A/N: Let's get a few things out of the way before we can begin.

1. If you don't know by the summary, Part 6 does not exist in this universe, the only original character from Stone Ocean present in this story is Jolyne. So Dio never had a diary and whatnot.

2. I know that there are many returning characters from part 3, especially part 4, but this story isn't really about them. You'll see in future chapters that this story will really be about my own original characters and their own Stands, (I've made 20+ original Stands for this fanfiction).

3. This will be updated every Friday with no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not. So expect a new chapter every Friday without any breaks until the story is finished. If I don't post on a Friday, then assume I'm dead. Or my internet's down. You choose.

4. Lastly, there is a bit of cursing in this fanfiction, but there will be no slurs or f words. Enough rambling, enjoy and feel free to comment, I will respond to all the comments I can, so feel free to ask questions.

Episode 37: Another Brick in The Wall Part 9

8:35 AM

"Take me to Church!"

Hozier's Stand reflected the black borders of the photo as cracks appeared. The borders split open to reveal another part of Morioh on the other side.

"What is this place?" Jolyne asked as she looked at the other side. After being transported into Pink Floyd's pocket dimension, Jolyne and Hozier found themselves outside of Morioh Grand Hotel. While Hozier made a hole in the border, Jolyne had ripped open her pant leg to look at her wound. The dense air thankful hadn't hit her bone, but it had opened up a deep gash in Jolyne's leg. Although she used Stone Free to stitch it shut, blood was still slowly seeping out. She decided that it would be best to not worry about the stitches and have Kenna heal her. She pulled out her phone and called Kenna.

"Hello? Jolyne?" Kenna responded, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," Jolyne said, "I'm outside of the Morioh hotel. But there's this black stuff all around us."

"Yeah," Kenna said, "Joanne and I are just outside of Morioh park."

"Hold on, Kenna," Jolyne said, "Don't hang up." She put her phone in her pocket and managed to hobble over to and lean on Take me to Church. "Hozier, can you slowly move your mirror? We're heading through that hole you made."
"I'll try," he said as he stood next to his Stand. Jolyne felt the mirror slowly move towards the hole, and Hozier followed. Jolyne used the mirror as a crutch for her leg as she made it through the border. She, along with Hozier, found themselves in a place that seemed very far away from Morioh. The only things visible within the borders were trees.

"Where are we?" Jolyne asked. She felt the mirror disappear and had to turn one of her hands into strings to tie to a nearby tree to avoid falling over. "Hozier, what happened? Why'd you make your Stand disappear?"

Jolyne looked over to Hozier who was huddled under a tree, crying. "Hozier, what happened? Are you hurt?"

Before Hozier could answer, he along with Jolyne heard footsteps. "Stone Free!" Jolyne brought out her Stand, ready to protect herself and Hozier.

"Jolyne!" June called out as she and Ally stepped out of the trees.

"June! Ally!" Jolyne said, "Did The Wall get you guys too?"

"Yeah," Ally said, "We've been here for almost an hour. How did you guys get in here? Were you just transported in here?"

"Not exactly," Jolyne said, pointing at the hole Take me to Church made, "We got in here through another area over here."

June walked over to Hozier before hugging him. "It's okay," she said, "I know how much you're scared right now, but it'll be alright. This isn't real, you'll never have to come back here again."

"You know where we are?" Jolyne asked June, "Why is Hozier crying like that?"

"This place," Ally answered, "is part of the forest that surrounds Dianne's mansion."

"David must've had a picture of this forest in his photo album," Jolyne said, "We need to find Joanne and Kenna, they're somewhere in this place as well. I need Kenna to heal my leg before I lose too much blood."

June looked away from Hozier before eying Jolyne's leg. "I can help stop the bleeding for now. Elastic Band!" The red and blue rubber Stand appeared before wrapping itself tightly over Jolyne's leg, stopping her bleeding.

"Here," June wrapped Jolyne's arm around her shoulder so the two could walk together.

"Hozier," Jolyne said, "Can you break a hole through that border over there? The sooner you do that. The sooner we can get out of here and see Joanne and Kenna."

"I wanna see Kenna," Hozier said, "Take me to Church!" The mirror appeared and cracked open another border. Everyone recognized the green field seen on the other side of the border. This was Morioh Park.

