It came from the dark.

Prologue

Cold... The mountains were so cold. I could see a flicker of light in the distance. Fire! It was fire!I ran towards it with the remaining strength I had. But that was not much. I toppled over into the snow. No… I was so close… I couldn't give up yet. I got up, and finally saw where the fire had come from. Two rows of flaming cauldrons led to the opening of a short tunnel that had been carved into the mountain side. I began towards it.

"What…. Is that?" I asked myself. Who, or what, could've possibly lived here? I had reached the entrance, touching it lightly with my cold fingers.

I felt my legs give out under me. I was too weak. As I fell to the ground, I could almost swear I saw the door open, A lone figure standing before me.

But I was out cold.

Darkness…

What do you mean we have a 'roach' problem?" Omi questioned.

"I told you, Cockroaches are infesting the temple. We need to get out for at least two weeks so they can be killed." An angered Kimiko replied.

"KILLED?"

"Yes, Killed, exterminated, destroyed. Now stop bothering me and pack your stuff. Master Fung said we were leaving in ten minutes."

Omi stuck out his lip in protest. Clay and Raimundo had packed and settled atop Dojo.

"Yeah, c'mon partner. I sure can't wait to see where we're headed." Clay spoke out loud, his mind wandering with the possibilities.

"To a temple far away, Young dragons. The Rayshin Temple." Master Fung came toting a small bag.

"What's a... Rayshin temple?" Raimundo inquired.

"I'm glad you asked. As you know, Xaiolin is the side of good, and Heylin is the side of evil. Rayshin has no side. They are merely... In the middle, as you might say." The master replied.

"Humph... sounds exciting.." Raimundo rolled his eyes sarcasticly. "So, how long does it take to get to this temple?"

"Exactly three hours." Dojo answered.

"Whaaaa? THREE hours? Aww man, I hope my mp3 has enough battery life for that.." Kimiko sighed.

Omi stepped out with his things and jumped apon Dojo, as well as Master fung.

"Now leaving for the Rayshin temple!" Dojo called, as they all sailed off into the distance.
