A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.

1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.

2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).

3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.

4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 25: Heatseeker Part 1

Bill Cliff became a professional boxer by the age of 22. He became world-famous and by the age of 25, he was an undefeated champion. His fame would come to an end when he learned he would be boxing against a rookie. He made fun of the rookie and mocked him in front of the crowd. When the match started, Cliff found that it was hard to land a hit on this rookie. Before he knew it, he was hit in the jaw, losing the match and suffering an injury that would prevent him from boxing for over a year. Cliff was shunned by his fans and had to retire. He kept training in the hopes that he could regain his career. Over the years he got many death threats from people who walked by him and grew depressed. One day, a woman approached him.

"Are you Bill Cliff?" she asked.

"Yeah," Bill said, "You here to tell me how much of a failure I am, losing to a rookie like that? Or are you one of my few remaining fans who still think I've got a shot?"

"No," the woman said, "I'm neither. I sympathize for you, Bill Cliff, I think the way you've been treated is unfair, but I would not consider myself a 'fan'."

"That's funny," Bill said, "Who are you anyway, why did you find me?"

"My name is Greta," the woman said, "Fate has not been kind to you, has it? It is my job to keep tabs on those left in the dirt by the cruel hands of fate. If you come with me, I can give you extraordinary powers."

Bill scoffed, "Really? I don't wanna sound too desperate, but I'm up for anything at this point."

"You are surprisingly easygoing," Greta said,

"I could really use a miracle right now," Bill said, "And even if you're trying to kill me, it's not like anyone will miss me anyway."

Greta smiled, "All you have to do is cut yourself with this arrow. Even just a tiny prick from the arrowhead will do." Greta pulled out the Stand arrow and passed it to Bill.

"You're giving this to me out in the open?" Bill asked, "Now I know I can trust you. If you were up to something bad, you would've at least taken me to a dark alley." Bill examined the arrow before lightly cutting open his finger. He felt dizzy as a small amount of blood trickled down his finger, and he nearly fell over. Greta helped him stay balanced. Bill Cliff felt a presence and looked to his left to see his Stand, Thunderstruck, for the first time.

...

"Binns!" Tenmei called. He ran to the Speedwagon Foundation officer along with Kenna and Joanne. Binns was standing outside of the building where Josuke and the others were being kept. The other twenty SPW officers were standing next to him.

"Kakyoin," Binns said, "She's already inside. Dianne. Along with someone else wearing a mask that we couldn't identify."

"It's probably Khan Miran," Joanne said, "June and Ally told us that Khan survived and that he's a part of this operation too."

"We're going in," Tenmei said, "Are you and the other officers armed?"

"Of course," Binns said as he pulled out a handgun, "We all have one."

"Good," Tenmei said, "We're going to need your Stand as well, Binns. You're going to have to use The Space Between."

"I refuse," Binns said, "I don't want to use my curse."

"Binns, you're the one that cut yourself while handling that arrow five years ago," Tenmei said, "You have a Stand. Use it. It's the only way to dispose of Dianne."

Binns sighed, "We'll just shoot her dead. Let's go!" he ran inside the building along with the other officers.

"Officer Binns has a Stand?" Kenna asked.

"Yeah but he's only used it once by accident," Tenmei said, "He hates Stands and Stand users."

"Why?" Joanne asked.

"Everything bad that's happened to him was the result of someone else's Stand," Tenmei said, "I don't have time to go into detail, but it is important to know his ability. Binn's ability is the most helpful tool we have. He can help us defeat Dianne."

"Really?" Kenna asked, "Is his ability that powerful?"

"Yes," Tenmei said, "Binn's Stand, The Space Between, can prevent people from using their Stands."

"What?!" Joanne yelled, "Then he can prevent Dianne from using her Red Nightmare, and she won't be able to use any of the Stands she's collected?! And it will also prevent Khan Miran from using his Amplifier!"

"No," Tenmei said, "Binns can only target one person. Plus, the ability only works if he holds his breath."

"What?" Kenna asked.

"The ability can only be activated and kept if Binn's lungs are full of oxygen. Once he exhales, the ability will wear off."

"That doesn't give us much time," Joanne said, "How long can Binns hold his breath? I read that divers can learn to hold their breaths for 10 minutes. Can Binns do that?"

"Unfortunately not," Tenmei said, "As much as I've told him to practice holding his breath, he says that it'll be a useless skill since he doesn't plan on ever using his Stand."

"Stubborn," Joanne said, "Almost reminds me of Abstract. But if we manage to convince him, we could win today. If June and Ally take care of Evil Twin and Thunderstruck, and we finish off Khan Miran and Dianne, then all of this will be over, won't it? Dianne is the one keeping Josuke and the others stone. So if we defeat her, they'll return to normal and all this will be over, right?"

