Claire: "How long did that one last?"

Hal looks up to see Claire approaching him

Hal: "Two days...our planet still isn't suitable for life."

Claire: "It is a better result then the last 200,000 years."

Hal: "It is. just not enough...hey Lord Claire, can I tell you something?"

Claire: "Go ahead."

Hal: "You've probably already noticed this, but...I don't like it when we take life from other planet's. Don't get me wrong I want to save Abidito world, and I don't wish to see us die; It's just I feel so guilty, being the executioner for these cultures,these people, these planets. We all know what it feels like to live with the thought of death constantly on the mind, but I don't wish that on others either."

Claire: "Oh Hal. my sweet sweet Hal. Do not be ashamed of the way you think. Your feelings are justified for the ends don't justify the means. Simply put if we reach the end goal before our "means" or actions take a critical turn then we truly have succeeded. However we have genocided countless worlds, countless galaxies; Our actions have reached beyond a critical point which means our "means" are statistically unjustifiable."

Hal: "So...we are the bad guys afterall..."

Claire: "You are wrong."

Hal: "Hm?"

Claire: "We are many things, and yes a number of folks would call us, what was it you said: Bad Guys. We are victims of circumstance.Now I do not know why the virus struck our planet and wiped out 99% of our population. But I do know before they died they worked tirelessly to develop the tech needed to travel across worlds and harness the planet's cards. Our survival honers their sacrifce, and to stop our progress spits on their memory."

Hal: "Wait! I don't wish to dishoner-"

Claire: "Of course you don't Hal, none of us do. However this situation does not correlate to simple affairs. This is do or die; Those who have a means of survival should use those means. If a person has a leg wound they will attempt to get medical attention rather then risk bleeding out or infection."

Hal: "Right...but if...we do find a better solution..."

Claire: "We shall use it of course. But as of now we will do what's neccesary, that's all there is to it."

Hal: "Understood."

Claire: "Hey Hal..."

Hal: "Yes my Lord?"

Claire pats his head

Claire: "Be sure not to let those precious feelings cloud your judgement, okay?"

Hal: "Y-yes ma'am. I just...I hope we can beat this virus entirely, before it's too late."

Claire: "..."

Claire spins her finger around the plant as time reverses on it, restoring it to life.

Claire: "It will never be to late for us Hal."

Hal smiles as Claire smiles back at him.

Claire studies a holographic image of Marcus

Claire: "You have been able to stop our plans to take that Mystic card not only once, but twice. Why are you different from the rest?"

Suddenly Tera hops onto Claire's shoulders, putting her hands over her eyes

Tera: "Guess who!!"

Claire: "I've heard your voice for over a millennium and there is only seven of us here, I know it's you Tera."

Tera: "Oh come on it's no fun when you put it that way."

Claire takes Tera off of her as she places her back down

Claire: "I thank you for the guessing game however, we'll have to do it again sometime..."

Tera: "Wait! I have a favour to ask of you Great leader."

Claire: "What might that be?"

Tera: "Well I've seen Drake attmept to get the mystic card but fail so I was thinking...I should be the next one to try."

Claire: "Oh?'

Tera: "Look, I know I can be much at times and that can get in the way (which is a dumb statement if you ask me), but I really really think that my plan will work- so what do you say?"

Claire: "Hmm, I commend your ambition and willingness to help. I shall leave it to a group vote."

Tera: "Wha? You're the leader though, you can just say to send me and no one will protest."

Claire: "You are correct Tera, but we are a team and I'm positive that the others also plan on going after Marcus; A group vote is fair to everyone."

Tera: "Oh okay..."

Claire: "Chin up I'm positive your comrades will have the utmost faith in you."

Soon...

Claire: "Everyone thank you for gathering here, the subject on the table: After Drake's shortcomings Tera wishes to go take the card from Marcus. While we will go with the majority of the vote I shall show my confidence in her and vote : yes."

Hal: "While history shows that Tera's antics can cause more harm then good, it is her very wildcard nature that throws the enemy off. Marcus looks to be a teen on his planet, which makes him a perfect victim for it; My vote is yes."

Tera: "Yay thanks Hal, two out of five."

Claire: "Please show some decorum while voting is in process."

Terrace: "It is not your nature that I'm concerned about but your safety. If Marcus feels like he is in critical danger he might try to fight, since you'll have to use that human flesh form he can easily out power you and kill you. I don't wish to think about such a fate. I'm voting yes, on the condition that you make a portal right back here the moment you feel like your life is in danger."

