A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.

1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.

2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).

3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. (As I said before, I've worked ahead and have already written the first 24 chapters). If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.

4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 13: Inner Disruption Part 1

Jolyne had only returned to Florida three days ago, that same day, she had gotten word that she and her father, Jotaro would soon be flying back. Their flight was scheduled to be in five hours, right after the sun sets so they would arrive in Japan the next morning and meet up with Joanne and her group. She felt weird spending so much time with her father, he was hardly home, after all. That was one of the reasons she hated him when she was younger. But she had recently come around to understanding that Jotaro wasn't trying to abandon her, he actually really cared about her. He was just trying to get her uninvolved with all this. But now that she was officially one of Dio's targets, her father wanted her by his side at all times. "We have powerful enemies after us, Jolyne," Jotaro said, "I initially had you come here to help me with the investigation, but it looks like the team sent to Japan already has the information we've been looking for."

Jolyne scoffed, "I'm surprised you're letting me be a part of this."

"Do not misunderstand, Jolyne," Jotaro said, "I will be fighting Dio. I'm not going to risk your life over him. You are coming because I know you won't listen to me if I tell you to stay. Instead of letting you get into a dangerous situation just to disobey my orders, I'm letting you come. You will assist Joanne Jones and the team I've sent in taking down other enemy Stand users. I doubt Dio will go easy on us."

"Yare yare dawa," Jolyne murmured, "I know you're trying to keep me safe, but I can fight! I can help you kill Dio!"

"Jolyne, that's enough," Jotaro said, an edge of anger in his voice, "Twenty years ago, I and five others traveled to Egypt to kill Dio. Only three of us made it out alive. I've lost some of my best friends to him. I won't let him take my daughter as well."

"You're just trying to protect us," Jolyne muttered, "Me and my mother. I understand that. But you can never take back all the years you spent away from us. You don't know me like you think you do."

Jotaro sighed, "Yare yare daze."

"You are my father," Jolyne muttered, "There's no changing that. But you will never be my dad."

...

Scallion and Stevana Pryce had just gotten off their flight. The two walked out of the airport and stopped at a payphone.

"I'll contact Khan Miran," Scallion said, "He needs to know we've arrived."

"Of course," Stevana said, "It's protocol after all."

Scallion nodded and typed in a number and picked up the phone, "Khan Miran? Yes, this is Scallion. Stevana is with me as well. We just arrived in Florida about half an hour ago." A short pause while Scallion listened to Khan, "Yes, of course. By the way, Have Eaden and Clayton succeeded?" Another short pause, "I see. So Loni Dodson is already out looking for them, eh? There's a chance they're dead. Don't worry, After we kill Jotaro we just might be able to make it back to Japan before Joanne Jones and her group arrive at Dio. I'll call back soon, make sure to keep me informed about the situation. Bye, Khan."

"Shall we go then?" Stevana asked.

Scallion smiled as he hung the phone up, "Yes, by the end of the day, Jotaro Kujo will be nothing more than just a memory."

...

"Where are we going now?" Jolyne asked, "Our flight leaves in a couple of hours." Jolyne was following her father into a hospital.

"I know, Jolyne," Jotaro said, "But the doctors wouldn't let me visit him until now. This is the earliest we could've arrived."

"What I don't understand is why you've been keeping this a secret from me," Jolyne said, "I was getting my things ready for the flight, and you just told me to come with you, and that we are going to pick someone up. I don't understand."

"I'm just being safe," Jotaro said, "Tenmei Kakyoin called me earlier, he said that two enemies were on their way here. This is why I'm picking 'him' up. I need to keep as many things as secret as possible in case the enemy somehow hears us. And that includes the identity of the person we're visiting."

"Why is he in the hospital?" Jolyne asked, "How much of a help could he really be?"

Jotaro had a serious look in his eyes, "He got into a fight with a biker gang. The twelve of them started beating him with chains and metal rods."

"Damn," Jolyne said, "How badly is he beaten up?"

"His condition is nothing compared to those of the biker gang's," Jotro said, "All twelve of them are on life support right now. It is unknown if any of them will survive or not. This is the second time something like this has happened, and the Speedwagon Foundation has had to intervene with the police and any lawsuits. Yare yare daze, this is always such a pain."