"You're forgetting one thing, Joanne," Kenna said, "The Wall. If they're as loyal as they make themselves out to be, then they'll come for us."

"But by then, we'll have Jotaro, Jolyne, Josuke, and the other Stand users that got turned to stone on our side, right? We'll be able to take them down."

"I hope you're right, Joanne," Kenna said.

"Let's go," Tenmei said as he entered the building, "We can't let Binns' team get too far ahead. This building has three floors, Josuke and the others are on the third. We have a camera system and guards in the room where they're being kept. A man wearing a mask that fits the description of Khan Miran, and a woman shielding her face broke open the doors less than ten minutes ago." Tenmei motioned towards the open entrance, where the hinges were visibly damaged, "The SPW guards were found knocked out, but not killed. It seems that Dianne and Khan Miran aren't planning on killing anyone other than Joestars and other Stand users directly in their path. They've broken all the cameras on the first floor, but have not been spotted on the second floor."

"So they're still on this floor?" Joanne asked, "Let's go find them! I'll melt the walls with Abstract if they're hiding."

"No," Tenmei said, "They want us to think that they're still hiding on this floor. They probably used Amplifier to transport to the sound on the second floor. Dianne probably used her Red Nightmare to copy Khan's ability."

"That's smart," Kenna said, "With both of them using Amplifier, they could transport to any audible noise within the building."

"Don't forget that Amplifier can also change where the noise that the user directly makes is going to be," Tenmei said, "If they're put in a tight spot, they could escape quickly."

"That's why we need Binns," Joanne said, "That way he can shut down Dianne's Stand, and Khan be able to transport either himself or Dianne away, right? At the very least we'll get one of them."

"That's if Binns decides to use The Space Between," Tenmei said, "He won't use it unless there's no other choice."

"Then hopefully Ally and June can finish up with the other two," Kenna said, "We could really use their abilities."

...

Thunderstruck lunged at June Eaden and aimed its fist in her direction. Elastic Band stretched in front of its user, and the punch bounced off of it.

"You should know that that won't work," June said, "My Elastic Band is essentially rubber, melee attacks cannot harm me."

"I do admit that I would be better paired against Clayton than you," Thunderstruck said, "But I am not prepared to lose this battle. Once the Joestars and Dianne are dead, I'll have my life back. That's all I've ever wanted!"

"So you lost to some new guy, that doesn't mean you have to kill others for money," June said as Elastic Band stretched out, and attempted to wrap around Thunderstruck.

"You don't understand!" Thunderstruck said as it jumped back to evade Elastic Band, "With the money, I can pick myself back up again. You don't know how many times I've wanted to kill myself. But now I'm given another chance at life. I feel remorse for the people I'm tasked to kill, but it's worth it to get my old life back."

Thunderstruck jogged lightly at June and swerved to the right to dodge an attack from Elastic Band. This caught June by surprise as she stretched her Elastic Band towards Thunderstruck, but it was too late, Thunderstruck managed to punch June twice in the face. June jumped out of the way before the third hit could land. She could feel blood trickle down her nose, and her mouth accumulating with blood from the inside of her cheek getting cut open.

June spat out the blood, "If you were nothing even after achieving fame, you will still be nothing after receiving it."

"Bold words," Thunderstruck said, "I don't have to kill you. You can live to see me regain my fame."

"I can't back down unless you decide to turn against Dianne."

"That's a death wish. Besides, she and Greta have given my life meaning again, I have a debt to owe."

June sighed, "Then it looks like our fight is not preventable."

"So it would seem. I actually kind of liked you, June." Thunderstruck, with quick agility, rushed towards June. Elastic Band wrapped around her entire body, and the flurry of punches from Thunderstruck sent her back, but the rubber suit prevented any further damage.

"Wrapping your Stand around your body," Thunderstruck said, "I'm impressed, Eaden, you've learned from our last battle."

"I'm not backing down when my life's at stake."

"My punches double in strength every time they hit a new target, eventually your Stand will break, no matter how elastic it is."

"Try it."

Thunderstruck rushed towards June and began punching her as fast and hard as it could. Elastic Band was able to withstand the punches, but June could feel it straining, it would soon break, and June would die. She quickly swerved to the left and extended Elastic Band from both her arms. The bright blue and red Stand stretched and wrapped around Thunderstruck's arms, preventing it from punching anymore. Thunderstruck tried to shake off the Stand, but it tightened around it, restricting its movements and even laboring its breathing.

"I happened to have watched a few videos from your glory days." June said, "You have very distinct footwork, unlike other boxers. By looking at your feet, I can see where you're going to hit next. But this information is nothing when your punching speed is so fast. This is why I had Elastic Band ready beforehand."

