A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.
1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.
2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).
3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. (As I said before, I've worked ahead and have already written the first 24 chapters). If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.
4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 9: Elastic Band and Vertigo Part 2
The blood flowing down Joanne's arm floated towards Tenmei's Stand and formed a spike in its hand.
"This is the power of my Stand!" Tenmei yelled, "This is the power of Ruby Tuesday!"
"Wh-what is this?" Joanne asked.
"I'll tell you after we defeat the enemy," Tenmei said as Ruby Tuesday threw the spiked blood at Ally.
"So, you've finally shown me your Stand." Ally said as Vertigo caught the blood spike, "What is this? It's sharp, but it's still wet." Vertigo lifted its hand which was dripping from the blood.
"Now, Ruby Tuesday!" Tenmei yelled. The bloody spike sprung thorns made of blood and they punctured through Vertigo's hand. The same wound appeared on Ally's hand.
"Ow!" She yelled as she threw the spike behind her. The spike landed a few meters away and turned back into normal blood, "It seems that the blood weapons you create turn back to normal after they get a certain distance away from you, is that correct?"
"Thank you for your donation, Joanne," Tenmei said, "I don't think I'll need to borrow your blood anymore." The blood coming out of Ally's hand flew towards Ruby Tuesday. It turned into daggers between its fingers.
"You shouldn't have attacked me," Tenmei said, "You lost the second Joanne got cut!" Ruby Tuesday crossed its arms in an X in front of its face, the blood daggers still in between its fingers. Joanne looked in awe, she couldn't believe how powerful Tenmei's Stand really was. Ruby Tuesday threw the daggers at Ally.
Damn! Ally thought This is bad! Where the hell is June?! I need her right now! She better have killed the others by now!
...
"Tisk tisk tisk," June said, "That was a valiant effort, but it was all for nothing!" Elastic Band ripped the wires out of the wall and threw them on the ground which was now about two centimeters tall in water. June laughed as Hol Horse and Polnareff were electrocuted.
Hol Horse yelled in pain, but Polnareff didn't seem to be affected at all. "Hol Horse!" He yelled, "Get inside Mr. President right now!" Hol Horse slowly moved his hand until it touched the key and he was instantly transported into the room.
"What the hell?" June yelled, "Why aren't you frying, you shitty turtle?!"
"Do you know what the seat of this wheelchair is made out of?" Polnareff asked, "It's padded with rubber. I'm not sure why, but Hol Horse finds rubber the most comfortable. It's kinda weird. But to each their own."
"This changes nothing!" June yelled. Elastic Band wrapped itself around June's body up to her chest, "Now you're just a defenseless turtle, killing you will be no problem at all!" She walked safely over the electrified water to Polnareff before picking him up, "Let's see how well you can swim in this water!" Three bullets suddenly came out of the key.
"What?!" Elastic Band was able to stretch out and deflect two of them, but the third went through June's right shoulder. June screamed in pain as she dropped Polnareff who landed safely on the rubber seat of the wheelchair. June fell back and splashed into the water which was now five centimeters up, but Elastic Band had completely wrapped around her to protect her from the electrified water.
"Did I get her?" Hol Horse called from inside Mr. President, "Did I get her good?"
"You shot her shoulder," Polnareff said, "But I don't think the damage is enough to beat her. She's not going to fall for the same trick twice."
"Then we need to get the hell out of here!"
Polnareff looked around, searching for anything of value. Damn! He thought, If only I wasn't a damn turtle, I'd be able to jump out the window from here no problem!
"The water's rising!" June taunted as she stood back up, clutching her right shoulder, "What are you going to do when it reaches you?"
Polnareff's spirit appeared inside Mr. President, "We don't have much time," he said, "We have to find a way to get her to touch the gem on the key!"
"And how the hell are we going to do that?" Hol Horse asked.
"I don't know," Polnareff said, "I don't think she knows that she'll be transported here if she touches it, so that's an advantage for us."
