A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.
1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.
2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).
3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.
4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 33: Seventh Element-The Wall Part 5
7:45 AM
Joanne felt her vision go dark. At first, she thought she had gotten light headed from standing up too fast, but this darkness lasted for much longer than it should have.
"Hey, Abstract, can you see anything?"
"No, Jo! It's as if someone turned off the sun."
"Not quite," Joanne said, "Get close to me, Abstract, we might be under attack. I think The Wall is finally making their move. They've somehow shut off our vision."
"Shit! What the hell?! If you hadn't decided to go out so goddamn early then we wouldn't be attacked right now!"
"No, maybe this is better. I'm obviously their target so they probably would've just attacked us at the hotel anyways. This park isn't far, the enemy might've already been heading there and coincidentally ran into us." Joanne reached into her pocket and took out her phone, "I can't text Ken. I'm going to need to send a voice message, hopefully, she gets it." Joanne brought her phone up to her mouth so she didn't have to talk loud and alert the enemy about what she was doing. "Ken," she almost whispered, "I think I'm under an enemy's attack. I'm at Morioh park near the hotel. The enemy appears to be able to take away the vision of people." Joanne felt the small vibration on her phone that signified that the message had been sent.
"Now that you've sent your message to your little Boo," Abstract said, "What do we do? The enemy could kill us at any time."
"We listen," Joanne said, "Assuming Ken gets woken up by my message, knowing her, she'll be here in five minutes at most. Since our eyesight is gone, the rest of our senses should be better than usual, I learned that in school. Basically, we'll be able to hear better than before. As long as nobody gets close to us, we'll be fine."
"But what if they have a gun or something? They'll be able to shoot us at a distance."
"If they wanted to shoot us, Abstract, then we'd be dead already. There's a reason why the enemy hasn't made a move yet. So let's just wait here and stay on our guards until Ken arrives."
Kenna felt the phone's vibrations and mistook it for the alarm which was on Joanne's side of the bed.
"Hey, Jojo," she muttered groggily, not opening her eyes, "could you get that?" After a couple of seconds of no response, Kenna opened her eyes. "Jojo? Are you awake?" Kenna's eyes widened upon seeing that Joanne was gone.
"Jojo?" she called. No one answered. She looked at the source of the buzzing, her phone, and saw that Joanne had just sent her a message.
"That's weird," Kenna said, "Jojo never sends voice messages, she always texts." Kenna listened to the message and felt her heart sink. She quickly put on some pants, not even bothering to change out of her pajama shirt, and put her shoes on before hastily grabbing the hotel keys and rushing outside. She ran as fast as she could to Morioh park before seeing Joanne, standing next to a bench, Abstract floating beside her.
"Jojo!" she called.
Joanne turned her head in Kenna's direction, "Ken, is that you?"
"I'm here, what happened?"
"Don't get too close, the enemy could still be here, do you see him?"
"I'm not sure, there're a lot of people here, any of them could be the enemy."
"Ken, I need you to be my eyes, I can't see anything. I'll feel safer when I'm sitting on a bench next to you."
"Right!" Redbone appeared next to Kenna, ready to attack anyone who seemed suspicious, "I don't see anything, but I have Redbone with me in case something happens." She carefully guided Joanne to the bench before sitting down next to her, grabbing her hand.
"What are you doing out here, Jojo? How did the enemy find you?"
"I just woke up earlier than usual and saw that it looked really nice today, so I thought I'd take a walk."
"And she had to drag me into it too," Abstract added.
"Are you sure an enemy's attacking? What happened, did you just suddenly stop seeing?"
"That's exactly what happened, my vision disappeared out of nowhere. Abstract's too."
"But nobody's attacked you since?"
Joanne shook her head, tightening her grip on Kenna's hand.
"It's okay," Kenna said, "Why don't we—"
"Wait, I can see again!" Joanne jumped up in surprise, interrupting Kenna.
"What?" Kenna asked, "Why are you up all of a sudden, did you say something?"
"Ken! I can see again," Joanne said, "Maybe it wasn't a Stand attack."
"Jojo…" Kenna sounded scared, "I can't hear a thing. I can't hear a single thing. I can read your lips, but I can't hear you at all."