...

Joanne and Kenna saw something out of the corner of their eyes. Part of the border seemed to crack open. It looked solid, similar to stone, but the cracked-off pieces that fell onto the ground seemed to sink into it before disappearing.

"Someone's here," Joanne said.

"It must be Jolyne," Kenna said. She began to talk through the phone, "Jolyne! Jolyne, are you there!"

After a few seconds, Kenna heard a response, "Yeah I'm here, Kenna. I found June and Ally as well. I think we found Morioh Park. Hozier used his Stand to crack a hole in it. We're heading in now."

"Yeah, I can see the hole," Kenna said, "We're here!" She grabbed Joanne's hand and ran towards the hole in the border. Hozier and Ally were already on their side of the border while June, who was helping Jolyne walk, was about to cross it.

"I'm so glad to see you guys!" Joanne said before looking at June and Ally, "How long have you two been in here?"

"Almost an hour," June said, "What about you?"

"About half an hour," Kenna said, "Maybe more."

"Here, Jolyne," Kenna said as Redbone appeared before kneeling down in front of Jolyne and opening its chest. June helped Jolyne inside and after about fifteen seconds, Jolyne stepped out of Redbone, her leg healed.

"Thanks, Kenna," Jolyne said, "But what do we do now?"

Kenna saw something behind Jolyne and suddenly froze.

"Ken?" Joanne nudged her girlfriend with her elbow, "Is everything okay?"

"Y-yeah," Kenna muttered, "In fact everything is perfect. It's as if every ounce of worry and dread in my body has been squeezed out. I feel… nice." Kenna leaned towards Joanne before falling over. Joanne was thankfully able to catch Kenna, "Are you sure you're—" before Joanne could finish, she looked at one of the borders.

"What's going on?" Ally asked. She looked back to where Kenna had looked. She gasped as she saw big white letters seemingly painted onto the border. These letters spelled the word, 'abandonment'.

"Kenna, is that what's freaking you out?" June said as she also saw the word, "We know that your biggest fear is being abandoned, but that's just a word, right?"

"What's that word say?" Hozier asked as he pointed over to where Joanne was looking. June and Ally turned their heads to see more letters. These letters spelled the word, 'Bereave'.

"That says bereave, Hozier," Ally said before looking back at Joanne, "Is that word messing with you, Joanne? You won't stop staring at it. Jolyne, do you know what's wrong with her?"

June and Ally were looking at Joanne and Kenna, they weren't focused on Jolyne who hadn't answered.

"Jolyne?" June asked before looking over at Jolyne who was staring at more letters, these ones spelling out 'father'.

"Jolyne, not you too!" Ally said as she also noticed this, "It's just a word! Why are you staring at it?!"

"This has to be some sort of Stand ability," Ally said, "Those words are doing something to their heads. Keep your eyes down, we don't want to look at the border."

"Yeah," June said, "Look down, Hozier, and return your Stand, we don't want to see the borders. If you see any words, Hozier, don't try to read them. They might do something to your head."

"Okay," Hozier said as he clutched onto Kenna's pant leg, "Kenna! What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing," Kenna said in a fatigued-sounding voice, "Why would anything be wrong?"

"Everything's fine," Joanne added, "More than fine. Why don't we all just sit here and relax?"
"That's a great idea!" Jolyne said, "I feel like I could take a nap."

"Something's definitely wrong," Ally said, "These words are doing something to them."

"Ally…" June called her half-sister's name with worry, "I-I can't see!"

Ally turned towards June, "What do you mean you can't see?"

"My eyes…" Ally said, "I can only see black. My vision disappeared completely. I can't see anything!"

"Hold on, Ally," June said, "Let me—" June moved to look at Ally's eyes, but suddenly her body wouldn't move a muscle. Almost as if someone else was controlling her, she grabbed her sister by the hand and began to take her away. "Ally! Something's controlling my body! I can't move!"

Joanne, Kenna, and Jolyne didn't seem to care, but Hozier could feel his hands shaking. He had seen what happened, two men had done this. One had a silver Stand next to him and the other summoned two giant hands. He gulped as he thought about what he should do. He already inferred that these two must be members of The Wall.

"T-take me to Church!" The mirror appeared next to him.

