A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.

1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.

2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).

3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. (As I said before, I've worked ahead and have already written the first 24 chapters). If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.

4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 22: Flood Part 2

Van Fleet landed in a field. Dianne sighed as the door opened. She looked back at Greta, "Don't worry, I'll make this quick."

"Don't kill them," Greta said, "They're a part of the plan."

"Yeah, I know, I know." Dianne sighed again, "I can't believe we're so pressed on people that we have to resort to this. I kind of regret killing Stue Rod, now."

Don't be," Greta said, "He and Jon Lelton were planning to overthrow and kill you anyway. Khan overheard them talking about it and reported it to me. I was going to have you kill them whether their assault on Morioh succeeded or not."

"Still," Dianne said, "I could really use him right now." Red Nightmare appeared next to Dianne and transformed into Sweet Little Rock, "If he had died in Morioh instead of Jon, I wouldn't have been able to keep Sweet Little Rock's ability activated and we would've had a lot more problems on our hands."

"Then it's a good thing we got lucky," Greta said.

"Lucky…" Dianne began to walk out of Van Fleet. A few meters away was a car, and two people were standing outside of it.

"It's nice to see you, Miller, Cliff," Dianne said as she approached the car, "How tough was it?"

"One of them made me puke," Cliff said, "That spell made me nauseous."

"And the other cut up my arm!" Miller rolled up her sleeve to reveal a long cut going up to her arm. It was still fresh, probably from that morning.

"What are we doing with a bunch of traitors anyways?" Cliff asked, "I would've sworn someone like you would've sent us on an assassination mission."

"That's something Dio would've done," Dianne said, "But I'm done pretending to be my father. He is just as guilty as the Joestars. Just as guilty as me. That's why I came clean after picking you guys up two weeks ago."

"Anyways," Miller said as she looked at Cliff, "Why don't you pop the trunk Bill, I'm sure Lord Dio— I mean, Dianne, would like to have a word with these two."

Cliff nodded as he walked behind and opened the trunk of the car. Dianne could hear thrashing and muffled yells.

"Stop squirming, damn it!" Cliff yelled, "You keep this up, and I'll be forced to use my Stand on you!"

The thrashing and yells stopped, "Thank you!" Cliff said before muttering, "God damn." under his breath, "Now let's get out of the car, I'll help you two out one at a time." Cliff reached in and grabbed someone before helping her out of the trunk, and moving on to the other. Dianne recognized both women as they stepped out of the car.

"June Eaden and Ally Clayton," Dianne said, "I am truly glad to see you all unharmed. I had instructed Cliff and Miller to not hurt you, and it seems that they did a good job."

Both June and Ally had their wrists bound behind their back with duct tape, and they also had their mouths taped shut. Dianne approached the two, who attempted to keep their distance from her, but had their shoulders grabbed by Cliff, "I wouldn't move if I were you." he whispered into their ears. Once Dianne was close enough, she ripped the tapes off their mouths.

"Who the hell are you?!" June yelled.

"Get your damn hands off me!" Ally said, shaking Cliff's grip off her shoulder.

"I apologize for forcefully bringing you here," Dianne said, "But I assure you that as long as the two of you cooperate, you will receive anything you've ever wanted."

"You still haven't answered my question, bitch!" June spat, "Who the hell are you?!"

"I'm surprised you didn't recognize your own Stand," Dianne said as Red Nightmare appeared, and took the shape and color of Elastic Band.

"What the hell?" June said in disbelief.

Elastic Band wrapped around Dianne and took on the form of Dio.

"The hell!" Ally said, "There's no way you're Dio!"

"This is the truth," Dianne said, now with Dio's voice, "I have been lying to you all this time. I want to trust you, and I want you to trust me, so I'm done keeping secrets. Cliff, get that tape off their hands, they don't need to be restrained anymore."

"Just what the hell is going on?" Ally asked as her hands were freed.

