Summary/Disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Contaminated Crusaders. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own MHA Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi and a few others do.

"I cannot believe it was that hard for you." Aace stated to Mina who rolled her eyes. "Seriously, any of us could have answered that question and you know it." Aace said while Mina rolled her eyes.

"Just because 'ANYONE' could have, doesn't mean I'd know." Mina said with air quotes to show her point. "We were asked how many heroes there are all over the world. That, plus the amount of other organizations devoted to good." Mina said while massaging her head.

Mina wore a black tank top along with purple shorts and pink sneakers. Aace was always amused by how random Mina could be at things. Aace decided to wear a sliver T-Shirt with a giant robot destroying aliens on it, white jeans, and white sneakers.

It made both look far more unique then most of the park goers. Aace rolled his eyes and stuck his hands in his pockets.

"Mi? You do realize it's a school, right?" Aace joked, knowing his friend was going to elbow him again. "Besides? At least 6 of the students including me knew that answer. I'm totally going to have to help you with homework, aren't I?" Aace questioned Mina before Mina glared at him.

Aace hummed as the duo looked around the theme park. Aace looked at his parents who were busy chatting on the phone. Aace knew that his parents were talking with the rest of his family.

Aace and Mina walked towards the roller coaster. Aace was glad at least that both were high enough to ride it.

"You're a giant doofus, you know that?" Mina asked Aace who shrugged and rolled his eyes. "Besides, why do you know all this stuff?" Mina questioned Aace as he leaned on the metal poles.

"Because I read books and browse online." Aace said while letting out a yawn. "I like to keep read up on history, Mi. You can ask my parents. I've always been the type to study up on everything. The most 'regular' stuff I do? That's usually the stuff I do with you now." Aace said as Mina blinked.

"What? I like being smart." Aace said and watched Mina's lips pull into a smirk as he rolled his eyes and let out a sigh of annoyance. "You're a giant dork sometimes, you know that?" Aace asked Mina who rocked on her heels.

"Least I can fight, Mr. Magnets." Mina said with a giant smirk as Aace hummed.

Aace could never seem to fully read Mina as a person and what she'd say next. She was about as chaotic as he was composed. Sure, Aace wasn't very physical. but he made up for it with brains. It always seemed to catch Mina off guard how smart he was.

Then again? He and her hadn't been friends for more then a few weeks. Mina knew enough about Aace to know Mina was better at the physical parts of hero work. Aace knew Mina wasn't stupid, but she was as physical as he was brainy.

"Takes one to know one." Mina stated while Aace cracked a smile as the duo moved forward. Aace cracked his back and let out a yawn. "Should I point out how many times you ask me for help with the hero training? You can be as smart as you want, Aace. But you need to be ready to fight super villains." Mina said while Aace hummed and nodded.

"And you need to be able to think on your feet." Aace said and leaned on the metal again. "You have a great quirk, Mi. You can't just fling acid everywhere. Do you want me to tell you how hard it is for me to use my quirk?" Aace asked before waiting for a second to catch his breath.

"I have to be smart about what I pick up with my quirk." Aace put in and he turned to the side. "So? Yeah, I think being smart is important. It isn't like I'm going to be always throwing punches. My quirk isn't really physical. Yours is." Aace pointed out to Mina.

The two heroes in training finally got to the front of the line. Aace could see a man checking the bracelets they had. Aace held up his hand while looking at Mina. She was busy checking her own bracelet in question.

"Ok, let's…" Aace started to say before they heard shouting. Aace and Mina turned to see people dressed in dark clothing.

Aace didn't know if they were park workers, as they didn't have name shirts. But they did have the park name on their shirts.

"Hmm…" Aace hummed to himself. He decided not to dwell more at it at the moment. "Anyway, Mi? I'll help you with the homework if you help me train. I heard we're going to have a battle course to figure out our quirks." Aace asked Mina who nodded.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out that the point of the chapter was to show Aace is more the brains and Mina the brawns. I don't think Mina's stupid. Next chapter will be in a week and will show the roller coaster ride and a fight scene or so. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!

P.S: Next chapter is 900-1500 words and Rumi are 1200 words Friday.
