My apologies for the late update. Throughout the 2nd half of November I was struck with an eye infection which stalled me from typing the chapters, resulting in bed rest for over a week, and upon recovery I had to work on the office stuff, thus it took me just now to upload the new chapter.

Well, I guess it's okay as I thought of having this as a Christmas present to you readers.

With all that and said…here it is…many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story arc will conclude, as Naegi and his friends try to reclaim the red suit from the hands of the Nazi. Will they succeed?"

The scene shifts back at the secluded area where Fuhito and Maizono are waiting, after hearing the coded message from Ophani 30 minutes ago, and while Fuhito took the message well, Maizono was a bit bewildered after seeing the car radio moving by itself and speaking, where the alien spoke to them, and she is starting to process what Naegi told her back about encountering the aliens, and there she asks Fuhito if the aliens are real or not.

"F-Fuhito-san..."

"Hmm...?"

"So it's true...there are really...aliens...?"

"Yes. They are real."

"..."

"But do not worry. Naegi and my granddaughter are okay."

"R-really...?"

"Yes."

Fuhito then told Maizono to be ready, as he has a feeling that they might encounter the aliens any moment as well as to brace themselves once Naegi and Kirigiri are back, and he wondered what would become of Naegi since he finally got to meet with the aliens or the first time and wondered if this would change his motivation as well as whether the teen boy would be willing to accept fate in donning the red suit.

Ch. 102: Sūtsu o torimodosu

Back at the spacecraft, Naegi and Kirigiri are talking, and she told Naegi that there is a reason why the aliens chose him to use the red suit, and she also said that since six months ago, he has done good deeds whiich helped most of his fellow people, such as rescuing Maizonò, saving the lives of his classmates, foiling a political conspiracy, and stopping World War III from happening, and Kirigiri apologized for imposing too much on him, and Naegi apologized to her for lashing out on her as well.

"I'm sorry, Naegi-kun...for imposing on you too much..."

"I'm sorry too...for being selfish..."

"I guess I should consider your feelings..."

"Me too. I'll try to keep my cool."

"Then we should come up with a compromise."

"I agree."

"Then it's settled...?"

"Settled."

Seeing that the two teens are starting to get along, Seraphi told the two to not let any argument get the best over their logical thinking and said that he wanted Earth to stay peaceful and not end up into a dystopian planet like what happened to his planet, and also reminded Naegi to keep his good deeds, as well as his existence as a hero a secret, which Naegi nodded, as he do not want to expose himself to anyone wearing the red suit, and seeing that all is well, Seraphi glanced at Cherubi, and Cherubi maneuvered the spacecraft as the ship is heading back to Earth.

Several minutes later, the scene shifts back at the secluded area within Mt. Bandai, and there Fuhito and Maizono stared wide-eyed upon seeing the UFO, and she is getting a bit bewildered as this is the first time seeing one and went behind Fuhito, asking him if that is the one that Naegi told her, and he urged her to remain calm as he has a feeling that the aliens may not be as bad as she thinks, and said that maybe Naegi and Kirigiri are there as well.

"Now, now..."

"Is that...the UFO...?"

"Yes. It is."

"Then...there are...real aliens...?"

"I don't think they are bad. My granddaughter and Naegi are probably there."

"Really...?"

"Yes."

"..."

The UFO then hovered above them as the two braced themselves for what is about to happen, and suddenly a flash of light appeared, and there Naegi and Kirigiri apeared, and the light faded as the UFO began to veer away towards space, Kirigiri is surprised to see her grandfather standing there while Maizono went towards Naegi, hugging him, and as Fuhito approached his granddaughter, Kirigiri asks her grandfather on what is he doing here and why is Maizono doing here as well.

Fuhito smiled and told her the reason, which caused her to stare in surpise.

"Seriously?"

"Yes, Kyoko."

"..."

"Now, now...don't worry, we are fine."

"I have no idea that those aliens brought you here without telling us..."

"Well, what mattered is that you two are safe now."

"..."

"..."

Kirigiri is rather surprised to hear that the aliens used their ship's technologies to drag her grandfather and Maizono here yet she is relieved that they were not harmed, and decided to leave it at that, while at the same time Maizono was crying in Naegi's arms as she is relieved to see that he is okay, yet she became concerned seeing the blood stain on his shirt and a hole, and there he told her that the aliens healed him and that the bullet is out of his body, yet he has to calm Maizono down as she started to become a nervous wreck though he can understand why.

"Naegi!"

"It's okay..."

"Naegi!"

"It's over...we're safe..."

"NAEGI-NAEGI-NAEGI-NAEGI-NAEGI-NAEGI!"

"Shh...it's okay..."

"..."

"Don't cry...I'm okay now..."

