Many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, in which Kirigiri is now scrambling to find a way to escape her assailants after Naegi is gravely injured, and now with the red suit out of their reach, the two Class 78 members must find a way to escape and get the Luckster some medical help.
However, an unexpected situation occured, thus this leave our main characters facing a grave peril...

At outer space, the scene shifts to the spacecraft where the three aliens saw what happened, and Ophani is concerned about Naegi, while Cherubi stated that Naegi paid the price for his selfishness and got what he deserved, but this caused Ophani to berate her fellow alien for his comments yet he stood by his word saying that Naegi's own foolishness is what got him into this situation in the first place, and the two aliens began to argue over Naegi.
"How can you be so cynical?"
"That boy brought this onto himself! So he deserved that!"
"Cherubi!"
"Appointing that Earth boy as the user of that suit is a mistake from the very beginning!"
"You have no right judging him like that!"
"You just saw his true colors! He is selfish and foolish!"
"No, he is not!"
"Then what?"
By then, Seraphi broke his silence as he located where the red suit is, and told his fellow aliens to get ready, and Ophani began to wonder ehat he is planning to fo, and Cherubi assumes that Seraphi is planning to get the red suit back and appoint a new user, and Ophani stared at Seraphi as if she wanted to question him if that is his intention, but Seraphi remained silent as he appeared to have something in his mind and Ophani is worried as she is aware that Naegi is gravely injured, yet Seraphi's action is suggesting that he is willing to abandon Naegi for another potential user of the red suit, in which she mentally is not agreeable having seen Naegi's good deeds up to this point and she wished she could do something to help.
By then, Seraphi began to give Cherubi instruction as he made his move, and there he told Ophani to be prepared, and she asks him what is he planning to do, asking him if he intends to abandon Naegi and find another user of the red suit, but Cherubi interjected, saying that Naegi should be replaced as he sees him unfit and irresponsible in using the red suit, but Ophani angrily rebuked him and they got into another argument.
"Are you really that cruel? How can you be so cynical?"
"Look…that boy brought this onto himself! His selfishness is what led to this situation! Therefore he deserved that!"
"Cherubi!"
"Appointing that Earth boy as the user of that suit is a mistake from the very beginning! I knew he is a very selfish and irresponsible life form!"
"You have no right judging him like that!"
"You just saw his true colors! He is selfish and foolish! And now he will pay the price!"
"No, he is not!"
"Then what?"
Seraphi urged the two aliens to stop bickering, and told Cherubi to do as he is told, and Cherubi reluctantly did so, while at the same time he told Ophani to get ready as he said that in the next several minutes he will make the decision on what to do next from this point on, and she is worried as she wondered if Seraphi is really going to discard Naegi after what the Luckster went through, aware that the boy is slowly dying from his wounds.
She then asks him what is he really trying to do and asks if he really intends to abandon Naegi, but Seraphi told her to do as she is instructed, while reassuring her that he knows what he is doing and things will be alright from this point onwards.
"Trust me on this."
"Seraphi…"
"Leave everything to me."
"Are you sure…?"
"Yes."
"…"
"Let us get to work."
"Very well…"

Ch. 97: Kyūhen
At the road, the hotdog van is traveling and Kirigiri is reluctantly speeding a bit as she intends to get to the hospital to get the doctors to help Naegi as he is slowly losing consciousness due to blood loss, and she used her will power to stay calm as she could as Naegi is apologizing non-stop for being selfish and she had to assure him that she is not upset or anything and urged him to save his strength telling him that they are almost at the hospital, and promised her that she will not impose too much on him once he is saved.
"Easy, Naegi-kun…"
"I…really…sorry…"
"No…I should apologize…"
"…"
"I won't impose too much on you again…"
"S-sorry…"
"Hang in there…we're almost at the hospital…"
"…"
Not far, Kirigiri can see the hospital and she is bracing herself as she knows that Naegi will be in a lot of trouble, as she realized that the doctors would call Naegi's parents, and the parents would in turn ask her how and why Naegi got shot, and just now she realized that the robbers might escape and if captured, they might squeal the fact that Naegi has the red suit, and by then she deduced that either the robbers or her assailants may have taken the red suit with them and she has no idea where to start looking, but for now saving Naegi's life is the top priority.
She then told Naegi to save his strength as she tells him that they are nearing the hospital.
"Naegi…"
"Y-yeah…?"
"Hang in there…"
"…"
"We are almost at the hospital…"
"O-okay…"
"Stay calm as possible…"
"…"
As the teens are just a minute before reaching the hospital, something suddenly happened, as the steering wheel began to move on its own and so was the clutch and the pedals, and the hotdog van began to move on its own and veered away from the hospital and is heading towards another direction, and on top of that, the windows and the doors began to lock while the air conditioners began to function while the dashboard compartment opened and a first aid kit appeared and began to move by itself, and the bandages began to move and wrapped around Naegi's torso which would, at least for now, stop the bleeding, and Kirigiri started to sense that something is interfering and deduced that the aliens may have something to do with this.
She then told Naegi to sit back as she has a feeling that they are about to encounter an unexpected situation.
"Naegi…"
"…"
"Sit tight, okay?"
"…"
"We're about to go for a WILD RIDE…"
"H-huh…?"
"We're taking a detour…"
"Eh…?"
When Naegi asks if they are at the hospital, Kirigiri said he isn't and said that she and Naegi are going for a long trip as she sensed that the van is taking them to Mt. Bandai, where she and Naegi encountered the UFO several weeks ago when they were tasked to stop a missile from being launched, and she wondered if the aliens are aware of Naegi's situation, and for now she'll have to wait and see where this would lead to, and hopefully it would also lead to Naegi being saved.

