A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.

1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.

2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).

3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. (As I said before, I've worked ahead and have already written the first 24 chapters). If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.

4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 8: Elastic Band and Vertigo Part 1

"Fletcher's not answering her damn phone!" Ally Clayton said as she sat next to her partner, June Eaden.

"We'll just have to assume that she's dead," June said, "I guess we'll have to deal with them after all."
"Greta's going to be pissed once she finds out that Fletcher's been killed," Ally said, "It's going to be such a hassle when we get back to the mansion."

...

"We should arrive in two days," Kakyoin said. He along with Hol Horse, Polnareff, Joanne, and Kenna, were in a car and driving farther and farther away from Morioh. A day had passed since Joanne and Kenna had first fought, but now they were on their way to stop Dio.

"This reminds me of the good old days," Polnareff said, "We're going on a trip to defeat Dio. It's just like twenty years ago. Don't you think, Hol Horse?"

Hol Horse gave out a laugh, "Remember when I went after you with that kid, Boingo?"

"And you stuck your fingers up my nose?" Polnareff asked, "I remember, why'd you do that anyway?"

Hol Horse rubbed the back of his head, "Well, it all started when that kid Boingo showed me his comic book…" The five drove on as Hol Horse told his story.

A few hours later, Kakyoin stopped the car. "We'll take a lunch break here and get back on the road as soon as possible." The car was stopped at some sort of fast food place that none of them had visited before.

"We'll go ahead and order some food," Polnareff said, "Why don't you stay here and look out for the car."

"Just get me anything," Kakyoin said as the other four walked into the restaurant, "Just make sure it doesn't have any tomatoes!"

"Yes, yes," Hol Horse said, "We know!"

After about five minutes, Kakyoin started to notice something was off. The car seemed to be melting. "Wh-" Kakyoin started to lose his balance, and he crouched down to avoid falling over. Could this be… Kakyoin thought That's impossible! How did she find me already?

"Hello there, Tenmei."

Kakyoin watched as a woman who looked to be in her early twenties walked towards him, "It has been some time since I've seen your face, Tenmei, did you miss me?"

"Ally?!" Kakyoin yelled, "Ally Clayton!" Kakyoin moved so that he was exactly in front of her. He could feel his hallucinations going away. "Mr. Polnareff! Mr. Hol Horse!" he yelled, but nobody responded.

"Oh, don't try calling for your friends," the woman named Ally said, "I'm sure they're a bit… busy at the moment. Now, why don't you make this easy and reveal the Stands of the Joestar girls? We've had reports that you've been traveling with Dio's old enemies, Hol Horse and Polnareff, and two girls in their teen years. I know that Joanne Jones and Jolyne Cujoh are here! If you reveal their Stand abilities to me, then I'll leave you better off than last time."
"I didn't have a Stand ability last time!" Kakyoin yelled.

Ally took several steps to her right. Kakyoin did the same, making sure to follow her exact movements.

"You've gotten good at this," Ally said, "I'm impressed."

"Is there another Stand user nearby?" Kakyoin asked, "Is that why Mr. Polnareff and Mr. Hol Horse didn't respond?"

"Don't worry about them," Ally said, "I'm your enemy now!" Ally switched directions and stepped to the left. Kakyoin made sure that he was directly in front of her at all times.

"You said you have a Stand?" Ally asked, "Why the hell aren't you using it? Could it be that you need something to happen before you can use your ability?"

Kakyoin swallowed, he couldn't let Ally know the secrets of his Stand. "The reason I'm not using my Stand is that I'm too busy focusing on staying exactly in front of you!"

"You know my range is five meters," Ally said, "You're not trying to run away either, you're planning something!"

"Am I?" Kakyoin asked, "Why did you announce your presence after you got me with your first illusion?"

"I wanted to see you again," Ally said, "After all, we do have some history together. I just want you to know that it's going to be me who takes you to Dio!" Ally pulled out a gun.

Shit! Kakyoin thought, If I don't move out of the way, I'm going to get shot! But I can't move out of the way either or else I'll trigger her Stand ability!