"You're the brains of this operation," Hol Horse said, "I'm just a crazy man with a gun!" Hol Horse burst out laughing and fell off the couch he was sitting on.
"This is no time to laugh!" Polnareff yelled, "If I die, then you'll be sucked out of this room and die as well!"
"Then don't die," Hol Horse cackled, "It's that simple."
"Why do I even bother?" Polnareff groaned.
Outside of Mr. President, the water was already twenty-five centimeters up. June had made sure to plug up anything around the walls to prevent the water from leaking out of the building. She now stood next to the window that Joanne had crashed through and was using Elastic Band's upper half to cover up the hole.
"Any minute now," June said, "And I'll be eating fried turtle for dinner."
"Listen to me, Hol Horse!" Polnareff said, "I need you to listen to me very carefully!"
A few minutes passed, and the water was thirty-five centimeters up. Only ten more and the water would reach the seat that Polnareff was on.
"You've been awfully quiet," June said, "You're planning something, I know it!"
"No," Polnareff said, "I'm just thinking about how many times I should stab you when I get out of this. I'm thinking of one stab every time you speak. Ever since you revealed yourself to be an enemy Stand user, you have spoken twenty-one times. I'd be quiet if I were you. If you drain all this water, I'll even stab you in non-life-threatening places so you can actually live."
"Shut it!" June yelled, "You're just being desperate! You'll die any minute now, you're just trying to trick me! I'm smarter than that!"
"Twenty-two," Polnareff said with a smile.
"Now Hol Horse!" His spirit said inside Mr. President. Hol Horse shot one single bullet through the key. After it left Mr. President, it didn't head towards June, it shot through a wall and into a different room of the building. The bullet hit something and the water from the sprinklers stopped raining down from above.
"What the hell did you do?!" June yelled.
"It's quite simple," Polnareff said, "I just had Hol Horse guide his bullet to the valve that controls the water system of this building."
"How the hell did you know where it was?"
"This is a two-room building," Polnareff said, "I don't see a single valve in this main dining room, so it must be located in the kitchen through the closed door behind the counter. I got a glimpse of it before when you were disguised as an employee and opened the door. I got to clearly see three out of the four walls of that room. I specifically remember not seeing a single water valve on any of those walls. Based on the cooking materials and layout of the kitchen, I laid out the entire schematics of that room in my head and pinpointed the exact location of the water valve to a subatomic scale. After that, I drew a blueprint of it and showed it to Hol Horse before telling him about the air pressure in this room and when exactly to turn and hide his bullets."
"You managed to do all of that just by looking at the other room for a few seconds?!" June yelled.
"Of course not," Polnareff said, "But my big lie did serve as a great distraction!"
"Ushasha!"
June was hit across the head by Redbone. Kenna, who was on top of one of the panels from the ceiling smiled as June fell face-first into the water. As June got up, she stared, bewildered, at the sudden appearance of Kenna. "Fletcher?!" she yelled, "How the hell did you get here?!"
...
Ten Minutes Earlier
Kenna ran through the hole in the window that Joanne was thrown into. She found Tenmei and Joanne facing off against someone she recognized, Ally Clayton. She saw a Stand behind Tenmei throwing something that looked like daggers at Ally. Vertigo was able to deflect some of them, but Ally had to jump away to deflect the others. Kenna suddenly noticed that she was on the opposite side of Ally and quickly ran to Tenmei and Joanne to avoid being put in Vertigo's trance.
"Kenna?" Joanne asked, "How's your wound?"
"I'm fine," Kenna said, "I had Redbone heal my injuries. But it's you I should be worried about, this Stand user is dangerous. Her name is—"
"Ally Clayton," Tenmei said, "Her Stand name is Vertigo, if you are in the opposite direction of the user, you will be put under a hyper-realistic hallucination. In theory, it can even put people to sleep."
"Oh," Kenna said, "I guess you already knew that."
