11. Madam Malkin
Having spent a while in the service industry, Malkin was an expert at putting on a smile for her shop's clientele — whether they deserved it or not. For every first-year wandering in wide-eyed for the first time, there was a snobbish pureblood barely maintaining proper decorum. But she served them all with impeccable attitude.
Gold was gold, after all, and she'd much rather it be spent at her shop than lining the coffers of He-Who-Must-Not-Be Named and his Death Eater army. Playing nice kept her business from being targeted; maybe her positivity could rub off on those dour bigots, too.