The two walked into the hospital, and Jotaro showed a Speedwagon Foundation badge to the lady at the front desk without saying a word before walking down the hall. Jotaro suddenly stopped, putting his hand in front of Jolyne.

"Stay here," he said, "The enemy has already found us."

"You don't get to tell me what to do!" Jolyne said angrily, "I can fight! If the enemy is here, then I'll let them have it!"

"Jolyne!" Jotaro said, with an edge in his voice, "I'll take care of the enemy, that's final!"

Jotaro calmly walked towards a wall, "Star Platinum!" the Stand appeared, and with an "Ora!" It broke through a wall to reveal two people, standing in a dark room, the light of the hallway being the only thing illuminating the room, leaving the two mostly obscured in shadows.

"You found us quicker than we thought,'' One of the people said. From the voice, this person was clearly female. The pieces of debris from the broken wall began to rise until they hit the ceiling. Jotaro felt himself get weightless as well and rose to the ceiling.

"It's a Stand attack!" Jotaro yelled, "Jolyne, get out of here!"

"Like hell, I will!" Jolyne turned her hand to strings which went flying towards the two obscured figures.

Dammit, she never listens, does she? Jotaro thought. He began to feel the weight in his body again, but something was off, he was now standing on the ceiling of the hallway. It appears that one of their Stand abilities is to reverse gravity. I, along with the debris have had our gravity flipped. It's foolish to assume that this is the extent of the enemies' abilities. These two have been specifically sent to attack me, so they probably have a counter to my Star Platinum. I need to figure out what that is now. The sooner I know their capabilities, the better.

As Jolyne's strings were flung towards the figures, they fell to the roof and rested there. Jotaro examined the strings for a second before looking back at the enemies. His eyes grew in shock when the other figure pulled out a gun, clearly aiming for Jolyne's head. The figure pulled the trigger.

"Star Platinum: The World!" Jotaro sighed in relief upon realizing that the bullet had barely left the gun and that Jolyne was unharmed. One second had passed. Jotaro realized that even in stopped time his gravity was still upside down. He walked towards Jolyne's strings on the ceiling and yanked them, pulling Jolyne's motionless body towards him. Two seconds had passed. Something about Jolyne caught Jotaro's attention. She had a hole in her head. Jotaro looked closer to see that she had created a hole all the way through her head using her string ability.

That bullet would have gone through that hole and not harmed her. Jotaro thought She's a quick thinker.

Three seconds had passed. Now that he knew his daughter wasn't in danger anymore, Jotaro quickly grabbed a small piece of debris, and with Star Platinum flicked it towards the gun. When time would start again, that small piece of debris would hit the gun and knock it out of the figure's hand. He had considered throwing more pieces, aiming for the enemies' heads, but he decided against it. He might be able to get some information from them. Four seconds had passed. Jotaro walked closer to the opening in the wall, the hole was large enough for Jotaro to jump in, even if he was in the ceiling. Five seconds had passed.

"I'm at my limit," Jotaro mumbled, "Time will resume."

Jolyne found herself on the ceiling, not too far away from her father. The bullet aimed at her went through the wall behind where she once was. The piece of debris slammed into the gun and knocked it off the figure's hand. Jotaro jumped in the hole, and although he was still on the ceiling, he was tall enough to come face-to-upside-down-face with his enemies.

"So it is true," The figure who was holding a gun said, "You really can stop time, Jotaro Kujo."

"That sure was a surprise," The woman said, "You were able to save your daughter, disarm my husband, and make your way in this room all in five seconds, I'm surprised."

"I didn't save Jolyne," Jotaro said, "She was already safe where she was. There's one thing I want to make apparent to you two. My Star Platinum is fast enough to snap one of your necks from here even without stopping time. I will not hesitate in killing one of you."

"My apologies," the man said, "We did not anticipate your daughter being here, we thought she was still in Japan."

"Who sent you?" Jotaro asked, "Was it Dio? Is Dio still alive?"

