[Sigurd is the son of a nymph and a powerful king. The parents die in the war. He is found by Charon the centaur and is raised along with Ladon who later became a dragon.]

Stephan sees this beautiful girl that looks like she was made of marble and gold, she was a favored daughter of Zeus given many gifts from the many gods.

[Stephan]

"Unbelievable, the girl looks like she was made from pure gold. I must have her."

Aphrodite sees Stephen fawning over this beautiful daughter of Zeus and intervenes.

[Aphrodite]

"There is a powerful serpent named Ladon laying upon a pile of gold among a golden tree with apples that will make any woman of the landfall in love with you."

[Stephan]

"Where is this creature? And how shall I defeat it?"

[Aphrodite]

"You'll know, fate will guide you"

Stephen goes to fight his brother-turned-dragon and he finds he cannot break the dragon's skin.

[Athena]

"You seem struggling, I see your will to conquer. Take this stone upon the ground. Find the spot where Ladon's skin is weakest. You'll know what to do."

[Stephan]

"I shall."

He throws the specific stone at the dragon to break his skin in that specific spot.

[Stephan]

"SSCCRREEAMMSS! (whisper with bloodlust whisper)!"

[Ladon]

"No...gurgle sound"

So, now able to break Ladon's skin, Stephen corners the serpent.

[Ladon]

"You shall be forever cursed, with heartache and sorrow. You will never be safe, even with the golden apples! I curse you!"

Like a boss, Stephan eats a golden apple anyway, but he spits out the seeds and stem, leaving part of his chest vulnerable. Not knowing that all of the apples must be eaten, like every part, the stem, skin, etc.

[During this time Alix has a haggard and old (very ugly) husband, but she wants to see the world and have freedom. She sees this young, handsome man (Stephan). Aphrodite doesn't like the pairing of Alix and her ugly old husband, so she prevents Alix from being able to bear progeny. Alix heard that there is a temple there dedicated to Aphrodite. She hopes to appease her and regain her fertility.]

Taking the stone he forms an enchanted sword, Leora. He goes into the kingdom hoping to find this mysterious and beautiful woman. The king, Mache, hears the news of the new hero and hopes to marry his sister, Penelope, to Stephen.

Stephen is welcomed into the kingdom and is brought into the king's court. Everyone is marveled at the amount of gold and the beautiful golden apples.

[King Mache]

"Great hero! Welcome to my kingdom and home, open to those worthy."

[Stephan]

"Great king, I am humbled by your presence."

[King Mache]

"Enjoy all my domain offers, and enjoy my sister, for she could be your bride."

Outcomes the beautiful Penelope. Stephen, already having forgotten his promise to another, immediately starts to fall for Penelope. In thanks for giving his only sister, Stephen gives King Mache a single golden apple and a portion of the gold.

Hera has it against Alix 100%, seeing Aphrodite's attempt to give Alix a better pairing, she promises the king that sees will make Stephen marry Penelope. In return, she will give him a beautiful king.

[Hera](regally)(coming out of nowhere)

"If you vow to marry Stephen to your sister you shall be gifted a beautiful queen."

[King Mache]

"During one of my travels, I saw this beautiful queen of a foreign land, though she is already tied to another. I wish to have her."

Hera, knowing of the consequences, agrees with his wish.

[Hera]

"I vow on the River of Styx that you shall be married to one another."

Hera tells Mache to go to the shrine of Aphrodite alone, the king goes. He passes Alix on the way to the shrine and recognizes her unique beauty.

Meanwhile...

[Aphrodite] (unknowingly tells Alix)

"You are destined to marry the man who owns the golden apples."

[Alix]

"Thank you, I conceive."

[Aphrodite]

"You'll know when you see the king."

Alix goes to the kingdom. Sees the golden apples and sees Stephan. She knows that it belongs to him, but sees King Mache with a golden apple.

[Alix] (very confused)

"Which apple is for me? Both seem like kings."

With the curse of the golden apples and gold, the king and many of his advisors become greedy.