"Mr. Polnareff! Mr. Hol Horse! What the hell happened to you!" Kakyoin cried before Ally pulled the trigger.

Five Minutes Earlier

The restaurant had no other customers, but Joanne, Kenna, Polnareff, and Hol Horse didn't think much of it. This was a weird time to have lunch after all, and this fast-food restaurant chain was one that none of them recognized, so it couldn't have been extremely popular. They had already ordered some food and were waiting for it to be prepared. Joanne noticed something and nudged Kenna with her elbow.

"Why are all the windows covered up all of a sudden?" She asked, pointing at the windows around that were now shuttered.

"I'm not sure," Kenna said, "I didn't see any staff come and shutter them."

"Hol Horse," Joanne said, "Did you notice anything?"
Hol Horse was snoring in his wheelchair. "What?" Kenna asked, "When did he fall asleep? He was awake a second ago! This must be the work of an enemy Stand!"

"Don't be ridiculous!" Polnareff, who had been resting on Hol Horse's lap said, "He always does this! Hey Hol Horse! Someone's hitting a woman!"

Hol Horse suddenly woke up, Emperor in his hand, "Who is it! I'll kill the bastard!"

Polnareff began to laugh, "Relax, I just need you to be alert and active in case we get attacked."

"Next time you do that, I'll fill your face up with lead!"

Polnareff disregarded Hol Horse's threat and turned to the girls, "I do agree that it is off that all the windows are suddenly shuttered, but I do not think this is a Stand attack. Regardless, we should be on our guard just in case."

The lady at the cash register returned with their food, "Have a good day!" she said as Kenna grabbed the bag filled with the food. They began to walk away.

"Hold on," the lady at the cash register said, "You forgot your receipt!"

"Keep it!" Hol Horse said, not even looking back at it.

"Are you sure?" the lady asked, "I think you might want to see what's written on it."

"I'll go get it," Kenna said, handing the bag full of food to Joanne. She walked up to the counter and grabbed the receipt before momentarily looking at it.

"What the hell?!" she yelled.

"What is it?" Joanne asked.

"Th-this receipt!" she yelled, "It says: You have already fallen into my trap."

"What!" Polnareff shouted, "Kenna, get back here immediately!"

"It's too late!" the lady yelled right before something hit Kenna, sending her flying back. She landed in front of the others, but she had been knocked unconscious, her face bleeding.

"I can't believe Fletcher actually betrayed us!" The lady said as her skin peeled off and fell to the floor revealing an entirely different woman. The walls and ceiling began to fall apart as well to reveal a worn-down building. The peeled-off walls seemed to have a rubbery consistency as they all gathered at the skin under the lady. It all formed together and turned into a humanoid figure behind her.

"She's a Stand user!" Joanne yelled.

"Indeed I am," The lady said, "My name is June Eaden, and this is my ability." The Stand, which was colored yellow from the walls, turned into a bright blue around the legs, and a bright red around its upper body. Its face matched that of its user, but its entire body was textureless as if it was all made out of rubber.

Joanne kneeled down and grabbed Kenna, "Wake up, damn it!" she yelled, "We need you, Kenna! This 'June' lady knows who you are, I need you to tell us the secrets of her Stand!" But Kenna was out cold and wasn't responding.

"Put her in Mr. President!" Polnareff yelled, "That'll keep her safe until she wakes up!" Joanne held Kenna in her arms and put her in the room inside Polnareff's shell.

"Hol Horse, Joanne!" Polnareff said, "I can't fight in this state, you two need to find a way to get her in my room, only then can I properly dispose of her!"

"Got it!" Joanne said, "Abstract!" Double Abstract appeared, "Hey, Jo! Who's ass do I need to kick?"

Joanne pointed at June, "Her ass!"

Abstract jumped towards her and began to punch, "Kono kono kono kono kono kono!" June's stand stretched out to form a barrier in front of June. The punches were absorbed by the rubbery Stand.

"What the hell?" Abstract asked as June's Stand wrapped around her body and began to squeeze.