"Don't even think about it, kid," Heatfield said, slowly approaching with Vitas, "One twist of my hands and I could rotate June Eaden's head all the way around. Put your mirror away."

Hozier gulped as he did exactly what Heatfield had told him. He looked at Heatfield's hands, they were wrapped in bloodied bandages. Hozier could tell that a couple of Heatfield's fingers were missing. The two giant hands that Hozier had seen floating over June had the same missing fingers. The hands also looked to be extremely beat up, similar to Heatfield's current status.

Vitas walked up to the kid and crouched in front of him, "Hozier Byrne is your name, correct?"

"Y-yeah…"

"I regret to inform you, Hozier Byrne, that your parents, Raine Byrne and John Byrne were killed at The Wall's hands. It was originally a job for two people whom you might have already met, Bill Cliff and Dianne Miller. But after Dianne Donovan and Greta Donovan called them over, their job was left incomplete. The man that 'killed' your parents is David Gil Moure. I hear you have already met him. He did not kill them, per se, merely locked away their souls forever. Their bodies have probably decayed by now, but their souls still exist within the realm of the living, trapped within Pink Floyd. I am telling you this information so you can trust me. I am not someone who lies. If you cooperate, then June Eaden, Ally Clayton, and Jolyne Cujoh will be safe. We will not harm you either. We have nothing to do with you anymore, you are already inside Pink Floyd's ability. There is nothing you can do anyways."

"What about Joanne and Kenna?" Hozier asked, "You didn't say their names."

"Those two bitches are going to rot in hell as the devil eats their tormented souls and shits them back out!" Heatfield yelled, "But first, that Kenna bitch has to fix my goddamn hands."

Hearing the profanity-filled comment, Hozier began to cry.

"We have unfinished business with those two," Vitas said, attempting to reassure Hozier, "We are planning on having them killed. I can not lie. But we will not be the ones to kill them. In my opinion, death is a better option than Pink Floyd: Part 3's ability. This makes me even more sympathetic for you, Hozier Byrnes, but our duty needs to be fulfilled." Vitas grabbed Hozier's face and forced him to look at the black border to his left, "Now read the keyword and let your worries melt away, Hozier Byrne."

Hozier tried to look away, but it was no use. He read the word 'church', written on the border, and all the fear in his body suddenly went away.

"Stay here with Jolyne Cujoh," Vitas said, "Enjoy your final moments with her."

"Yeah," Hozier said, "We can lay down together."

Vitas nodded before turning to Heatfield, "How far away are June Eaden and Ally Clayton?"

"Far enough," Heatfield said, "I've already deactivated Master of Puppets."

"I will deactivate my Seventh Element as well then. We need those two to read their keywords as well or else Pink Floyd: Part 3 will not affect them."

"Worry about that later," Heatfield said as he forcefully grabbed Kenna's wrist and tugged her towards him, "You're coming with me, bitch!"

"Alright," Kenna said, "For some weird reason I feel like I should fear you since you're a member of The Wall. But I feel inclined to go with you."

"Me too!" Joanne said, "I want The Wall to take me somewhere."

"What about us?" Jolyne asked, "I want to go!"

"Me too!" Hozier pleaded.

"You two stay here," Heatfield said, "We're only taking Joanne and Kenna."

"Okay," Jolyne said, "Hozier, you said that you wanted to lay down together? That's a great idea!" She leaned against a nearby building, Hozier running towards her to do the same. Vitas less aggressively grabbed Joanne's wrist, and he along with Heatfield took the two girls through a border. On the other side was a place that didn't seem like Morioh. It was a torchlit room, much smaller than the open areas encompassed by borders. The borders could still be seen around the wall. Three other men were standing in the room.

"Beedul, if you could please," Heatfield said as he practically threw Kenna in front of him.

"Blackbird!" Beedul's Stand shot out a feather that pierced Kenna's shoulder. Redbone suddenly appeared and opened its chest.

"Please tell me you have them," Heatfield said as he looked at Elliot.

"Of course," Elliot said as he pulled out a jar filled with some liquid. Two fingers could be seen in the jar. Elliot put the jar inside Redbone's chest before Heatfield crawled in.

"Hey, I know this place," Kenna said, "This is the basement of Dianne's mansion. What are we doing here?"