"Fletcher!" Ally yelled, "How dare you betray us! Do you know what Dio's going to do to you when I bring you before him? You'll end up enduring a fate worse than death!"
Kenna parted the hair above her forehead to show that the flesh bud was gone, "I've been freed from Dio's curse, Ally, you'd be wise to do the same and join our side!"
Ally simply laughed, "How'd you even manage to get that off?" The next thing that Ally did surprised everyone. She turned around and ran away, leaving Vertigo's five-meter range. The three looked in shock as Ally disappeared behind the building.
"What's going on?" Kenna asked.
"I'm not sure," Joanne said, "But I don't like where this is going."
"She might be trying to trick us," Tenmei said, "she wants us to follow her so she can get us under Vertigo's spell. Kenna, do you think you have any iron on you that you can turn into blood? That'd be pretty useful right about now. Joanne, liquify those shards of glass," Tenmei pointed at the glass from the window Joanne had crashed through, "We're going to need to throw as many sharp projectiles towards her as possible. The more we make her bleed, the better."
"What's going on?" Kenna asked.
"I'm not sure," Joanne said, "But I don't like where this is going."
"Joanne? Kenna?" Tenmei asked, "Did you guys understand me? Do you need me to rerun the plan with you?"
"What's going on?" Kenna asked.
"I'm not sure," Joanne said, "But I don't like where this is going."
Tenmei looked at the two girls, their stares seemed to be vacant. He put a hand on Kenna's shoulder, but as soon as he touched her, her neck twisted around to face him. Her eyes were entirely dark and her jaw stretched down far more than it should before falling off.
"Could it be…?" Tenmei said to himself.
"What's going on?" Kenna asked, even though she was missing her jaw.
"I'm not sure," said Joanne, whose eyes were also pure black, "But I don't like where this is going."
"I've already been put under Vertigo's spell," Tenmei said, "But how?"
Tenmei looked around him, the sky was turning pitch black even though it was only midday. Tenmei looked back at the two girls, "They're not the real ones," He said, "That means that the real Joanne and Kenna are most likely under a spell of their own. This isn't good. Ally can make them think that I'm the enemy and have them attack me. Pinpointing where the user is located is top priority."
Tenmei ran behind the building, but its length seemed to be never-ending. Tenmei ran his hands on the wall as he ran, but it was no use. Vertigo was also striking his sense of touch. The never-ending wall seemed tangible. Damn! Tenmei thought I doubt I'm even close to that building in the real world. Ally might even be leading me by myself. This is a really bad situation!
Tenmei observed the landscape around him, but it was slowly shifting around and becoming ]unrecognizable. "I don't know where I am anymore!" Tenmei muttered, "I hope Joanne and Kenna are fairing much better than me.
...
Joanne looked around her, everyone had suddenly disappeared. "Guys?" she called, "Where are you?"
"What's going on, Jo?" Abstract Appeared.
"Hell if I know," Joanne said, "I saw that Ally girl running behind that building, and then everybody suddenly vanished."
Joanne felt something tickling her leg and looked down to see that a spider was crawling up her body. Joanne shrieked and desperately shook her leg until the spider fell off.
"God, I hate those things!" Joanne said as she shuddered.
"Then don't look behind you," Abstract said.
Joanne turned around and saw several hundred tiny little spiders heading her way. She shrieked as she jumped on top of the car. "Don't let them touch me!" she yelled.
"What am I supposed to do?" Abstract asked, "They're living creatures, I can't just liquefy them."
"Kill them, do something, anything!" Joanne yelled, "Just get them away from me!"
Abstract sighed as she began punching the ground towards the spiders, "Kono kono kono kono kono!"
Every time Abstract crushed a spider with her fists, it seemed to grow twice as large. "Uh, Jo?" Abstract said, "You may have a small problem."
Joanne yelled in fear as spiders began to crawl up the car, "Help me!" She yelled, "They're going to touch me! No!"