"What do you mean?" Joanne stopped to think for a second, "The second I regained my vision, you lost your hearing. That can't be a coincidence, can it?"
A man walked up to the two, "No it can not," he said, "I am pleased to properly meet you both, Joanne Jones, and Kenna Fletcher."
"Who the hell are you?" Joanne asked, "Are you the one that took away my vision and Kenna's hearing?"
"I like to keep things formal," the man said, "So there is no need to use words such as 'hell'. Allow me to properly introduce myself, my name is Vitas, and I am a member of The Wall. I have been sent specifically to attack you two."
"Why the hell are you being so damn carefree?!" Joanne yelled, "And why the hell should I be formal with you? You just said that you're here to attack me and Ken! Are you shitting me?!"
"Ken," Vitas repeated, "Is that the name you prefer to go by, Kenna Fletcher? I try to keep things as formal as possible, but I can make a few exceptions if you are more comfortable being referred to as Ken."
"Only Jojo gets to call me that!" Kenna yelled. Or at least she thought she was yelling because she couldn't really hear her own voice, "Redbone!"
"Ushasha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha sha!"
Right before Redbone was able to punch Vitas, it along with Kenna stopped moving.
"You have not let me finish, Kenna Fletcher," Vitas said before turning to a dumbstruck Joanne, "Jojo. Is that not what Kenna Fletcher just referred to you as? Would you prefer that I call you that?"
"Eat shit and die, bitch!" Joanne said as she flipped Vitas off, "Abstract, get him!"
"My pleasure!" The Stand said as she leaped towards Vitas, "Kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono kono!"
Similar to Redbone, Abstract found herself unable to move once she got close to Vitas, Joanne felt a similar feeling as she tried to walk to Kenna, but had a hard time. Parts of her body could move, but her joints were completely still.
"Alright then, Joanne Jones, Kenna Fletcher," Vitas continued, "Those are the names that I will refer to you as if you are okay with that. But as I was saying, I had been sent to attack you both. But my Stand does not work as well out in the open." Something appeared next to Vitas, its body looked to be made out of a material similar to tin foil. It wore big metal braces around its wrists and ankles. There was a black V-shaped mark with blue borders across its chest and at the ends of its arms. "This is my Stand, I have named it, Seventh Element. Normally I would not show my enemy what my Stand looks like, but I see that as unfair. Both of you have already revealed your Stands to me so it is only fair. On top of that, I already know what your abilities are. Joanne Jones, your Double Abstract can liquify non-living objects. Kenna Fletcher, your Redbone can put something in its chest and turn it into something else of equivalent value, or a different type of that same item. I already know how both of your Stands work so it is unfair for you two to not know how my Stand works. Seventh Element can choose a target and strip away one of its five senses. The sense that is stripped off then boosts my sense. As an example, Kenna Fletcher has lost her sense of hearing, thus my hearing is twice as good. When Joanne Jones lost her vision, mine became twice as good. You may be wondering why the two of you can not move. That is not my Stand ability. As I said before, my Stand would have worked better if I was attacking you both at Morioh Grand Hotel which was my original plan. But since I am at a much bigger disadvantage out in the open, I thought I would call for help. That is why I have called for another companion of mine. That is why I shut down Joanne Jone's vision. So that she would stay put while I made my call. Two calls, actually. But only one is important right now. I had to call a friend. Jim Heatfield, could you let them look up?"
Joanne and Kenna found their necks able to move. As they looked at their bodies, they noticed that strings were coming out of their joints and looked up to see where they were leading to the fingertips of two white-gloved hands about half a meter long each. The hands themselves were no more than three meters separate from each other as they floated above Joanne and Kenna. In the middle of these hands was a metal sphere, half a meter in diameter wearing a top hat. The sphere was meant to resemble a head, but it was completely featureless. A long cloak stretched under the metal sphere, attached at the back of it.
"What the hell is this?" Joanne yelled, trying desperately to move.
"This is my partner," Vitas said, "His name is Jim Heatfield. That is all I will reveal about him. He told me that I was free to reveal anything I wanted about my Stand to you two for the sake of fairness, but he did not want you to know anything besides his name."
"I still can't hear you, asshole!" Kenna said, "You're starting to talk fast and I can't read your lips so fast!"