Joanne fell to the floor, coughing and wheezing, "I can't breathe!" she said in a hoarse voice, "That thing's strangling me!"

Hol Horse shot his Emperor several times, but June's Stand's arm formed a barrier in front of June. The bullets bounced off the rubber barrier and fell to the floor.

"My bullets aren't working!" Hol Horse yelled.

"Hurry up!" Joanne said as she began coughing up blood, "This really friggin' hurts!"

Hol Horse shot several more times and guided the bullets around the barrier, but the Stand stretched itself all the way around June and deflected the bullets.

"You are all utter fools!" June laughed, "My Elastic Band is too powerful for your pathetic Stands!"

"Damn!" Hol Horse said, "I need to stop shooting! It's not doing anything!"

"No," Joanne said, still coughing up blood, "Don't you dare stop shooting! This is perfect!"

"What?" Hol Horse said, "I have no idea what you're talking about!"
"I told you to keep shooting, damn it!" Joanne yelled.

"It's all useless!" June said, "It doesn't matter how much you shoot, my Stand, Elastic Band is invincible against your bullets!"

"Then that's a good thing that I don't want him to shoot at you!" Joanne yelled, "Abstract, do it now!"

Double Abstract grabbed a tube from her belt and threw it in front of the rubber barrier protecting June. Hol Horse shot in that direction three times. The liquid in that tube formed into a fully inflated tire which was hit by all three bullets. Kakyoin had Abstract hold onto a spare tire just in case something happened to the car, but Joanne thought that this was a much better use for it. The tire got flung from the burst of air and went straight towards the rubber barrier protecting June. The force of the tire was so strong that it managed to hit through the barrier and send June back into a wall. Elastic Band uncoiled itself around Abstract and swiftly moved towards its user who managed to stand up after the attack.

Joanne suddenly felt her body not being constricted anymore and sighed in relief as she regained proper airflow.

"Little… bitch…" June muttered as she wiped blood off of her face. Elastic Band held onto a counter and stretched itself back until it reached the wall. It then slingshot itself directly at Double Abstract.

"Watch out!" Polnareff yelled as he shot the Stand, but the bullets bounced off and fell to the floor. Elastic Band hit the recovering Abstract so hard that she flew backward and broke through the window. This caused Joanne to also fly backward towards the window.

"Joanne!" Kakyoin called from the outside.

Joanne got up and saw Kakyoin and a lady who was holding a gun a few meters in front of him. The gun was smoking, signifying it had just been fired. Joanne looked and saw that one of the windows of the car had been shot.

"Is she another Stand user?" Joanne asked as she got back up.

"Yes!" Kakyoin yelled, "You need to get next to me right now! She's going to use her Stand!"

Joanne could see an artificial-humanoid stand that looked like it had been twisted. It was dark green with spirals going all around its body and had black in its inner indents.

"That Stand!" Joanne said, "Do you know what it does, Kakyoin?"

"I'll tell you as soon as you get over here!" Kakyoin said, "You can't be on the opposite side of her!"

Joanne couldn't quite tell what Kakyoin was talking about, but she quickly ran next to him.

"You're bleeding." Kakyoin said.

Joanne looked down at her arm and realized that there was a fairly big gash on it from when she crashed through the window.

"I'm fine," Joanne said, "Don't worry about me."

"I'm not," Kakyoin said, "We're pretty lucky that you got such a big cut."

"What the hell are you talking about, Tenmei?!" Ally yelled, "Now that there's two of you, it'll be easier to put at least one of you under my Stand, Vertigo's, spell!"

"Tenmei?" Joanne asked, "Who's that?"

"It's my first name." Kakyoin said, "Let's just say that I have some history with this Stand user."

"Really?" Joanne asked, "So you know how to beat her Stand?"

"Possibly," Tenmei said, "It all depends on how we pull our cards."

Something appeared behind Tenmei. It was made out of glowing red crystals with a black, flexible, rock-like substance that encased its joints and covered its head which looked similar to a knight's helmet. Its fingertips were covered in spiked ruby shards.

