Ch. 22: Jōnetsu no yori ōku no shashin satsuei

Outside the photo studio, the blacklisted models were banging on the door, begging to be let in as they were unwilling to concede to the fact that they have been blacklisted due to their actions regarding Naegi, and they were begging to be given another chance, saying that they will CLEAN UP THEIR ACTS if the magazine editor would forgive them.

The studio manager came out and told the models that he will not change his mind as he did not like wha the models did to Naegi earlier, reasoning that his reputation would be tarnished if he turns a blind eye on what the models did to Naegi, and said that his decision is final and will no change his mind even if the jilted models procrastinate in front of him.

The jilted models were devastated and even begged louder just to appease the studio manager, causing quite a scene at the streets as passerby saw what the models are doing, looking disturbed at how the jilted models act like spoiled brats.

"WE ARE SORRY!"

"FORGIVE US!"

"WE WON'T DO IT AGAIN!"

"WE PROMISE!"

"PLEASE...DON'T PUNISH US!"

"HAVE MERCY!"

"WWWWAAAHHH!"

"I STILL WANT TO BE A MODEL!"

The studio manager was pissed as the jilted models' actions are disrupting his work, and he called his assistant and whispered to him to call the police and have the jilted models taken away to put a stop to their antics.

"Call the police…immediately."

"Seriously, manager?"

"Of course! They're bothering the photoshoot!"

"Those bitches…they never learn, do they?"

"Never mind that. Just call the police!"

"Okay, okay…"

"And do it on the double!…"

"On my way…"

Nodding, the assistant went to use the phone to call the police to report a disturbance outside the photo studio, where a few minutes later, the police arrive and there the studio manager told the cops the situation, and when the cops asked the models to leave the premises or risked getting arrested, the models were LOSING IT as they said they won't leave until the studio manager removed their names from the blacklist.

They reiterated that it was Naegi's fault and that he should be blacklisted because his is just an ordinary brat and zero potential as a model, going as far as committing slander and oral defamation, which made it clear to the cops that the models are indeed causing a disturbance.

"It was that brat boy's fault!"

"He's the one you should arrest!"

"He's a pushover!"

"An eyesore!"

"He's a fucking brat who shouldn't be here!"

"And it's because of that Enoshima bitch!"

"Please take us back!"

"Modeling is our blood!"

Sighing, the cops began to handcuff the models and slowly loaded them inside the police van and the models wailed as they begged the studio manager to take them back, oblivious to the fact that they already lost their standing to the modeling studio because of their foolish actions, and their screams can be heard outside the police van.

"WE ARE SORRY!"

"FORGIVE US!"

"WE WON'T DO IT AGAIN!"

"WE PROMISE!"

"PLEASE...DON'T PUNISH US!"

"HAVE MERCY!"

"WWWWAAAHHH!"

"I STILL WANT TO BE A MODEL!"

As the models were arrested and taken away, the jilted models' manager was staring in shock, and he saw people staring at him in disgust, as they now realized what a lousy manager he is, letting his charges get full of themselves resulting in this, and the manager stared in horror as the negative word of mouth are now spreading like wildfire.

"Look at that…"

"He's a pig…"

"His charges are causing a disturbance and he did nothing to stop them…"

"He even let his models badmouth Enoshima-chan…"

"He's the worst…"

"I hope he gets blacklisted…"

"He doesn't deserve to be a modeling manager…"

"Asshole…"

Back inside the photo studio, Naegi was taking a short break after the photo session was temporarily halted due to the jilted models' antics, and the magazine editor apologize for the delay and told the younger boy that the photoshoot will push through, and Naegi nodded, and apologized for the fact that he is the cause of all this.

The magazine editor and the studio manager tells Naegi that he is not at fault and commended him for keeping a cool head after what the jilted models did to him earlier, and assured to him that they do not hold him accountable for what just happened.

"…and that is that, boy…"

"That's right. You did nothing wrong."

"I…"

"You know, we're amazed…"

"You kept your cool after what those models did to you."

"Actually, I…"

"Say no more, Naegi."

"You earned our praise."