"I'll explain everything," Dianne said as Elastic Band turned back to normal and disappeared beside her, "Like I said, I want you to trust me. And I'm going to begin by apologizing for giving you flesh buds. You see, I had made them using my own cells and a Stand I acquired that allows me to make tiny creatures out of skin."

"We already got our flesh buds removed," June said, "After we fought and lost to Tenmei's group, that turtle, Polnareff, offered to get rid of our flesh buds in exchange for information. We agreed, and after that, we parted ways. We don't want anything to do with you or what you're doing."

"Polnareff, eh?" Dianne said, "He must've been a valuable asset to the Joestars, I'm glad I got rid of him while I had the chance."

"Got rid of?" Ally asked, "Wait, did Tenmei, Fletcher, and that girl, Joanne, make it to your mansion?"

"They did."

"D-did you kill them? Specifically Tenmei. Did you kill Tenmei?"

"No, the only victims were that fool Hol Horse and Polnareff."

Ally sighed in relief, "So the others escaped?"

"Yes, they did."

"Then I'm assuming you're planning on going after them."

"I am, that's what I need you for."

"Then I'll agree to help." Ally looked Dianne in the eyes, "On one condition. Promise me you'll spare Tenmei."

"Kakyoin is not one of my targets, I will not inflict harm on him."

Ally looked at June for a second, "Then we'll help you."

...

Present-day

Joanne entered the single-celled prison near Morioh, built to hold a specific Stand user. The Speedwagon Foundation had made several of these near Morioh after 1999 as ordered by Jotaro. She allowed the Speedwagon Foundation to search her for any weapons and took off any metallic objects. She then walked up to the door leading to Loni Dodson's cell. Kenna was already waiting for her.

"Hey, sorry I'm late," Joanne said, "Abstract liquified a guy's bike and refused to give it back. She said that the guy had a 'piece of shit face'. It took a lot of convincing for her to turn it back."

Kenna laughed, "Did she actually say that? How do you control her?"

Joanne smirked, "I don't half the time. But that's what makes my relationship with Abstract special, one moment she'll have me on the floor laughing and the next, she'll make me want to kick her ass. But most of the time I can deal with it."

Binns walked up to the two, "You two have a special appointment with prisoner Dodson, correct?"

Joanne and Kenna nodded.

"You may not get less than three meters close to her cell. You are forbidden to use your Stands in any way. You may not take anything from her, or give her anything. If she activates her Stand, you are to press the alarm and leave the room immediately. Failure to comply with these rules could lead to you being locked in here as well. Do you wish for me to repeat these rules?"

"No we understand," Joanne said, "How long will we have to talk to her?"

"Thirty minutes," Binns said, "But we can extend that time if you manage to get her to talk."

Joanne looked at the door that was bolted shut. Past this door would be the lady with anger issues that had attacked them. She sighed as she looked back at Kenna, "Ready?"

Kenna nodded, "Ready as I'll ever be."

Binns nodded as he unbolted the door and escorted the two in, "You've got visitors, Dodson," he called.

"Who the hell are you bringing this time?" Loni sat down on a bed in her cell. The cell was fairly small, with only a bed, toilet, and sink. "You're not going to get any information out of me, not even if you—" Loni looked up to see Joanne and Kenna. Her hair was a mess and her skin was rough, a clear contrast to her smooth skin and stunning hair from a couple of months ago.

"Oh, it's you two!" She jumped up excitedly, "It's so nice to not see those Speedwagon guys for once."

A line of red tape went across the floor three meters away from the bars. Joanne stepped all the way up to the tape, "Let's cut to the chase, Loni Dodson," she said, "You know information that could be crucial to us. Tell us and we will make sure that you're granted your freedom."

Loni laughed, "The chick with the annoying Stand comes to me for help? And the traitor, Fletcher, as well? Well, let me get one thing straight." She walked all the way up to the bars, "I've learned a lot from that beatdown you gave me back at the trailer, and I've had a lot of time to think in my cell. I have regrets. I have so many regrets about what I've done."

