Well, this is about the point where my story really diverges from the events of KotM. As always, I hope you enjoy reading this. In addition, I've bumped up the rating to T. I don't fully understand this whole rating system, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I don't really have anything to say here so I'll start in a moment. This should be pretty obvious.

Disclaimer: I do not own anything here. Everything belongs to Toho or Legendary, or something...

I don't know. Just thought I'd say it anyway. With that out of the way, time for what you are here to read.

King Ghidorah had met many others. The one with many legs and a shell, an absolutely puny insect, and a serpent swimmer. She appeared to manipulate the water around her in some way. The other creatures of his planet were surely something.

Although, as much as the false king wanted to dwell on his subjects, other matters had priority for the new Alpha. He needed a home. Not just a planet. Somewhere on this landmass to stay. And one was yet to be found. The three-headed invader had decided to travel east.

The raging storm was powerful around him. And so far, all the Golden Demise had done was encounter a few of his subjects and razed those small things bipeds congregated in. So many of those tall... things. Whatever they were, the bipeds surely had some sort of connection to it. A nest? Perhaps.

The thought only made Ghidorah angrier. They had yet to find a suitable home anywhere in this whole system! Ichi snarled. This is the only habitable rock in this whole group of planets! There must be somewhere for them to stay. If not, then all the effort... All the destruction... All the pain they've inflicted in the name of finding their own home would be for nothing.

The middle head pushed the idea from his mind. They were nearing another one of those land walkers' congregations. Ni smirked. San roared, looking down at the biped nests below. Yet another place for them to destroy.

The military forces defending Washington, D.C. stood no chance. King Ghidorah was too powerful. As Ghidorah itself ripped through buildings and military vehicles alike, the storm only served to ground all potential air support. All three of the invader's heads fired gravity beams. Ni focused down a cluster of tanks, blowing them up in a fury of yellow within seconds. Ichi obliterated every building in sight, and whatever else got in the way. San was focusing on the military presence near him, wiping out vehicles and soldiers alike, electrocuting many and snuffing out all life where the electric charge hit.

As the hopeless battle died down, Washington DC was in ruins. Yet the world hardly took notice. The same thing played out across the planet as city after city was destroyed by rampaging Titans and other megafauna.

Yet, as the storm pulled floodwater in and wind hammered the remains of anything left standing, Ghidorah still wasn't satisfied. As much as they took pleasure in dealing with the helpless things(mostly Ni), they had yet to find someplace they really could stay. Not here. The place they had just fought in was in utter ruins.

And so, they moved on. His golden wings beating hard, the One Who is Many continued on, moving north, along the eastern coast of this landmass. The storm followed. Wherever Ghidorah went, the increasingly powerful weather went along. And as they did, another Titan was about to fall right into the path of certain destruction.

The Queen couldn't have felt happier for herself. She wasn't the last of her kind. The first call she heard, was that of a male. And soon he was in sight. The male parasite slowed down as he approached, flapping his wings and coming to a complete stop before landing on the ground. He made a light call, addressing the female in front of him.

The Queen responded in turn. Her mind was racing. Another of her kind. A male, no less. They could grow their parasitic population after all. She wasn't alone!

Yet, as the two stood in front of each other, the previously sunny weather started to quickly worsen. The Queen looked at the sky with worry, her orange-red eyes taking in the sight of dark clouds rapidly covering the air above. And then, the rain came. It poured, soaking them both. The water dripped and ran down their exoskeletons.

The Queen let a blaring roar escape her mouth. Not directed at the male. Simply out of one emotion. Fear.

She knew what, or rather, who, was approaching. As much as it hurt her pride, she cowered, backing away from nothing. The male was just confused.

He simply thought this was a worse than normal storm. Why would his fellow parasite be afraid? There was nothing to fear. Just a little rain-

An ear-splitting, wailing roar filled the air. The Queen knew it all too well. It was the Devil With Three Heads. The male did not know that. He spread his wings open and began flapping. He would find out what made that roar.

