First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, in which Yamada is the focus of this chapter though Naegi is the actual target.
Find out if he would survive this chapter once the villain reaizes that he got the wrong target…
Well then, read on and enjoy!
The next day, the scene shifts at a bookstore in downtown Tokyo, where you can see the Yamada siblings are there, and Fujiko is telling her embarrassed sibling that it is okay as he is just promoting her manga, as Yamada is dressed as CAPTAIN CHAOS, which he is wearing a white racing tracksuit, boots, a 1940 pilot cap and goggles, along with a red cloak, and he asks Fujiko why she has to get him to be the mascot, in which she said that this would entice manga fans to buy her manga, as the manga is slowly becoming a hit commodity for readers and fans.
"Good, good…"
"Nee-san…"
"What?"
"Do I have to?"
"Yes."
"But…"
"The manga is hitting off…and I need someone to entice the readers…and you fit the bill."
"Eh…?"
Fujiko then told her brother to relax as she went inside to talk to the owner, and Yamada reluctantly began to sell the manga copies, and to his surprise, manga fans, mostly elementary students, began flocking and lined up just to buy the manga. Not far, the goons are there and saw Yamada wearing the Captain Chaos outfit, and they appeared to misunderstood what Pachinko instructed them to do, as they believed that he is the one they are told to bring to their boss.
"Look…"
"Is that…?"
"Must be him."
"That's the SUPER GUY…?"
"Could be."
"A suit…a belt…a cape…fits the description."
"So then…"
"Let's roll."
The goons then went to work as the limousine began moving slowly and approached Yamada, as he had just sold the manga copies and went inside to give to his sister the money he collected, and in turn, she gives him more copies to sell, and when Yamada stepped out, the goons approached him, aimed their guns at him and stealthily held him at gunpoint and dragged him inside the car, dropping the manga copies and the limousine speeds away, and a terrified Yamada asks what is going on and what do they want with him.
"Wh-what…?"
"Not a move."
"We want you. And our boss wants you."
"But…but…"
"Shut up."
"We mean it."
"We'll impress our boss that we got the SUPER GUY."
"And he'll be proud of us."
The limousine keeps on moving away as one of the goons contacted Pachinko, and there he told their boss that they successfully captured the SUPER GUY, and Pachinko is pleased with the developments, not knowing that his inept goons are bringing in the wrong person, and he instructed his goons to take the prisoner to a secret location and he will meet up with them shortly.
"What? Are you sure?"
"Yeah, boss! We got the super guy!"
"Really?"
"Yup! He's easy to catch!"
"That's great!"
"We're on our way, boss!"
"Good! Good!"
"Thanks, boss!"

Ch. 107: Warui hi o sugosu
At the hideout, Pachinko is jumping for joy upon hearing the news, and he is running around while dancing, proclaiming that he will get even against Naegi and proclaims that he will beat the SUPER GUY once and for all, unaware that his goons have captured the wrong person, and he is oblivious to the fact, and as he danced around, his men sweat-dropped at seeing their boss acting like a fool and wondered if he suffered BRAIN DAMAGE during his six-month incarceration.
"Damn…"
"What an asshole…"
"He's a jerk…"
"A crazy pig…"
"Yeah…he sure has a knack for acting silly."
"What the heck has happened to him during the last six months?"
"Makes me wish he should go see the doctor instead…"
"Yeah…"
By then Pachinko told his driver to get ready has he is going out, and soon the driver is getting ready as Pachinko boarded the limousine and the car took its leave, and the mafia goons wondered if Pachinko would be okay, worried that he might get caught by the police and if he do get caught, his parole might get revoked, though they decided to wait and see before making a move, and they wonder why Pachinko is so obsessed with a high school boy.
"Damn…"
"What an asshole…"
"He's got a brain tumor or something…"
"You think so?…"
"Yeah…he sure is obsessed with some high school kid."
"Why the heck is he so fixated on some brat?"
"Makes me wish that we should call a psychiatrist…"
"Yeah…"
After that, the goons went inside, and saw one of their fellow goons is reading a manga, and they joined him as they saw the manga is the one that featured CAPTAIN GONZO, and the goons appeared to enjoy the manga, unaware that it is the manga character that is based on Naegi, and they have no idea that is the SUPER GUY, as they never saw Naegi wearing the RED SUIT.
"Hey…"
"What's that?"
"Oh, this? It's a manga…"
"We know that!"
"Read it, guys…the story's good…"
"Yeah…you're right…"
"This manga is good…"
"makes me want to be a kid again…"
The other goons shook their heads seeing that their fellow goons are acting foolish at seeing them fawning over a manga, and they just left them alone so that once Pachinko comrs back, he woukd punish the erring goons for goofing off the job.