"Information we cannot share," The woman said, "What I will give you is our names, the names of the people who will kill you. My name is Stevana Pryce while my husband is Scallion Pryce."

"What makes you so confident in your ability to kill me?" Jotaro asked, "I could kill you both in an instant right now."

"But that's the thing," Scallion said, "You won't, will you? You're planning on fighting Dio, aren't you? You want information, do you? We both have information, and you'll need one of us for that. You're not going to kill us."

"Regardless," Jotaro said, "one of you could die right now."

"No," Stevana said, "No we couldn't."

Jotaro felt himself slipping backward. He soon fell to the wall perpendicular to the ground. He fell out of the hole and onto the wall of the hallway. Jolyne and the debris also slipped onto this wall.

"I can help," Jolyne said, "I'll take care of that girl, Stevana Pryce, I can handle a gravity manipulating Stand, you go after that man, Scallion!" Jolyne used her strings to propel herself forwards.

"Jolyne, don't!" Jotaro yelled, "I have this situation under control!" But it was too late, Jolyne was already planning on attacking Stevana. As Jolyne's Stone Free came out, a black shape appeared in front of Stevana. It was pitch black with multiple glowing dots on it, resembling stars. Multiple moving comet-like shapes went across its body. Its left eye was in the shape of the sun, and orbiting rings spun around its arms.

"Above Earth!" Stevana yelled.

Jolyne dodged one of the Stand's punches and created a web out of strings under her so she could stand without falling back down to the wall. The upper half of her body was in the hole in the wall, she had to look up to see her enemies because their gravitational pull had not changed.

"Jolyne!" Jotaro yelled, "I can handle this by myself! Get down now!"

Jolyne ignored her father, opting to use her strings to slingshot herself towards the enemies. Stevana smiled as her Stand held up several scalpels.

"Do you know what room we decided to hide in?" She asked with a smirk, this is one of the hospital's supplies closets. We killed a doctor and used his keycard to get in here."

Jotaro's eyes grew with fear, not for himself, but for his daughter as Stevana's Stand grabbed some scalpels and other sharp surgical tools.

"I can increase their gravity to make them cut through you with incredible power!" She yelled happily as the tools fell with incredible power, their gravity shifting so they would fall towards Jolyne.

"Star Platinum: The World!"

Jotaro looked up, he could see drops of blood frozen in time, they were coming out of Jolyne's neck. One second had passed. Jotaro grabbed onto Jolyne's web and lifted himself up towards where she was standing. Two seconds had passed. Jotaro looked at Jolyne in surprise. She had created a thick tangled ball of strings right in front of her neck. The tools had gone through the ball and had only barely grazed Jolyne's neck. Three seconds had passed.

"Jolyne," Jotaro said in surprise, "You're faster than I thought, you created that ball of string in the blink of an eye, almost as if it was a reflex."

Four seconds had passed. Jotaro would not have enough time to attack the enemies. He would wait until next time, where he would stop time and easily incapacitate them both. That was his plan. But there was one thing that caught Jotaro by surprise. One little thing that would negate his plan. One thing that could easily have been countered if Jotaro hadn't spent so much time worrying about his daughter. There was a single scalpel, a few centimeters away from Jotaro. It was slowly moving towards him. Moving in stopped time.

Five seconds had passed.

"Ora!" As time resumed, Star Platinum punched the scalpel away from his face, the scalpel swerved to the side from the punch and barely grazed his left cheek.

"Did you stop time again, Jotaro?" Scallion asked.

"Did they move?" Stevana asked, "The surgical tools. Did they move in stopped time? I've always wondered if they would move in stopped time. Gravity still works in stopped time, and something with enough gravitational force should warp space-time and move even in the absence of time. Did it happen? I'm sure it was moving slowly, but it was moving, wasn't it?"

"Jolyne!" Jotaro yelled, "I trust you fully! We need to stop Stevana Pryce and her Above Earth!"

"Don't be in such a rush, Jotaro," Scallion said, "I really was hoping this would work. I had a few doubts, but it actually worked! We've won, Jotaro! You don't realize this, but we've won!"