Drake: "Lord Claire while it's clear that I have failed to acquire the mystic card I don't think Tera is our best option. Someone besides me should go and take it, but Tera's antics tend to try and bring more laughs then favorable results. With our planet dying I personally think someone else with direct methods should go to acquire the card. However...if you believe that Tera can succeed then so can I; Yay."

Kaida: "Hold up, Drake with that vote you'll guarantee that Tera will go. I trust Lord Claire's judgement just as you do, but I can't see how this is a good idea. As Hal said before Tera's plans can go wrong. We've never failed twice to get a card and I say Tera will make it a third failure. We need to be assertive, we need to be serious, we need...me. Let me go instead I'll for sure take that card away from Marcus."

Claire: "Interesting point Kaida. However Tera's approach could be what's needed."

Kaida: "What?"

Claire: "Marcus almost got bitten to death by that girl's ants. Then he was knocked unconscious by the clergyman. If we use another potentially violent approach he may catch on that these are not random attacks. Perhaps a 'silly' method will catch him off guard and bring the card home to us. Now who among us is the best as silly approaches."

Kaida: "... Tera. Alright, Yay. Tera, please don't fail."

Tera: "Hooray! Marcus gets to play my game!"

Claire: "I trust you'll win your game Tera, and you'll take the card as well."

Tera: "Of course I won't fail."

Claire: "That's what I like to hear."

Claire pats Tera on the shoulder giving her a smile radiating kindess and yet still was somewhat menacing

Claire: "No room for errors.."

Tera: "R-right."

Earth

Marcus opens his locker as he sees a note in it.

Marcus: "What's this?"

Opening it the contents read:

"Yahoo Marcus I would like for you to be by the benches after school. signed, Anonymoose."

Marcus: "This is terrible...they spelled anonymous incorrectly."

Andy: "Heyy, what's that Marcus?

Marcus: "Just a letter, whoever wrote it wants to meet me at the benches after school, though they can't seem to spell anonymous."

Andy: "Oh? sounds like someone's trying to play a trick on you, or maybe you got a secret admirer you sly dog you."

Marcus: "Hey cut that out. Then again some strange stuff has been happening lately, this could be a trap."

Andy: "If you need some back up... "

Marcus: "I'm alright- if they have this level of grammar I doubt they put together some elaborate plan."

Andy: "Well I wish you luck whatever it may turn out to be, just don't get her pregnant now. Ha ha ha!"

Marcus: "C'mon dude-it's probably not a secret admirer."

Andy: "You never know."

7 hours later...

Marcus is leaving the school heading towards the benches near a building.

Marcus: "Even if this is a trap, strange things have been happening lately...maybe I can finally get to the bottom of this."

Marcus sits on the bench, but no one appears to be around.

Marcus: "Don't tell me they forgot their own invitation, maybe they're trying to play mind games by having me wait. Or maybe they want to execute their plan during night time? it'll be a while before the sun sets and they already had to wait for school to end-"

Suddenly a short, young looking girl with violet hair and an off white shirt approaches Marcus, skipping the whole time.

Marcus: "Huh? Who are you?"

Tera: "Hello Marcus, I am...the anonymous letter writer! You don't need to know much, but what you do need to know is that I'm after that Mystic card of yours."

Marcus: "I see, So you're the one who's been behind all my misfortunes lately."

Tera: "Me? I cannot say, but unlike the others I will succeed! So come play my game: Tera's game!"

Marcus: "Tera's game huh. Well sorry to disappoint you but I'm not here to play. If you are associated with the other attacks, then you are responsible for both me and my sister's injuries. I'm not falling into anymore traps or loopholes; I'm in control. So you can take your game and shove it!"

Tera: "Y-you don't...wan't to play my game?"

Tera begins to tear up.

Tera: "But-but I put so much effort into it...and...this might be my only chance...sniff*

Random bystander: "Hey is that guy making that little girl cry?"

Random bystander 2: "What a jerk."

Marcus: "Hey hey, look I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you...look I'll play your game but then I want some answers."

Tera's tears instantly dry.

Tera: "Yay! The game is back on!"

Marcus: "So tell me...just what deck do you plan to showcase?"

Tera: "Deck? oh no, your last challenges were duels; I'm proposing something much funner."

Tera snaps her fingers as a spinwheel appears listing multiple games

Tera: "Please spin the wheel and choose your fate."

Marcus: "This...seems simple enough."

Marcus spins the wheel as it begins spinning round and round

Tera: "Ha ha! I'm so excited!"

The wheel stops on the result of...Tag.

Tera: "Tera's game shall be Tag! Ha ha ha."

Marcus: "I'm familiar with the game of tag."

Tera: "Superiffic! The best part about my games is not only the games but the prizes at the end."

Marcus: "Prize you say?"