"So you'll help us?" Kenna asked.

Loni laughed again, "No no, don't get the wrong idea. I said I had regrets. My regrets are not killing you two while I had the chance! When I had you two all nice and wrapped up in my webs like cute little Christmas presents, I should've slit both your throats and watched you bleed on the floor as you gasped for air. But I didn't do that. And look what happened. I got the shit punched out of me and got my ass thrown in jail. So who are you to come to me, asking for information? Do you have the faintest idea how much I've been wanting to bust out of here and kill you two? I've daydreamed about it every day and every night. You want me to spill all my information? I'll gladly do it. Call in that prick, Binns, and I'll tell him everything. But only after I get to snap your necks with my bare hands. You wish to give your comrades my information? Then sacrifice yourselves and let me kill you. Let me quench my undying thirst for revenge and kill you two pieces of shit!"

Kenna sighed, "This was a waste of time."

"Loni," Joanne said, "We fought Dio two months ago. He's not who he says he is. Dio died twenty years ago. The one you're calling 'Dio' is a fake. It's his daughter, Dianne. You've been lied to and manipulated this entire time. She put a flesh bud in you over nothing. All this time you've been bending to the will of someone who doesn't care about you. If Dianne really cared about you, you would think that she'd send someone out to save you, but she hasn't even thought about you. You were just some sacrificial pawn." Joanne looked deep into Loni's eyes, "Loni Dodson… You grew up in poverty, didn't you?'

Loni stumbled back, alarm in her eyes, "W-wh- what… H-how? How the hell did you know?"

"You always care about your looks. You're trying to look like a person who grew up in a wealthy family. No wonder you care about your hair so much, you never got the chance nor the luxury to have nice hair when you were younger, right? Is that why your skin is so nice and smooth? Because your skin was always dirty when you were younger? Loni, you're beautiful. Nobody could have guessed you were poor just by looking at you. Is this Dianne's doing? Is she the one that brought you out of poverty? Or is there another reason? Is this linked to your tendencies to get angry?"

"Who…?" Loni muttered, "Just who the hell do you think you are, talking to me as if you know me? You don't know anything about me! I don't owe this 'Dianne' shit! Me not telling you anything is a decision that I've made for myself! Now get out of here before I melt you both with my Freakshow! I won't hesitate!"

"Loni, wait!" Joanne was about to take a step forward but Kenna put a hand over her shoulder before she could cross the red line.

"Joanne, I don't think she's going to listen. We should just go."

Joanne wanted to say more. There was so much more that she wanted to tell Loni. She wanted her to understand that Dianne was manipulating her. But something deep inside her trusted Kenna. If Kenna said that Loni wasn't going to listen, then Joanne was sure that Loni wouldn't listen.

"Alright," she muttered, "Please consider what I've said, Loni. I don't want you to suffer here in prison for the rest of your life. If you want, Kenna and I could come back sometime, not for interrogations, but just so you have someone to talk to."

Loni turned around and walked towards her bed, "As if I'd ever want to talk to you two. Just get the hell out of here before I beat the shit out of you."

Joanne laughed, "I wish you luck, Loni Dodson." She and Kenna walked to the bolted door and knocked. Nobody responded.

"That's weird," Kenna muttered before knocking again. Again, there was no response. She pressed her ear against the door, "Joanne!" she yelled, "Something's going on! I can hear yelling!"

"What?!" Joanne yelled, "Double Abstract!"

"Yo, Jo! What's going on?"

"There's no time, Abstract, liquify this door!"

"Way ahead of ya!" With a swipe of Abstract's hand, the door turned to a liquid and spilled onto the floor. Joanne and Kenna ran through the now empty doorway to find the Speedwagon Foundation members, Binns included, mumbling on the floor.