"My apologies, Kenna Fletcher," Vitas said, "I will give you your hearing back." Seventh Element clapped its hands and Kenna could suddenly hear perfectly. Vitas checked his watch, "Only five more minutes, we do not have much time left until David Gil Moure shows up."
"You have us trapped," Joanne said, "Why the hell aren't you killing us yet? Not that I'm complaining, but what are you gonna do?"
"That would be easier, would it not?" Vitas said. Seventh Element approached Joanne and grabbed her head. "What is stopping me from twisting your head around? That would make this situation much easier for us. Unfortunately, we can not kill you. Not here at least. It is not possible." Seventh Element let go of Joanne's head and returned to Vitas.
"Why not?" Kenna asked, "As Jojo said, I'm glad you can't kill us, but why not?"
"That is something that I am not sure I can discuss," Vitas said, "It does not matter, either way, he should be here within the next minute."
"Who?" Joanne asked, "Is it this David guy that you mentioned earlier?"
Vitas opened his mouth to answer but was stopped when another man put a hand over his shoulder.
"I know you like to be fair, Vitas," the man said, in a tired, monotone voice, "But that's enough. You've told them enough to make this more than fair. God, I'm so tired, the sooner we do this, the sooner I can go to bed."
"You are right, Jim Heatfield," Vitas said, "My apologies, Joanne Jones, Kenna Fletcher, I will not answer any more questions."
Heatfield yawned, he had big bags under his eyes, "And I don't want either of you to try and trick Vitas either. If you don't stay quiet then I have some tape in my bag." he gestured to a bag beside a tree ten meters away.
Joanne instantly remembered a similar situation she was in with Loni Dodson. At the time Loni had also given her and Abstract a chance to be quiet before she forced them to be quiet. Abstract had ruined that chance and the both of them had gotten their mouths webbed up.
You'd better shut up this time, Abstract! Joanne thought angrily, I don't wanna get my mouth taped and I don't want to see Ken's mouth taped either, so zip it!
Yeah, yeah, Abstract thought I'll try my best.
Abstract!
Okay, okay, I won't try my best, I'll do my best. How's that?
Joanne rolled her eyes and shook her head slightly before looking at Kenna. She wanted to talk to her, to reassure her that everything was gonna be okay, but was too fearful of Heatfield's threat. She tried to move her body, but she couldn't bend any of her joints. Not on her shoulders, her knees, or even her fingers. The only mobility she had was from her neck and up. Kenna was in the same situation. Joanne looked up at the hands and metal ball with a hat. Even though it didn't have a face, Joanne couldn't help but be creeped out by it. She didn't like how its hands were completely detached from it.
After a minute, a third man approached Vitas and Heatfield.
"Thanks for calling me and telling me that you were at this park," the man said.
"My apologies, David Gil Moure," Vitas said, "I just happened to come across Joanne Jones. I did not anticipate her being outside this early."
"It's quite alright, Vitas," David said, "Beedul had a similar situation happen to him. I'm glad that you thought to call Heatfield for assistance." David looked up at the hands then back down at Kenna and Joanne.
"Heatfield already has you trapped?" He sounded somewhat disappointed. He approached Joanne who chose not to talk and opted to glare at him.
"You know, you've caused me a lot of trouble," he said, "You and your family. Ever since the age of Dio. And I'm not talking about Dianne and her ridiculous disguise. I'm talking about the real Dio. He's the reason The Wall is a thing."
"Just who are you?" Kenna dared to speak, "Are you the leader of The Wall or something? Who are you guys? Did Dianne run out of her subordinates and order you to attack us?"
David's breathing grew a bit louder and he clenched his fists, "There's one thing I want you to know, Fletcher. Dianne doesn't order us. We order her. The only reason we haven't killed her for being so incompetent is that first and foremost, we can't necessarily. But my Stand has a way around that. The main reason her body isn't lifeless is that her Stand could still be of use to us. We may need her to remove a curse."
This information shocked Joanne. It shocked her enough to talk as well, "You guys have been in charge the entire time?"
"Not quite," David said, "Dianne and we share similar goals, to end the Joestar Bloodline. She has her own personal reasons. We've put up with Dianne's ridiculous failures and are planning on ending her along with all of you."