Tera: "Yes, the loser has to give a prize to the winner."

Marcus: "I think I know exactly what your getting at. You want to win so you get my Mystic card as a prize."

Tera: "Nah, that's a consolation prize. It's required. I want something else, something for me."

Marcus: "What do you want then?"

Tera: "This planet has many treasures. Surley you can offer one to wittle ol me?"

Marcus: "Hmm. I think I got it, I offer: Nothing."

Tera: "Nothing? How is that a prize?"

Marcus: "Wouldn't you agree that despite your current problems- that you have everything?"

Tera: "Hmm yea. I guess I do have everything I need.'

Marcus: "So you have everything, which means you don't have nothing."

Tera: "Well yeah, you can't have nothing if you have everything...I'll get nothing too!"

Marcus: "Whoa there, You are trying to get this card; Which is something. But you can't take nothing because nothing is nothing."

Tera: "What? But I wan't nothing. I wan't it! I wan't it! I wan't it!"

Marcus: "Alright you win, I can give you nothing as a prize."

Tera: "Really? I don't know. For some reason I feel like i'm being played..."

Marcus: "Oh come on what's the risk? Afterall, you've got nothing to loose."

Tera: "Ha, you're right. Deal!"

Marcus: "Okay then let's begin. I'm ready for anything!"

Tera: "Ha ha! Then tag you're it!"

Tera smacks Marcus's Forehead as a flash of light appears and dissapears.

Marcus slowly opens his eyes

Tera: "Ugh...where am I...wait a minute...what's wrong with my voice!?"

Marcus stands there laughing

Tera: "Why am I laughing...wait what am I doing over there, if i'm right here."

Marcus: "Oh you haven't caught on yet? I'll give you a second."

Tera: "My voice...wait, my clothes...This...THIS ISN'T MY BODY!"

Marcus: "Bravo Marcus! Ha, we switched bodies. To put it more simply, our consciousness have switched places. Now I have your body, your voice, but I get to keep my awesome personality."

Tera: "WHA-WHAT! WHY, WHY DID YOU DO THIS!?"

Marcus: "This was my plot all along, now I can just search your deck and take the card!"

Marcus feels around for the card but cannot locate the deck

Tera: "I had a feeling something might be pulled so I had the idea of leaving my deck and cards at home!"

Marcus: "Grr Hey! I'm the only one allowed to trick people...no matter, I just have to find your house and take the card then."

Tera: "Not so fast! All I got to do is tag you back and i'll win right?"

Marcus: "Of course, But no one has ever beat me at my own game, and no one ever will!"

Tera: "Well say hello to the first!"

Marcus: "Fine then, come and get me!"

Marcus runs through the crowd as Tera chases after him

Marcus: "Try to keep up!"

Tera: "Are you kidding? I'm just getting started."

Tera continues chasing after Marcus until he rounds a corner and dissapears into the crowd

Tera: "Huff huff...I can't keep up...huff...her body's legs are too short."

Tera looks up and spots a payphone

Tera: "No way they still make those? Hmm, maybe she has some spare change in her pockets."

Tera reaches into her pocket as she pulls out a half-eaten granola bar.

Tera: "Ugh, gross!"

Tera reaches into her pocket again as a snapping sound is heard

Tera: "Ow! wha- who leaves a mouse trap in their pockets!?"

Marcus: "A person who knew you would check there."

Tera: "There you are! stay still."

Marcus: "I just came to inform you of our rules, you have until 9:00 of this planet's time to tag me, if you can then you win and will receive your prize. But when I win, I get to keep that Mystic card of yours when I find it of course."

Tera: "That's more then enough time."

Marcus: "I respect your confidence. So here you go."

Marcus places a watch around Tera's ankle

Tera: "What is this for?"

Marcus: "That bravado can be dangerous, with that you can WATCH your step ha ha ha."

Tera: "Now cut that out!"

Tera tries to tag Marcus but he easily evades her

Marcus: "See you when I'm crowned the victor this will be so much fun!"

Marcus takes off again

Tera: "Aw man, what am I going to do if-wait a second. I've got the body of an adorable little girl, I can use this to my advantage."

Tera walks up to a man on a bench typing on his cell phone

Tera: "Hello Mister, May I please use your cell phone really quicly-pleaaassee?"

Tera does puppy eyes

Man: "Oh well...sure. You can use it really quickly."

Tera: "Thank you Mister."

Tera dials a number on the phone

Lilly: "Hello?"

Tera: "Lilly it's me Marcus, I know I sound different but-"

Lilly: "Marcus? But how. He hasn't come home yet but you can't be him. That voic-"

Tera: "This is going to sound weird but my body has been swapped out with someone else's. So if you see me, it's not me."