"Is that…" Ally said, "Is that your Stand?! Why did you wait so long to reveal it?!"

Joanne, who had never seen this Stand or even knew what it did was also in shock, "I hope that thing has enough firepower to take down whoever this lady is!"

"It sure does," Tenmei said, "That reminds me, I'm going to need to borrow some of your blood, is that alright?"

"What?" Joanne asked, "What do you mean?" Suddenly the blood flowing down Joanne's arm floated towards Tenmei's Stand and formed a spike in its hand.

"This is the power of my Stand!" Tenmei yelled, "This is the power of Ruby Tuesday!"

...

Tenmei Kakyoin, age 20, was born in Japan. His father, Kenzo Kakyoin was the older brother of Noriaki Kakyoin, who was killed by Dio in 1989. Kenzo was seven years older than Noriaki and was off living with his six-month pregnant wife when he heard the news that his younger brother had been found dead. He named his newly born son 'Tenmei' because when written out, it could also be read as "Noriaki". When Tenmei was little, his relatives would tell him how much he resembled his late uncle. He eventually met Jotaro and decided to join the Speedwagon Foundation when he was 18. It was then that he realized how Noriaki had actually died. Tenmei looked up to his uncle and was proud to be named after him.

Not long after joining the Foundation, he met and started going out with a girl named Ally Clayton. Ally was a Stand user sent by Dio. She was tasked with infiltrating the Foundation and potentially helping break out some Stand users. Tenmei eventually found out and attempted to arrest Ally, not knowing she was a Stand user. Ally used her Stand, Vertigo, to critically injure Tenmei in his stomach.

Ally was eventually stopped by multiple brave Speedwagon Foundation soldiers and retreated. Nobody knew that Dio was behind the attack, and Ally was not tracked down. Tenmei was eventually saved and got treated. Not soon after that, Tenmei was interviewed by Jotaro as he had known Ally the most. Jotaro gave Tenmei the opportunity to become a Stand user and join the high ranks of the Speedwagon Foundation. He was struck by a Stand arrow and gained his Ability, Ruby Tuesday.

When he turned 20, he joined up with Polnareff and Hol Horse. The two had been hunting down Stand users and trying to find the reason for Ally's attack until the events in Morioh happened and they were personally summoned by Jotaro to track down the newly revealed Dio.

...

Kenna woke up on the red couch inside Mr. President. "What the hell happened?" She asked as she stood back up.

"You're awake!" Polnareff appeared inside the room.

"What's happening?" Kenna said as she looked up through the key and saw that Hol Horse was shooting at something.

"We're being attacked by an enemy Stand."

"What?!" Kenna yelled, "Do you know the name of the Stand or the user?"

"I'm not sure about the user," Polnareff said, "But I believe she called her Stand, Elastic Band."
"June Eaden!" Kenna said, "I know her, I know her Stand ability as well! She can stretch her Stand out and use it to protect herself. It can also wrap around objects or people and change its colors to make it look like something else. This whole restaurant was probably some run-down building that had Elastic Band wrapped around it and changed its colors to make it look like a fast food place! That's why we didn't recognize it, it's because it doesn't exist! That lady who brought us our food was probably June with Elastic Band wrapped around her to make her look like someone else, that's why I didn't recognize her!"

"We've already figured all that out," Polnareff said, "Hol Horse is keeping her busy right now, but do you know if her Stand has any weaknesses?"

"I don't," Kenna said, "June never trusted me enough to show me what her weakness is, neither did Ally. Ally! I bet June brought her partner with her! You can't let Ally find you! She's going to-"

"That's enough," Polnareff said, "I can see Joanne and Kakyoin fighting her outside. Don't waste your time telling me about it, go tell them!"

Kenna jumped into Redbone to quickly heal the wounds she had gotten from June's attack and got out of Mr. President.

"Bought time you got out here, girly," Hol Horse said, "Help me kill this bitch!"
"I'll help as soon as I can, but Ally's Stand is way stronger, I'll deal with her first."

"Who?" Hol Horse asked as he kept shooting his bullets, "I don't know who the hell you're talking about, but you've got to help me out, here! I promise I'd never hit a girl, but this one's a psycho!"