Fuhito then checked his watch and said that the time now is 22:45, and advised the three teens that they should spend the night at his house and he will come up with an alibi for Naegi's family, and by then Naegi moaned aloud in annoyance in which Kirigiri asks him what is wrong, and there Naegi told her that he forgot to ask the aliens if they have a spare copy of the instruction manual for the red suit, in which she realized that it slipped her mind as well.

"What's wrong, Naegi-kun?"

"I forgot!"

"Huh?"

"I forgot to ask the aliens if they have a spare copy of the book!"

"Book?"

"The instruction book for the suit!"

"!"

"..."

Fuhito smiled and told Naegi that perhaps this is for the best as having to unlock the suit's powers by himself would be okay, believing that by relying on the book might make Naegi get things over his head and may lead to abuse, and there Kirigiri said that they should go to her grandfather's house first to rest, and to plan out their next move as she showed to them the device that would lead to where the red suit is taken.

Maizono then asks what are they going to do to the hotdog van, and Naegi sighed as he went inside the van and took several hotdogs and buns as this would serve as their dinner, and by then the van began to move by itself and leaves, which Kirigiri can guess that the aliens are bringing the van back to its owner, and there everyone boarded the car and leaves Mt. Bandai in order to head back to Tokyo and rest as well as making plans on their next move.

The next day, Fuhito is talking to Naegi's mother and is assuring to her that her son is okay and managed to convince her with a well-made alibi so that she won't get suspicious and after that, he went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast as Naegi woke up and Maizono followed as she greeted Naegi and asks how is he doing, in which he said that he is doing okay, and she hugged him in affection while he apologized for making her worry.

"..."

"Sorry, Maizono-san..."

"..."

"Sorry for making you worry."

"You're okay. That is what matters."

"Really?"

"Really."

"..."

Maizono said she is okay now that he is healed from the gunshot wound, and kissed him on the lips, and Naegi blushed at this yet he is fine with it and asks if she wants him to be her boyfriend which she nodded, and by then Kirigiri came out of her room and told the two that they need to take breakfast and then make their plans on finding the suit, and Fuhito called the three teens and soon everyone is assembled and ate their breakfast and after 30 minutes Kirigiri brought out the device and attached it on her laptop, which has a GPS and a map, and there they were able to pinpoint the red suit's location, and Fuhito is somewhat concerned that the three teens are about to face a possible group of armed surviving members of the Third Reich and asks Naegi if he is ready for this.

"Naegi-kun."

"Yes?"

"Are you prepared?"

"Huh?"

"You're about to confront armed men, who are surviving members of the Third Reich."

"Yes. I am prepared. All I need is to get the suit back and capture the culprits."

"I see. Then you are aware that you might get killed?"

"Yes."

Although he appeared hesitant, he said that he will go for it as he couldn't leave the suit in the hands of a group of murderers and said that if the Nazi managed to learn how the suit works they might mass-produce it and he will get the suit back, though deep inside he only want to get the suit back just to make up for being selfish, and he knew that the suit is no good if in the hands of strangers, yet he is compelled to get into this dangerous situation and Kirigiri came up with a plan on how to take them by surprise and the two teens listens to what she has in mind.

About two hours later, the scene shifts at the hideout of the surviving members of the Third Reich, and the scene shifts inside where the scientist conduct a final testing on the red suit, seeing that aside from being impervious to any damage, they believe that it can be mass-produced, and the leader is inspired and felt that he can bring Germany back to its former glory and asks the scientists how this can be done, yet the lead scientist said he needs more time to study the suit's material saying that it is not made in any country, though the leader said he can wait as long as it would produce results.

"Can you figure it out?"

"Not yet. I need more time to study it thoroughly before I could conclude whether it can be mass-produced or not."

"Very well. Do what must be done."

"Yes."

"And let me know once you have the results."

"Of course. You will be the first to know."

"Good."

"..."

Outside, the scene shows that Kirigiri used tranquilizer darts to put the guards to sleep and motions Naegi and Maizono to follow her and the three teens are at the doorstep of the house, and they peered through the window where they saw and overheard the conversation, and Kirigiri tells Maizono to commence the distraction, which she appeared nervous at first, yet Kirigiri gently prodded her to do it and assured that everything will be okay.

"Really...?"

"Yes, Maizono-san."

"Will it work?"

"It will."

"..."

"We'll back you up."

"...okay..."

"Good."

Naegi felt that this may be too dangerous for Maizono yet he decided to have faith in Kirigiri's plan and soon the two teens hid themselves as Maizono knocked on the door and the Nazi member opened it, and there he is rather surprised to see Maizono dressed as a pizza deliveryman and she went inside, placing the pizza box on the table and pretended that she is bringing the order and said to the Third Reich leader the amount that he has to pay, which the Third Reich leader finds it absurd as he did not recall ordering one.

"I ordered the pizza?"

"Yes."

"I don't remember ordering one."

"Yes you did. Here's the name and the time you ordered."