Lilly: "W-what?"

Marcus and Lilly's father comes in the room

Dad: "Who's on the phone Lilly?"

Lilly: "Someone who says they're Marcus and they've been...swapped?"

The Dad takes the phone from Lilly

Dad: "Who is this?"

Tera: "Dad? Dad it's me! I'm Marcus, someone stole my body!"

Dad: "Whoa there. My boy hasn't come home yet but if you know any info on his Whereabouts please stop with the jokes and tell me."

Tera: "I'm telling the truth, I will probably find my way home but that person may look like me but it's not me."

Dad: "Not you? Who even are you?"

Tera: "Like I said I'm Marcus, Look I'll prove it. I was born in Greensdale hospital, I duel with the Noble knight Archetype that you recommended me when I was 10 in the card shop on my birthday, it wasn't too long ago that you had to pay a hefty hospital bill due to me suffering hundreds of venomous ant bites."

Dad: "How do you know so much? Are you really...?"

Tera: "Yes I am, really! Your middle name is Cornelius, Lilly's favorite book is the third volume of 'In search Of Lost Time' by Marcel Proust, I hate Peach Cobbler."

Dad: "So let me get this straight. You are Marcus but you're not Marcus."

Tera: "Yes. When you see me, it won't be me but whatever you do, don't let them reach my deck. It's what they're after."

Dad: "What who's after?"

Tera: "The person who stole my body. Tera I belive is their name."

Dad: "Right. So where are you now?"

Tera: "I'm on my way home, but if you see me-keep me in one spot till I arrive."

Dad: "Right then."

Tera hands the phone back to the man

Tera: "Thanks a lot."

Elsewhere...

Marcus dashes through the city

Marcus: "So this is how a male human body feels, ha ha what delightful fun!"

Ahead a group of individual teens gather around a stand

Marcus: "Ooo what have we here?"

Teen 1: "Welcome stranger, We are here raising awareness about the rising ocean tides, would you like a pamphlet? Also snacks and drinks are-"

Marcus: "Snacks? Drinks? Why didn't you say so!"

Marcus runs past them eating the entire plate of cookies and then raising the entire bowl of punch to his lips drinking it all

Marcus: "Ah, Earth snacks are the tastiest I've eaten."

Teen 2: "Hey what's the big idea!"

Teen 3: "Those snacks were for everyone!"

Marcus: "Oh? How's me time to run."

Marcus takes off running away

Teen 1: "Hey, come back!"

Marcus and Lilly's house...

Dad: "Is everything set?"

Lilly: "Y-yep."

Mom: "You sure you heard right?"

Dad: "Of course I'm sure, this Tera individual is going to learn that no one crosses this family."

Mom: "Good. Because dessert is finished."

Dad: "Smells yummy, I sure can't wait."

Looking at a clock by a fruit stand, Tera reads out 7:02

Tera: "About 2 hours till the end, I sure hope that I can find her before that. Who knew getting home would be more difficult in a different body. Yeesh am I actually in a girl's body how did my life get like this."

Steven: "T-there you are!"

Tera: "What?"

Steven: "Y-you are the sister of that snowflake boy."

Tera: "I...am?"

Steven: "My dad was left in preety bad shape after we found him again. I have to know what did you do to him?"

Tera: "I...Uhh...its a secret?"

Steven: "A secret? Could you teach me how you did it? I'll do anything for power like that."

Tera: "I don't think I...wait, do you have a car?"

Steven: "Sure I do."

Tera: "Perfect! Take me home and I can show you."

Steven: "You got it follow me."

Down the road Marcus skips down the sidewalk

Marcus: "What other fun can I have here.. oh what's this?"

Marcus checks up shiny motorcycles lined up against one another and carefully places his hand on one.

Marcus: "I can't not...the opportunity is so great..."

Marcus tips one over causing a domino effect as each motorcycle falls down!

Marcus: "Ha ha! That went off like clockwork."

Suddenly a group of bikers appear out from the bar

Biker 1: "Hey that dweeb just trashed our bikes!"

Biker 2: "I'm gonna break their neck!"

Marcus: "Whoops I better run again!"

The bikers chase after Marcus as he runs down the road

Down the road Tera and Steven approach a truck

Steven: "There it is."

Tera: "Thank goodness, I just might beat Tera home afterall-"

Suddenly Marcus bounds down the road and hides within a bush

Marcus: "I should be safe here."

Tera: "There she is!"

Tera looks to confront Marcus but a hand grabs her arm

Terrace: "There you are sister, weren't you supposed to be taking the card from Marcus?"

Tera: "I-uhh-"

Steven: "Wait a second, it's you!"