Suddenly, Joanne could hear something loud behind her. She slowly turned around only to come face to face with a spider twice her size. Joanne's heart began to beat fast. She was too scared to move.
"No! No! No! No!" Joanne yelled, "There's a giant spider?! What the fu-"
...
Kenna woke up on the ground. What happened? She thought, The last thing I remember was Ally running away, and then I suddenly blacked out. Kenna stood up and looked around her, she seemed to be in the middle of a desert.
Kenna quickly checked her watch, "It's only been a few seconds since Ally ran away. It's impossible for her to have knocked me out and taken me here. This can only mean that she somehow activated her Stand on me. I wonder if the others are under an illusion as well. That would be a problem. No, If Kakyoin is under an illusion as well then it benefits me since he too seems to know how this Stand works. It's Joanne that I'm worried about, I can't bear to see her get hurt."
Kenna looked around her, there didn't seem to be anything else around her other than sand. I was about a meter away from the car. She thought as she walked backward a meter. She felt something seemingly invisible hit her, and she fell down. It must be here, I didn't feel it at all, but the car is here. I just tripped over it. Without warning, Kenna felt pain on her face and fell to the floor. Her nose was dripping blood. Something hit me. I didn't feel it hit me, but I felt the pain from it. Someone's right next to me. If it was Ally, I'd be dead by now. It's either Kakyoin or Joanne!
...
"Kono!" Abstract punched away the giant spider. Joanne was freaking out, "Why'd it have to be spiders? Why couldn't I just be attacked by harmless kittens? Why the hell does it have to be spiders?!"
"Want me to kill it?" Abstract asked.
"Yes!" Joanne yelled, "Kill it!"
Abstract kicked the spider.
...
Kenna felt sudden pain on her side. Something just hit me again. If it was Tenmei, then he probably would've used his blood ability. This has to be Joanne! I don't know what Joanne's hallucination is like, but she sees me as an enemy. I need to find a way to somehow communicate with her! Maybe she'll see my Stand! "Redbone!"
...
A second giant spider suddenly appeared next to the first. "What the hell?! There's two of them?! This has to be a nightmare, right? Abstract please tell me I'm dreaming!"
"I'm afraid not, Jo," Abstract said, "All this shit's real."
"How can you tell?"
Abstract punched the ground hard. Blood came out of her knuckles.
"Ow!" Joanne yelled as she looked at her scraped knuckles.
"Did you feel that, Jo?"
"Of course I did!"
"That means we're not dreaming."
Joanne huddled herself atop the car, "This can't be happening. This can't be happening. This can't be happening." She muttered to herself.
The two giant spiders got closer to her.
"Kill them, Abstract!"
...
Tenmei hadn't moved from where he was. He had walked through the never ending walls. Even though he could touch it, he knew it wasn't real and managed to walk through it. He brought out his Ruby Tuesday. I can feel someone's blood. It's within five meters of my Ruby Tuesday. The Stand summoned a single drop of blood so the person wouldn't know. This blood, it's O+. I remember when I took Joanne's blood that it was A-. I specifically remember one who had O+. It was Ally! This is her!
Ruby Tuesday spiked the blood on the person. He heard a cry of pain, and the world around him suddenly melted away and shifted back to normal. He had managed to walk behind the building in his trance. Ally was crying in pain on the floor. Her right arm had spikes of blood coming out of it. Ruby Tuesday sucked up more blood, turned it into a scythe, and held it at Ally's neck.
"Please!" she yelled, "Don't kill me, I surrender!"
"Undo Joanne and Kenna's illusion," Tenmei said, "If you try anything funny, then I will cut your head clean off!"
"Okay!" Ally said, "Just don't hurt me!"
...
Double Abstract prepared to punch the giant spider again, but it suddenly turned into Kenna, bleeding out of her nose. Joanne looked around, there were no more spiders around and the sky looked normal.
"What the hell?" Joanne asked.