"You want to kill Dianne too?" Kenna asked, "And what do you mean by 'along with us'?"
David smiled as he pulled out his polaroid and took a picture of Kenna and Joanne. For less than a second something pink moved near David, and a photo album appeared in his hand. He took the photo of Kenna and Joanne and put it in the album. They could see pictures of Morioh and the different rooms of Dianne's mansion in the book. After David turned the page, a picture of him, Vitas, Heatfield, and three other men that neither Joanne nor Kenna recognized were there as well. Dianne and Greta's pictures were also located on the page but were placed much lower than the members of The Wall. Joanne and Kenna assumed that the other three men were the other members of The Wall. Lastly, David turned the page again, where pictures of June, Ally, Tenmei, Portobello, Jotaro, and an unconscious Binns were there.
"What?" Joanne said in confusion, "You got their pictures as well? When did this happen? Today?"
"That is correct," David said, "and now that I have you two as well, I think it's safe to transport some of them already." David put Joanne's and Kenna's pictures in the photo album before closing it. "I've just transported your other comrades inside, it's been fifteen minutes. I should be on my way now, all that's left is Jolyne and that kid, Hozier. I'm sure Tankian has already found them. I'm off to Morioh Grand Hotel. You can do whatever you want with these two, you can keep them here or let them go, it doesn't matter anymore. They'll disappear in fifteen minutes anyway." In the blink of an eye, David seemed to be sucked into the photo album before it disappeared along with him.
"The timer's begun," Heatfield said, "I don't feel like keeping them both still for fifteen more minutes, I'm going to fall asleep." Heatfield made a loud yawn as he stretched his arms. "Let's make them fight or something."
"That is an interesting proposal," Vitas said, "Which one will you control? Joanne Jones or Kenna Fletcher?"
"It's only fair to let them decide," Heatfield said before he turned to the girls. "My Stand can either use both its hands to fully control one person, or prevent two people from moving using one hand each. I can't control either of your movements right now, but if both hands connect their strings to one of you, I can control you and your Stand as I see fit. I wanna see you two fight each other. You get to choose who I control."
"What?!" Kenna yelled, "I can't fight Jojo! Let us both go and we'll fight you!"
"Yeah!" Joanne said, "There's no way you're making me harm Ken!"
"Unfortunate," Vitas said, "They do not want to choose." He reached into his pocket and took out a pair of dice, "How about this? Kenna Fletcher, you are evens. Joanne Jones, you are odds. If it lands on one of your numbers then Jim Heatfield will control you."
"Good idea," Heatfield yawned again, "Having to choose things makes me tired."
"I don't agree with this!" Joanne yelled, "You can't make us fight!"
Vitas ignored Joanne and threw one of the dice. It clattered on the concrete sidewalk next to the bench. Vitas bent over to grab it. "A five," he said, "That is an odd number. Joanne Jones will be controlled."
"All right," Heatfield said, "Take out Kenna's vision, that way she won't attack us immediately. I'll need a few seconds to fully control Joanne."
"Seventh Element!" Vitas called out his Stand which clapped its hands, and Kenna's vision went black. Vitas' eyesight on the other hand became twice as good. His peripheral vision increased along with his perception of far-away people and items.
Kenna's body suddenly wasn't stiff anymore. She looked over at where she knew Joanne was, "I won't fight you, Jojo. I promise."
Joanne looked as the strings detached from Kenna's joints and rose back up until they disappeared in the hand's fingertips. Joanne's eyebrow raised with intrigue as the left hand above Kenna made its way over the right hand that was already attached to her. The strings shot out of the left hand's fingertips and went in between the fingers of the right one. The strings went into Joanne's body in all sorts of places. She noticed that there were many more strings on her arms and legs than on the rest of her body.
"That left hand," Joanne said, "Why did it move above me? Why couldn't it just shoot out its strings from above Ken? Do the hands have to be above the target for them to activate? Let's say someone pushes me out from underneath the hands, what happens then? Am I set free? If I'm under a roof will the strings go through the roof and reach me regardless, or will the roof act as a shield?"
"Be quiet," Heatfield said, "Tape is still an option."
"Right, right," Joanne said, "Sorry, I'll stop asking questions."
Abstract! She thought You can't move either, right?