Terrace elbows Steven in the gut making him fall to the ground.

Terrace: "Let's go. Lord Claire has called for a meeting."

Terrace pulls Tera round the corner and enters a portal

Terrace and Tera emerge from the portal

Tera: "Wha, what, what is this place? Where am I, why does everything look so...dead."

Terrace: "It's not dead yet Tera it's in the process of dying. Stop playing around jokes later serious now."

Hal: "Welcome back guys!"

Tera looks behind her seeing a dark blue humanoid with several brown eyes all up and down it's body and a ref horn sticking out from its head. It's backside sporting a brown tail similar to that of a Lion

Tera: "Ahhh! It's a body horror made into real life."

Hal: "Body horror? Something wrong Tera? Come on where's my playful friend at?"

Kaida: "So you've finally come back, how has your 'game' transpired so far?"

Tera turns again seeing a figure standing at 5 feet nine inches. Their body all block with a red line pattern on their skin which by itself sports a hefty amount of drgaon scales Their feet,hands, and back giving home to large claws with their red hair flowing in the wind. However the brightest red color belonging to their three eyes.

Tera: "Am I dreaming? You guys look like something straight out of a horror movie."

Kaida: "Movie? What's that- I asked about the game you said you would play with Marcus."

Terrace: "On that note why are you still using your human flesh, we are away from the Earthlings."

Tera: "Oh well, I uhhh. Think it's...snazzy?"

Hal: "..."

Kaida: "..."

Terrace: "..."

Tera: "Heh...heh."

Hal: "Ha ha! That's Tera for you."

Drake: "Lord Claire will arrive soon."

Tera: "Wait, that voice sounds familiar."

Kaida: "Of course, it's Drake."

A humanoid approaches dressed like an Aristocrat. The right side of his skin being all black and the left being white. Skewers stick out of his shoulders accompanied by red bat-like wings matching the color of his red eyes. Two horns completely straight protrude out of his head.

Tera: (You know, I don't get the same horrific appearance vibe from him, and yet)

Hal: "What do you think the meetings about?"

Kaida: "Likely our situation at hand, I'm disappointed in the fact that this is our third attempt and still we haven't taken the card from the boy called Marcus."

Tera: "Oh...Marcus is who we're after..."

Drake: "Well of course, more specially the Mystic card he holds but you knew that. Tell us how is the ploy of taking his card going?"

Tera: "Oh...ummm we're playing tag. Cause...I I mean he...spun the game wheel."

Hal: "Oh very clever, with that you're bound to win and have fun while doing it."

Tera: "I am?"

Hal: "Of course! We all know no one likes games like you and your special will always make sure you come out the victor eveytime. No matter what game is played, you will win. Good call tricking Marcus into spinning it."

Kaida: "Yes, though I detest your games most of the time but your wheel games are an admirable set up."

Tera: "Wait that means I bound to loose no matter what!"

Terrace: "What?"

Tera: "I mean...he's bound to loose. What fun ha ha ha!"

Terrace: ...Right. So then when will she arrive?"

Claire: "Ask and you shall receive Terrace."

Tera looks ahead

Soft but sturdy footsteps echo throughout the terrain

Tera: (What is this...sensation I'm feeling, every part of me is tensing up)

A female figure approaches standing at 6'1. Most of her body is a gold color with black spots on her arms and legs. Large wings also sport her back bearing purple and blue lines. One of her arms that hanges at her side is a tentacle.

Claire: "Everyone arrived in a speedy fashion. I'm glad our priority hasn't skipped a beat."

Tera: (It's...her...I can't put my finger on it but...she's the big cheese among them)

Claire: "Now on the business on why I called you all here. I bear good news."

Drake: "Good news you say?"

Claire: "Our planet's salvation is at hand. As you all know with each planet we kill to save our own my time powers are amplified all the same."

Tera: (Planet...kill...time powers?)

Claire: "Well I originally had the hypothesis that with more control over time I could rewind our planet's fate and restore it's normalcy."

Hal: "Wait does that mean?"

Claire: "Affirmative. My power has grown to such a high extent, that it is not a hypothesis any longer. I will not only be able to rewind our planet to it's perfect order but bring back all who were lost to the virus."

Drake: "Everyone...they'll be back. Yes!"

Kaida: "This is lovely news!"

Terrace: "That means we won't have to go from planet to planet killing it off to survive. Here that Tera? You'll see Mom and Dad again. (Hopefully just Mom)

Tera: "Oh yeah, Hooray!"

Claire: "Do not celebrate yet my loyal cohorts. I almost have the power. The good news is that Earth is the final planet needed to gain it."

Tera: "That means the people of Earth will..."

