Summary/Disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Contaminated Crusaders. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own MHA Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi and a few others do.

"Should I point out just how awesome that was!" Mina stated while looking at Aace.

"Mina, we fought like 3 people." Aace pointed out and cracked his back. "I wouldn't exactly call that a giant win." Aace said as Mina rolled her eyes at her friend.

"Hey, it was my plan that ended up making our battle to win." Aace pointed out as Mina looked at the others. "I also have to point out just how fun that was before they showed up." Aace said and watched Mina.

She continued to jot down notes on her costume. It was part of the plan for Aace and her to come up with a few improvements for their costumes.

Aace hummed before rubbing at his eyes. Aace knew for a fact that they'd have a battle royal soon. Aace had already given his costume design to be whipped up.

"So, explain to me why you wanted to be 'Alien Queen'?" Aace questioned Mina while looking at his computer.

Aace hummed and started looking for improvements at his costume. He wanted to know for sure if it was up to spec.

"Because it strikes fear into criminals and inspires hope?" Mina stated and watched Aace type away at the computer.

"Alien Queen is the name of a Xenomorph, Mina." Aace said, barely looking up from his computer. "I don't think it's going to be the same as you think it would do." Aace stated before cracking his back.

"Seriously?" Mina said as Aace raised an eyebrow at her. "Dude, I wouldn't…" Mina stated to stay before the tv turned on.

"And in other news? Local residents described seeing two teenagers at the Titan Wind Amusement Park." The news stated as Aace and Mina blinked and looked at the tv. "Officials reported seeing these two fighting off a gang of robbers." Aace and Mina heard from the tv reporter.

Aace looked at his parents who were open jawed at this revelation.

"Crap…..." Aace said while facepalming as he rested his head on his computer.

Aace sighed as his parents looked at him. Aace sighed and shook his head.

"YOU GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH CRIMINALS!?" Aace's mother screamed as Aace hummed and nodded.

"Mom, it wasn't like I was going to let them hurt anyone." Aace said while tapping his fingers on the couch. "Me and Mina worked together to win. That's what heroes do… Crap, I just proved Mi right." Aace said before Mina smiled at him.

"So, you did want to stop them like a hero would!" Mina shouted and watched Aace awkwardly nodded at his friend.

"Yes Mina, I wanted to stop the robbers from robbing the theme park." Aace said and tapped his fingers on his computer. "It isn't like I was going to let them run amok. I just didn't feel like fighting people with guns. It isn't like my quirk lets me stop bullets… Least not yet. I couldn't even track bullets fast enough to slow their velocity. I was fully willing to fight them, just not without a plan in mind." Aace stated before closing his computer.

Aace floated his computer to the coffee table. His father smirked at him.

"Seems you're getting better at your quirk then, I'm guessing?" His father asked as Aace shrugged.

"I wouldn't say better just yet…." Aace stated and turned to look at Mina. "But with Mina's help? I'm getting better at it little by little. I'm just going to have to build it up more slowly so I can lift bigger objects." Aace said and rubbed at his head gently.

Aace watched his mother mutter something to his father before the duo left the room.

"So, you think their impressed?" Mina asked Aace who turned to her and hummed.

"Oh, I'm sure their thinking SOMETHING." Aace muttered and rubbed at his head with a sigh. "Knowing how my mom is? She's probably about to slam dunk me through a wall. My father is proud of me like mom is. Mom just loves to worry right now." Aace said to Mina.

"So, your still allowed to go to school?" Mina asked her friend who nodded at her. "Good, because the battle royale is supposed to be next week! Their supposed to give us sheets on who we're squaring off tomorrow." Mina put in, Aace nodded to his friend.

Aace cracked his back. Mina was a very good friend. Aace was glad Mina was helping him with his quirk, all things considered.

"I know, Mi." Aace said, rubbing at his temples with a smirk. "Should I point out we're not fighting each other? Your quirk would melt through anything I could throw at you." Aace stated and got a smile from Mina.

Aace hummed, knowing that Mina would welcome the challenge. She thieved in a social setting. Aace just preferred to make friends here and there.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out that Aace and Mina would end up fighting in the royal. I don't want to do exactly like the show so I will throw in some challenges and new material. Next chapter will be in 1-2 weeks and will show Aace and Mina in the MHA battle royale test. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