Nothing besides my head, Jo.
This is going to be a problem. This Heatfield guy will probably be able to control you too then.
Then what do we do?
Heatfield said something about a timer and fifteen minutes. I think that's how long it'll take for that David Gil Moure's Stand to activate. We could try our best to stall until then.
Even if we do that, how do we know that David Gil Moure's Stand ability isn't ten times worse than having to fight your little Sweetpea?
Joanne felt her face blush, Abstract! Don't call her that! Where did you even get that name from?! It doesn't matter. I'm taking my chances with Moure's Stand ability. I refuse to fight Ken!
"Kenna Fletcher," Vitas said, "I will grant you your vision back. I advise you to fight Joanne Jones and not try to attack us. It will not end well."
Kenna's vision returned to her and she looked at Joanne with sad eyes, "I refuse to fight Jojo! You can't make me fight her!" She turned to Vitas and Heatfield and rushed them with Redbone ready to punch.
"Master of Puppets," Heatfield said, "I'm pulling your strings, twisting your mind, and smashing your dreams."
"Blinded by me, you can not see a thing," Vitas said before Joanne's vision blacked out. Joanne felt her entire body run towards Vitas and Heatfield, intercepting Redbone. Kenna stopped her attack just in time to not hit Joanne. She looked at the hands that had followed above Joanne's head. The cloaked metal sphere wearing a hat stayed in its position.
"Ken, what's going on?" Joanne asked, "I can't see!"
"They're using you as a shield!" Kenna said, "I can't hit them!"
"The hands!" Joanne said, "Did they follow me, are they directly above me?!"
"Yes!"
"Then try and knock me out from under them, that should set me free!" More strings came out of the left hand's fingertips as Joanne felt her entire neck and head immobilize, being directly in Heatfield's control. Joanne couldn't even open her jaw. Her entire body was at the enemy's mercy.
"Give her her vision back, Vitas," Heatfield said, "They can't communicate properly anymore. It's only fair."
"Yes, I suppose so," Vitas said, "But if they try something again, I will take away Joanne Jone's vision once again."
Joanne's vision returned and she looked at Kenna's sad face. She tried to offer words of comfort, but couldn't move a single muscle in her jaw or face. Abstract, forced to follow the same movements as Joanne, rushed towards Kenna. Redbone appeared and blocked Abstract's punches. Kenna was too busy focusing on Abstract and failed to notice Joanne running up to her. By the time it was too late, Joanne punched Kenna in the stomach, sending her to the ground. I'm so sorry, Ken! Tears began to appear in Joanne's eyes as she saw her girlfriend yell out in pain as she crumbled to the ground.
"You're going to have to fight," Heatfield said as he yawned again, "I'm falling asleep here. At least make these last ten minutes entertaining." Kenna felt horrible for Joanne as she got back up. Ten more minutes, she thought, All I have to do is dodge for ten more minutes. Don't worry, Jojo, I'm not going to put you or myself through that again. Without hesitation, Joanne and Abstract both charged at Kenna. They both reeled back their fists, ready to attack with all their strength.
...
A/N: And that's chapter 33! We got introduced to two new members of The Wall. Vitas is a reference to the Ukrainian-Russian singer of the same name, and his Stand, Seventh Element, along with the title of this chapter, is a reference to one of his songs of the same name. Jim Heatfield, is named after one of Metallica's guitarists, James Hetfield. And his Stand, Master of Puppets, is named after Metallica's album and song of the same name. Towards the end of the chapter, the words, "Master of Puppets I'm pulling your strings, twisting yout mind, and smashing your dreams." and "Blinded by me, you can not see a thing." are said by Heatfield and Vitas. These are direct lyrics taken from the Master of Puppets song. Now that we've gotten all the musical references out of the way, let's talk about some new information introduced. First off, we see a tiny glimpse of David's Stand, which is pink. That could give you all a hint on what it's name is. The name "Tankian" is mentioned, and he is apparently the final member of The Wall sent to fight Jolyne and Hozier. The last thing I want to mention is the fact that David said that one of the reasons Dianne is "still alive", is because he needs her to remove a curse. I sure do wonder what that could be foreshadowing. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed today's chapter! See you all next week for Episode 34: Master of Puppets-The Wall Part 6!