Claire: "Why certainly Tera, They will have to die for our success. A neccesary sacrifice. But we have nearly all of them and once you bring us Marcus's Mystic card we'll be one step closer."

Tera: (Oh man...I can't loose this game But it seems I've already lost)

Hal: "I feel bad for those Earth dwellers, but my mind is at ease seeing how we'll never have to do this again, and all of our friends and family will be back."

Terrace: "Now Tera you can go and retrieve that card, I trust you can win."

Claire: "Yes Tera..."

Claire starts walking toward Tera

Tera: (Oh crap, she's approaching me...did I do something wrong..?)

Claire reaches out...and pats Tera's head

Claire: "You know the importance of your victory, so I trust you will not fail. You WILL not fail will you?"

Tera: "N-No I mean, Yes- I uhhhh. I'll definetly get the card."

Claire: "Excellent...You are all dismissed, I'll create a portal for Tera to go back."

Every one takes their leave as Tera and Claire are left alone

Tera: "I...Umm will succeed I promise."

Claire: "Why did you become tense?"

Tera: "Huh?"

Claire: "As I felt your head your body twitched as if you were nervous...and now I see your breathing is rapid."

Tera: "Oh well...I..."

Claire: "I've never seen you so tense before. Do you feel unsafe, and if you do why so? Are we not all allies here?"

Tera begins sweating

Tera: "Of course we are..."

Claire: "Right then, good luck."

Tera walks through the portal

and appears back down town in the city

Tera: "That was too close."

Tera looks around and sees that Marcus is gone

Tera: "Dammit. Where did she go?"

Marcus and Lilly's house...

There is a knock on the door

Lilly: "Hello, who is-gasp!"

Marcus: "Hello...May I come in heh heh heh."

Lilly: "Oh Marcus, welcome you're just in time for dinner."

Marcus: "Just my luck."

At the table everyone eyes Marcus as he eats

Dad: "So my boy, what kept you held up?"

Marcus: "Oh I had to meet a friend, we caught up and played a lovley game and when finished I found my way back home."

Mom: "Well then, I'm glad you made it home okay."

Marcus: "As I am! This is the best food I've ever tasted. How do you do it?"

Mom: "Oh you know me son, I'm always out doing myself.Speaking of which it's time for dessert."

Marcus: "What's on the menu?"

Mom: "Peach Cobbler."

The plates are passed around as Marcus tears into the cobbler stuffing his face

Mom: "Is it good?"

Marcus: "You bet, this is the best I've ever tasted! I'll need seconds,and thirds,and fourths..."

Dad: "That's all we needed to hear."

Marcus: "Hm?"

Dad: "Ever since he was a little tyke, Marcus has hated the peach cobbler."

Mom: "Since such dislike doesn't dissapear overnight, we know you are an imposter."

Marcus: "..."

Dad: "So why don't you tell us who you really are,and where our boy really is!"

Marcus: "Heh heh heh, You guys...are making this the best game of tag ever. The truth is...i'm...Outta here!"

Marcus throws the cobbler tray in Lilly's face and flees

Lilly: "Ahhhhhh!"

Mom: "Lilly!"

Dad: "Care for her I'll stop them!"

The mother tends to Lily while the Dad chases after Marcus throughout the house

Dad: "You can't hide forever asshole, This is my house! I know every crevice."

Marcus: "Who's hiding? I'm simply scouting for the prize I need."

Marcus backflips into the bathroom as the dad chases after him

Dad: "I got you nowwwwww whoah!"

Dad had slipped on a bar of soap marcus laid on the floor as he slides falling into the bath tub

Marcus: "Soap-rise! Ah ha ha ha."

Marcus runs out as the Dad pulls himself up and follows

Marcus: "Now if I were a deck, where would I hide? Hmm, As his room of course."

Dad: "Ha!"

The Dad grabs Marcus from behind and holds him in his grip

Dad: "I got you now!"

Marcus: "That's what you think."

Marcus kicks a lone chair into the air it falling down and crashing onto the Dad's head as he Let's go.

Marcus: "Oo that looked like it hurt, but I couldn't chair less ha ha ha."

Cocking sound

Marcus: "Huh?"

The mom stands there holding a shot gun

Mom: "That's far enough, take one more step and I'll shoot. No one's messing with my baby."

Marcus: "Heh heh, A worthy effort-but are you sure you wish to shoot?"

Mom: "If you push me too far, without question!"

Marcus: "But if you do, you'll damage your son's body. If you plan on getting him put back in it are you sure you want it riddles with gun shots?"

The Mom begins lowering the gun

Mom: "No...I have no intention of ever hurting Marcus in such a way."