"Just don't let her get too close," Kenna said as she ran through the hole in the window that Joanne was thrown into, "I'll be back as soon as I can!"

"Let her go," Polnareff said before Hol Horse could argue anymore, "You have to either break through her defenses or somehow find a way to get her inside Mr. President."

"I'll see what I can do," Hol Horse said before shooting some more.

The bullets were grabbed by Elastic Band. "You really are relentless," June said, "I like that in men, too bad you're not my type!"

"Hey!" Hol Horse yelled, "I'm everybody's type!"

June laughed a little bit, "Would you believe me if I told you that all the electricity and plumbing still works in this shit shack?"

Elastic Band grabbed a few of the bullets it had caught from Hol Horse and threw them on the ceiling. The bullets hit the sprinklers, sending water falling throughout the building.

"Watch out, Hol Horse," Polnareff said, "I'm sure she's up to something."
"Indeed I am," June said, "If I'm not mistaken, you're Jean Pierre Polnareff, correct?"

"What gave it away?" The turtle said sarcastically.

"Dio will be pleased when he finds out that all the members of the Stardust Crusaders who attempted to kill him twenty years ago are finally dead!"

"What do you mean?" Polnareff asked, "Jotaro is still alive as well. And how is that bastard Dio, still alive, anyway? I remember Jotaro and Mr. Joestar reassured me that they burned what was left of his body in the sunlight."
"Jotaro?" June asked, "He's got a couple of days left to live now, they should've already boarded the plane for Florida by now. And I'm not telling you a single thing about Dio!"

"What?" Polnareff said, "Are there more enemies heading towards Jotaro right now?"

"Oh yes," June said, "And they're both powerful Stand users that I couldn't even hope to defeat in a one-on-one battle!"

"Enough chit-chat!" Hol Horse said, "My clothes are getting soaked! The sooner I can end this battle, the sooner I can go dry off!"

"Thank you for reminding me, sweet Hol Horse," June said as Elastic Band's lower body wrapped around her feet and lower legs. June walked towards a light switch and smashed a hole in the wall next to it with her Stand. Wires were exposed connecting to the light switch.

"Hol Horse!" Polnareff yelled, "We've got to get out of here now!"

"Rubber doesn't conduct electricity," June said, "I'll be safe as long as Elastic Band is protecting me. You two, on the other hand, I'm not sure you'll make it. That wheelchair of yours is made out of metal, right? I'm sure that's going to make this even more painful for you."
"Shoot her, Hol Horse," Polnareff yelled, "Do something!"

Hol Horse shot his gun, but Elastic Band's upper half stretched itself in front of June to protect her from the bullets.

"Tisk tisk tisk," June said, "That was a valiant effort, but it was all for nothing!" Elastic Band ripped the wires out of the wall and threw them on the ground which was now about two centimeters tall in water. June laughed as Hol Horse and Polnareff were electrocuted.

...

A/N: And that's chapter 8! We got introduced to three new Stands in this chapter! The first is Vertigo, named after the U2's song of the same name. Elastic Band is named after The Elastic Band. Elastic Band isn't as popular as U2 but if you have ever heard any of their songs, I recommend you give them a listen. Speaking of U2, Ally Clayton is named after Adam Clayton, the bassist for U2. Anyways, Ruby Tuesday is named after the Rolling Stones song of the same name. And hey, its user, Tenmei Kakyoin, is Noriaki Kakyoin's nephew. I know it's a bit cheap to say "Kakyoin had an older brother all along", but whatever if you don't like it, deal with it. And sorry for teasing you guys for three weeks on whether Kakyoin was alive or not. Sadly he's not. Fun fact for some people, Tenmei was Kakyoin's original name before one of Araki's editors misread it as Noriaki. Also, the wound on his stomach back in chapter five was from Ally's attack in Tenmei's little backstory segment. Enough rambling, I hope you all enjoyed the chapter, and see you all next Friday for Episode 9: Elastic Band and Vertigo Part 2.