Thunderstruck growled in frustration as it tried to shake off Elastic Band, but the Stand just kept wrapping and squeezing. June, still covered by Elastic Band with the parts on her arms stretched out to hold Thunderstruck, walked closer.

"I have no problem killing you," she said, "In fact, that's what I'm trying to do right now. Are you finding it hard to breathe? Why don't you show yourself, Cliff? Come on out here! And bring Miller as well! If both of you come out from wherever you're hiding and surrender, I promise I'll only knock you both unconscious and let you live. If not, I'll crush you to death."

Thunderstruck was having a hard time breathing; Elastic Band had now slithered its way to the boxing Stand's neck and began to slowly squeeze it tighter and tighter, purposely giving Cliff enough time to come out with Miller.

"You've got till the count of five, Cliff," June said, "I'll count to five, and if you're not out here with Miller, I'll crush your throat."

"I'm… not going… to…"

"One,"

Thunderstruck fell to its knees, trying desperately to free its arms. Elastic Band's grip was cutting off its circulation, but that was the least of its problems. Its eyes became bloodshot as air became harder and harder to breathe from its tightening neck.

"Two,"

Thunderstruck got back on its feet and attempted to charge at June to no avail, June stepped aside and the Stand fell to the floor.

"Three,"

Thunderstruck writhed on the floor and managed to reposition one of its wrapped-up arms. Its left arm was now facing upwards. With a little more room to move, Thunderstruck began to slowly pry the elastic around his throat.

"Four," June kept counting as Elastic Band used some of its material from Thunderstruck's right arm to help suppress his left. Thunderstruck kept pulling and managed to loosen his throat enough as to where he could breathe properly. Without hesitation, Elastic Band tried to wrap around Thunderstruck's throat again, but with his loosened right arm, the Stand blocked his throat.

"Five," Elastic Band wrapped around both of Thunderstruck's arms to secure them. "You're a tough struggler," June said, "You managed to survive the five seconds. Your arms, not so much."

"What? What are you talking about?"

Elastic Band twisted Thunderstruck's arm with a swift motion until two cracks were heard, and blue Stand yelled in pain.

"You're just making this more painful for yourself," June said as Elastic Band wrapped around Thunderstruck's throat again, "I'm not giving you a countdown this time. You're dead."

"Wait! I'll come out! You've already broken my arms. I need to live, please!"

"Bring Miller with you,"

"I can't. I don't know where she's hiding, the two of us split up,"

June sighed, "Fine. Come out by yourself. But if you try anything, I'll snap your neck like I did your arms."

"Yes," Thunderstruck said through pained breaths. June could hear soft footsteps and heavy breathing as Bill Cliff came out of a building five meters away from her position. His arms were twisted and visibly broken.

"Come to me slowly," June said. Cliff obliged and slowly walked towards her. Elastic Band quickly wrapped around his neck, barely loose enough to let him breathe.

"Ally!" June called, "I've got Cliff."

"Good," Ally Clayton said, "Miller's giving me a bit of trouble, I can't get to the opposite side of her."

"Miller!" June yelled, "Return your Stand and come out with your hands up or we'll kill Cliff!"

Evil Twin smirked, "I don't care if he dies. That just means I won't have to split the money with him."

"Miller you bastard!" Cliff managed to yell, "Eaden broke my goddamn arms and you're willing to sacrifice me?!"

"You would've done the same, Cliff," Evil Twin said, "I don't care if you die. As long as I live and get the money, that's all that matters."

"Make sure Cliff doesn't escape," Ally said, "I'll take down Miller."

"Bold words for someone who hasn't managed to land a hit yet," Evil Twin said, "I know how your Stand works, as long as my body isn't in a direction opposite of yours, I won't be harmed. I just have to imagine I'm looking in a mirror, and follow the movements of my reflection." A clone grew out of Evil Twin, "While my clone, who cannot be trapped under your spell, attacks you, all I have to do is watch my step."

Evil Twin's clone sprang at Ally but was stopped when Vertigo grabbed it and slammed it to the ground.

"You underestimate my Stand's offensive power," Ally said.

"No," Miller said, "You underestimate mine."

The clone grabbed Vertigo's leg, and Ally's Stand was instantly transported to the hand of the original Evil Twin. The purple Stand punched Vertigo in the stomach and the face, sending Ally to the ground. Right as Evil Twin got ready to stomp on Vertigo's neck and crush Ally's throat, Elastic band wrapped around its torso and yanked it to the ground. Evil Twin's clone freed its original from Elastic Band but soon fell apart after Vertigo got back up and blasted a fist through its body.

"We'll take her down together," June said.

"What about Cliff?"

"His arms are broken, what can he do?"