At Tokyo, Fuhito Kirigiri happened to pass by, and there he saw a few policemen are surveying the area, and saw the burnt car, while the two robbers were loaded inside a police car, and he felt that something odd is going on, especially upon seeing the wrecked door entrance of the pawnshop, and Fuhito approached a policeman and asks him what just happened here, in which the policeman said that after hearing sounds of gunfire, he and his team responded and saw the carnage, and there they saw the two robbers handcuffed and their robbery tools there, and the robbers claimed that they were busted by a boy wearing a red suit, but he and a lavender-haired girl were chased away by German hit men and they took off with the red suit.
"We we're busted!"
"Yeah!"
"By a lavender-haired bitch and a kid…"
"He was wearing a red suit with a cape!"
"He throttled us around!"
"That's why we ended up like this!"
"Then some Nazi-wannabes chased them off…shouting like Third Reich or something!"
"That's the truth!"
Fuhito went a bit rigid and is filled with concern as he recalled that his family, particularly his relatives from several decades ago, encountered an organization of German nationals, and slowly deduced that the Germans in question were the surviving members of the Third Reich, in which they fell to the government in Germany and Japan due to the Kirigiri family members' efforts to stop them from reviving the Axis and Fuhito knew that the surviving members of the Third Reich are after the Kirigiri family members to get revenge, and they would kill them including those who are not involved in the family line of detectives.
Fuhito then looked around to see if he could get a clue on where he could find his granddaughter, and he decided to ask the robbers what they knew about what happened earlier, and asks them, promising that he would get a lawyer to help them, and wanting to get out on bail, the two robbers told them what happened earlier, as the police were listening at what the robbers said just now.
"We we're busted!"
"Yeah!"
"By a lavender-haired bitch and a kid…"
"He was wearing a red suit with a cape!"
"He throttled us around!"
"That's why we ended up like this!"
"Then some Nazi-wannabes chased them off…shouting like Third Reich or something!"
"That's the truth!"
Fuhito stared in a serious manner when told that Naegi was shot after he took off the red suit, and that his granddaughter is now on the run and he deduced that she may have gone to the nearest hospital in order to help Naegi, and he told the policeman that he can deal with the robbers as he is taking his leave, and there the policeman stared at the two robbers and told his subordinate to have the two robbers undergo psychiatric evaluation, and the two robbers stared in disbelief and told him that they are not crazy and are telling the truth that a boy in a red suit smashed his way through the pawnshop and beat up the robbers, which the policeman sighed in disbelief as the robbers insisted that they are telling the truth.
"No! Wait!"
"Don't take us there!"
"We're not crazy!"
"We're telling the truth!"
"There really is a super guy!"
"He's got super powers!"
"He can fly!"
"We mean it!"
The policeman then told his subordinate to summon a psychiatrist and have him examine the two robbers and went to check the pawnshop as the other policemen were taking the two robbers away as the two were pleading not to be taken to the mental hospital, while at the same time, Maizono arrived and gets off the taxi upon seeing the crime scene, and saw Fuhito and she approached him and asks if he has seen Naegi, and there he told her that he may be in trouble as he narrated to her what he has gathered so far and she became very worried.
"…and that's what I gathered so far…"
"No…Naegi-kun…!"
"Easy…"
"We got to find them!"
"Now, now…we'll…"
"Please! We got to go now!"
"Calm down…panicking won't help…"
"But…but…"
Fuhito told Maizono to calm down as he said that his granddaughter has probably taken Naegi to the nearest hospital and he is heading there right now and she requested that she come along, but when Fuhito said there is no need, she insisted in coming along as she want to see Naegi, and he sighed seeing that she is beginning to act like a nervous wreck, and tries to reassure her that Naegi is fine, but she reiterated that she want to see Naegi with her own eyes, and said she will not back out on this knowing that Naegi may be in grave danger.
"Seriously, there is no need to…"
"I insist! I want to come along!"
"But…"
"Please! I need to see Naegi personally!"
"But I'm sure that my granddaughter is with him and…"
"Still…I want to make sure he is okay…please…"
"…"
"…"
Seeing that she wouldn't take no for an answer, Fuhito decided to let Maizono tag along and the two boarded the car and leaves the scene of the crime as they are heading towards the nearest hospital believing that Naegi would be there, unaware that Naegi and Kirigiri are involuntarily heading for Mt. Bandai, and little do they know that something unexpected is about to happen soon.

Hope you liked this chapter, and while there is not much action here, the drama and tension make up for it, as Naegi and Kirigiri are being dragged towards a meeting place, and this is no doubt the work of the three aliens, and while Cherubi expects that Naegi would be relieved of the suit's ownership, Seraphi seemed to have plans of his own…
Now Fuhito and maizono are getting involved as they are going to track Naegi and Kirigiri down, unaware of the predicament the two SHSL students are getting into…