Jotaro felt light-headed, "What is…" his legs felt weak, and he fell down, off the web and onto the wall.

"Jotaro!" Jolyne yelled.

"Don't worry," Stevana said, "This is the best thing that could have happened. This is the only event that ensures your father's survival, for now at least. We are still tasked to kill him, but things can change, depending on how good you act, he might just get to live."

Jolyne noticed that Scallion had also fallen to the floor. Did Jotaro manage to get him with his Star Platinum? Jolyne thought, No, that's impossible, there aren't any visible wounds on him, there's no way Jotaro got him. Then what the hell is happening?

"Jolyne…" Jotaro muttered, "He's transferring his consciousness… That's his Stand ability… His Stand is microscopic, it crawled into my bloodstream… His consciousness is transferring itself to mine, I can feel it… If he controls me, he'll be able to use my Star Platinum... You need to run! Go to the second floor, room 141… Look for Belle! Portobello Belle…"

Jotaro fully blacked out.

"Poor, poor, Jolyne," Stevana said, "If you comply and come with us, everything will be okay." Stevana showed Jolyne that she had ropes in her hands, "Of course, I'm going to have to tie you up, but everything will be okay."

"Like hell, I'll listen to you!" Jolyne yelled, "You think I care about my father? He abandoned me! I couldn't care less if he dies or not!" Jolyne grabbed the broken pieces of debris with her strings and swung them at Stevana. Above Earth was able to alter the gravity of some of them, but the others hit her hard in the leg and the stomach, sending her to the floor. Jolyne could feel her body sliding again. Her gravity was reverting back to normal. She along with the debris and Jotaro's body fell back onto the floor.
Jolyne could hear hospital staff rushing towards this hallway, the battle had been very loud. She needed to get out of here fast, she would probably be accused of this mess, so she rushed away. Strangely enough, she could see Jotaro get up from the corner of her eye as she ran off. She didn't turn away and rushed up the stairs to the second floor. She had managed to get away for now.

She exhaled deeply as she slowed her run, she was getting strange looks from people around her, but she didn't care, she needed to get to room 141. That person, Portobello Belle, who could they be?

Jolyne quickly checked each door as she ran along the hall, ignoring anyone who tried to talk to her as she rushed. 129...130...131...132… Jolyne read the room numbers in her head, Damn Jotaro! Did he have to hide so much information until the last second! In the end, he had to blurt out what I needed to know! That girl Stevana heard him for sure! I don't have much time before she arrives!

Jolyne rushed past room 137, she was almost there. She could see the door she was looking for in the distance, she was only about fifteen meters away. Every step closer to room 141, Jolyne could feel herself get lighter and lighter. Just five meters away from room 141, Jolyne fell onto the ceiling. Nurses and visitors alike yelled upon seeing this.

"Shut the hell up!" Jolyne yelled, "I need to think! Get out of here if you don't want to die!" Jolyne got up and ran upside down until she reached the room, its door closed. She used her strings to grab the door handle and push the door open. Upon entering the room, Jolyne fell back down on the ground, landing on her feet.

The range is limited, Jolyne thought, Stevana Pryce probably just got back up. She attacked me from the first floor! She activated her Stand directly under me! I got out of its range, but for how long? Where is this Portobello Belle?

Jolyne looked around, there were six beds in the room, three on each side, but only one had someone in it. Jolyne rushed towards it.

"Portobello Belle?" She asked. The person inside was fully covered up by the bedsheets, "Portobello Belle?" Jolyne asked again, "I'm Jotaro's daughter, there's an enemy attack, I need your help!" The man in the bedsheets didn't move. Jolyne yanked the bedsheets off the man and jumped back in surprise when she saw what was hiding under them. A man made out of a clay-like substance arose, the bed stained from its brown form. Its lifeless eyes stared deeply at Jolyne.

"Ora!" with a single punch from Stone Free, the head of the clay man splattered on the floor, the body soon following.

"What are you doing?" An eerie voice came from behind Jolyne, who quickly turned around to see a cupboard door open. A man, not looking too older than her, stepped out.

"Why'd you kill him?" The man asked again, "I kinda liked him." His face was serious, he had an almost angry look in his eye.

