'Stupid Inuyasha!' Koga thought bitterly. That flee-bitten, half-breed dog! If he could just find some way to get ride of him, he could have Kagome all to himself. Inuyasha wasn't worthy of Kagome. She needed someone strong, protective, charming, someone who wouldn't yell at her every word. The complete opposite of Inu-dog. Seriously, what was he thinking? That Kagome could possibly love him even after all the affection-like feelings he still showed for Kikyo? Inu-dog was stupid, true, but that was just ridiculous. It made him sick with rage when he thought about it.
"Sesshoumaru-san?" A small, child-like voice interrupted Koga's train of thought. Turning, his eyes met those of a small child. No, this wasn't a child. This person who stood before him blinked, then, realizing her case of mistaken identity, quickly found the ground very interesting. "Gomen." She mumbled, barely loud enough for Koga to hear. "What are you doing here?" He asked stiffly. The girl glanced up. "I…I got lost. I was looking for Sesshoumaru-san…but he isn't around anywhere." 'Sesshoumaru?…Oh, yes. Inu-dog's half brother and Rin's appointed guardian.' Now that he thought about it, this girl did bare quite a striking resemblance to the young Rin. But wasn't Rin mush smaller last time? Then again, humans aged faster then demons and Rin was about that age to start maturing. Plus, it had been a few years since he had seen her last. But, had it really been that long ago? Rin was only about 10 last time and now she looked well into her teens.
"Well, I saw him a couple of days ago, but I left before I could talk to him." Like he had wanted too. In fact, hadn't the reason he had left was because Sesshoumaru had attacked him after he had caught and accused Sesshoumaru of hitting on Kagome? And he was. Sesshoumaru, the cold, heartless demon had been flirting with his Kagome. And to think he'd do something like that when he had Rin. The now much matured, young lady Rin, who resembled Kagome in so many ways, yet he had her own, original beauty. She had the same chocolate eyes, but they held their own warmth. She the same brown-black hair, except it was layered, parted, and partially pulled into a small pony tail. She was…cute. Maybe not like Kagome, but defiantly cute. "Well...anou…I should go." Koga smiled and gently took her hand in his. "Yes, but you are ever in need of any assistance, feel free to call me, Miss." And with that, he disappeared in a whirl of wind. As he disappeared, he could have sworn he saw a light blush creep over her pale cheeks. She really was cute.
