by the commoners' foolishness and is blaming his son's association with his classmates at Hope's Peak Academy, though Aloysius begged to differ and told the patriarch that it is normal for Togami to undergo that phase in life, which the patriarch finds it absurd.
"Sir."
"What now ?"
"Let him go for now."
"Why?"
"Your son seemed to be stressed out. After all, he is undergoing such phase in his life, and him associating with his classmates is normal…"
"Preposterous! How can you…"
"Even your son has a limit…he needs some time to relax…"
"Unacceptable!"

A few days later, the scene shifts at the rooftop of Hope's Peak Academy, where Chihiro Fujisaki is talking to Makoto Naegi, and Fujisaki told his classmate to be careful as Togami seemed to have developed an obsessive fixation at Naegi in the red suit, and said that Togami appeared to be determined to prove that the FLYING GUY exists, and this would mean trouble for Naegi, and Naegi nodded as he realized that he unknowingly attracted trouble.
"…and that is that."
"I see…"
"Naegi-san…you need to be careful."
"…"
"It seems that Togami has developed an obsession in exposing your existence as a…"
"I understand. Thanks, Chihiro-san."
"Sure."
"…"
After that, the bell rang which signals the resuming of classes and the two classmates went back to class, and they wonder what Togami is thinking right now, and as they arrived at the classroom, they were greeted by Togami, who is glancing suspiciously at the two. He wondered if one of them is the FLYING GUY, and he is sure that he somewhat recognized them, yet he is forced to hold off until he gets proof that one of them is the one he seeks.
Later, the scene shifts at the classroom where classes are in session, and Togami is staring at the window, as he had a feeling that the FLYING GUY would show up, so that he can prove that his claims are real, and Yamada noticed Togami staring at the window and asks him what is he looking at, but this snapped Togami back to reality and he told him to mind his own business, but Yamada then suspected this and started to tease him.
"Togami-dono…"
"…"
"What is the matter? You seemed to be…"
"Mind your own business, you fool."
"Oh…is it because you are envious that everyone is reveling at the Captain Gonzo character?"
"Wh-what?"
"I see you envy him…"
"I am not!"
The bickering caught the teacher's attention and told the two to go to detention, and Togami is pissed at this and he is forced to heed the teacher's word, and Naegi is somewhat worried that Togami might caught him if he is not careful and he mentally wished that he wouldn't encounter trouble that would force him to put on the red suit and fly around, fearing his secret might come out in the open, which would definitely cause bigger trouble.

Two days later...
The scene shifts at downtown Tokyo, where Kyoko Kirigiri is at a bank as she is about to make a deposit, when banker robbers showed up and staged a hold up, and there they are threatening the depositors unless they surrendered their valuables, and Kirigiri sneaked out of sight and hid at a corner and used her portable radio to contact Naegi, and managing to reach him, she told him the situation and his help is needed, and Naegi did not like the idea fearing that he might run into Togami and tries to beg off on this one.
"Eh?"
"What is wrong, Naegi-kun?"
"Can't I sit this one out…?"
"No."
"But…"
"Everyone is in trouble…and only you can help."
"But…"
"Kirigiri out."
Kirigiri told Naegi that he has to, and cuts off the line as she tries to hide from the robbers, and Naegi begrudgingly gives in as he is shown to be near the bank, and went towards a gas station where he went to the restroom and puts on the red suit, and by then the robbers boarded a car and makes a getaway, and Naegi saw it and sighed as he knows that he has to be careful and believing that no one is around, he ran a few steps before jumping and flew, though he screamed unintentionally as he is still controlling his flight.
"WWWWHHHHOOOOAAAA! AAAIIIEEE! KKKYYYAAAHHH!"
Unfortunately Togami was there, inside the limousine as his chauffeur is filling the car with gas, and Togami caught the glimpse of Naegi flying, and his obsessive compulsion kicked in as he went to the driver's seat and began driving, intending to catch Naegi and expose him as a real FLYING GUY, leaving the chauffeur behind and he tries to call back Togami, with no success.
"Wait! Byakuya-sama!"
The scene shifts at the streets as Naegi is flying in the air, trying to control his flight by waving his arms, and he is barely able to catch up with the getaway car, not noticing that Togami is hot on his trail, and the car chase is shown all over the streets, and in his haste to catch Naegi, Togami beat the red light in three intersections, causing other cars to almost crash at each other, and causing a traffic jam, catching the attention of the police.
By then the getaway car was nearing the highway and Naegi managed to will himself to get ahead, and managed to get past an intersection, and luckily, the intersection's traffic light went red, and a trailer truck passed by, blocking Togami's path and the Scion is forced to stop, honking several times and telling the truck driver to move aside, which the driver rebutted back.
"Hey!"
"What?"
"Get out of the way!"
"Are you crazy? The light's red!"
"Move aside, you plankton! I'm trying to catch the flying guy!"
"Shut your trap, you moron! There's no such thing as a flying guy!"
"Move aside, I say!"
"Stupid brat…"
By then police arrived and accosted Togami, telling him that he caused a lot of traffic violations and asks why he did that, and Togami, in his haste, told them his reason, and the cops assumed that he is a nutcase, and called an ambulance and as Togami's chauffeur arrived, he is surprised to see Togami being loaded inside the ambulance in a strait jacket and the Scion is screaming at the paramedics to release him insisting that he is not crazy.
"Come on…"
"In you go…"
"Unhand me I say! I am Byakuya Togami!"
"Yeah, right…"
"And I'm Vince McMahon…founder of the WWE…"
"I tell you the flying guy is real! I must catch him!"
"Sure…and I'm Bruce Wayne…CEO of Wayne Enterprises…"
"Knock it off…we better take him to the mental hospital before he makes another scene…"
The chauffeur called the Togami patriarch on the cellphone and told him of the situation, and the patriarch is not pleased in hearing this and in turn he called his lawyer to seek his help in getting his son out of the mental hospital, and he intends to give his son a severe dressing down once he frees his son, as he couldn't believe that Togami would go this far just to cause trouble in the streets.

Much later, at the gates of the mental hospital, the lawyer managed to convince the psychiatrists that Togami is just delusional due to stress, and Togami is set free, and there the patriarch berated his son for his recklessness and for putting the Togami family in bad light, and this resulted in the bickering between father and son as Togami reiterated that he saw the FLYING GUY, which the patriarch refuse to believe.
"What must I do to make you stop acting…"
"I tell you it was real! I saw the flying guy with my own eyes!"
"Stop spouting nonsense!"
"I insist…I saw it…and it is real!"
"Are you really that delusional?"
"What if I were to produce proof? Will you stop looking down at me, father?"
"Are you really that foolish, Byakuya?"
"I tell you the flying guy exists!"
Aloysius sighed as he felt that Togami is having another bout of stress and wished that the patriarch would go easy on his son so that things like this wouldn't happen again in the future.

Hope you liked this chapter, and while the supposed new arc is not shown, this chapter will make up for it, as Togami is shown to get an obsessive compulsion in exposing Naegi as the SUPER GUY, and he went through a lot of trouble, only to show that he is not deterred and cause trouble for the Togami family…