A decision he was about to regret. Just as the male Jinshin-Mushi was about to start flying higher, a beam of yellow struck his chest. The male let out a cry of pain, falling back to the ground. It very much hurt as the male tried to stand up.

King Ghidorah was here.

Mothra was worried. She couldn't help it. Yes, she had helped the humans figure out where the defeated Alpha was. But now, she couldn't do anything.

The Queen of the Monsters hated feeling this helpless. As much as she hoped that the humans would be able to do something good, there was just this... Bad feeling.

Her large wings continued flapping, keeping her in place. Her eyes watched the blue water below. The humans had gone down there in... A... a... What was it called? A lifeless, black, hollow, fish? What actually was that thing they were using?

Then, she heard a call, deep bellow in the depths. Kraken? What was it doing here? Oh dear... This is not good.

The Winged One let herself fall closer to the surface of the blue liquid. She knew that if Na Kika encountered the humans, it wouldn't end well. The Kraken might be under Ghidorah's orders, trying to stop the humans. Or it could be the squid acting on her own.

The water splashed at her legs, soaking them in water and causing droplets to drip back into the sea.

She can't swim. She couldn't. There wasn't anything she could do. Unless...

Mothra let herself go further down, partially into the water. her lower body was now wet, and her wings were dangerously close as well. Her head was still just above the waterline. She wanted to be as close as possible for what she was about to do.

Mothra let out a high-pitched wail. She did it again. And again. It was only until a wave splashed one of her wings did she stop and moved up. Part of her body was now yet, and so was one of her wings, making it more difficult to fly. But it would be worth it if her plan succeeded.

Hopefully, Na Kika heard the message.

Na Kika was furious.

Those land walkers had come down to the depths and were heading towards the old Alpha.

The Kraken knew that she was weak. And if those bipeds and only caged a minor threat like her, what would they do to an enormous threat like the old Alpha?

It was something she could not bear to think. She had to stop it. It would either turn back or be destroyed in a fireball.

Her tentacles moved quickly as she sped up, heading straight towards the thing. Then, something came out of it. The Kraken paused, unsure of what that thing was. It got closer to her body. Although, before it made contact, she felt a sharp pain. An explosion rocked her body.

She shut her eyes, letting out a pained moan. Everything hurt... Then, she opened her eyes again. No. This won't stop me. Ugh... I have to... Urgh... Stop it.

She sped up again. This time, when another one of those things was fired at her, she knew what to do. She would not be tricked twice. The swimmer just moved far to the right. But then, the thing moved right. Before she knew it, another explosion rang out.

Blood started to stain the water. A call of pain was muffled by liquid all around. Yet still, Na Kika moved on. Blood was now filling the water from several wounds on her tentacles and chest. By now, she had finally reached it. This black thing really was strange. No fins. No gills. Weird... How does it even move?

She wrapped several tentacles around the thing, halting the metal fish from moving. Then, she saw something spinning near the end of it. It grabbed her attention. Perhaps this is important? With one swipe of a tentacle, the back end of this thing was severely damaged. And then, it stopped moving.

Good. Whatever she did, it had stopped the fish from moving any closer to harming the rightful Alpha. All that was left to do now was make sure it would never have a chance to get this close again.

The Kraken raised a single tentacle above the metal fish. It drifted slightly in the water. Just as she was about to bring it down on the still thing, she heard a wail. One she recognized. The Queen of the Monsters?

The Titan was telling her something. Stop. Stop. Don't harm the human thing. They are trying to help Godzilla.

Na Kika was confused. She didn't understand. Looking back at the thing, she realized further that since it isn't natural, perhaps it was the bipeds that made it. And they probably were inside of it... Wait...

Oh no... Oh dear... What have I done?

Na Kika grabbed the damaged biped thing, wrapping her tentacles around the somewhat spherical thing. Then, she began to swim towards the surface, bringing the metal fish- no, biped thing, with her.

The wounds still hurt. And the water was still turning red. She pushed through the pain.

She didn't look at the Queen. All she did was silently leave the thing at the ocean surface and swim back down to the ocean depths. She had to finally see the old Alpha.

He really was alive.