"We're inside one of David's pictures," Tankian said, "I'm sure you would've figured that out by now."

"I think I recognize these guys from David's photo album," Joanne said, "I think they're all members of The Wall. I feel like I should be running away, but I'm actually enjoying myself here."

Redbone's chest opened up and Heatfield came out, a smile on his face as he admired his hands, which looked perfectly fine.

"Do me next," Tankian said, "Jolyne broke a couple of my ribs back when I was fighting her."

"My time limit has run out," Beedul said, "I'll have to add another feather." As soon as the black feather fell off of Kenna's shoulder, Blackbird shot another which entered her arm. Redbone was under Beedul's control once more, and it opened its chest. Tankian didn't hesitate to step inside. Once Redbone was done and Tankian stepped out, good as new, Heatfield harshly grabbed Kenna's wrist again.

"We're leaving," Heatfield said, "These two bitches are gonna die."

"Don't have too much fun," Elliot said, "you might accidentally be the one to kill them."
"Yeah, Heatfield," Beedul said, "You can't let a couple of girls be the death of you."

"I am going with," Vitas said as he lightly grabbed Joanne's wrist, "And this time, Jim Heatfield will listen to my warnings, correct?"

"Yeah, whatever," Heatfiels said, "Let's just get the hell out of here, Vitas. The sooner these two die, the sooner we can help quicken the pace of Pink Floyd: Part 2."

"Where are we going now?" Joanne asked as she and Kenna were taken out of the basement through one of the borders and found themselves in another part of the forest surrounding the mansion.

"Does it matter?" Kenna asked, "I'm sure it'll be a relaxing place."

"You'll be relaxed all right," Heatfield said, "As relaxed as you can be with your head cut off."

"Doesn't sound that scary," Kenna said, "Sounds pretty relaxing, really."

The two were brought through another border, entering a section of Morioh with a few villas in the distance before going through one more border and ending up in a picture of the outside of Dianne's mansion.

"Please hold her, Jim Heatfield," Vitas said. Heatfield grabbed Joanne's arm and roughly dragged her closer so she would have a harder time escaping. Not that she would try in her state.

"Dianne Donovan!" Vitas said, "You must be scared to be in Pink Floyd's picture. Do not be alarmed, we are not here to attack you or Greta. David Gil Moure thought that we might need your assistance, Dianne Donovan. Greta Donovan was brought here as well so you would not be worried. Jim Heatfield and I have a personal request for you. You will have our gratitude if you step out now." After a few moments, the doors to the mansion slowly opened, and Dianne came out.

"I am glad you decided to listen, Dianne Donovan," Vitas said.

"What the hell do you two want?" Dianne said this right before looking at Kenna and Joanne, "And why have you brought them here? Are you crazy!" Red Nightmare quickly turned into Rocketman, ready to attack.

"Calm your ass down!" Heatfield said, "They've already read the keywords. They're already under Pink Floyd: Part 2's influence."

"The timer's reset already?" Dianne asked, "My hour was almost up."

"Do not worry," Vitas said, "David Gil Moure will not use Pink Floyd: Part 2 on you."

"But everyone in the pictures needs to be under Pink Floyd: Part 2," Dianne said, "Does that mean that Greta and I are going to be set free?"

"Yes," Vitas said, "Just like the rest of The Wall, you and Greta Donovan will be liberated. We mean you no harm."

"So what did you come here for?" Dianne asked, "Why do you need me? And why did you bring them with?"

"These two have put me through a lot of pain," Heatfield said before throwing Joanne and Kenna to the ground, "I can't be satisfied unless I see the bitches die. Since we can't kill other Stand users ourselves, we thought you might like to do the honors."

Dianne smiled, "I've been waiting for this chance for a few months now." Rocketman, which had been standing near Dianne the entire time, had turned back into Red Nightmare before morphing into the shape of Freakshow. "Well, Joanne Jones," she continued, "You had a good run. You've survived for months more than I thought you would." She turned to Kenna, "And Fletcher, if you hadn't betrayed me, none of this would've happened. You've dug your own grave. After I kill you, Pink Floyd will get rid of everyone else. All my worries will be over in less than an hour. How do you two feel?"

"Dianne," Joanne muttered, "I don't know why but I feel like I should be scared right now, but being in this situation oddly relaxes me."