"Hello?" Joanne asked as she crouched next to Binns and waved a hand in front of his eyes, "Binns? Binns! Can you hear me?" She shook him a bit, but he didn't respond.

"They're all completely out of it," Kenna said, "What the hell happened here?"

"Joanne? Kenna?"

The two looked at the entrance to find Tenmei running towards them.

"Tenmei," Joanne said, "What happened?"

"There's been a Stand attack in Morioh. I came to you two as soon as possible."

"A Stand attack?" Kenna yelled, "Now?! Did the Speedwagon Foundation get attacked just now?"

Tenmei looked at the fallen officers, "I'm not sure what this is, but there's probably an enemy Stand user here as well. Come on, I didn't see anyone enter, they must be attacking from the outside. C'mon."

Without hesitation, the two followed Tenmei out towards the exit. Tenmei suddenly stopped, facing away from Kenna and Joanne. "Someone's behind us," he said.

Joanne and Kenna quickly turned around, and suddenly fell to the ground.

"Wh-what…?" Joanne muttered.

"What's happening?" Kenna said.

Tenmei's skin peeled off and stretched together to form a humanoid shape, "Elastic Band." June Eaden said.

"Wh-what…" Joanne said as she struggled to get up, "the hell…?"

Ally Clayton walked up to June from behind, "Can't believe we got 'em this easily. They turned around without hesitation and fell under my Vertigo's spell very easily." She crouched down next to Kenna and Joanne, "You weren't supposed to be here. We thought you two were in Morioh. What are you doing here? All we were tasked with doing was breaking Loni Dodson free."

Kenna grunted as her body refused to respond to her command, "You two. I thought we agreed that you two would stay away from us."

"We don't have time to talk," Ally said as Vertigo appeared next to her, "Vertigo's illusions have shut down all your muscles. But I'm afraid you two will be sleeping for a bit. Goodnight."

"Wai—," Joanne said before Vertigo placed its hands on her's and Kenna's heads, and they both fell asleep.

...

Tenmei had just walked out of Morioh Grand Hotel with Hozier. He had to talk to the Speedwagon Foundation about what the plan was for when Jotaro and Jolyne arrived, and couldn't leave Hozier by himself since Joanne and Kenna were interrogating Loni Dodson.

Hozier was hesitant to come with him, but after promising to buy him ice cream, Tenmei was able to convince him to come.

"Where are we going anyway?" He asked while holding onto Tenmei's hand as they crossed a street.

"I just need to discuss something with some friends of mine," Tenmei said, "I promise it won't take long."
"That sounds super boring!" Hozier said, "Can we get ice cream now?"

Tenmei sighed, "If I get you an ice cream now, I won't buy you another on the way back."

"Why not?"

"Because eating too much ice cream is bad for you. It'll give you a stomach ache. You don't want that, do you?"

"Your superpower can stop that, right?"

Tenmei looked at Hozier, "Superpower? Oh, you mean my Stand? No, Ruby Tuesday can't prevent stomach aches."

"Why not?"

"Because that's not how it works. My Stand has one and only one specific ability."

"What about mine?"
Tenmei stopped walking, "We tried to test it out with the Speedwagon Foundation, but you were too scared, do you think you can bring it out for me now?"

"I'll try," Hozier concentrated as hard as he could, and a mirror began to rise from the ground. Tenmei observed it. It was just like the last time he saw it. Two meters tall, double-sided, one meter long, about ten centimeters thick, and had a gold trim around it. Tenmei was surprised to be able to touch the mirror. If the mirror was tangible, then maybe non-Stand users would be able to see it. He rubbed his fingers against the gold trim around it. The designs on the rim looked like they belonged in a church.

"Um, Tenmei?"

"What is it?"

"Who's that blue guy?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Look in the mirror, there's a blue guy behind you."

