Summary/Disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Contaminated Crusaders. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own MHA Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi and a few others do.

Aace hummed with confusion, wondering what Mina's fight would be like. He knew who it would be fighting her.

"So, she's fighting Shoto Todoroki and Yuga Aoyama." Aace muttered to himself and cracked his neck. "Oh, this is going to be interesting." Aace muttered to himself.

He sat in his Mercury costume. Aace sighed and rubbed at his temples. Aace couldn't exactly point out to Mina a strategy to win. That would be cheating.

"Ice, fire, lasers, and acid…." Aace put in and brushed off his arms. "This is going to be super interesting as I said." Aace muttered to himself.

He kicked back into his seat. Aace remembered how hard his fight with Gearhead was. It wasn't impossible, but it was something that he'd consider easy.

And Mina was fighting 2 people with much stronger Quirks then Gearhead. He frowned but said nothing. Mina wanted to fight, and Aace couldn't talk Mina out of it.

Plus, he didn't exactly have the power to ask the school to call the match… One he wasn't even a part of to begin with.

Aace hummed as Todoroki walked out. The half and half snow white and lightly reddish hair made Aace wonder if it was a part of his quirk or not.

Still? Aace could tell the part of his skin that looked reddish looked like burns. They were clearly from his quirk considering fire was part of his quirk. He would be interesting, Aace couldn't see himself fighting the hero and winning.

"An elemental quirk gives a lot of different strategies and tactics." Aace muttered to himself and looked for Mina, unable to spot the acid hurling hero.

Aace hummed, then he spotted Yuga. Aace couldn't hold in bringing his palm to his face.

"Ok, I knew there was going to be something stupid among the costumes…" Aace muttered to himself. and hummed and cracked his knuckles.

While Todoroki's costume made sense. It was a simple white shirt with the only real important looking aspect looking like ice that covered his left side.

Yuga's costume looked so over dramatic that Aace couldn't understand it. It looked like it was both supposed if it was supposed to be hero like or the best excuse to be dramatic.

"And Mina thought my costume was supposed to be weird." Aace muttered to himself. "Then again? I said hers was weirder." Aace stated and rubbed at his temples once more.

Yuga's costume had gauntly looking shades. Aace couldn't tell if they were to stop himself from glare of his own quirk…. Or a fashion statement. Aace sighed with annoyance. The cape Yuga wore didn't make any sense.

"I love how I'm comparing fashion with another hero." Aace stated to himself and cracked his neck.

Aace hummed and watched Mina rush out. She skated on the top of a jet of acid.

Mina launched into a backflip and landed on her feet which sent the other students into a roar of applause.

"Well, let it never be said Mina can't make an entrance." Aace muttered to himself with amusement. "Showoff." Aace added in with a chuckle.

Aace wondered exactly how the fight would pan out. Todoroki's elemental quirks gave him control of the battlefield and would allow him to block Mina's acid.

Aace didn't know about Yuga, however. A laser in his naval didn't exactly sound like a useful power.

"Some of our quirks sound like comic book tropes." Aace muttered to himself before clearing his throat.

"GIVE EM EVERYTHING YOU GOT, MI!" Aace roared with a giant smirk.

Then he realized he had yelled that at the top of his lungs. Aace sheepishly slunk back into his seat.

Aace hummed and tapped on his armored head. The match would start in a few moments and Aace had to wonder if this fight was for real or not.

"I know I won my fight, but this is really going to be tough." Aace stated to himself as he waited for the opening bell.

Mina could fight well, but she was going to have to handle 2 people at once. That wasn't exactly good odds for a fight, quirk or not.

The horn sounded as Mina sprung forward. She was forced backwards by Todoroki who created a platform of ice. Aace counted himself lucky he hadn't gone toe to toe with Todoroki.

"Man, considering how powerful his quirk is?" Aace questioned himself. "I would hate to have to deal with something like that." Aace muttered and sighed.

Aace rubbed at his temples as Yuga started to go after Mina. Aace watched as Mina skated around on her acid. He was surprised to see how well Mina was trying to deal with the fight.

Aace watched Todoroki launch a fireball at Yuga. This was going to be a long fight at the moment. Aace rubbed at his chin because of this.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to apologize for the chapter being short. Next chapter will be 1200 words or so. Next chapter will be in a week or so and will show Mina's fight with Yuga and Todoroki. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