Marcus: "Very good. Now please let me be on my way, With your husband down and you not willing to hurt me, I am impervious to harm."

Mom: "I figured as much, which is why I make a good distraction."

Marcus: "What?"

Lilly comes from behind Marcus and Raises a copy of war and peace

Marcus: "What the-"

Lilly brings it down on their head knocking Marcus to the floor

Mom: "Lilly, you did it!"

Lilly: "I- I did?"

Mom: "Get your father up. I'll get rope so we can tie them up until the real Marcus arrives."

Lilly: "R-right."

Lilly helps the Dad up while The mom ties Marcus to a chair

Dad: "Alright creep I want answers, where is Marcus."

Marcus: "Ha ha I'm right here daddy dearest."

Dad: "Don't play games with me I know you know something!"

Marcus: "I would be careful, I spun my wheel to start this game. The wheel always rules in my favour which means my victory is set in stone."

Mom: "Wheel? Game?"

Dad: "Enough of the games, It's time to talk or else."

Marcus: 'what is this.. or else?"

Suddenly the Dad dumps a bucket of liquid on Marcus.

Marcus: "Bleugh, this smells terrible, you're threatening me with bad smell?"

Dad: "Oh no that's gasoline."

The Dad lights a lighter

Dad: "Tell us everything you know or you'll burn."

Marcus: "Wow, you're serious.Ha ha ha ha!"

Lilly: "W-why do you laugh?"

Marcus: "Ha ha ha ha ha! The dessert you made was very good, but Unfortunatly I believe you left the stove on..."

Dad: "What?"

Mom: "Wait a second I-"

Marcus: "And unfortunately the gas has accumulated enough for that lighter too-"

Suddenly an explosion comes from the inside of the house smoke fills the halls as everyone is scattered about

Lilly: *Cough cough*

Dad: "Everyone! *Cough* Everyone stay together!"

Through the smoke Marcus emerges with something in his hand before sneaking out the window

Marcus: "Like I said, the game always rules in my favour heh heh."

Marcus holds up the Mystic card

Marcus: "The card is mine now! Oh what fun, a plan's coming together."

Marcus runs out of the neighborhood laughing all the way

Elsewhere...

Tera: "Huff huff, this is hopeless, All alone getting home will take forever. I'm almost out of time, what to do."

A clock above reads 8:57

Tera: "It's over...I won't be able to-huh?"

Marcus is seen out of breath walking along the path

Tera: "Huh! There you are!"

Marcus: "What? Oh darn I shouldn't have come this way!"

Tera chases after Marcus and while Marcus flees he is quickly slowing down.

Tera: "This time I really got you!"

Tera raches out to tag Marcus

Marcus: *Gasp!*

Suddenly Tera stops dead in her tracks as she can't move

Tera: "Huh?"

Marcus: "Ha ha ha ha! I knew it, a nice proper prank to finish off my game! I inew you would be so focused on me you wouldn't have nocticed the sticky stuff I put on the ground hee heee heee."

Tera: "You mean glue?"

Marcus: "Glue smue, Now I get to win and look you in the eye as I take it all away from you. This was so much fun Marcus, I love playing games and I love it more when I win!"

The clock reads 8:59

Tera reaches out to try answ touch Marcus but the glue holds firm

Tera: "No! No!"

Marcus: "Yes yes!"

Marcus snaps his fingers as a portal appears

Marcus: "Well this game is just about done, I'm going home with the Mystic card and the victory! Lord Claire will be so pleased. Too bad so sad Marcus; The game can only have one winner and that one is me!"

Marcus turns to walk through the portal

Marcus: "Now I dissapear!"

Marcus looks to walk through the portal when suddenly it closes

Marcus: "What?"

The clock above reads 8:59, then 8:58, then 8:57

Marcus: "No, what's going on?"

Suddenly the world starts moving in reverse as the actions of people around them rewind

Marcus: "How is the actions of everything being undone, that shouldn't be possible."

Suddenly Marcus begins moving back to the moment Tera started chasing him

Marcus: "No, stop! It's all reverting back to normal! Still the game will always have me as the victor, so I'm out, See you Marcus!"

Marcus creates another portal and hops through only for it to push him out into the exact same position!

Marcus: "Wha-what is this? What is happening to me! Perhaps this is a trick of the light,an illusion of some sort. Did I pass out? Or was it the gas from the house? The only one allowed to play tricks...Is ME!"

Tera: "The answer, is fate. Plain and simple."

Marcus: "Hm?"

Tera: "This is no trick Tera or illusion. What you see is indeed reality. While you made the correct choice to bodyswap me to throw me off, in the end, it is your undoing. The game wheel will always make you win the game, but right now it perceives you as Marcus, and Me as Tera. Which means..."