Tenmei looked in the mirror. There was a blue figure quietly running towards him. It was dark blue with a gold grid plastered on it. Its most noticeable features were its big glove-like hands and its muscular arms. There was no doubt about it, this blue figure was a Stand.

"Ruby Tues—" Tenmei quickly spun around, ready to use Ruby Tuesday, but the blue Stand was already directly behind him. The Stand punched Tenmei in the gut, sending him to the floor.

"Tenmei!"

Tenmei got back up instantly, for a punch to the gut that had barely hurt, "Stay behind your mirror, Hozier!"

"Tenmei Kakyoin," the Stand said, "Your Ruby Tuesday is ineffective without blood. What are you going to do? Hurt yourself and use your own blood against me?"

That was exactly what he was planning on doing, he prepared to bite down on his finger, but the blue Stand was much quicker than anticipated and punched his arm away. Tenmei gasped, the punch to the arm had hurt twice as much as the punch to the gut.

"Who are you?" Tenmei asked, "Did Dianne send you?"
"There's no use asking," the blue Stand said, "Who else would send me? What an idiotic question." The blue Stand's arms moved at unimaginably fast speeds and punched Tenmei in the gut again. Tenmei's breath stopped for a few seconds, this punch had hurt way more than the one on his arm.

"Why don't you show yourself," Tenmei muttered through pain, "You must be very close to your Stand to achieve this much speed and power."

"Me revealing myself is redundant when my Stand, Thunderstruck, can deal with you by itself," the blue Stand said, "But I could save you the pain. I'd hate to have to hurt that kid as well." the blue Stand, apparently named, Thunderstruck, pointed at Hozier, whose head was poking out from behind the mirror, watching the battle

"Don't hurt him!" Tenmei got back to his feet, but Thunderstruck punched him in the leg, sending him crashing to the floor, crying in pain, and clutching his leg.

My leg! It's broken! He broke my femur in a single punch! Tenmei thought as he looked at his broken leg.

"The next punch might have enough force to break off a limb," Thunderstruck said, "So I'd choose my next words wisely. I am not after you, not you specifically. I only have one target: Joanne Jones. If you can tell me where she is, I'll let you be. You can walk out of this with just a broken leg. But if you don't tell me, then you might just lose an arm."

"The second you punch off my arm, I'll use my own blood to cut your head off," Tenmei gasped through the pain.

"Then perhaps I should aim my next punch straight for your skull. It'll surely kill you in an instant. Is that what you want? After I'm finished with you, I might as well ask the kid. Are you going to endanger the kid's life?"

Tenmei looked at Hozier, who had already begun crying, "Hozier! Run!"

Hozier nodded as he began to run away from Tenmei and Thunderstruck, the mirror disappearing.

"I'm afraid that wasn't the answer I was looking for, Tenmei Kakyoin," Thunderstruck said, "This is your last chance. Tell me where Joanne Jones is now, or die."

"I'm not going to tell you!" Tenmei yelled, "I refuse to tell you! Even if it endangers my own life! She's in a safe and secure place, you'll never find her!"

"What a shame," Thunderstruck said, "I really wasn't looking forward to seeing your head smash open. But you leave me no choice. Goodbye, Tenmei Kakyoin."

Tenmei looked as Thunderstruck drew back its fist, and with an incredible speed, sent it flying right towards his head.

A/N: That's chapter 22! I do apologize for the cliffhanger, but at least it gets you excited for next week's chapter, right? Anyways, Loni Dodson's back too. I really enjoyed her character and am excited to flesh her out a little more. June and Ally are also working for Dianne again. Then there's Cliff and Miller, who were mentioned plenty of times previously. One of their Stands, Thunderstruck, named after the AC/DC song has made its first appearance. So this arc will probably be 8 chapters as opposed to the previous 20-chapter arc. But it will be more coherent instead of being semi-episodic as the previous one. Anyways, hope you enjoyed, and see you next week for Chapter 23: Flood Part 3.