"The illusion's over," Kenna said, "Tenmei must have found a way to defeat Kenna."
"That was all an illusion?" Joanne asked.
"Yes," Kenna said, "I don't know what you saw in your hallucination, but in reality, you were attacking me."
Joanne suddenly blushed with embarrassment, "I'm so sorry! Is that why your nose is bleeding! Ugh, I'm so stupid! I can't believe I hurt you! I—"
"It's fine," Kenna said with a smile, "Kakyoin should be somewhere around here. Go find him, although I'm pretty sure he's already defeated Ally. But you should stay with him just in case Ally tries anything stupid."
"Wait," Joanne asked, "What about you?"
"I'm going to go help Polnareff and Mr. Hol Horse," Kenna said, "I'm sure they're having some trouble dealing with the Stand user inside the restaurant."
Kenna looked inside the broken window and saw the sprinklers and electricity. Polnareff saw her, looked up, and gave her a wink. Kenna knew what she had to do. She managed to slip away without being seen by June who walked towards the broken window to block it up.
Kenna used Redbone to bust a hole through the ceiling and crawl through the vents. She saw one of Hol Horse's bullets shoot into the kitchen and looked for it. It had hit a random wall, but Kenna noticed where the water valve really was. She quickly turned it off and crawled back inside the vents. She could hear Polnareff's long and absurd lie about how he had managed to find the valve. The explanation was just long enough for Kenna to crawl towards the vent on top of June, and open up its panels.
"You managed to do all of that just by looking at the other room for a few seconds?!" June yelled.
"Of course not," Polnareff said, "But my big lie did serve as a great distraction!"
Kenna knew this was her chance. She summoned Redbone and punched June in the head. Kenna, who was on top of one of the panels from the ceiling smiled as June fell face-first into the water. As June got up, she stared, bewildered, at the sudden appearance of Kenna. "Fletcher?!" she yelled, "How the hell did you get here?!"
"It's a long story," Kenna said, "But unfortunately, I'm too busy beating you up to tell it!"
"Ushasha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha!"
Even though June had Elastic Band around her, it did not protect her from Redbone's punches. June crashed through another window, sending the water out with her.
Once the water was drained, Hol Horse came out of Mr. President and sat back down on his wheelchair, Polnareff resting on his lap once again.
"Thanks for the help, Fletcher," Polnareff said, "That wasn't a very good situation to be in. I don't know how I would've escaped from that."
"Glad I could help," Kenna said, "I'm pretty sure Kakyoin defeated the Stand user outside too."
When they stepped outside, June was gone.
"She couldn't have gotten far with those injuries," Kenna said, "She should be around here somewhere. When we find her again, make sure to shoot her legs, Mr. Hol Horse."
"It would be my honor to shoot that little bitch!" Hol Horse said.
"Whatever happened to your oath of never hurting a woman?" Polnareff asked.
"What oath?" Hol Horse asked.
Suddenly, they heard a scream from behind the restaurant. They ran behind to see Tenmei kneeling on the ground and yelling in pain.
"What the hell happened, Kakyoin?" Polnareff asked.
Tenmei turned towards them. His right arm had been cut off. "Ally…" Tenmei grunted through the pain, "She and her partner managed to escape and cut off my arm!"
"Where's Joanne?" Kenna asked.
"She went after them!" Tenmei said as he winced in pain, "She doesn't stand a chance against the two of them! She's going to get herself killed!"
...
A/N: And that's chapter 9! I had a fun time messing around with Vertigo's spell and changing perspectives from those caught in it. Tenmei got to use his Stand this chapter, it's one of the favorite abilities that I've come up with it. Also, Joanne is afraid of spiders. I wonder if that'll come up again. Probably not, what are the chances of that coming up again? Insert foreshadowing joke here. Anyways, this arc has one more chapter, so tune in next Friday for Episode 10: Elastic Band and Vertigo Part 3!