"..."

"..."

"Gentlemen...did anyone used my name to order food without my permission?"

"..."

By then Kirigiri came in and disables one of the men, grabbed the gun and went behind the Reich leader, grabbing him while aiming the gun on his head and tells everyone to freeze, in which she threatens to shoot if anyone moves, and the others were forced to obey as Maizono grabbed the red suit and threw it outside, where Naegi took it and went behind a huge bush to put it on. By then one of the Nazi grabbed Maizono and placed a knife on her neck and tells Kirigiri to surrender or he will kill her, yet Kirigiri tries to stall him to give Naegi time to put on the suit.

"I doubt you would."

"I am not bluffing. Surrender or I will kill this girl."

"And then kill me?"

"Your bloodline is the reason why the Third Reich fell...Germany has become soft...and even mingling with the west. It is an insult to the memory of the late, great Adolf Hitler! Once we kill you and your family we will rebuild the Third Reich from the ground up!"

"Open your eyes. We're in a different era now..."

"The Third Reich will rise again! And so will Germany!"

"Fool."

"You cannot stop us!"

The Third Reich leader then taunted Kirigiri as he said that she is a fool to come here as he proclaimed that the Kirigiri bloodline will be cleansed and the Third Reich will be revived, and by then several German mercenaries came down from the second floor, all armed and the Third Reich leader said that he has enough men to bring down the current German government, branding the current government as "fools" for allowing the country to become "lapdogs" to foreigners and tells the German mercenaries to shoot down Kirigiri, but then Naegi came in, wearing the red suit and cape, and grabbed the Nazi and freed Maizono, and threw him aside, enabling Maizono to go outside to find a safe place, and there the German mercenaries opened fire, and Naegi covered his head with his arms as bullets sprayed and struck Naegi, only for the bullets to get dented and bounced back, and there Kirigiri told Naegi to use the super breath to blow them down.

"Naegi, do it!"

"Huh?"

"Do a super breath!"

"Eh?"

"Trust me!"

"I don't know how!"

"You're wearing the suit! It will work! Give it a try!"

"Fine..."

Naegi was a bit hesitant as he felt that blowing is childish, but she told him that the red suit can amplify his blowing so he did as instructed, and blew with his mouth and a gust of wind is produced, and the impact sent the Nazi members and the gunmen towards the wall, knocking them down and Naegi found a long rope and uses it to tie up the Third Reich, and Kirigiri uses her cellphone to call the police to alert them of the incident, and then tells Naegi to take Maizono and leave so as they won't be suspected by the police. Naegi did so and took Maizono with him and left, and about five minutes later the police arrived and Kirigiri told them about the surviving Nazi being the ones who caused the shooting yesterday, and soon the German embassy is informed and tells the Japanese Diet that the Third Reich members were wanted for crimes against humanity and an extradition is in process to have them deported to Germany so the suspects would stand trial for their crimes.

A few days later, the scene shifts at Hope's Peak Academy where students were watching news inside the cafeteria about the apprehension of the surviving Third Reich members, and some were amazed, and surprised, that Kirigiri was the one who stopped them, and they wondered if Kirigiri is a prodigy or not, believing that she may be one given how she managed to stop a lot of men and some were impressed that they are thinking of asking her on a date to see if she really is a good detective.

"Um...Kirigiri-san..."

"Can I ask you out?"

"Can we go out on a date?"

"Would you be my tutor?"

"Can you teach me to become a detective?"

"I'd like to bevome your boyfriend..."

"Can I see your panties...?"

"..."

At the rooftop, Naegi is alone as he could not forget the experience he felt in meeting with the three aliens, getting aboard their spacecraft, learning that their reason for giving him the suit is that it won't fall in the wrong hands, and yet he realized that he is stuck with the suit and may have to use it if trouble arises, and though he rather live a normal life, he felt that he may have to put up with it if it would save and protect his friends, and now that he and Kirigiri have patched things up, he felt that he and Kirigiri may have to partner up if a certain situation comes.

"Seriously..."

At outer space, Cherubi is seen observing Naegi and wondered if the boy understood that he has a responsibility to do and hoped that he won't do something foolish by throwing away the suit after an argument, and Ophani noticed this and told him that Naegi will eventually get used to it though Cherubi is not as optimistic as Naegi, but he said he is willing to put up with it as long as Seraphi knows what he is doing.

"And you think that the Earth boy will not throw the suit away again?"

"Yes."

"Hmph."

"We've seen it. That boy went through a lot of trouble just to regain the suit."

"..."

"Give him a chance."

"Fine then."

"Thank you."

Hope you like this chapter, as Naegi and Kirigiri finally made up and gained some understanding on why they were given the red suit, and why they were given such a responsibility, and now the two Class 78 members went to work, and sucessfully regain the red suit, which Naegi used it to capture the villains of this arc.