"Fine, we'll do this together,"

Evil Twin attempted to create another clone but was stopped when Elastic Band wrapped itself around its throat. Evil Twin winced in pain as it tried to yank the Stand off its throat.

"Now's my chance," Ally said, "Vertigo! Put her to sleep!" Vertigo faced the opposite direction of Evil Twin, thus activating its ability, it got ready to put Evil Twin under an illusion that would put it to sleep.

"Wait!" Evil Twin said before the illusion was activated, "If I come out, you won't hurt me, right?"

"That's right," June said, "But one false move, and I'll suffocate you."

"Yes, yes, I understand. Just promise not to injure me any further."

"We got her," June turned to Ally, "She couldn't handle both of us at the same time."

Danielle Miller could feel her neck being squeezed by Elastic Band. She had to reveal herself to June and Ally; it was her only option. She thought back to what had happened just five minutes earlier. Cliff had gone up to her and said, "Eaden broke my arms. I told her I didn't know where you were, but she was going to kill me if I didn't reveal myself. Listen to me, you need to pretend like you don't care if you kill me. It's the only way they'll lower their suspicion on me and focus on you."

"That's too risky," Miller had said, "The two of them will overpower me."

"Then before they can do any real damage to you, reveal yourself as well and use the gun to kill them. I'd do it myself, but my goddamn arms are broken."

"Alright," Miller said, "I understand."

Miller stopped thinking about the conversation and looked at the gun she had, it was a pistol that only held six bullets. More than enough to hit and kill two targets. It was intended for Joanne, but neither Miller nor Cliff had the chance to use it because they were too occupied with their Stands. Now was the perfect chance for Miller to take her shots. She hid the gun in her back pocket, and she exited the same building Cliff had exited, her hands in the air.

"There she is," June said, "So Cliff was lying to me all along! Those two were in the same building."

"Don't make any funny movements!" Ally said, "Or else June will kill you." Ally turned to Cliff, who hadn't moved ever since being released by June. He had already returned Thunderstruck.

"Just loosen your grip a little," Miller wheezed, "I can barely breathe."

"We're not taking our chances," June said, "You need to earn our trust before I loosen my grip on your Stand's throat."

"Alright, alright," Miller said, "What do you want me to do then?"

"Stay there," Ally said, "I'll put you to sleep along with Cliff with my Vertigo. That way we can help Tenmei and the others take down Miran and Dianne. Then all this will be over."

"Why?" Cliff asked, "Why go against Dianne? She gave you a second chance. She could have ordered us to kill you, but she wanted to recruit you two because she trusted you."

"She wanted to recruit us because she was low on servants," June said, "That's the only reason she even thought about us. If she cared about any of our safety, then she would've gone to stop Tenmei's group long before sending us to our deaths. And a lot of us did die."

"Yes, yes," Miller said, "Dianne already told us about Jon, Scallion, and Stevana who died during their missions. And Stue as well, who she killed herself. But by betraying Dianne, aren't you forsaking our comrades who have died?"

"No," Ally said, "They were all lied to and forced to do Dianne's bidding because of the flesh buds. They only carried out their missions because they had no other choice, they didn't carry them out because they wanted to. They didn't have free will. We didn't have free will."

"Dianne has changed her ways," Cliff said, "She may have used us before, but now we work with her, not for her."

"Don't try to convince them, Cliff," Miller said, "They won't understand. When it is useless to argue with someone, you end the conversation. Permanently." Miller pulled out the gun as fast as she could, and shot at June and Ally. Almost like a reflex, Elastic Band let go of Evil Twin and reached over to catch Ally's bullet. June's natural instinct was to save Ally instead of herself. The bullet bounced off of Elastic Band, and Ally was safe.

"Nice reflex, June," Ally said. She noticed something was off when Elastic Band crumbled to the floor and disappeared. Ally quickly looked to her side and saw June bleeding on the floor, the bullet having gone through her stomach. Ally cried and rushed over to June to try and plug up the wound, much to the satisfaction of Cliff who grinned.

"That's what you get for breaking my arms, you bitch!"

Miller didn't waste any time, and aimed the gun at Ally, "You got shielded the first time, let's see if you can luck out twice in a row.'' Miller smiled as she pulled the trigger.

A/N: And that's chapter 25! First thing's first, the title of this chapter, Heatseeker, is named after the AC/DC song of the same name. Since the two new Stands in this arc are They Might Be Giants and AC/DC references, the titles of the chapters, Flood, and Heatseeker are also TMBG and AC/DC references. The second major story arc of the fanfiction is officially over halfway done. Only three more chapters before this part of the story concludes. Also, I apologize for making you all wait a week after putting this cliffhanger at the end but hey, I've gotta keep my audience some way. Anyways, see you all next week for Episode 26: Heatseeker Part 2!