"Are you Portobello Belle?" Jolyne asked, unsure of how to react.

"Don't change the subject!" The man said, "What's the point of me creating these guys if people like you kill them?"

"Guys?" Jolyne asked, "What do you mean?"

Several other clay men crawled out of the cupboard. "They're my associates," The man said, "You see, I've been in this hospital for a little over a week, and the staff serves me this god-awful piece of shit food every day, I can't stand it! So I made a few clay dolls and began to dig a tunnel. I'm so close to freedom I can almost taste it!" The man shivered with excitement just thinking about this.

"What?" Jolyne asked, "What are you talking about?"

"Let me just show you," The man said, "You said you were Jotaro's daughter? He's a good man, he is. Not very talkative, but he can make some mean scrambled eggs. I'm sure you've had them since you're his daughter and all."

"He's never cooked anything for me," Jolyne muttered as the man ushered her into the cupboard. She had to crawl in order to fully fit in it but was surprised to find a long tunnel system.

"How did you make this?" Jolyne asked, "And on the second floor of all places!"

"Just had to rework the electricity, water, and ventilation system, and then the space in between floors was perfect for building tunnels." The man said, "Do you want to escape with me, Miss… uh… I never got your name. Jotaro's never mentioned you before."

"That's not surprising," Jolyne said as she crawled out of the cupboard. "My name is Jolyne Kujo."

"Nice to meet you,'' the man said, "I'm Portobello Belle. And no, before you ask, I'm not Italian. I know it sounds very Italian, but my great, great, great, great…" Portobello stopped for a second to count his fingers, "great, great, great grandfather was named Portobello. I think. Was it six or seven greats? Or maybe five… Four? Eh, it doesn't matter, all that you need to know is that he lived a long time ago. Where was I going with this? Oh yeah, Portobello was Italian, but then migrated to America. I think. Probably. Maybe not. I'm not sure. Whatever. Anyways, he kept this journal with him, and he wrote down his life in that journal. It has been passed down from generation to generation. But of course, this journal is super old, so it has many pages missing, and the ink has been greatly faded making it very hard to read, so we don't know the full story of Portobello. My mother decided it was a good idea to name me after Portobello. She raised me alone, so she thought it was a good idea, I guess. And although I've lived in Florida for the majority of my life, everyone thinks I'm Italian thanks to this name. Just thought I should clarify that."

"Uhhhhhh… Thanks…" Jolyne said, "I really needed to know all of that. Sorry for being a bit off-topic, but I'm being attacked by enemy Stand users, and Jotaro told me to go see you."

"You're right," Portobello muttered, "That is extremely off-topic. But is there anything I can do to help?"

Well," Jolyne said, a bit irritated, "Judging by these clay people you've created, you're a Stand user, correct?"

"Righy-O!" Portobello said.

"So I was just wondering if you'd maybe, you know? Help me out?" Jolyne said, "Maybe even save my father while we're at it?"

"Jotaro's in trouble?" Portobello yelled, "Why didn't you say so?"

"Great!" Jolyne said, "There are two enemies that I know of. The first has the ability to change your gravitational pull, and the other can transfer his consciousness into yours from an open wound. Although I doubt he can split his consciousness between multiple people."

"Sounds cool," Portobello said, "So what's the issue we're dealing with?"

"I just—" Jolyne stammered, "Did you hear a word I said?"

"I'm going to be completely honest with you, Jolyne," Portobello said, "I was thinking about Jotaro's scrambled eggs the entire time you were talking. Speaking of which, I should give him a call, maybe he'll make some right now!"

"My father is in the enemy's hands!" Jolyne yelled, "Do you not understand a word I'm saying? The enemy's mind has been transferred into his! That's why I came to you!"

"Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh," Portobello said, "That makes sense. So remind me again what I'm supposed to do."

"Yare yare dawa…" Jolyne muttered, "I need to know about your Stand ability, and you need to know about mine. That way we can work together. Understand? I'll start. My Stand is Stone Free, it allows me to turn my body into strings and use them however I want, what about you?"

