The Weight of the World
you have no idea how hard it is
to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.
holding lives in your hands,
being there to pick up the pieces.
you have no idea what it's like
knowing you made a mistake
knowing you could have been there
to save all that you knew and loved.
no idea what it's like to be on the run
yet ready to fight
ready to stand for what you believe in.
you have no idea what it's like,
to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.