The world stops reversing as it begins normally playing out like before

Tera: "Huh? There you are!"

Tera chases after Marcus but this time Marcus is stuck in the glue adhesive

Marcus: "No No, my game wheel always rules in MY favour! The game's fate has already been decided, I am bound for victory!"

Tera winds her hand up...

Marcus goes wide -eyed

Tera tags Marcus on the arm as the clock reads 8:59

Marcus and Tera both fall to the ground

Marcus: "Ugh...I...I lost?"

Tera: "Just as the wheel ordained Tera, The winner is me."

Marcus: "Who knew my game wheel ended up being used agaisnt me...heh...heh heh heh...Ha Ha Ha HA HA HA HA!"

Tera: "You good?"

Marcus: "Hee hee, yea it's just that I've never been tricked in such a way, what fun that was!"

Tera: "Now then as you said I get a prize, and it's clear what I want: Give me the card and my body back!"

Marcus: "Oh sure, but you're only getting one!'

Tera: "What?"

Marcus: "That's right. I'm getting the last laugh heh heh, you can have your body or the card but Unfortunatly not both."

Tera: "Mmmm, Then I choose...body."

Marcus: "Very well, victory is yours."

Marcus taps Tera on the head as a bright light flashes and dissapears

Marcus: "Huh...My body...its back! Woohoo! It's all back to normal."

Tera: "I do perfer this flesh. But it's not a complete loses I have your Mystic card along with mine which makes...which makes..."

Tera feels around for her Mystic card but cannot locate it

Marcus: "Looking for this?"

Marcus holds up Tera's Mystic card

Tera: "Hey theif! Gimme my card back."

Marcus: "I guess I could, if you are willing to trade."

Tera: "Trade?"

Marcus: "Yep, this Mystic card for that one.'

Tera: "What? But I needed to get this, but I really like that one- and It's mine anyway I won it!"

Marcus: "So what will it be?"

Tera: "Mmm, Okay trade!"

Tera hands Marcus his Mystic card and he gives Tera her Mystic card.

Marcus: "This was a game of tag I'll never forget. But you know Tera I bet a duel will be even better so please for everyone's sake, go with that next time."

Tera: "Oh boo, you only got tag today I've got lots more games really I do!"

Marcus: "Ha, well I'm going home, I'm sure the others are worried about me."

Marcus walks away when suddenly he stoped by bikers and teens

Biker 5: "There's the runt who ruined our bikes!"

Teen 3: "And the jerk who ruined our gathering!"

Marcus: "Whoa there guys, You must have me mixed up with Someone else."

Both groups: "Get him!!"

Marcus runs away as both groups chase after him

Tera: "Heh heh, the last laugh is mine after all."

A portal opens as Terrace walks out

Terrace: "There you are, How did it go, where's the card?"

Tera: "Oh about that, I...lost."

Terrace: "What? But how! You spun your special game wheel, you had all the advantages, and now you have...NOTHING to show for it!"

Tera: "I know isn't it great?"

Terrace: "What? No, how can nothing be great?"

Tera: "You see if I had...uhhb everything then nothing is...You see if Marcus was here he could explain it."

Terrace: "Just- let's just go home."

Terrace and Tera both go through the portal

Abidito world

Claire: "Welcome back, I'm confident all went well on your side."

Terrace: "Negative my lord, Tera was unsuccessful."

Tera: "I tried I really did, I just...tagged myself out to quick."

Claire: "Ah I see, fortunately a plan of action was made before your arrival just i case."

Terrace: "Oh?"

Claire: "Drake and Kaida will confront that boy tommorow and acquire the card through any means, that's how this will end."

Tera: "Oo tag team style I'm loving it."

Claire: "Terrace, be a dear and inform the others I shall be retiring for the day."

Terrace: "Right. I'll see you in the morning then Lord Claire."

Terrace walks away, leaving Claire looking at Tera

Tera: "I'm really sorry I am. I thought I was bound for victory."

Claire kneels down and hugs Tera

Claire: "Shhh, It's always darkest before dawn but the sun rises all the same."

Tera: "Huh, yea you're right-"

Claire lightly chops Tera on the neck making her pass out

Claire picks Tera up in her arms as Terrace comes back

Terrace: "I came to retrieve Tera- huh, what happened?"

Claire: "Your sister has collapsed from exhaustion, please put her to bed as well."

Terrace: "Right it's been a long day. Good night."

Terrace takes Tera and leaves

Claire takes a seat in her chair

Claire: "Poor devils, This constant failure cannot stand. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take the boy down myself."