"Stone Free?" Portobello asked, "Is that what you used to kill one of my associates with? What a dastardly evil plan! You're not Jotaro's daughter, are you? You're just an enemy trying to trick me! Only someone totally evil would kill one of my associates without even apologizing!"

"Really?" Jolyne asked, incredibly annoyed, "Is an apology all you need? I'm sorry! There, happy?!"
"All is forgiven," Portobello said, "So anyways, Jolyne, what do you need me for?"

Jolyne nearly punched Portobello in the face, but just barely managed to control herself, "We are explaining each other's Stand abilities." She said through gritted teeth, "That way when we fight the enemy, we can work together, does that sound good?"

"Yep!" Portobello said, "Hey, just out of curiosity, does the enemy have a pitch-black Stand with stars and space stuff all over it?"

"Yes, actually," Jolyne said in surprise, "How did you know?"

"Because it's standing right behind you."

Jolyne and Portobello fell into the wall of the room. The wall was too far away for them to counterattack Stevana who laughed as she looked at her two sideways enemies.

"This is the person Jotaro spent his last conscious moments telling you to meet?" she said laughing, "You've got to be kidding!"

"Let's take her down first," Jolyne said, "There's no more time for you to explain your Stand, it better be exactly what we need to defeat the enemy."
"It's that and more!" Portobello said happily.

The clay men swung their chunky fists blindly towards Stevana, but they all fell onto the windows of a wall. The window cracked open under their weight, and they flew sideways out of the building, after a little bit, their gravity turned back to normal, and they fell to the ground, shattering into pieces.

"Why did those ones break?" Jolyne asked, "The one I attacked was all gooey and sticky, it wasn't hard at all."

"That's because he was freshly made," Portobello said, tears coming out of his eyes, "But those other ones, I knew them for a week! An entire week! They were my friends, and now they're all dead! This won't go unnoticed! The enemy will repent for her sins in hell! Expresso Love!"

A purple Stand with red Latin markings around its body appeared. It had a yellow visor covering its eyes, and a round table with a hole in the middle elevated around its waist. The table was metallic without any legs, and it had glowing blue symbols and complex lines around it. The Stand didn't have any legs and levitated half a meter above the ground.

"So that's your Stand," Jolyne said, "It's about time you showed it to me. I'll be really disappointed if it doesn't have a cool ability!"

"Trust me Jolyne," Portobello said, "It has the coolest ability. But all this Stand-summoning is making me hungry, let me call Jotaro. I'm sure he'd be happy to make some of his famous scrambled eggs for us! Hey gravity lady!" Portobello called out to Stevana, "Do you want some eggs too? It's Jotaro's treat!"

"What are you blabbering about?" Stevana asked. Jolyne just shook her head in disappointment.

"What am I talking about?" Portobello said, "You mean you haven't had Jotaro's scrambled eggs before?! This can't be! No wonder you've attacked my clay associates! You'll have a change of heart as soon as you've had Jotaro's eggs, I promise!"

"I don't understand a word you're saying," Stevana said, "but it doesn't matter. Do you want Jotaro so badly? Well, here he comes!"

Right on cue, Jotaro walked into the room, except something was off about him, his facial expressions were different.

"Hello there, Jolyne!" Scallion's voice came out of Jotaro, "I have become well accustomed to your father's body. I even took the time to learn how to properly use his Star Platinum. You didn't stand a chance before, and you definitely don't stand a chance now!"

...

A/N: And that's chapter 13! The first thing I want to clarify is that this is all happening just a couple of hours before the Welcome to the Freakshow chapters. There were also three new Stands in this chapter. The first was Above Earth, named after the band, Above the Earth. The second was Scallion's Stand which hasn't been name-dropped yet, but it's called Parasite after the Kiss song of same name. The chapter's title, Inner Disruption, however, is an album by the band, Parasite, also referencing the Stand. Up next there's one of my favorite characters, Portobello Belle, named after the Dire Straits song of the same name, and his Stand, Expresso Love, also named after a Dire Straits song. Anyways, this arc will continue for the next two chapters so see you all next Friday for Episode 14: Inner Disruption Part 2.