Back at the bookstore, a few policemen are there after responding to a call where it shows that Fujiko is the one who summoned them as she reported that her brother, Hifumi, was believed to be abducted, as shown that the manga copies he is supposed to give to passing customers are found on the ground outside earlier, and she begged to the policemen to find her brother, but the cops said that they can't do anything until 24 hours and said that maybe Yamada went to some place which she refused to believe, as she is sure that he was abducted by someone.
"Please! Find my brother!"
"We understand, ma'am but…"
"We should follow procedures…"
"We wait for 24 hours before we…"
"I don't care! Find my brother!"
"Calm down, ma'am…"
"We assure you…"
"Just find him pronto!"
The cops rolled their eyes as they had to put up with Fujiko's hysterical pleas, and the commotion attracted some attention, and the book shop owner sighed seeing that the antic would discourage patrons and he hoped that Fujiko would calm down and for the cops to do something about this.
Much later, the scene shifts to another safe house, where Yamada is there sitting on a chair, and is under heavy guard from the inept goons as they are pointing their guns at him to make sure he won't escape and they are looking forward to being praised by Pachinko as they believe that they have captured the SUPER GUY, not realizing that they caught the wrong person and Yamada begged them to let him go, which they refused to comply.
"Please…let me go!"
"Sorry…"
"No can do."
"We got our orders…"
"I'm not rich! I'm just a high school student!"
"Whatever."
"We were ordered to bring you in since you're the SUPER GUY…"
"And that getup you're wearing proves it…now shut up."
By then Pachinko arrived and the inept goons are pleased to see him and there they greeted him as they are expecting something good to happen, and Pachinko is all smile as he is expecting that his goons have captured Naegi, not realizing the foul-up his men made, and he began to ask them if they did the job which they said that it was an easy task, which Pachinko was beamed with confidence and is looking forward to see Naegi as a prisoner.
"So…did you bring him?"
"Yes, boss!"
"It was easy!"
"A piece of cake!"
"Really? That's good!"
"We got him…"
"You can have him!"
"He's all yours!"
As Pachinko tell his men to take him to the prisoner, the goons obliged and led him inside, where his mood changed in an instant seeing that the prisoner being held is Yamada and not Naegi, and veins popped on both sides of his head and demanded an explanation, which the goons are oblivious as they think that they did a splendid job of bringing in the SUPER GUY, and this pissed Pachinko off to higher levels, to the point of losing his cool.
"What's wrong, boss?"
"We did as told."
"Yeah, we did."
"We brought the super guy."
"And here he is."
"In the flesh."
"You should be pleased, boss."
"Yeah."
Pachinko screamed at the goons saying that Yamada is not the SUPER GUY he wanted to bring in, and the goons said that Yamada is the one, as he is wearing a COSTUME and a CAPE, but Pachinko brought out the Captain Gonzo manga and showed to the goons the description of the character, which resembled Naegi, and the goons were staggering back in fear realizing that they screwed up and began to beg him to give them another chance.
"WE ARE SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE WON'T DO IT AGAIN!"
"WE PROMISE!"
"PLEASE...DON'T PUNISH US!"
"HAVE MERCY!"
"WWWWAAAHHH!"
"MMMOOOMMMYYY!"
Pachinko screamed at the goons to leave and not come back until they find Naegi, and fired his machine gun in the air which scares off the goons and they ran away in fear, and he glanced at Yamada, seeing that he is nothing more than an eyesore, and told him to get out before he changes his mind, and Yamada asks if he is being held for ransom or not, which Pachinko said that he is not and told him to leave at once or else he would be sorry.
"So better scram, Porky Pig."
"Then I'm not held for ransom?"
"No, so count your blessings."
"Th-thanks…"
"Now scram."
"Can I…?"
"You heard me…scram!"
"Here…have these…"
When Yamada offered Pachinko a free copy of the Captain Chaos manga, the gangster was pissed and fired his gun at the manga, boring several holes, and Yamada shrieked in fear and ran away from the safe house and did not stop running, and Pachinko was seething in annoyance and left the safe house and went back inside the limousine, where his driver is waiting, and the driver noticed that Pachinko is pissed off and talked to him so he would cool off.
"Boss…?"
"…"
"You okay?"
"No."
"What happened?"
"Those idiots…they brought the wrong target."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
Pachinko told the driver that his day went bad and told the driver to take him back to the hideout as he wanted to get some rest, and the driver obliges as the limousine left the safe house, and five minutes later police cars arrived after hearing reports of gunfire being shot, and they checked the area and found nothing except of the riddled manga, and they looked around for a few minutes before leaving the scene of the crime.

Much later, the scene shifts at the police station where Fujiko and Hifumi are reunited, and there he told her and the police about how and why he is abducted, and though he failed to identify who the gangster is saying that he has never met him before, but he did say that the gangster appeared to be obsessed with the Captain Gonzo character and Naegi, and the police captain asks what's Naegi's involvement in this which Yamada said that he has no idea about.
"Did you say Naegi?"
"Uh…yeah…"
"As in Makoto Naegi?"
"Yeah…that's what the guy said…"
"What does he have to do with your abduction?"
"Don't know, sir…"
"…"
"…"
After that, the Yamada siblings are escorted home, and there the police captain informed policr inspector Takaki Ishimaru about this, and Inspector Ishimaru decided to pay a visit to the Naegi residence to get Naegi's side, unaware that Naegi is really the target of Pachinko's wrath due to him defeating the gangster using the red suit which led Pachinko to getting imprisoned for six months before securing a parole, and Inspector Ishimaru is also unaware that Pachinko is really targeting Naegi right now.

Hope you liked this chapter, as Yamada survived and is free to go, though this only made Pachinko more determined to find Naegi and expose him as the super guy as part of his plans to get revenge.