"Yeah," Kenna said, "I don't want to try and escape, I don't want to try and fight back at all."

"Pink Floyd: Part 2's ability hit you two hard, didn't it?" Dianne asked, "What were your keywords? Once you've read them, you will have no feelings of fear, sorrow, anger, or stress, all you will feel is a relaxing wave that continuously courses through your body. I'm going to kill you two. Does that make you feel relaxed?"

"Yes," Kenna said.

"Very much so," Joanne agreed.

"Your keywords," Dianne said, "I'm curious what they were. What words did you see written on the borders?"

"Abandonment," Kenna said, "Reading that word made me feel relaxed."

"Mine was bereave," Joanne said, "I felt relaxed after reading it."

"The keywords are words that resonate with whoever reads them," Dianne said, "Every person has their own unique word."

"Enough talking!" Heatfield said, "I know how the Stand works! Cut the shit, Dianne. Are you gonna kill them or not? Not that we're giving you a choice. Unless you want to be put under Pink Floyd: Part 3's ability."

"Of course not," Dianne said, "I just felt like these two deserved to know the ability that has led them to their deaths. I will take great joy in finally killing these two, so let me savor the moment a little bit."

"Last time we hesitated with these two and let our guards down," Vitas said, "They somehow managed to escape us and greatly wounded Jin Heatfield. Of course, we managed to heal him with Kenna Fletcher's ability. And even if we could not use her, we would have had you use Redbone. What I am trying to say here is do not let your guard down for a second. Doing so will have grave consequences."

"I suppose you're right, Vitas," Dianne said, "When I first fought Joanne and her group, I was extremely confident in my ability to defeat them all. After all, killing Hol Horse and Polnareff was child's play. But after they got their first good hits on me, stabbing through my stomach and throat, I panicked, and instead of replaying events with Voltaire, I somehow reverted these events. My memories along with the memories of the others seemed to have forgotten the ten seconds, then fate played out as it did, and the same thing happened once again. Only this time instead of deleting all aspects of these events and having fate play out again, I simply replayed events ten seconds in the past. This event jogged everyone's and my memories. That was the first time Voltaire had done something like that."

"Why the hell are you telling us this?" Heatfield asked.

"I panicked after Kakyoin and Joanne mortally wounded me," Dianne said, "I haven't been able to delete and permanently replay time like that ever since. I'm trying to say that even if I were backed into a corner, I'm almost positive that my survival instincts would kick in and I would somehow be able to reuse this ability."

"But what is the point of replaying an event if it destroys all memories of it and henceforth forces fate to replay the same exact events?" Vitas asked.

"That's the thing," Dianne said, "What if I was able to retain my memories while everyone else forgot, would I be able to twist fate?"
"In theory, yes," Vitas said, "But I caution you, Dianne Donovan, those who twist fate pay the price."

"You have a point," Dianne said, "It doesn't matter anyway." Freakshow raised its claws and plunged them down into the chests of Kenne and Joanne.

A/N: And that's chapter 37! Let's get some musical references out of the way. This chapter, Another Brick in The Wall, is named after Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall parts 1, 2, and 3 from their album, The Wall. Hozier's parents are mentioned as well, Raine and John Byrne. They are named after the real-life Hozier Byrne's parents. We finally got to see June and Ally after Pyromania. There are a lot of moving pieces at play, so always pay attention to the time. This chapter ends at 8:50 AM, but the next one might not pick up at that time. I provide the time so as not to confuse the readers, but please pay close attention to it, or else you may get confused. Anyway, we're seeing Pink Floyd: Part 2's ability in action for the first time, and Joanne, Kenna, Jolyne, and Hozier have already fell victim to it. Will the others be forced under its influence? Or will they somehow find a way to negate Pink Floyd Part 3? Just a few questions to think about as you wait for the next chapter. Another sort of announcement I wanna make. I've said before that Binns' backstory got cut because of timing issues, and it would be postponed. I had a little extra time this week and was able to get it done. I have added it to the beginning of Episode 28: Hot Soft Light, which is where it was originally intended to be. Make sure to check back to Hot Soft Light and read the backstory because it could prove important in the chapters to come. But see you all next week for Episode 38: Nail Hole-The Wall Part 10!