After that, the magazine editor gave Naegi another set of clothes and the younger boy nodded as he went to the dressing room to put on the clothes that are to be used for the photoshoot, and minutes later, Naegi is ready, and there the magazine editor nodded as he sees that the boy is quite a good-looker despite his rather small and petite build, and there he told the photographer to get ready, and then Naegi went to the stage as the photographer tells the boy on what to do, as the photoshoot commences.

Enoshima showed up and watches the scene, and she smirked as the photoshoot commences and she can hear the photographer giving Naegi instructions on what to do as the photoshoot is taking place, seeing that Naegi is cute-looking and quite attractive.

"Okay, Naegi..."

"Yes..."

"Stand still..."

"Okay..."

"Good...now do that pose..."

"Another one?"

"Yes..."

After a few minutes, the photoshoot ended and things went quite well, and Naegi never thought that the photoshoot would push through after what happened minutes ago, and felt that this may not be a bad side-job after all, and there the magazine editor is pleased with the turn of events, and wondered why he never noticed Naegi's appeal, and the studio manager commented that Enoshima is to be credited for bringing in a potential model like Naegi into the fold.

The magazine editor thought about it and felt that the studio manager is right, and also commented that despite the rumors about her being implicated in a murder of a 12-year old boy, Enoshima is keeping it cool and never showed signs of bucking under pressure, and believed that Enoshima is innocent of the charges lobbied against her.

"You think so?"

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?"

"Well, it's just…"

"I say Enoshima is innocent. Don't you agree?"

"I suppose…"

"Then let us have faith in her."

"You're right."

"I know."

After a minute, the magazine editor called for a short break, and gives Naegi another set of clothes to wear for the next photoshoot, telling him that the next one will be the last session for the day, and the younger boy nodded as he went back to the dressing room to take a rest before putting on the next set of clothes, and after that he is all set for the final photoshoot for the day.

Enoshima then entered the dressing room and glanced at him and said that he looks cuter than before, which Naegi blushed and said that it is not true, but the magazine editor entered and said that she means it, saying that he will be a hit among female fashion fans once the upcoming fashion magazine is on sale in a matter of weeks from now, and said that this is the best compliment that Naegi received.

Enoshima nodded and said that he will be LUCKY if someone FALLS for him the moment his charisma is noticed by any girls, celebrity or non-celebrity, which made Naegi feel shy.

"Eh? You think so?"

"Of course. Take it from me. I say even I might fall for you."

"Seriously?"

"Why not? You're good-looking…kind…and you're down-to-earth. Those traits will surely attract the girls. It even caught my attention, Naegi-kun."

"Well…"

"Believe me. You'll be a a surprise hit."

"Um…"

"Right?"

The magazine editor laughed a bit and tells Naegi to take Enoshima's word for it, saying that things do come true, and informed him that the final photoshoot will commence in 15 minutes before leaving, and thus the two teens are left alone.

Naegi sighed as he wondered how he got himself embroiled in this, but Enoshima smiled as she turns around, looking ready to leave, and thinking that she left, Naegi removed his clothes until he is only in his brief and drank a bottled water, rehydrating himself, and as he turn around, he is greeted by a kiss on the lips from Enoshima, and the 15-year old boy was taken aback, but he could not resist as he accepted the kiss by instinct, and there she tells him that she really like him.

He blushed at this and asked what does she see in him, and she reasoned that aside from being modest and honest, she finds him cute despite his rather ordinary appearance and being quite shorter than herself.

"R-really?"

"Yes."

"Um…"

"I like you, Naegi-kun."

"Enoshima-san…"

"Since meeting you, you caught my eye. And I feel that you are destined to be my lover."

"I…I don't know what to say…"

"Say nothing more…"

Naegi couldn't help but feel flattered, but then he asked if she is not worried, due to the accusations being hurled against her, and she smiled, saying that her accusers don't have anything against her and that the charges being levied against her is from detractors who are jealous of her success as a popular fashion model.

Naegi stared at her, and had to admit, Enoshima is beautiful and sexy, so sexy that he finds it quite hard to resist her given her charisma and looks, but then she scooted closer and kissed him again, and while quite passionate, she made her move as she pushes down his brief, exposing his SHAVED penis and began to caress it in a sensual way.

And now Naegi is being compensated for what the jilted models did to him earlier…and while doing a photoshoot he gets something more in return…much to his surprise and doubts…
